This is sequel to Bonded, and like its previous installment, this will be rated for reasons, and I am unsure if there will be references to the manga or not, but if I accidently put it in, I'll be sure to let everyone know. Also before I begin, I want to answer the last review that Nathair1 left in the previous story. Yeah, it was shorter than most my chapters, but I needed to conclude the story to work on the next installment, and it's only around the holidays that I feel like meh, so I'm feeling better now, thanks. One reviewer or multiple reviewers, I enjoy writing these stories and it's good to see others enjoy them too.
With that out of the way, please enjoy the first chapter.
Iruma sat up on the bed as he stared down at his hands and narrowed his eyes, "Two rings...the Ring of Lust and the Ring of Gluttony, and if I want to live as long as possible, I'd either have to stay down here for an uncertain amount of time, or find the remining rings...I honestly don't know which one is going to be more difficult," feeling the bed shake, he looked back and gave a small smile as he saw Clara sitting up, rubbing her eyes, "Hey Clara, why don't you go back to sleep an-"
"What's wrong, Iruma-kins? Why are you up?" Iruma sighed as he looked down at his rings as Clara wrapped her arms around him and looked down with a slight smile, "We'll find the other Rings, Iruma-kins, Ali said so," Iruma took a deep breath as he felt Clara's head rest on the back of his shoulder as she inhaled slowly, 'I know you want to live for as long as possible, Iruma-kins, but I don't want lose you if you try to find these rings. I don't want you to worry about it,'
"It's my job to be worried, Clara, I want to live a long fulfilling life down here with you," Clara looked up as Iruma looked back and shook his head, "I'm going to be taking off from school next week, I'll tell grandpa so I won't get into any kind of trouble, and I'll go out to search for at least one of the rings," Clara took a deep breath as she rested her head on the back of his shoulder again, "I know Ali said I could either wait until my body adapts, but who knows how long that will take and with Kirio almost destroying the school, I don't think I want to wait...even getting one more right might help a little...so like I said, I'm going to talk grandpa and see if I can't take next week off to search for at least one of the rings,"
Clara inhaled slowly before they heard a voice speak, "That might be a bit of a problem, Iru-boy," the duo looked back to see Ali sitting cross-legged on the pillow, "While you obtained the Gluttonous Feeder Ring by the Ranking Owl and you found the Ring of Lust in a stream, one of the rings, the Ring of Wrath, will most likely be the most dangerous ring to obtain, and I'm not saying that to frighten you,"
"What do you mean, Ali?"
"I mean the previous Demon King Derkila was worried about that particular ring, worried that it might fall into the wrong hands, so before going on his little journey ages ago, he casted his Seven Rings aside, most of them hiding in peaceful settings, but the Ring of Wrath, he was worried that a demon going back to basics would find it, so he ordered one of his ancient guardians to watch over it, ordered to fight anyone who tries to lay claims on it," Clara's eyes widened as Iruma hung his head, "That's the only ring that has a known location, but going after it at the moment will most likely be suicidal, so I recommend waiting until you find the other rings first, so once the guardian sees you wearing six of the rings, it will most likely step aside and allow you to claim the final one to claim the throne,"
"Ali, stop telling Iruma-kins that, I don't want my husband risking his life an-"
"Clara," Clara looked at Iruma as Iruma looked back and slightly smiled, "Ali warned us about the Ring of Wrath, I doubt he'd tell us about it to go after it right away, so like he said, we'll go after the one last, as for next week...I was thinking about maybe the Ring of Sloth or the Ring of Envy, one of the easier ones," Clara took a deep breath before giving a small smile and nodded, "Now we better get some sleep, we wouldn't want our families worrying if we get tired in the middle of the day tomorrow," Clara nodded again as they watched as the specter faded back into the Gluttonous Feeder Ring before they laid back down and Clara laid on Iruma's chest, wrapping an arm around his torso, "Making sure I don't move?"
"It's late, Iruma-kins, and we're both tired," Clara yawned and nuzzled closer to him, "Goodnight, Iruma-kins," Iruma slightly smiled as he kissed the top of her head and wrapped an arm around her before the two of them fell asleep.

Alyssa stood outside of the room and peaked through the small crack in the door before a puzzling look crossed her face, "Who were they talking to? And what is this about finding more rings?"
"Alyssa?" she looked back to see her husband approaching her with a confused looking crossing his face, "Is something wrong? Is Iruma hurting our daughter? If he is, I'll-"
"Jack, you know Iruma well enough to know he won't do anything to hurt Clara, he'd sooner put himself in danger to protect her," Alyssa calmed her husband, "No, I overheard them talking about looking for more rings so Iruma can live as long as a demon does, but I could've sworn I heard a third voice in there, but I can only see the kids," Jack hummed as he moved in front of the door and peered into the room to see Clara and Iruma sleeping on the bed in each other's arms, "I know what I heard, Jack, I'm not going mad,"
"No one's suggesting that, dear," Jack took a deep breath and looked at his wife and wrapped an arm around her shoulder, "We can ask about the kids about the other voice in the morning, for now let's get some rest," Alyssa sighed and nodded before she and Jack walked down the hall to the room where they were staying.
Well, enjoy the first chapter of this new story. I'll probably make this into a trilogy like I did with found, but for now, enjoy.
