I don't own Classroom of the Elites

Chapter 1: Was ist schlecht? - Alles, was aus der Schwäche stammt.

Throughout preschool to elementary school, a student always yearned to make friends.

But, would you blame him? He was a kid at the time. The idea of going to school, this building with others his age to hang out with, was exciting. He remembered vividly his parents made it out to be the best thing ever but the kid didn't think so.

The kid with healthy skin has blue-silver spiky hair and bluish-green red eyes. His name is Daisuke Ryugetsu.

Born on a Japanese Island with a few 500,000, he felt that life was uniquely scarce for others, and he yearned to talk to others.

So, when he finally got the chance to make friends, his face was full of hurt when no kid wanted to be around him. For reasons unknown to Daisuke, none of the kids liked him. He became an outcast, at such a young age.

It wasn't that he tried hard enough, it seemed that he was too different to be liked by his soon-to-be peers. Once his first go at searching for students failed, he spent most of his time in his studies, observing the group created.

It seems that as the years have passed. nothing changed. As they got older, his peer's views changed for him, not for the better. Their action towards Daisuke became worse and they sometimes resorted to a look of disgust and even taunting.

Daisuke remembered one specific moment in his elementary school days, specifically grade two, that ruined his entire school experience and life, cementing the fact that he would never befriend anyone.

And it was because of the girl he regretted the most.

Daisuke was glad this girl accepted his request to be his friend. She had moved to the same elementary school, and she had a blonde ponytail and yellow eyes that Daisuke had met. her name is Kiyamoto Himari, and she is alone outside at a playground, alone. He quickly befriended her and was excited to talk to her when she finally moved into his class.

That is until she revealed her true colors

Himari had looked at Daisuke, all alone, compared to the group on the other side, and chose to hang out with the group. She had not once, acknowledged Daisuke from the playground, and she even assisted the group in the silent torment that finally broke his last hope.

The next day, he was ambushed by that same group and sneered when Himari told them about how he had stalked her at the playground. To say Daisuke was shocked was an understatement. Now he was displayed by everyone as a stalker and thus they shunned him even more.

However, the evil smirk Himari gave towards Daisuke, while everyone was focused on tormenting him, went unnoticed by everyone, but its target.

Himari had chosen numbers over connections, and Daisuke had lost his last chance at a connection.

Daisuke had no passion, no matter what he chose, he could never have it click with him. He was incompatible. Whether it was with the class, recreational activities, or even his parents, he had nothing.

All he could do was focus on his academic performance, which was where we excelled. He was usually at the top of the board in everything, as he spent most of his time studying. It was all he did—all the while observing the characteristics of every peer he had, developing an understanding of how they acted. He began to read books instead of talking to groups. He would eat outside the school whilst others his age stuck to groups, talking about common interests. His life had delved away from communicating with others and observing how others in his class worked and his studies.

Daisuke usually eats, goes to school, studies, and sleeps. Before Daisuke's parents had enough. The irony was before Himari betrayed Daisuke.

While the Himari incident had occurred in grade 2, this one occurred when Daisuke Ryugetsu was just 5.

"This isn't how a young child like you should live for their life!" Ryugetsu's mother had exclaimed at her child, who merely sighed.

It was insane, Ryugetsu's progress in his academic abilities had accelerated compared to the rest of his age and was even recommended to make a move to an academically gifted school. Unfortunately, Ryugetsu's parents couldn't afford to.

Even when Ryugetsu sat down, his mother did not exceed him greatly in height. She was only 5'1" but was a rather average lady. Even then, this gave her a young look that masked her actual age. She had piercing eyes though, and her arms were average, indicating she had a history of intense workouts.

"I'll hang out with friends later, I was to focus on my grades." He merely replied.

Ryugetsu's mother sighed again, "Darling, you are already doing well academically, the teacher praised you for your mark, and how consistently good they are, but they have told me they're concerned for your social life."

Ryugetsu eyes widened somewhat at that, did she find out? As he looked, he realized that her eyes were piercing through his face, as if she could see the lie he had told her.

"You are always alone, never talking to anyone. Even at lunch, you go outside and eat on the playground, Why?" Ryugetsu's mother exclaimed. "A child like you is supposed to have friends!"

Ryugetsu looked down, too ashamed to admit he had no friends in his school. He couldn't bring himself to admit it.

Suddenly, another figure had entered Ryugetsu's room. This was a man with a silver chiseled beard and glasses who was much taller and threatening. Standing around 5'10" was Ryugetsu's father, and he did not look happy at his son.

"I come back to hear this is going on with my son, how shameful..." Ryugetsu's father sighed, listening to his wife exclaim to his son, but not doing anything.

To say Ryugetsu was a strange person was an understatement. While it seemed, he developed at a normal rate, it became apparent as he older that he became quieter. He had seemed so happy to get to school, for the experience. Now, his personality resembled more of a bored busy college student who had too much workload.

At first, they thought of Asperger's Syndrome, but eventually realized it was more environmental and social causes. Eventually, he was not diagnosed with the disorder.

But this was a child, a preschool student. How could they have so much work? Especially a child as smart as Ryugetsu would finish work a school in 15 minutes, while others took almost twice as long. In education, he was progressing rapidly, but socially, he had become quieter.

They have to fix something. And they had tried previously.

They all tried to get Ryugetsu into soccer, ice skating, and basketball, even Ryugetsu's father would take him on weekly bike rides to keep himself active, but to no avail. None of those activities appealed to the young Ryugetsu, who looked dead set on retaining a hermit life of paper and study.

That was not what they wanted from their child. While they loved how smart he was, they knew this lifestyle was unhealthy. And so they kept looking.

That is until Ryugetsu's father found something while driving to his workplace. His workplace was far, taking 2 hours to drive to, but he provided for his family well.

Near their house, was a martial arts dojo, with a sensei whom Ryugetsu's father knew well, and had gone to high school with.

After numerous conversations, the sensei, Jinsei Murakami, had agreed to Ryugetsu's father's request. They had explained his son's situation and he was desperate to find something that would work for him. Anything to keep him active and living the lifestyle a young child should.

It was only a 20-minute walk from the house and another 20 from Ryugetsu's elementary school, so he was able to walk quickly. He could walk to school, go home, get his martial arts bag, and walk to the dojo.

When Ryugetsu was just 5 years old, he began Wing Chun, Tae Kwon Doe, and Jeet Kune do. However, even then, the place always seemed suspicious to Ryugetsu. In part since it wasn't just for a sport. The fact that the session was 6 hours long, and also involved vigorous other methods of working, even Ryugetsu couldn't say it was.

Still, it was the only thing Ryugetsu found himself enjoying. The kicking, punching, and blocking techniques, sparring with others, he enjoyed it. It gave him a sense of emotional release he had long needed. Even though he started weakly, hating everything because he was unable to perform the technique properly, he eventually learned and felt happy.

Ryugetsu was always a quick learner. He had learned the fastest in his school regarding the alphabet, basic algebra, and mathematics. How to kick, punch, and block properly, whilst retaining balance was no different. He started Tae Kwon Doe in preschool, and when he went to elementary school, he was progressing, having obtained his red-striped belt, with blue surroundings. He just needed a red belt, black-striped, and then finally the black belt. After he got a black belt, he started learning Wing Chun technique for defense and Jeet Kune Do for punches and kicks.

However, the Himari Incident tainted his progress somewhat.

Beforehand, Ryugetsu had always attended martial arts, from Monday to Friday. He would then go biking with his father. His parents forced him to follow his schedule of walking home from school, before heading to the dojo every day. Martial arts was the only sport Ryugetsu had consistently done, and while he became athletic to perform well in other sports, he still lacked the experience, and it didn't click with him as martial arts did.

Ryugetsu had changed significantly when Himari betrayed him. He became colder, more sinister, and had no emotion as a result. It didn't help that he had picked fights in his schools now, with the group of kids who would torment him.

His parent went from concerned to appalled. It didn't help that Ryugetsu would come home with an occasional bruise, indicating he would briefly tussle with his peers. By then, his reputation was shot in his heart.

His parent stopped and forbade him from going to the dojo for months. But that didn't stop Ryugetsu's anger and dismay. He continued fighting his peers, whether it was a cause of aggression or self-defense, Ryugetsu was always the one responsible because it was a whole school against him. Due to the number advantage, the teacher believed a group of people attacked a student, rather than a single defender. He had no one, and now his parents had prevented him from attending the one thing that kept him in check.

The Himari Incident was caused to make him sinister and emotionless but his parent's decision to cut him from the martial arts tournament as punishment did more damage than they presumed.

Ryugetsu began to break down mentally. He had fallen out of everything. He was still angry, but even quieter, rarely talking to the teacher or family, focusing on his studies, it made his parents worried.

Eventually, Ryugetsu had enough. He went against his family's wishes to participate in the martial arts tournament, scoring third overall and second in jumping rope longevity. Despite his two-month hiatus, he was still a formidable opponent to anyone on the island.

When he returned with silver and bronze medals, the first medals he got outside of participation medals, he saw the anger in his parents. His father took the medals from him and threw them away, while his mother locked him in his room and hid his martial arts bag.

The next day, his father came in and decided to show Ryugetsu his place.

Heading to school, injured from his father's judgment, he was tormented yet again by his peers and picked on. They even got physical, but Ryugetsu didn't snap. He had taken the blow from someone in the group, yet he hadn't retaliated, just given them a void eye, hollow and empty like the void of space showing the emotionless on Ryugetsu's face. The feeling of hope shattered the fear of losing his one passionate thing. He lost everything and was left with his pain and emptiness. Through it all, he was learning how people worked and functioned.

Ryugetsu's eye became pierced like a dragon who found his prey.

At 8 years of age, Ryugetsu started to become more furious and beat every peer who tormented him at school and fought thugs when he was just a kid.

However, that would only be two weeks, as his parents would put him back in the dojo again shortly after. However, he continued fighting his peers and the petty thugs.

Of course, it didn't last long. Ryugetsu's parent had noticed their son's antics of staying out late. He had begun to stall in his studies, even though he still did well.

But it concerned them now, what was the kid doing?

Ryugetsu was caught when his father had begun driving home from work. This was around 9 months later. during third grade now.

Ryugetsu had finished rapidly punching the thug's face, when his father had dragged the child into his car, not caring if it seemed like kidnapping.

He was livid but concerned. They didn't know Ryugetsu would begin to do something dangerous...

His father sighed, knowing very well he failed his son. He shouldn't have punished him severely for his actions.

He was going to talk to his mom and Ryugetsu was on the verge of tears for his parent for not caring about how much pain he had been holding. He told his parent about the Himari Incident but they didn't believe him. Ryugetsu was heartbroken about this so he ran to his room and locked his door, lights off as if he didn't even come home.

"He picked a fight with street thugs..." The adult male told his companion, who visibly gasped.

She was appalled, and incredibly worried for her child. "Oh my god. How could we let this happen?"

"I don't know, but I think we shouldn't have forbade him to go to the dojo, that was probably the biggest mistake we ever made for Ryugetsu..."

The mother agreed, nodding her head solemnly, "We failed him..."

The father said, "I shouldn't have begun tormenting him. What kind of father am I."

"It's okay, we can change for the better, we're not perfect but we have to for our child's sake..."

The father nodded and approached Ryugetsu's room.

"WHAT!" Ryugetus yelled in such a cold manner, that it made his father chill on his spine. To see his child in such a dark place mentally scared him, and he hated himself to an extent.

"I talk with your mother." Ryugetsu's father started, and immediately the child anticipated more punishments.

Another one of father's judgment, he braced himself, only to be met with a statement.

"We will reinforce your time in the dojo. We think this will be the best course of action for your recent spring of activities that we cannot let go unnoticed."

For the first time in a while, Ryugetsu's eyes shined with hope.

His father nodded, giving his child a small smile. " Yes, we shouldn't have forced you out of the dojo, especially when it was the only thing keeping you active."

Ryugetsu's eyes began to leak, as he was happy, he had something to do. "Thank you"

"Don't thank us, we're just correcting our wrongs right now..."

The hours of enrollment for the dojo he was increased from 6 to 8 hours. He was now getting home by 10, exhausted, but thankfully the walk home, while slow, was nothing compared to the almost torturous activities he had done.

Life for Ryugetsu began to get back to normal after that stint. After grades 2 and 3, he stopped fighting against the thugs, Ryugetsu was back in the dojo, remembering all the techniques of Tae Kwon Do, Wing Chun, and Jeet Kune Do. After grade 4, he picked up some new techniques for about a year. He had to be careful in the event of sparring as the rules reapplied again.

Ryugetsu went back to normal in school. While he was still alone and isolated by his peers, even Himari, whom he despised now, he continued with his work, studying, going to the dojo, and eating. It wasn't the active life many kids had, but it was the life he was starting to enjoy again.

In Grade 5, Ryugetsu and his family remained the same until Ryugetsu's mother got struck by the truck but survived.

In Grade 6, Ryugetu's mother's health deteriorated. She required stronger painkillers to help with her chronic pain and even began taking opioids. Ryugetsu and his father did their best, but she still struggling.

In Grade 7, Ryugetsu's mother committed suicide in the bathroom from overdose and blood loss by consuming a lot of opioids and carving herself with a knife. Ryugetsu screamed at his mother's death and called the emergency service.

At age 12, the loss took both men hard. Ryugetsu no longer had a motherly figure to help with chores around the house, so Ryugetsu would have to clean the house when he came back from martial arts.

His father worked longer hours, usually buying take-out food since neither of them knew how to cook. However, Ryugetsu began to learn how to cook shortly after, eventually enjoying it, even if it was complicated.

He would help cook and his father would sometimes come home with the smell of food. He still focused on his education, but his quick learning around him efficiently used the time to study.

The start of his junior secondary school went by, and Ryugetsu remained the same. He was a black belt in Taekwondo, he had long been, using martial arts to suppress his feelings about his mother's death. He is still antisocial and isolated, as no one wants to talk to him. He noticed others began growing rapidly, while he seemed to have remained his height, and he felt unusually vulnerable, and the others felt confident.

However, a brutal one-sided fight with short Ryugetsu winning eventually made him realize experience mattered over body matter if the opponent didn't know how to use their body.

As Ryugetsu matured throughout junior secondary school, he retained his quiet and somewhat cold personality. He rarely talked to others, aside from mandatory cooperation, and he excelled in his education not caring what others thought of him. He wants to mind his own business.

In grade 7, Ryugetsu had become desensitized to the idea of companionship. He was an imposing and threatening figure, in academic and physical abilities.

Throughout the decade, whenever a test or assessment was given back. Ryugetsu would always rank high or even the top. He would become the center of attention, much to his dismay, as attention toward him was usually negative. This resulted in more fighting, which he would win, gaining experience with every tussle. However, when he scored average or below the pack, he wasn't given attention. He enjoyed that feeling, as it allowed him to gain space and stay away from the drama.

He was invisible and he loved that.

He still scored well, knowing if he scored low he could pass drama, but also knew he risked behind them in higher education. So he decided to maintain his high mark, not revealing his maximum potential.

No other peer dared to pick a fight with Ryugetsu, because he had garnished a reputation as a silent, but brutal fighter. If anyone got too close to him or tried to pick on him, Ryugetsu would become brutal, almost sadistic-like when beating down his opponents, even punching when the opponent was down or surrendered. Ryugetsu didn't care.

He still attended his martial arts classes, participating in more tournaments than ever, with the best results he had ever achieved.

He gained such prowess that they considered having him move to the national level, and then to the international level. However, he lacked the money so he couldn't go, but he still participated in his region.

Of course, he wasn't known in his immediate school for his prowess as a martial arts athlete.

When he noticed a girl looking at him creepily, he merely responded by making a face that made the girl walk away in disgust.

Ryugetsu didn't care, lacked any sympathy to make connections, and had lost the ability long ago. When grade 8 approached, it was the same. His father rarely talked to him, which he stopped minding a while ago. Ever since his mother passed away, Ryugetu's father had become quieter and stopped caring about his son. If his son could function on his own, what purpose was his father to his son?

Everything changed, yet again for Ryugetsu, later in grade 8 unfortunately. As he walked across the different halls, he heard an ominous sound that made him stop. Now that he mentioned it, there was a girl, Homari Aisuke from his class who had been missing for the past day. He thought very little of it was he didn't care for the concern of people in his school.

Sighing as he opened the door to the biology lab room, his eyes widened. His normally stoic face which can usually be mistaken as merely apathetic, turned to horror, his eyes displaying the unique blend of the color of his iris, allowing for reflection to be seen on his pupil.

What he saw was Homari, handing. She committed suicide. What made this impact Ryugetsu more was the eerie semblance this had to his mother's passing. Both, he had found their dead body. Ryugetsu screamed mentally at what he just witnessed making everyone rush to Ryugetsu's location and horrified by Homari's dead body.

Her death was ruled as suicide, and Ryugetsu was traumatized yet again by seeing another dead body.

The week after the incident, all the students and teachers blamed Ryugetsu for the death of Homari, and then Ryugetsu realized they started to spread rumors that he had pushed and bullied the girl into suicide. Soon they made up the story that the girl is his ex-girlfriend. As multiple of his peers yelled at him for his obliviousness to her clearing feelings to him, and the date they went out on, he realized that he never gave her an answer. Of course, this didn't cause her death, but rather an abusive family problem.

Ryugetsu got angry and was just a mere student. He was terrified and traumatized. And he could only watch as the rumors spread virally, even outside his school.

By grade 9, Ryugetsu's life was made worse when he finished his junior education, his father lost his job due to the rumor of his son "murdering" a fellow high school girl.

Ryugetsu father was pissed and took his anger out on his son, before kicking his son out of the house, much to his dismay and confusion of Ryugetsu.

When he realized he would never be left back, he went to his sensei and asked for help. While Sensei is nice, he knows he can't take care of Ryugetsu.

He has seen the boy grow up more than the kid's father and understood him. Sensei had heard rumors, but he didn't believe them, feeling Ryugetsu probably didn't even know the girl and being so-called his girlfriend, being anti-social as he was.

He realized the damage was done, and that there was no way Ryugetsu would have a normal life on this island.

Sensei knew of Ryugetsu's academic capabilities and decided to enroll him in a senior high school that emphasized a sufficient lifestyle, something Ryugetsu knew well, being able to cook, fight, and clean after himself.

Advancing Nurturing High School. It was for the top of the students in Japan, and while most came from around the metropolitan area, Ryugetsu was no different, despite his different upbringing. In particular, being put in an environment where only students would be in the environment, with no outside experience.

Ryugetsu however was scared, not knowing if he would be able to do martial arts again but his master chuckled.

"Silly, there are other martial arts dojo outside of me. The high school will probably have a martial arts club, where you can train with fellow peers."

Ryugetsu sighed, wanting badly to escape this island, and felt that this weird school was a better alternative.

"Sure, I'll do it." He agreed. Only doing so because of the rapidly deteriorating situation his life was in, considering he had almost been killed by a particularly brutal assault.

The now 15-year-old Ryugetsu wearing a uniform from the High School that his master wanted to enroll him is waiting for his bus to arrive.

About 15 minutes later, The bus arrived at its current stop, Ryugetsu entered the bus. After Ryugetsu entered the bus, he saw other students wearing the same uniform as he was sitting at the end of the bus, one male student on the side bench, and a female student standing but he ignored the student and sat next to the door. As the bus finished loading the passengers, they started to take off.

Ryugetsu was wearing headphones given to his master and listening to his music while the bus was taking him and the other people toward their destination on the island.

When the bus stops, Ryugetsu sees all of the students who have already arrived entering the school and he and the other students get off the bus and walk to the entrance of Ryugetsu's new school. Ryugetsu was the last one to get off the bus and just looked at the entrance of his new school 'Advancing Nurturing High School'.

'So this is my school, huh' Ryugetsu sighed uninterested before entering the school.

'Tokyo Metropolitan Advanced Nurturing High School, established by the government to raise students who have been deemed our country's future leaders and it works through it boasts 100 college entry and employment rate using experimental state-derived teaching methods they pull out all the stops to build a bright future for Japan. I hope this school has martial arts clubs or classes I can attend.' Ryugetsu explained thoughtfully.

After Ryugetsu entered the building and followed the students to the gym for the orientation, Ryugetsu sat in the assigned seat that the teacher had told him to sit in. Ryugetsu felt very uncomfortable in his assigned seat because where he sitting were the students who didn't show interest, falling asleep, and got distracted. Ryugetsu on the other hand pays attention to the presentation but shows a stoic expression.

When the orientation is finished all students are assigned to their room. Ryugetsu looks at the sign of his home with dismay and unreal. Ryugetsu's homeroom is 1-D much to his dismay and confusion but he knows why he was assigned to this room because he has low grades in cooperative and

As Ryugetsu opened the door, he saw everyone look in his direction but he sighed, ignoring their gaze, and sat in his assigned seat next to the door as Ryugetsu rested on his fist ignoring the gaze of other students. After Ryugetsu sat down, everyone just went back to their normal time. Ryugetsu looks like he's just minding his own business until one of the students decides to introduce themselves before the homeroom teacher arrives shortly.

Even though Ryugetsu didn't pay attention, he could still hear the conversation with every student one by one.

The first is Yosuke Hirata, a young man of average height with blonde hair and brown eyes. He played every sport imaginable and he wants to try out for the school soccer team.

'Yosuke Hirata, I bet he's going to be class representative in this class.'

The second is Kikyo Kushida, a teenage girl who is considered highly attractive by the boys in her class and other boys in the school where her trademark is her short beige-colored hair paired with gradient crimson eyes and she is noted for having a well-endowed figure and an average height. She wishes to make friends with everyone.

'Kikyo Kushia, something tells me she had a friend vibe going on which is very fishy in my opinion.'

The third is Kanji Ike, a short young man with brown hair with bangs hanging on the right side and brown eyes. He called himself 'Ladies Man'.

'Kanji Ike, is this some kind of joke, he called himself 'Ladies Man' more like a 'Rejector Man'.'

The fourth is Haruki Yamauchi, a young man of average height with short brown hair and red eyes. He recalled his elementary school, Hewent to nationals in ping-pong. In middle school, he was the baseball club's ace and cleanup hitter. He still recovering from an injury he got during the inter-high.

'Haruki Yamamuchi, something tells me he likes to get himself in trouble and even had a lie vibe going on.'

"Next up, how about you," Hirata called to an emotionless boy and Ryugetsu decided to look at him for the first time—a tall and lean young man with brown hair, brown eyes, and a fair complexion.

"Uh, who me?" The emotionless boy asked. Hirata smiled in response

He looked uninterested at first but he decided to introduce himself for the sake of his reputation.

"uh, so um I'm Kiyotaka Ayanokoji...uh...I can't wait to study with you, uh, I'm not good at anything in particular uh I'll do my best to get along with you all" Ayanokoji mumbled awkwardly even though it seemed boring but everyone started to clap for his introduction.

'Kiyotaka Ayanokoji, that guy seems strange and mysterious, something I have to be cautious more.'

"Next up, what about you," Hirata called as he aimed toward Ryugetsu. Everyone followed their direction toward Ryugetsu but Ryugetsu seemed uninterested after Hirata called him so he decided to look at Hirata and the other students with stoic expressions, put his headphones on, and returned to his normal posture.

"Huh, not much of a talker huh," Hirata asked kindly but Ryugetsu still listening to his music didn't hear Hirata reply.

"Ok, let's skip him for now. Anyone else wants to introduce themselves," Hirata continued.

'It's not that I'm not a talker, I'm not a mute either, I just don't want to draw any more attention and see me as a freak.'

A loud thud interrupts the room. The noise was a delinquent kicking the desk in front of him, frightening Kanji Ike. Aside from his dyed red hair and an inappropriate hairstyle, he possesses an intimidating look, which makes it harder for others to get close to him. His height of 183 cm combined with his sturdy, muscular physique easily leaves an impression of a competent athlete on others. His clothing style also portrays his wild and aggressive personality, as he lets loose his upper shirt's buttons.

"Introductions are for grade-schoolers. What are we, a bunch of babies? Get to know each other on your own time!" said the delinquent uninterested.

"Let's get started."

The teacher of the class arrives. Ryugetsu noticed the teacher making the appearance and he took off his headphones to pay attention. a young woman with long brown hair that is tied in a ponytail with bangs swept to the left, brown eyes, a well-endowed voluptuous body and she is mostly seen with a serious expression on her face. Her normal outfit consists of a black blazer with a white polo shirt underneath, a short black skirt with stockings and a pair of black heels, or long suit pants and a pair of white heels.

"Find your seats, everyone." said the teacher as she put down the rule book on her desk and turned toward the students.

"I'm Sae Chabashira, the homeroom teacher for Class 1-D. At this school, you will not change classes ever. For the next three years, I'll be responsible for you until graduation. For our first order of business, the school rule book. Take one and pass it back." Charbashira explained as she gave one to Ryugetsu with a full stack of rule books and he passed it to the student in his back.

"We have some rather unique rules at this institution. First, you must all live in the dorms, your contact with the outside world will be restricted, as well as your time away from the campus. For anyone concerned, the school offers a wide variety of facilities. Anything you could need or want can be found here, including leisure and entertainment. To make purchases, you will spend your points, which are tracked using the school's main computer system. At this school, you can buy absolutely anything on campus with these. Points are distributed to you on the first of each month. Each point is worth one yen. If you all check your devices, you'll notice that you've already been allotted 100,000," Chabashira explained.

Ryugetsu looked at his new phone showing his identification and his student ID with private points showing 100,000. Everyone looked surprised by the amount of private points they had but for Ryugetsu, he just had to be strict and cautious with his spending.

"I see you all surprised by the size of your allotment. This school judges its students based on their merit alone. You've all shown immense value just getting into the school. We've alloted you what we think you are worth," Chabashira explained.

After school, Ryugetsu went to the convenience store to buy some necessary items he needed: a toothbrush, toothpaste, hygiene products, and food. He doesn't need clothes, he has a martial bag filled with clothes and a martial arts gown with him. A toothbrush costs 30, toothpaste costs 50, hygiene products like shampoo, soap, and deodorant cost 200, and the food Ryugetsu buys is meat, vegetables, fruit, and fish so he can cook when he gets to his dorm costs 700. All total cost 980 private points.

"Huh, it does work like money after all," Ryugetsu commented as he looked at his phone showing a notification of how much he had spent. The 100,000 drop down to 99,020.

'Twenty-five students per class, and four classes per grade... that makes 300 of us in all. If each kid gets 100,000 a month, that's 360 million yearly. How can the government afford to pay for all these?' Ryugetsu thought as he exited the convenience store and toward his new dormitory.

After Ryugetsu arrived at the lobby of the dormitory, he took his keys and found his new room, he noticed the surprising living space in the area was, as he looked around. After finding his room, he opened the door to his room and entered inside with his school bag, martial arts bag, cooking utensils, and everything.

Sighing, he went to lie down and look at his digital phone. He later unpacked his stuff in the martial arts bag and stored it in the cabinet leaving only his martial arts gown in the bag.

Getting out of his room, with his security card and turning off the lights, even bringing his martial arts bag, he began to search for any martial arts club he wanted to attend. He saw a girl with long black hair with one braid tied with a pink bow as well as gradient red eyes. She is always seen with a stern look on her face. She has a slim but well-endowed body which makes her stand out as being beautiful.

She was standing from her door making Ryugetsu realize his room was next to hers. She gives Ryugetsu a cold glare but he sighs and makes his way past her, ignoring the looks the girl has given him.

In Class 1-D, every student is talking to some classmates, the black-haired girl is reluctantly talking to the emotionless boy. Ryugetsu was not talking at all. Instead, he listened to music, his study book opened as he was looking through the content.

After he finished studying, he left for a lunch break.

Looking around the cafeteria, it seemed that literally every student had found someone to hang out with.

'This is just perfect,' Ryugetsu thought, as it allowed him to get what he wanted without any form of acknowledgment.

Making his way to the cafeteria, he ignored the commotion around him, only focusing on himself, as he made his way to get some food.

Ordering simple chicken ramen and guava-fruit punch. It was relatively cheap, only cost 20 private points to 99,000, and even the food wasn't entirely fulfilling. He rarely ate over the normal amount, not wanting to tire from over-indulgence.

After he finished his lunch, he made his course to return to class until he stumbled upon a request board where there was an application to join the martial arts club that would be held in the dojo near the gym. Ryugetsu looked at it for a moment until he nodded in acknowledgment took the contact information out of the application and made his way back to his class.

When class starts, Chabashira lectures about the history of the Yamato government.

"The head of the Yamato government was known as the "o-Kimi". He controlled the powerful families of each region using the uji-kabane system. "Uji" referred to groups of families who shared the same bloodline, while "Kabane" referred to an individual's post and status. It was a system in which pedigree determined one's place."

While Chabashira lectures, a delinquent is taking a nap, a student talking in class, a student checking their phones, and a student gets distracted by playing video games and reading manga. Some of them ostentatiously show their disinterest in Japanese History lectures. Ryugetsu was multitasking, using his vision to focus on writing some notes from Chabashira's lectures and listening to music but only one ear was open for Ryugetsu to listening the teacher's lectures, all the while he was listening to the teacher and feeling his surroundings to understand the environment.

While the teacher continued to lecture about Japanese History, the bell rang knowing that class had ended.

"That's all for today. Look over the material for tomorrow," said Chabashira as she walked out

Ryugetsu packed his stuff and materials in his school bag and headed to the destination of his dormitory.

Ryugetsu arrived at the destination that the application had given him with his martial arts bag. He stands in front of the dojo for a moment to understand the environment but he sighs and enters the dojo instead.

Ryugetsu wished that the dojo could be empty so he could practice his martial arts for his alone time but to his dismay, there were people there. A lot of people.

Sighing, he made his way to the corner, watching as some kicked punching bags in such a sloppy position and movement, just taking a few kicks before slacking off.

Already, Ryugetsu could not take them seriously, as they had flaws, he could easily exploit. Whatever, as long as they didn't see him, he was fine...

"Hey! You look new here! What's your name?" A somewhat small girl with a modest body came too close to Ryugetsu much to his discomfort. She had teal long hair tied in a ponytail, and was around 162 cm, or 5'4". However, she seemed to have a rather voluptuous body, with very toned thighs and hips. This girl undoubtedly had strong kicks, but her openness and quickness to distraction could be exploited.

"I'm Asami Kamiya, what's your name?!" Kamiya excitedly asked, which made Ryugetsu sigh in annoyance as he took out his taekwondo uniform, his 3rd-degree black belt being of notoriety to most in the room, much to the dismay of Ryugetsu.

'Asami Kamiya, a 1st dan karate master with a bubbly attitude, something tells me that she really won't leave me alone.' Ryugetsu thought in annoyance.

"Oh wow! You're a third-degree?! You must be very skilled at martial arts!" Kamiya exclaimed excitedly, and again Ryugetsu sighed, glad she hadn't lectured him regarding answering her.

She eventually, pouted, "Hey are you ignoring me?!"

That made Ryugetsu grunt, before walking away. He doesn't want to interact a lot right now. He was new and felt somewhat awkward to talk. Especially to a bubbly girl like her, considering what he had always gone through with one.

Kamiya clenched her fist in annoyance, her nice bubbly girl act turning to a more genuine frustration.

"Fine! I challenge you to a spar! If you beat me, you can stay quiet and I will leave you alone, but if I beat you, you must talk to me!" Kamiya gave Ryugetsu an ultimatum, which he realized.

However, Ryugetsu felt that this was acceptable. He gets a spar easily, but he hasn't warmed up.

"I'll let you warm up of course, but you must spar me today!" Kamiya angrily demanded, which Ryugetsu glanced over, picking up his jump rope and twirling it until he felt sweat coming down on him.

Then, he performed some kicks here and there, and Ryugetsu made his way to his challenger. He watched her as she performed kicks. Based on that, Ryugetsu felt somewhat confident and hopeful in his abilities.

"It seems despite your lack of language, you understand a challenge..." Kamiya teased, clearly trying to get Ryugetsu worked up, which proved ineffective.

"Alright, fine! Let's just go." Kamiya stated, at last, putting on her black belt and uniform, hand clapping together.

Ryugetsu did the same, and they both simultaneously bowed, respecting and initiating a sparring match. It was the respectful way to commence the fight, acknowledging each other's progress.

Suddenly, both got into their respective fighting position.

Ryugetsu got into his fighting stance, which Kamiya did as well. One thing Ryugetsu noticed, was the fact that Kamiya had gotten into a more basic fighting stance. While she was crouched, with her fist blocking her vital parts well, she did put herself in a compromising position, as she neglected below her hip.

His martial arts class allowed him to excel and polish his techniques with kicks. As for others, he had learned Wing Chun for blocking and reflexes and Jeet Kune Do for punches and more kick techniques. The before and after of how one brings their body. The looks on their faces whenever they want to strike, and what may aggregate them into initiating a brawl.

Ryugetsu, by comparison, kept his arm a bit lower but tilted his torso backward somewhat. He seemed intrigued to see the kind of fighting style she would use against him. She must be very potent and strong if she wanted to spar with people this openly.

Immediately, Kamiya went straight for Ryugetsu, who already realized she was the aggressor type.

He sighed, as he had to find and see when they got themselves in a compromising position.

Slipping from her first punch, he quickly leaned in, kneeing her pelvis area, before pushing her away, using her shock, to back kick her straight in the ribcage.

Ryugetsu sighed, thinking the match was already over. His kicks, when snapped like his backside kick were enough to rattle the immediate part of the body that was struck. For Ryugetsu to strike Kamiya's chest with this kind of kick, her breath must've been temporarily hijacked, as she felt her insides shake from the impact of his kicks.

'His kicks...was so strong...' Was all Kamiya was thinking, as she kneeled to catch her breath.

Ryugetsu was merely watching. While she hadn't fallen out of the ring, she was on the perimeter and was kneeling.

But to his mild surprise, she got up. While she was panting, her will was strong. Ryugetsu sighed, looks like he'll have to hit her with a stronger kick. He had tried to be a bit weaker, so that he could see what he was working with around his club, but felt that by shutting them down, he wouldn't be able to learn anything.

This time taking change, he saw her eyes widen before she did her kick. A simple sidekick that caught him off guard. He hadn't expected her to do a proper kick.

Seemed that she was finally getting serious.

She finally had an expression of seriousness, which Ryugetsu appreciated. Noticing her kick this time was quicker, he couldn't retaliate as quickly as before.

Kamiya attempted to strike Ryugetsu with a punch to his neck, which he blocked with his arm, which diffused any damage it could've done.

"Why haven't you punched me yet!" Kamiya asked in curiosity, but once again Ryugetsu stayed silent.

'Truth be told, I did learn Wing Chun and Jeet Kune Do for my punches but I don't want to draw any more attention which will ruin my reputation.' Ryugetsu thought.

The rest of the audience looked on in anticipation, seeing who would come out on top.

Seeing as Kamiya had gotten herself into position and tried backing away, Ryugetsu saw this and leaped up, swinging his legs across, striking Kamiya in her side, and temple.

He had swung his right leg to her side and then twisted his body further to strike his left leg straight down, to hit her head.

Landing properly, Kamiya has fallen, the blow to her head knocking her out cold. She had a comical spiral in both her eyes, but she wasn't dead, just knocked out. She was going to have a headache when she woke up.

The audience who had remained silent cheered for Ryugetsu's victory, but this only made him nervous.

'Shit...I blew my cover.' Was all Ryugetsu thinking, as he sighed and walked back to the corner. He was immediately greeted by other students who enjoyed martial arts, but Ryugetsu had no intention to chat.

What made Ryugetsu different from the rest, was the fact that he had spent 14 years learning martial arts, which he remembered vividly. While they weren't difficult, Ryugetsu had learned a lot of extra fighting moves that could help him in the event things got difficult.

But for them, he focused on his exercise and techniques, ignoring the shocked looks of others in the room. He was not going to let those looks weigh down.

To the others in the room, it was a shock. Some were even second or third year, and to see a first-year decimate another within under five minutes was intriguing, so naturally they wanted to interrogate and understand him. Of course, his lack of communication and the likes was what made them hesitate twice.

He also has a somewhat scary tone to his body. His red eye seemed sharp like 'a dragon found its prey'. But more so was a quiet student with a perceptive look.

It wasn't disinterest or a cold serious look. But rather a more perceptive look that made it seem he was always observing around, of course with a serious look. While his eyes showed little care, they were looking around. Though his small natural frown did make it seem like it.

When he was fighting, however, his facial expression switched rapidly. The calm and somewhat serious expression changed rapidly. He wasn't an emotionless and stoic person, but he was hard to read. He could be cunning, and smart when he wanted to.

His sharp and deadly eye makes everyone in the room chill in their spines, thus even athletes and people who fought could be surprised by Ryugetsu's deadly eyes.

Eventually, the day was up, and without any more interference, Ryugetsu left the room, leaving the others to gossip about the mysterious boy.

But again, Ryugetsu didn't want to be brought out of his invisibility. He just wanted to live his life. The last time he wasn't invisible, it wasn't pleasant. He would never let himself be an embarrassment again. And likewise, he would never try and be desperate for friends.

Unknown to Ryugetsu, a girl on the top platform of the dojo had long snow-white hair and violet eyes, her hair was styled behind a head braided crown and mini-ponytail was watching the aftermath between Kamiya and Ryugetsu but she only paid attention to Ryugetsu looked interested.

Ryugetsu made his way to his dorm, he was somewhat annoyed but kept a stoic expression. He realized just now he got all wet he had gotten due to the rain pouring on him. His uniform was going to need to be cleaned, and his hair had gotten even wilder because of the rain.

Passing by some student who seemed to be finishing by the pool, Ryugetsu couldn't care less, despite the weird look given to him.

"Hey!" Ryugetsu turned around to see the beige-haired girl greeting him. Ryugetsu knows this girl, she's Kikyo Kushida, the girl who always wished to make friends with everyone. she is in the same class as he is but Ryugetu looks behind him and uses him to assume she is talking to the guy behind Ryugetsu, and quickly walks to his room, locking his door.

That girl was probably going to be pissed with him, but he couldn't care less. Right now, studying and sleeping seemed nice. Of course, he had to go soon so that he could wash and dry his clothes.

This was one of the strange things compared to the island he grew up on, to the city now. There were machines to wash and dry your clothes.

Ryugetsu putting them in, the machine would first wash, spin, and then dry out his clothes. That was very intriguing.

"Funny seeing you here again..." Ryugetsu turned around and saw that the girl he had beaten in his sparring match was here to clean up her uniform as well. Asami Kamiya. Once again Ryugetsu focused on the machine, before turning to walk away.

"Don't think I'll forget how you knocked me out. I will train stronger so that I can finally beat you!" Kamiya declared, not in an angry tone, but rather in a more passionate and serious tone. It was different from the usual happy-go-lucky and nice attitude she showed to everyone. It was almost like Ryugetsu was seeing the true nature of Asami Kamiya, and therefore he felt necessary to encourage that.

"I'm looking forward to future sparring, then," Ryugetsu stated, his voice shocked the girl before he left to his room to study.

He would eventually go to pick up his laundry, but when he was heading back after putting them in the machine, and briefly talking to Kamiya, he noticed the same girl he had ignored earlier staring at him, her eyes bagging and the unusual glow in her eyes replaced with a shocking amount of hatred.

Ryugetsu didn't care and proceeded to walk into his room, closing the door before she could respond.

A loud sound resonated from his door before silence occurred.

'What a strange girl..." Ryugetsu thought before he continued with his schedule.

Eventually, late in the night, when he was about to sleep, decided to gather his laundry. Thankfully not meet Kamiya again, which would have made things awkward between them.

Unfortunately, he did meet, yet another girl while making his way to his room, his white clothing in his hand, wrapped neatly around to not fall out.

He spotted the black-haired girl with some braid, again with a cold and serious look on her face. Even in the dim light environment in the hall, Ryugetsu could see well in this environment.

The girl was wearing casual clothing that Ryugetsu did not care to mention, only her long, kind of braided hair sticking out of him.

As he approached closer, the girl began to stare at him with that cold, serious look. Ryugetsu remained composed, caring very little for how she perceived him. Unlocking his door to his room, which was next to that girl it seemed, he entered and closed the door, leaving the girl outside pondering on her thoughts.

Getting into his bed, he didn't think much of the actions he committed today. Ryugetsu looks at his phone still holding his 99,000 private points.

"100,000 huh?" Ryugetsu concerned.

'Most students decided to make the most of their circumstances, without giving much thought to anything at all. Day in and day out, they blew through their monthly allowance like it was nothing, buying whatever they wanted. The teacher never disciplined, so conversations in class, sleeping on desks, tardiness, and downright truancy became the norm. Extravagance, debauchery, and lethargy ran rampant. And suddenly on May 1st, everything changed.' Ryugetsu thought.

On May 1st, all students in Class 1-D noticed something was wrong with their points and everyone got confused about why they didn't get any more points.

Ryugetsu looked at his phone and noticed his point was out of date for some reason and he knew why. He then heard the door open and paid attention to the teacher's announcement.

"Take your seats, class. Morning homeroom begins now." Chabashira announced.

"Hey, teacher, nobody here has gotten any more points yet! It's the first of the month, shouldn't they have already been refilled by now?" Yamauchi asked concernedly.

"Of course, this month's allotment has already been distributed," Chabashira answered calmly.

"Uh...mine aren't there," Yamauchi said.

"As I said, the points have been allocated. I am certain about that. And I know that the administration has not overlooked this class." Chabashira explained.

"What about our points? Nobody in this class got any." Ike asked concernedly.

Most students agreed with what Kanji Ike said until Chabashira smiled sarcastically.

"A whole class comprised of morons, you're all pathetic," Chabashira stated sarcastically.

All of the students were bewildered by her statement.

"A combined total of 98 tardies and absences. 391 documented cases of cell phone use and or talking during instruction. Impressive figures for the first month of the school year. At this school, your grades and performance evaluations aren't handed out. They're reflected in your monthly points allotment. Your unconscionable behavior and that alone has resulted in the withholding of your points allowance for this month. The points allotted to this class for the month come out to a total...of zero." Chabashira stated.

"No way. I have to live on no money this whole month?" Ike said in disbelief.

"Hang on, that's not fair. It's just that, you should have told us." Yamauchi said.

"Did it never occur to you to question your circumstances? You are only children. Why would you be given such an extravagant sum?" Chabashira stated.

Ryugetsu gazed at the phone knowing what his homeroom teacher meant and nodded of understanding.

"Didn't you think there would be a catch? Your assumptions were wrong and now you must all pay the price. If you did have doubts, why then did you refuse to act upon them? I told you on the first day of class, didn't I? I was perfectly clear. The school judges its students on merit alone. So, as it stands now, we think you're all garbage. You're worth nothing, so you get nothing." Chabashira stated.

All the students were bewildered by her statement. Ryugetsu's eyes opened revealing a glow in his eye with a serious and deadly glare like a dragon.

'So the game has finally begun, this will be interesting.' Ryugetsu thought seriously.
