She had twelve black wings, with golden feathers at the end of each wing, on her back identifying her as Fallen Archangel.
Her name is Irina Shidou.
Originally she was the Archangel Michael's Brave Saint Ace.
After an... unfortunate incident, she fell.
Now, she lost everything she ever had in a war caused by the Longinus users who had gone rogue.
Irina didn't blame them. Were she in their place, she would've done the same.
Here she was, the fourth, final Governor General of the Grigori, and the last Fallen.
Irina was holding in her hand a golden orb with a clock on it.
"With Return, I will fix this godless world. "Irina said as she saw the Gods that were fighting each other not long ago flying towards her.
Irina smirked a wicked smile.
Irina's personality changed thanks to her falling.
Her bright persona changed into the wickedest one could imagine.
She is still good but she's just dark.
"Don't worry, all of you will pay when it's time. "Irina threatened her enemies as they launched their attacks at her.
Irina didn't bother to dodge or block.

Irina smiled as she recognized the room she was currently inside.

Reserving time wasn't the reason she was excited, it was the fact that she returned to her original self.

Irina took the phone that was near her bed and saw that the time was 3 in the morning.
The regressed Angel smiled before taking a photo of herself.
That pure smile is something that became a distant memory for her.
"Time to get to work. "Irina said to herself as she left her room while changing her sleepwear.
Walking inside the Maison that was currently unfamiliar to her, Irina used her sensing ability to reach the person she was looking for.
Irina arrived in front of a bedroom that contained two individuals.
Irina opened the door slowly and found two people sleeping in the bedroom.
One was a young woman with long crimson hair and the other was a young man with brown hair.
They were Rias Gremory and Hyoudou Issei.
Irina looked like she was about to murder the Gremory's Heiress but stopped herself from even releasing her killing intention.
Irina touched the Sekiryuutei using a small water spell to wake him up.
"Ahhh, what hap...Irina! What are you doing here? "Irina looked at Issei who was confused by her arrival.
Irina looked at Issei with a soft smile.
"I want to talk. Let us talk somewhere else. "Issei looked at his King who was sleeping.
Issei thought about refusing her offer but decided to talk with his childhood friend.

The Angel turned to Issei and said the cursed words that haunted him.
"Ise-Kun, would you die for me?"Irina's hair turned black as she said that making Issei almost shout the name of his 'ex-girlfriend' but holding himself.
"You...m-mean in battle. Of course, I would. "Ise answered his childhood friend trying to get what he saw out of his head.
"You shouldn't. You're way more important than me. "Irina told her friend the truth shocking him.
"Irina, What..."Irina didn't allow the Sekiryuutei to continue.
"You're the Sekiryuutei. You can shake the whole world's balance. I'm nothing more than a girl who just happened to become Michael's Ace. "Irina said to him knowing that's currently the truth.
Ise looked at Irina whose voice contained no resentment, envy, or anything like that.

In the past, Irina would've chosen nicer words but she only speaks hard facts.
"If you have the delusion that Devil's life is better than a Human's, you're wrong. If you wanted to have a harem, you could've gotten one simply by being the Sekiryuutei. If you wanted to get stronger, you could've stayed a Human and reached strength enough to fight Maou. "Irina declared.

Whatever self-control he had, it was lost.
Issei returned Irina's advance in kind.
He hugged her back as he kissed her just with the same ferocity that she did him.
After 15 minutes of making out, they stopped having a hard time breathing.
"I'm in love with you, Ise-Kun. "Irina confessed to her shocked childhood friend.
"Don't look too surprised. The other girls are in love with you as well. "Irina revealed their emotions.
Issei couldn't believe it.
No, he didn't want to believe it.

What the Angel said was a thought Issei didn't want to admit even to himself.
He knew that Raynare could've killed him when she came to take Asia or when he was crying over her dead body.
He wanted to believe that, no matter how impossible it seemed, what she said before dying wasn't a lie.
Those thoughts gave me so much shame so I hid them deep down hoping that time rots them away.
"...We better go back to bed. We have a long day tomorrow. "Issei suggested eager to leave.
"Don't run from your problems. You'll never outrun them. "Irina thought as she left Issei alone.

Irina wanted to finish off the Norse God there but she could not do so with all eyes on her.

"Need some rest, that's all. "Issei said trying to sound as tired as he should've been.

Irina was in a similar state because she allowed herself to be injured.
The space behind Irina cracked like glass.
"Get back. "Irina pushed Issei away with all of her might.
Not a second sooner than she did, Irina was pulled by the crack.
"Irina. "Everyone in the vicinity screamed as Irina struggled to push herself out of the crack.
"No use acting. "Irina didn't need to act, she couldn't escape anyway.
"See you soon. "Irina let go of the ground she was holding onto and the crack was getting closed as she get sucked into it.
The last thing she saw before the crack got closed was Issei, Xenovia, and Asia's horrified faces.

"It worked. "Irina smiled in relief as she saw the crystal from Agares was with her.
"Let us begin. "Irina said as an Angel Magic Circle appeared under the crystal.
After 3 days of constant work, Irina smiled as she held 14 Spade cards.
This was the Brave Saint's Deck that she made. The only difference that she made is the fact that the combination doesn't work.
"Grrr. "Irina looked down at her stomach and then herself.
"I need to bath and find something to eat. "Irina as she made everything she was wearing disappear.
Irina didn't care about being seen naked. She walked outside the cave and saw that she was inside a forest.
As she was walking, she dropped water on herself to wash her body then used a small fire spell to dry herself.
After an hour, Irina was sitting in front of a small fire as she was cooking five rabbits that she hunted down.
Irina was wearing a white robe with her hair in a twin tale.
"What should I do now? The crack will appear in eight hours. "Irina said to herself as she ate the cooked rabbits.
Suddenly Irina felt a huge amount of energy that she couldn't ignore.
"What was that?"Irina said as she spread her wings and wore her warrior uniform.
Irina flew at max speed in the direction the power was coming from.
After half an hour, she felt another amount of energy, lower than the first, appearing then both energies disappeared not long after that.
"An ice barrier. "Irina said as she saw a huge circular wall made of ice.
What Irina saw was a tall, beautiful, and slender woman with long, light blue hair and blue eyes wearing what looked like a general uniform, a tattoo on her chest, and no left arm was fighting a young girl with long black hair that reached down to her knees and red eyes and red scars all over her body.
The woman was fighting using a rapier and the girl was using a katana.
"Esdeath, and Akame, huh. "Irina thought as she remembered watching a clip from an anime from another universe about it.
"The difference between reality and fiction is non-existent. "Irina said remembering what a mad man once told her about how some universes can be seen by some people with some writing novel, manga, and animes with it.
Irina continued to oberserve the duel while keeping herself invisible to the human near the ice wall.
Irina was impressed when Esdeath stopped time using her ice power, and was more impressed when Akame managed to cut her down.
Esdeath all but all lost all her will to live knowing that her end was coming.
She slowly walked towards a dead brown-haired creating a wall to keep Akame away.
Irina saw Esdeath hug the boy as she said something.
"Wait, that's..."Irina was shocked by what she just saw.
Irina flew down as Esdeath was freezing herself and the boy.
Using a small light spear, Irina managed to stop the lover suicide that Esdeath was attempting.
"Who are you?"Akame asked trying to act tough but all three of them knew that she was merely putting a bravado.
"An Angel that came to take Esdeath's soul to Hell. "Irina said making her wings and halo glow.
"Hahhahahhahahhahahahahah. This is hilarious, you've come to take me to Hell yet you stop me from killing myself. You're contradicting yourself. "Esdeath said as she felt the poison had begun reaching her heart.
Irina took a few steps to the fallen ice user and placed a finger on her heart.
"I stopped the poison from reaching your heart for the time being. I wish to talk before taking your soul. "Neither Esdeath nor Akame could believe what they were hearing but Esdeath felt the poison stopping.
"What the hell are going to ask this monster?"Screamed Akame from behind the ice wall.
"Esdeath, do you admit to killing 754,651 humans in 26 years of your life? "Irina asked the fallen general.
"That much, huh? I do. "
"Do you admit torturing 35428 humans in your life?"

"Do you feel any regrets about what you did?"Irina asked making Esdeath smile sadistically.
"No, I have none. The strong live, and the weak die. That's how the world works. "Esdeath declared not fearing the being in front of her.
"I see. "Irina closed her eyes and put her hand near Esdeath's face.
Esdeath closed her eyes with a smile.
Instead of killing her, Irina flicked her forehead confusing her.
"What was tha...Ahhhhhhhhh!"Esdeath suddenly screamed as she was in great pain.
Akame looked at Esdeath in surprise and asked the Angel a question.
"Did you make her feel the pain she inflicted on others?"Akame felt stupid for asking such a question.
"No, all I did was allow her to feel. "Irina answered as she Akame looked at Esdeath who was...crying?
"What di-did you to me?"Esdeath demanded and threw up after doing that.
"I removed the seal that was placed in your heart. "Irina answered while looking at the crying woman with pity.
"Seal?"Akame asked.
"It's a seal that was placed on Esdeath for a long time, probably when she was just a young girl. The seal took away her ability to feel, or understand compassion, care, love, and many positive emotions about others, well except him. "Irina explained while looking at the dead boy.
"You really love him. "Akame said while looking at Tatsumi and Esdeath with pity.
"I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I'm sorry..."Esdeath was muttering hysterically.
"Let us talk after you calm down. "Irina said as she hit Esdeath on the back of the head making her unconscious.
Irina searched the place until she found Esdeath's arm and a broken golden sword.
"Incursio..., what are you planning on doing to her?"Akame asked not knowing whether she was concerned for Esdeath or for what she could do.
Irina placed Esdeath on her shoulder.
"Don't worry, you'll never see her again. "Irina said walking towards the girl whose lifespan was reduced.

Irina expected the woman to lose control but she was calm instead.

"What arm?"Esdeath asked before looking at her left side seeing that she had a left arm that was supposed to be ripped off.
Esdeath moved her new arm and fingers and was surprised that it was like his original one.
"What do want?"Esdeath asked, her voice more serious than it was before.
"I want you to join the Angel?"Irina answered with a kind smile.
Whatever Esdeath was expecting, this request wasn't even worth the thought.
"You want me to become an Angel, do you accept mass murderers nowadays? "Esdeath asked sarcastically.
"I've seen the kindness in your heart that you couldn't show to anyone but the boy and I decided it was worth, along with your power, being in my Deck?"Irina declared showing Esdeath a Brave Saint Card.
"Just for that?"The Ice Empress asked in disbelief.
"Do you accept service under me for what could be the remaining of your life?"Irina asked placing the Brave Saint Card in front of the blue-eyed woman.
Esdeath looked at the floating card in front of her and then smiled as she touched it.
"Well, this could be the second chance I need?"Esdeath said as the card shone then her own body shone.
Two pairs of white wings appeared on her back and a red-colored Jack appeared on her left hand.
"Congratulations on joining Team Heaven! "Irina exclaimed.
"So, what's new in my body?"Esdeath asked feeling that was different before even taking the card.
"I changed your Teigo. To be precise, I fused Demon Armor: Incursio with your arm to fix it then fused it with Demon God Manifestation: Demon's Extract and a few materials from my world to create Heavenly Demon Armor: Dragon's Extract. "Irina explained surprising Esdeath a little.
"Your world? Do you mean Heaven?"Esdeath asked deciding this would be the best question to ask before the others.
"I will explain to you later. Now we have to go. "The second Irina finished speaking a crack in space was formed.
