just as important as the main story. Also, the setup is just as important and a great story backstory is important. This is a good way to see what what what you're gonna be with her up against for some of this story.

so we need to get a good setup going which means we have to go back a bit. I would like to go back to Nash as a baby, but that would be too far back even back before the meteors were frozen, but that would be too far back. I would think wouldn't you you can get that in the game so we're gonna skip that. The story is focused on stories of what is and stories that happened before and that's the whole point of this chapter what happened before what happened to Ash, especially with the mind incident I thought it would be a good touch when you think OK that's how the story will start then we'll get into the good stuff.

this will take place eight years after the destruction of older and seven years after the freezing of the meteors all right now that's clear away let's get started.

I remember things that have been told me all my life like don't run off or don't get yourself into trouble because you're a human descendant. I've been told that all my life. But today was different. I knew it was but it wasn't like any other day I was bored like always there's nothing to do in this town.

I used to live with the elders up until now when I was eight years old now Riley takes care of me. The Aldens took her in the only thing different is she goes up to ion to give blood. I knew about it somewhat. I know she goes up and does something like that and then she goes and visits a friend at the Timecrest guild that was built right after the meteors were frozen.

then now I live with Riley and she changed my name not my first, but my last name I made an illusion to make me look different. My eyes were changed my hair and body were changed there. She said no one would recognize that you're a human descendant now you look like me except different too, I looked at myself and I look different. I looked like Riley.

They let me be your full-time guardian now which means you're gonna have my last name cause I'll be like your mother now she said you'll still go to the Elden but you're no longer their kid, I just nod my head, and agree. What else was I supposed to do?

but I no longer felt like I had the same blood I had even though deep down, I felt like I did even if she could make me look like her like a Voran that doesn't mean I'm not a human descended inside you can't change who I am Riley you can't change me to not look like a human descendent when you could change me to not look like one, but I still feel like one inside I know she said I can't change your insides just your outside appearance. This is the shield so you don't get discovered now. I hope you'll be good while I'm gone and don't get into too much mischief I'm on my head I promise I won't get into any trouble Riley.

Oh you came to visit but then Riley told you to stay home I said I wanted to come to say for a moment I said to her all right Mom said you can stay for a bit I guess you can stay since you don't wanna stay alone but you need to behave I'm not I agree I promise but you can't you know me I have such a scent of adventure that I don't want to. I know Mom said but you need to behave for Riley.

but I didn't I packed some food and left. Where are you going? Exploring behaving yourself and being safe and not as I walked out the house but I knew I could take care of myself. I didn't take a lot of food with me or a lot of water either I decided to go exploring myself.

and I wanted to see the treasure inside the mine, so that's where I went the cave closed behind me, but it was fine. I could find my way if I could if I knew where the exit door was or not the door, but the cave entrance was I was there to find the treasure I know I disobeyed Riley, but I was curious, I was after all keeping promises were not easy for an eight-year-old should understand she was eight months, right?

right, and she won't find out I'll get in and out as quick as possible I was bored and that's why that's what I tell her tell her I was bored I wanted to go exploring I wanted to do something fun and adventurous once and besides, what does it matter I'll get out safely that's what I told myself but the lamp I had with oil burned out I was now in the dark my food and water have run out. I was hungry and thirsty now, but I didn't think I was gonna be in here this long I didn't even start licking the walls for water, but they weren't wet. They were dry that's not good, the glow stones were not very bright either and I had to keep moving treasure had to be somewhere.

I thought treasure treasure, but no treasure I didn't see any and I hardly had to leave now I was about to give up and turn around when I saw someone I'm guessing it was a mage because he was able to use magic fire magic. I could see, but I walked away from it. I did not want him to hinder, my thoughts or my concentration, and I didn't need his help I wanted away from him away from his light until I got stuck in a web oh no, and I looked above me.

then I saw an acid spider, looking down at me, dripping acid. I was hindered by his web I was tangled I couldn't get free, and I closed my eyes. These spiders let spit acid on their victims until they're partially dissolved before eating and eating their victims consuming them I waited for my gruesome men, but then.

The mage came and freed me he took my hand and we ran out of there, but he got injured, too. I looked at the scarring and I remembered it or I will remember it for the rest of my life. He said that was close I thought he was gonna be angry, but he just did that for a moment and put ointment on himself and he took the shirt off so he could not get any more damage. I had to throw the shirt away he said, but I saved you thanks I said I guess Lori doing in those minds anyway I thought I could find treasure inside, even though everyone told me to not go in there I went anyway no you'll probably be in big trouble with your parents. Yeah, I know.

then he gave me a coin, but you're right there is treasure hidden in there somewhere thanks I guess I said, as we walked out away from the minds even asked, where I lived and he wanted me to the Eldon's house and left I walked back to Riley's waiting for Riley to return I even took a bath so that she wouldn't be suspicious and I hit the coin away so she wouldn't know where I got it. This will be my good luck charm. I thought OK then I decided I wanted to become a maid one day I want to help people too, with magic people like me.

I want to become someone else's hero if that would be possible that'll be my dream maybe Riley will let me I don't know which she would allow me to do those things I don't know but I hope she would. I hope she would understand.

I even went back to after my ideal. I went and sat down at my teeth, my room, and picked up the pocket watch. I know I have birth family somewhere though Riley is not my only family, even though she told me, she never told me where the watch came from, I need to ask I need to know where this watch came from but maybe I shouldn't ask not today at least if she finds out of my little adventure that I disobeyed her.

I guess I'll see Riley later. I don't wanna see her right now. I'll just take a nap and that's what I did.

Also, I fixed myself something to eat. I was hungry at first and then I took a nap. Wait for Riley to come home. Sorry Riley I disobeyed you.

I am such a brat I know I'll do better. Next time. Sleep overcame me and I rested.
