Author notes: The title to my story a little deceitful. I hope that doesn't sway you from reading it. I hope the story be a good read. It was inspired by the movie Save The Last Dance. This isn't going to be a fast fanfic. In fact, it may also be a long plot. I also writing a lot of other fanfics. So please bear with me. I want to get back to the others later. In the meantime, enjoy.


Summary

Aerith was a promising dancer, cloud a promise fighter and martial artist. Aerith did Ballet and was a promising artist. When her parents are killed in Materia accident in a haste, getting to her addition. Now a completely Grief-stricken Aerith. Quits ballet and moves to Midgar. However, that all changes. When she meets Cloud. A punk who gets into trouble or fights often. who dreams of becoming a soldier. a gang who famous throughout the city. soon they well learn that they both have shattered dreams and unfilled wishes. but in the end, they become what the other one needs.


Aerith ready her bags, and boxes. this wasn't going to be an easy thing for her. saying goodbye to the rolling hills and mountains passes she once knew. everyone she once knew and going to have to say goodbye. tugged at her heart.

she was moving in with a stranger a crossed the world. she lived a crossed the seas in the city of Midgar. that would be a new start, to everything. an old chapter of her life had ended. a new one waited on her doorstep.

It had been had a week, and the tears still kept rolling. her mother and father had just died and now she found herself packing her bags. also, not just hers but her mother and father belongings as well. the more the items of appeared in front of her. the more the painful it became. she would shove them into boxes in hopes to forget and block the pain. I just wanted to forget it all. You can call it selfish. But can you honestly blame me? It was determined that I would stay at a friend of my mother. While I was finishing high school. It was late, there was no denying it. I found the insomnia had kicked in. No matter how hard I tried. I just couldn't sleep; it had been nearly a week since the accident.

What was I going to do? That was unknown even to me. I had a promising career ahead of me, or so they say. But I wanted nothing more than to see them again. "My mother was killed because she wanted see my dream come true."

it must have been early in the morning, late into the night.

How stupid it was to think or expect them to make it in time.

Maybe just maybe they still be alive if I hadn't pressured them so hard.

that just isn't the case.


Aerith flashback

It all started that day,

"Aerith, you're on in five minutes." I breathe out a sigh of anxiously. Then step out,

I breathed a sigh of nervousness. peering out at the crowd. but my mother isn't here yet I replied to the camera woman.

"don't care, your seventeen, aren't you? there is no need for concern." said the women in reply.

little did i know at the time my mother wasn't coming. however, little did i know today was her final day.
