What would happen if Izuku was born with a quirk a combination of his parents quirks let's find out

Chapter 1: Izukus Quirk
Izuku midorya and his mother inko sat in the quirk doctors room waiting for Izukus results on his Quirk. After 5 minutes the doctor came back with a simle.
"You have a strong Quirk young man it is a combantion of your mothers and your fathers quirks so we have decide to name your quirk dragon fire as your quirk factor seems to be your lungs and once you breathe fire you can change its shape and direction." The doctor explained.
"I have a strong quirk I can be a hero." Izuku said full of joy.
"yes you can dear." His mother said
(time skip - middle school)
It's been a few years since Izuku manifested his quirk and he has been training with it for years along side his best friend katsuki bakugo who has an explosion quirk. The two of them have been training together ever since getting their quirks.
(In the classroom)
The teacher walks into the classroom with papers and talks about futures when he trows the papers and says that they all want to be heroes and everyone shows of the quirks expect for Izuku and katsuki. The teacher then tells everyone to stop using there quirks and then katsuki speaks.
"sensei don't lump me and Izuku with these losers as if we had anything like their crappy quirks." Katsuki stated
The other students then started to shout back and the teacher then says that both bakugo and midorya must be aiming for U.A High.
Both bakugo and midoryia smirk and at the same time say "Damm right!.
(Outside of school)
"So katsuki we have ten months until the entrance exam so we should spend the time training and I still need to do my breathing exercises." Izuku Said
"I agree with you Izuku so let's go to Your house first and we can set up a plan."

And that's the end of the first chapter since Izuku isn't quirkless he won't be called Deku at all.
the next chapter will be the training and The U.A entrance exam.
