Tanjiro knelt down to Christiana, about to kiss her. "If this works, we don't tell her everything. Not right away." His companion nodded. Tanjiro kissed Christiana and a burst of True Love sprang forth, and Princess Christiana awakened.
"Tanjiro?" Christiana asked.
"Yes, Christiana."
"I told you not to come after me." The two kissed. Tanjiro's companion walked away and Christiana sat up, looking around. "How long have I been asleep? What happened?"
"It doesn't matter, the worst of it is over. Now that we're together, we'll restore this castle. And our kingdom. As we dreamt, be here always."
Christiana looked around wildly. "Where is everyone? Why does it need to be rebuilt?"
"It's a long story. And you, my love, need rest." Tanjiro insisted.
Christiana gave him a look. "I've had my fill of rest."
"Then come with me." Tanjiro lifted her down from the bier. "Our people have gathered in a new safe haven. We must join them."
"A safe haven. From Muzan?"
"Worry not, he can no longer harm us."
Christiana rolled her eyes. "First she goes after my mother. Then me. Forgive me if I'm still a bit wary."
"Don't be. There are dangers, But nothing we can't handle."
Tanjiro and Christiana kissed.
