A/N: Thank you to all who have read every single part of this installment! I am so happy to finally be at the very last part of this Saga. I think we can all agree it is the best one in the entire franchise lol and before you wonder, to those of you who have read this story before and watched the films. Yes, what happens to Bella will happen to Regina... (I want to avoid spoilers because there are people who are reading this for the first time). I definitely smiled throughout the first chapter and I hope you all do, too. I expect nothing but reviews from all of you throughout every chapter. Happy reading! :)

On a quick note, if you are new to these stories and this is the first one you are reading, please STOP and read them in order. Also, do not ask if you can translate this or any of my stories in other languages or for other fandoms. Thanks.

Rain poured heavily onto the town of Forks. Even on reservation. So much, that Granny Lucas didn't even see Ruby return home after being away for the past couple of weeks.

"You're back," Eugenia said, standing by the doorway of Ruby's bedroom.

Ruby froze at the sound of her voice, lifting her head up.

"The pack's been missing you a great deal, Ruby."

"I just came to get some clothes." Said Ruby, shoving a t-shirt into her luggage.

"Ruby…" Eugenia stepped into her granddaughter's bedroom carefully, pulling something from behind her. "I wasn't going to but it's addressed to you."

Ruby glared down at an envelope, it was large enough not to fit in the palm of her hand. As she opened it, she didn't have to ask who it was from after noticing the fine cursive overtaking both sets of envelopes that were placed inside. One was a letter- Ruby would only assume- and the other… she didn't want to think about it.

Eugenia stared at Ruby carefully, seeing her eyes glare in her direction before she tore into the first envelope.

Ruby,

I'm breaking the rules by sending you this. She was afraid of hurting you, and she didn't want to make you feel obligated in any way. But I know that, if things had gone the other way, I would have wanted the choice.

I promise I will take care of her, Ruby.

Thank you- for her- for everything.

Emma

What came next was the following envelope, which made Ruby's lip curl as she saw the names engraved on what appeared to be an invitation.

REGINA MARIE MILLS AND EMMA ALEXANDRA ELIZABETH SWAN

TOGETHER WITH THEIR FAMILIES

REQUEST THE HONOR OF YOUR PRESENCE

AT THE CELEBRATION OF THEIR MARRIAGE

SATURDAY, THE 13TH. OF AUGUST

TWO THOUSAND AND ELEVEN FIVE O'CLOCK OF THE EVENING.

"Ruby… We only have one table." Said Eugenia, looking down at Ruby's trembling hand as it gripped tightly along the edge of their breakfast table, already creating a crack.

Ruby looks down to Emma's letter again, ripping it up into tiny pieces. She scoffs, "Can you believe this? That leech is actually inviting me!" She holds up the invitation.

"It's what Regina wants, Ruby." Said Eugenia.

"Well, I'm not going! Who in their right mind would-?" Ruby shakes her head. She clutches the invitation in her hand as she storms out the door, into the pouring rain. Screw clothes! She tossed the invitation to the floor, and ran as fast as she knew how until her clothes exploded off of her body and she landed on all fours, growling fiercely into the distance.

"Ruby!" Eugenia shouted, going ignored. She bent down to pick up the wedding invitation from the ground.

Regina felt a little strange, driving around town, seeing everyone's heads turn to the sight of her driving a ridiculously expensive black Mercedes Guardian. An engagement present from Emma, which she made sure came with tilted windows and completely bulletproof. Stop, Regina. No one can see you. No one can see you. She told herself, although it was a small town. Anyone would notice an expensive car parked along Chief Mills' home, surely.

Her father was completely taken aback by Emma's extravagant gift. Not to mention the news on their engagement. Regina still cringed a little as she recalled the events of that day, her father's flabbergasted look, his body collapsing in a sitting position along his infamous and worn out couch. His complexion turning pale.

"Well, I can't say I didn't expect this…" He had said, causing Regina to release a nervous chuckle.

At least he was relieved that it wasn't because Regina was pregnant, although, just like her father, she did worry about what the town would think about her marrying so young. But it only took for Emma to appear in her bedroom at nights to make her forget or worry about what people thought.

"You've spent your life making everyone around you happy, Gina. It's time you start living."

Anytime Regina began to worry and grow nervous about their approaching wedding, she would think of Emma's sweet and wise words. Although, she still had a little bit of jitters regarding their wedding.

Their wedding! Regina still couldn't bring herself to believe it- until she looked down at the ancient, expensive ring sparkling along her finger. Emma had actually proposed to her and she had said yes without any more thoughts to cloud her mind.

Her mother had taken the news better than she expected. To Regina's surprise.

"Do you really love this girl, Regina?" She recalls her asking over their last phone encounter.

"Of course I do. With all my life."

"Well… That's what matters. Only you can know if she's the one you want to spend forever with."

Forever… If only her mother knew how accurate that word was when it came to Emma. And Regina did want forever with her.

As she pulled into the Swan's familiar driveway, honking her horn as Emma had done for the duration of their High School years, she grinned. Not that she needed to honk her horn, because this house full of vampires- her family- could hear coming for miles. Something she was definitely looking forward to experiencing once she became immortal.

She could see them all working hard, preparing everything for an outdoor wedding, flowers being arranged by Mal, while August carried two tree trunks, one on each shoulder.

"Hi," Emma greeted her at the door, as per-usual with a grin that reached her eyes.

"Hi." Regina's smile equaled Emma's. Her arms lazily rested along Emma's shoulders, pulling her into a kiss that causes Emma's lips to melt easily into hers.

"Gina, you're here!" Lily beams, appearing beside them, causing them to break their kiss.

"Like you didn't know that already, Lily," Emma grumbled, her eyes glaring at her sister.

"Guess what arrived!" Lily held up a pair of white heels.

Regina's brows lifted as she bit down on her tongue to keep herself from protesting.

"They will look perfect with your dress."

This time, Regina had to speak up. "You bought the dress?"

"I had it pre-ordered before Emma even popped the question!" Lily beamed proudly.

Regina exchanged a look with Emma, who shrugged.

"Come on," Lily reached for Regina's hand. "You have to try it on! Then we can try on the shoes and have you walk in them a little. Break them in."

Regina chuckled, following Lily against her will as she reached for Emma's hand.

"Ah-uh! None of that!" Lily removed Emma's hand from Regina's, giving Emma a stern look. "You absolutely cannot see your bride before the wedding."

"That's just superstition, Lily," said Regina.

"It is absolutely not superstition! You-" Lily points a long finger out the door, her eyes on Emma. "Out. I will bring her back outside momentarily. And no listening in!" She warns.

Emma steps away willingly, watching as Lily takes Regina inside the house.

Even Regina had to admit the dress being beautiful on her, sure, but as Lily tended to get, she was getting a little out of hand with the whole planning thing. Then again- that was Lily for you. She was nothing if not exaggerating. She honestly couldn't tell who was the happiest in Emma's family to their union. Even Kathryn had joined the circle. Truth, she wasn't exactly hugging Regina left and right, but she had kept good on her promise and eased up on her glares. Now every time her eyes fell on Regina, she looked at her with hope that she would change her mind in becoming immortal, but she knew better.

Regina was in this for life. Well, right now she was in these monstrous shoes which ached her feet with every single step she took. She almost lost her balance twice, resulting in Lily catching her.

"Don't worry. You just have to break them in." Lily promised.

"I've been breaking them in, Lily." Said Regina. "I just think this is a little much, you know… the shoes, and the dress… the cake."

"Nonsense, Gina! Everything will be absolutely perfect!"

"Where do you want these, boss?" August asked, carrying along a giant tree trunk that was bigger than he was. It looked like a piece of cardboard along his massive shoulder.

"On either side of the aisle." Said Lily.

"What aisle?" Kathryn asked, carrying another trunk with her bare hands.

"Does no one have vision?!" Lily climbed down the steps of their entrance, stomping.

Regina took that moment to take a breather. She glanced up and noticed Emma looking out the window of her bedroom, looking as beautiful as the day they met. She smiled, and that's when she knew that Lily was right- everything would be absolutely perfect.

Regina could recall her first arrival to Forks, Washington. She couldn't wait to leave this place and go back to living with her mother. Now… she couldn't imagine calling anywhere else home. Emma was her home. Her bedroom was a little crowded with packed cardboard boxes. Her father hasn't set foot in here now ever since the announcement of her engagement. It was too hard for him to realize that come tomorrow morning, his not-so-little-girl would belong to Emma Swan.

Regina would officially be a married woman, and to the love of her life. Not a lot of people had the pleasure of saying they married the love of their lives, but Regina could. And her marriage would literally be eternal.

She reached for the dream catcher that Ruby had made for her birthday, and frowned as she packed it into one of the boxes. She hadn't heard from Ruby in a while, last she heard from Seth was that she was somewhere along Canada, but they couldn't say for sure. Wherever Ruby was, she hoped she was alright and safe.

A gust of wind blew along Regina's hair and she smiled, turning to the sight of Emma standing before her. "Hi," she greeted, her smile glowing.

"Hello," Emma doesn't waste time in pulling Regina into her embrace.

"I miss you already." Said Regina, resting her arms along Emma's shoulders.

"I don't need to leave. I can stay…"

"Mmm," Regina murmured, finding Emma's lips moving in synchronization with her own in a kiss so deep it turned the entire room upside down.

Sometimes it was easy for Regina to forget she was kissing a vampire. Not because Emma seemed ordinary or human- although the closer they had become, Regina could swear Emma was more human than she let on- but because Emma made it seem like it was zero effort for her to have her lips near her lips, her face, her throat. Emma had claimed she was over the temptation of Regina's blood, but Regina knew better. She knew her blood still built some ache in the back of Emma's throat, reminding her that she had swallowed down a flame.

Regina parted from their kiss, surprised to find Emma's eyes locked onto her own as they opened. As she looked into Emma's golden eyes, it was as if she could see into her soul. Because Emma had a soul. She had the purest, most noble and beautiful soul of all. It was far more beautiful than her brilliant mind, her porcelain face and her glorious body.

Emma looked deeply into Regina's eyes as if she could look into Regina's eyes too, and it was as if she was almost human for a moment.

Regina pressed her lips against Emma's cold ones once more, her hand gripping onto her golden hair, while the other pressed along the small of her back.

"Mmm, definitely staying," Emma murmured against Regina's lips.

"No," Regina shook her head, breaking their kiss once again. ""It's your bachelorette party. You have to go, or Lily and Kathryn will most definitely be disappointed."

Emma chuckled, her cool fingers stroking along Regina's cheek, "Bachelorette parties are designed for those who are sad to see the passing of their single days. I couldn't be more eager to have mine behind me. So there's really no point."

"True." Regina breathed against the cold skin of Emma's throat.

"I'm just checking for cold feet." Said Emma, looking into Regina's eyes again. "How are you feeling?"

"Mine are toasty warm." Regina promised, sitting along the edge of her bed, hoping Emma would join her.

"Really? No second thoughts? It's not too late to change your mind."

"Are you having second thoughts now?" Regina's brow lifts as she gets no answer from Emma. "You are."

Emma shakes her head, a small smile lifting along the corner of her lip. "I've been waiting a century to marry you, Ms. Mills. I just want to make sure that you are sure."

"I'm sure about you, Emma. The rest I can live through." Said Regina.

"Can you?" Emma asked quietly. "I don't mean the wedding- which I am positive you will survive despite your qualms- but afterward… what about Cora, what about Henry?"

Regina sighed, "I'll miss them." Much worse when they would miss her, but she didn't want to think about that. Not right now.

"I have to tell you something…" Emma paced away from the bed, turning her back to Regina before turning back. "I haven't told you everything about myself."

"What- you're not a virgin?"

Emma chuckled, shaking her head.

"What is it, Emma?" Regina settled along her bed to face Emma directly. "You can't scare me away now."

Emma drew in a breath, "A few years after Mal created me I rebelled against her. I resented her for curbing my appetite. For a while I went off on my own. I wanted to know what it felt like to hunt. To taste human blood."

Regina listened attentively and quietly.

"I was in a theater filled with humans… every newborn's dream," she chuckled. "But I didn't want to hurt just any human. There was a part of me… that still hoped for a greater purpose, if us vampires could even have such a thing." She paused, her jaw clenching. "Someone else was hunting her. Not a vampire, but a mortal, a man who wanted to cause her harm, so I went after him. I killed him and filled myself with the satisfaction of his blood." She shook her head. "All the men I killed were monsters."

Regina stood from her bed and walked up to Emma, her hand landing carefully along her cold cheek, "Emma, they were all murderers. You probably saved more lives than you took."

"Gina, that's what I told myself. But it was a lie. I looked into their eyes as they died and I saw who I was, and what I was capable of."

"And what I'll be capable of." Stated Regina. "Why are you telling me all this tonight? Did you really think it was going to change my mind about you?"

Emma shook her head, "I just hoped that it would change your mind about yourself."

"Emma," Regina shakes her head, reaching for Emma's face with both of her hands, keeping their eyes on lock. "How many times do I have to tell you… I can do this. I know I can do this. And let me tell you why… because you did."

Emma scoffs out a small chuckle.

"And hopefully a year from now I am going to look at myself in the mirror and see the person I want to be. Like you. Someone capable of courage, sacrifice and love."

"Gina…" Emma's hand caressed along Regina's hair. "You are already that and more." Her voice trails off as she brings her lips close to Regina, enclosing the very little space they have between them. Their bodies pulled each other in until they heard a whistle coming from outside the bedroom window.

"What was that?" Regina asks.

Soon enough, Lily leaped up, holding himself against Regina's open bedroom window. "Send her out, Gina or we're coming in after her."

Regina turns to Emma, both sharing an equal smile. "So this bachelorette party… will there be strippers?"

Emma chuckled, "No, just a couple of mountain lions. Maybe a few bears."

Then followed Kathryn, causing the entire room to shake. "Don't worry, Gina, we'll have her back in no time." She promised as she released herself from the window.

Regina laughed a little, "Alright, go, before they break my house. Or worse, wake my dad." She shoved Emma along the window.

Emma pressed a kiss along Regina's forehead, "Go to sleep. You have a big day tomorrow."

"Thanks for the reminder," Regina breathed.

Emma chuckled, crouching along the window ledge before looking over her shoulder with a smile. "I'll meet you at the altar."

"I'll be the one in white." Regina assured, her heart accelerating a thousand beats per minute.

"That's very convincing." Emma grinned as she leaped out of the window, taking off in a blurred sprint with Kathryn and Lily.

Regina grins and moves away from her window after watching them disappear into the darkness. She settles along her bed for the night and dreams of tomorrow.
