Family
The early morning sunlight streamed through the bedroom window, casting a warm glow on the mismatched socks strewn across the floor. Harry and Ginny stood on opposite sides of the room, an unspoken tension hanging in the air.
"You're being stubborn, Harry," Ginny said, her arms crossed.
"And you're being unreasonable, Ginny," Harry retorted, matching her stance.
The argument had started over something trivial, as most do, but neither was willing to back down. It was a battle of wills, a clash of two equally determined personalities.
Ginny sighed, frustration evident in her eyes. "Why can't you see my point of view?"
Harry ran a hand through his hair, his own frustration mirroring hers. "Why can't you see mine?"
In the midst of the standoff, a soft voice interrupted them. Their youngest, Lily Luna, stood in the doorway, her eyes wide with concern.
"Daddy, Mummy, why are you fighting?" she asked, a hint of worry in her voice.
"Oh we're not fighting, love. Don't worry. We're just...having a disagreement, that's all." Harry reassured her.
"Ok.." Lily trailed off, uncertainty evident in her voice. Harry and Ginny sighed, knowing that they couldn't fight in front of their kids, especially their youngest. Pushing their argument to the side, they focused on what was really important; their family.
