The Power Chamber:
Kate arrives at the power chamber after work. When she arrives Alpha approaches her.
Alpha: how'd the meeting go Kate?
Kate: terrible. Brian almost fucked everything up.
Alpha: so the rangers are satisfied?
Kate gives Alpha a look and he backs up.
Alpha: that bad?
Kate: the time has come. They're demanding answers from me. Alpha I don't know what to do. They don't understand, everything I've done so far is for them. They are questioning my loyalty to the cause.
Alpha: Kate there is always plan B. That would solve a lot of problems in only 8 words. Then you wouldn't have to answer any questions.
Kate: (considering) Alpha we've been over this. That will be a last resort, only to be used in an emergency. Hence why I recorded that video.
Alpha: Kate, they voted to depose you. Isn't that an indication how bad things are already?
Kate: I know but…
On the monitor the words "incoming call" appear on the screen. Kate pushes a button and Bob's face appears on the screen.
Kate: what do you want Bob? Do you know what you and Brian have done?
Bob: we decided it was a calculated risk Kate. We put it to a vote, and I'll tell you it was not unanimous. If we're to survive this, we need to work together. Not as two separate groups.
Kate: and when were you planning on telling me about the others?
Bob: others?
Kate: you know what I'm talking about, don't play dumb.
Bob: they were necessary at the time. Their struggles have nothing to do with this conflict. Let them operate separately from you guys.
Kate: who are they?

Bob: the ranger code means I can't reveal that information. You know that.
The alarm begins blaring.
Bob: sounds like you've got trouble. Good luck
The transmission ends and Kate pushes a button
Rangers: go ahead Kate
Kate: report to the power chamber
The rangers arrive and look at the viewing globe. We see a birdlike monster whipping up a windstorm. Cars are flying everywhere and the monster is laughing.
Bird: come on out rangers.
Brandon: ready?
Others: ready
Rangers: Dragon Thunder power up ha
Kate: white ranger dragon power
They teleport to where the monster is. When they arrive, they find themselves in a windstorm. A car flies at them, and they are barely able to dodge in time.
Kate: too close
Bird: damn I thought that'd at least hit a couple of you power geeks.
Greg: gotta try harder then that bird brain.
Bird: how dare you. Drazors attack.
Black and crimson colored drazors appear and charge at the rangers. They draw their swords and meet them head on.
Ny: these again. What's up with the two different colored drazors?
Kate: no idea.
They defeat the drazors and turn back to the monster.
Bird: you are nothing compared to me and my siblings rangers.
Kate: siblings?

Bird: there's 7 of us. Each one of us has mastery over a different element. You've met all but two of us already. Pyrax master of fire, Aquatus master of water, Gridlock master of electricity, Granitor master of earth, Chaos master of darkness, Illuminator master of light and finally me, Ventrus, master of wind.
Ventrus begins flapping her wings quickly, and a windstorm kicks up. Debris flies at the rangers, blinding them. Brandon is then struck by Ventrus' sharp talons. He recoils in pain and Ventrus laughs.
Ventrus: can't hit what you can't see rangers.
Brandon is, once again, struck by her claws. Brandon swings his sword blindly, but only manages to hit Greg.
Greg: ow
He swings his sword, hitting Brandon. This continues for a few moments. Suddenly the windstorm stops. All the rangers appear to have been hit at some point during that.
Ventrus: pathetic
She begins flapping her wings, suddenly Morticai and Psyclone appear in the middle of the street.
Morticai: not so fast bird brain
Psyclone: they belong to us
Kate: great more problems
Ventrus: back off you two had your chance to destroy them.
Psyclone: go flying back to wherever it is you came from or else.
Ventrus kicks up a massive windstorm, blocking our view of the three. We hear fighting but can't see it. After a while, the storm clears up and Ventrus is gone. Morticai and Psyclone turn toward the rangers, who raise their weapons.
Psyclone: don't worry power brats. We're not here for you.
Without another word, the two of them teleport away leaving the rangers really confused.
Rangers: power down?
Omegor's Ship:

The scene shifts to the inside of a bedroom. Nukus is sitting on a chair with a computer in front of him. We see a woman that has the features of a praying mantis and a fishman creature.
Woman: any luck yet Nukus?
Nukus: not yet Horribelle. I know he keeps them somewhere below decks. But I can't figure out where. Besides I have to be careful with my search, so I don't draw suspicion.
Fish: well hurry up Nukus. Things are boring around here without those pesky kids to fight.
Horribelle: patience Vilor.
Vilor: I hate all this sitting around. I want to cause chaos. Let me come down there and I'll deal with those rangers and the kids.
Nukus: no. I can't afford to draw suspicion. One of his monsters recognized me when I arrived. Who's to say they wouldn't recognize the two of you as well? You are to lay low until I give you the word.
Both: yes Nukus
The transmission ends and Nukus closes the laptop. He slides it under his bed and exits the room, locking the door behind him.
Nukus: incompetent fools
Village:
The fireball flies toward Barca. Right before it hits, Gabriel jumps in front of the attack, deflecting it back at the monster. The monster is able to dodge, he rolls to his feet and faces the warriors.
Monster: not bad. Nobody has ever been able to do that before. So the rumors of superhumans are true then.
Gabriel: Genome, Sa'adat, Pia
The 3 wearing Gold, silver and Purple robes respectively look at Gabriel.
Gabriel: go take care of those drazors. The others need help. We'll deal with him
The 3 nod and rush off to help other villagers.
Monster: what a shame. You're gonna need all the help you can get to defeat me fools.

The warriors charge the monster, who fires a barrage of fireballs at them. 4 of them get hit, sending them flying backwards. They hit the ground and remain motionless. Gabriel, the last one standing, turns to face the monster alone.
Monster: well at least I got 4 of you.
Gabriel: (pointing sword) you'll pay for that. Battle weapon
A battle axe appears in his hand, we see it's the exact same as the one that Ian uses. He swings it at the monster, who dodges with ease. The monster then fires another barrage of fireballs at Gabriel.
Gabriel: whoa
Gabriel seems to be surprisingly agile, as he is able to dodge between the fireballs with ease. He gets to the monster and says something in another language. There is a flash of light, which blinds the monster. Gabriel runs his hand along the axe, which begins to glow. Gabriel swings his axe horizontally as the flash fades. The monster has no time to react, and the blast of energy hits him. Gabriel turns around as the monster explodes. He rushes over to check on the others. He reaches Radboud first.
Gabriel: Radboud are you okay?
He starts to stir. He sits up holding his head. He looks at Gabriel in confusion.
Radboud: what happened? Where's the monster?
Gabriel: gone.
A look at the others shows that Genome, Sa'adat and Pia are checking on them. They all appear to be okay.
Bedroom:
The scene shifts to a bedroom. We see Ian sleeping fitfully. He suddenly sits up in bed looking around.
Ian: well that was definitely interesting. And based on what Brandon and Kelsey told us it fits in perfectly with the narrative they seem to be telling. But what does it mean?
Ian goes back to sleep and the rest of his dreams are normal. He initially thinks about confronting Kate for answers but decides to wait.
The Next Morning:

Brandon wakes up and gets dressed. He activates his communicator and we hear everyone respond to the call. The Beetleborgs are also heard responding.
All: what's up Brandon?
Brandon: hey guys report to the power chamber. It's time for some answers. And Kate promised to give them.
All: on my way
The 12 of them arrive at the power chamber. Kate is already there, fully dressed, waiting for them. She is surprised the borgs are there.
Kate: what are you three doing here?
Brandon: I invited them
Brielle: why?
Brandon: they deserve to know what's going on around here, just as much as we do.
Drew: thanks Brandon
Kate: (sighing) fine. What do you want to know? Just know there's still things I can't tell you yet. Not because i'm hiding something, but because it's sensitive information.
Brandon: fine. Let's start with something you've been hiding for a while. I've told the others, but I think we should let our friends here know.
Kate: fine. (she looks at the borgs) you know about our villain right?
Borgs: yeah
Kate: his host is my brother Raphael.
Drew: his host?
Brandon: yes. Apparently Omegor is an evil dragon spirit. The spirit possessed Raphael's body creating the being we now face.
Roland: and you're his sister?
Kate: yes
Jo: how do we know we can trust her? Is it safe to let her continue to help you fight Omegor?

Brandon: we've already addressed this. We've decided to stick with her for the time being.
The 3 nod in understanding.
Greg: alright now for something more recent. Who are the People of the Dragon?
Kelsey: the what?
Brandon and Greg tell the others about the meeting with Bob and Brian.
Kate: what makes you think I know anything about them? I left Draconia before they were formed. And as they said, they operate in secret.
Greg: that's bull. You expect us to believe that you showed up out of nowhere one day, and seamlessly joined society, without assistance?
Kate: Brian and Bob gave you all the information I have about them. They are indeed the descendants of the survivors of the purge. They exist at every level of society, their members include world leaders, politicians, kings, priests everything. Some of the most famous people in history were of the People.
They are all shocked by this information.
Jo: they're that massive?
Shane: how is that possible?
Kate: the people of Draconia hid among the various people of the world. I don't think I need to explain the birds and the bees to you. We're all intelligent adults here.
Brandon S: did you say everywhere? Is there anywhere they don't exist?
Kate: no. I mean everywhere on Earth. Every continent and every country.
Ian: for what purpose do they exist?
Kate: they were formed to prepare the rest of the world for Omegor's return. Once I knew Omegor had returned, I sent word to the man in charge. He then sent the call out to the People around the world. As we speak an army is being trained for the final confrontation.
Roland: an army? Is that necessary?
Kate: last time Omegor attacked the earth, he brought a massive army. We only managed to defeat it by sealing him away. We could not destroy him.
Ny: why not?

Kate: Omegor is a spirit of pure darkness. The only thing that can destroy him is a being of pure light. Which my dragon spirit is.
Brandon: okay?
Kate: I was injured during the battle, and was unable to participate in the final confrontation. I had transferred my spirit to another one of our warriors. But she was killed before she could confront Omegor. So sealing him away was our only option. We thought the seal was perfect and there'd be no way for him to escape.
Laura; so how did he escape then?
Kate: we don't know for sure. But it must've taken someone with very powerful magical abilities. Abilities on par with the powers of Draconia.
Jo: is it possible that one of "The People" assisted him in his escape? Wouldn't they have access to the same magic as you had?
Kate: no. only someone bonded to a dragon can use the magic of Draconia. And the bonds are to the people in this room.
The rangers look at each other.
Ny: how sure are you about this?
Kate: 100% sure. The dragons wouldn't have bonded to anyone else. The bond passed down the family lines, from parent to child, before they reached you 8. The only other active spirits are my spirit Alphor and Raphael's spirit Omegor.
Greg: Alphor and Omegor?
Roland: isn't that a biblical thing?
Ian: "I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. To the thirsty I will give water without cost from the spring of the water of life." Revelation 21:6.
Brandon S: seems appropriate names for the spirits of light and darkness. Alphor the beginning and Omegor the End.
Brandon: you think?
Greg: they're also the first and the last letters in the Greek alphabet respectively.
Kate: okay. Is there anything else you want to know about The People?

They nod in agreement.
Kelsey: this has been bothering me for some time now. It's time for some answers Kate.
Kate: go ahead
Kelsey: a while back I told you about a weird dream I had. You seemed to know something about it, but never told me.
Brandon: then I had a dream shortly after her. When I told you about it you got defensive, and told me to give you time.
Laura: Greg had a similar dream the other night. It matches Brandon and Greg's descriptions of their dreams.
Ian: and I had a similar dream last night.
Greg and Ian describe the events of their dreams. They give as many details as they can, and Kate listens. The longer they go on the more worried she becomes.
Roland: what are the odds you all would have such similar dreams?
Kate: really good believe it or not.
Brielle: we're listening Kate
Kate: (taking a deep breath) the events you described, are the first days after Omegor's arrival 10,000 years ago. Kelsey your dream occurred the day your ancestors bonded to the spirits. Brandon your dream was the day they made first contact with Omegor's forces. Greg and Ian your dreams were also confrontations with Omegor's forces.
Ny: but why are they seeing these things?
Kate: your bonds to the spirits gave you access to these events. You see these memories as dreams.
Shane: wait does that mean all of us will have these dreams?
Kate: it's very possible but I can't say for certain.
Laura: why is this happening now? From what you said, we've been bonded to the spirits since the day we were born.

Kate: while it's true you've been bonded to them since birth, your connection to them didn't form until the first time you morphed. The bond has remained dormant until that moment. Now that the bond has formed, you'll gain access to new abilities.
Kelsey: new abilities?
Kate: yes. Each of your ancestors gained supernatural powers when they bonded to the spirits.
Brandon: how do we use them?
Kate: I can't teach you that. When the time is right, you'll know what to do. Ian has already manifested his power.
Ian: what, when?
Brandon: when he was being controlled right? Is his power the power of healing?
Kate: yes. Like I said when the time is right, you'll just know how to use your power. Just make sure you keep your power stone with you at all times.
Shane: our what?
Kate reaches into her shirt, and pulls out a necklace from under it. The stone in the middle is colored white.
Kate: if I'm not mistaken, each of you should've received a necklace like this on your tenth birthday.
Each of the rangers reach into their shirts, and pull out a similar necklace. Each stone is color coordinated to the ranger that has it.
Kate: make sure you keep that on you at all times. Without it, you won't be able to control your abilities.
Brandon: what powers do the rest of us have?
Kate: that I don't know. It's been 10,000 years since I saw them used. Trust me when the time comes, you'll know what to do. Is there anything else you want to know?
Kelsey: I guess I'll just go ahead and ask. Since it's a low hanging fruit and all. Are do we know anyone that's a member of The People?

Kate: yes. Believe it or not quite a few people we work with are members.
Brandon S: who?
Kate: I can't tell you that.
Ny: why not?
Kate: for the same reason you can't reveal your identities as power rangers. The same reason that superheroes have secret identities. To protect them and their families. Just trust me when I say, we have friends close to us.
The others nod in understanding. The rangers look at each other, but we can tell they don't have any more questions for Kate.
Kate: if any of you have similar dreams, make sure you let me know.
They nod in agreement, then they all teleport away. Kate sits down, sighing in relief.
Alpha: (approaching from a room to the side, carrying a tray with a mug) here you go Kate. A nice cup of tea.
Kate: thanks Alpha.
Alpha: are they happy with the answers you gave them?
Kate: we'll have to wait and see won't we?
Alpha: yes we will
