Wednesday 2nd March 2016, Howard returns home after leaving hospital.
Mike Rostenkowski unlocked the front door as Janet helped Howard walk the few steps from the car to the house.
"Welcome home Howard, I had some more keys copied for the front door from our spare key."
Then Janet spoke. "I did some grocery shopping for you, there should be enough food for the next few days. Do you need anything else?"
"Mike and Janet, thank you for all your help at this difficult time for us all. I need some time to carry on grieving for Bernadette. I just want to spend some time alone with my thoughts. Tomorrow I will go and visit Amy in hospital. Keep me posted on the funeral arrangements."
Howard shook hands with Mike and hugged Janet before they left.
