Everyone at the camp in the Chihuahuan Desert woke up after they heard a very strange noise.

"Everyone, stay here and don't move!" Cy-Toad ordered. "Pluto, Fifi and Figaro, guard everyone here with your lives while the rest of us investigate. Got it?"

Pluto, Fifi and Figaro nodded to her in response and got to work.

"Good." Then Cy-Toad hopped to join Cy-Had and the Rescue Rangers to search for the noise.

They soon found it and it was coming from a small boulder. They quietly made their way around it and was about to attack the thing that was making the noise, which was none other than…

"Dale?" everyone cried.

Dale turned around and saw his friends. "Hi, guys."

"Was it you that made those annoying noises?" Gadget asked.

"Yeah, it was," Dale confessed.

"Dale, it's bad enough you making those awful noises," Chip snapped, "but to do them when we're on one of our most important missions ever –"

"I was only trying to sound like an alarm!" Dale protested.

"An alarm?" Monty laughed. "An alarm for what, your annoying sense of humor? Because that's the only thing you're alertin' us about."

Then the other Rescue Rangers laughed with him.

"Hey, you guys, can it!" Cy-Had snapped. "What were you trying to alert us about, Dale?"

The chipmunk pointed ahead and everyone looked ahead. The Rescue Rangers finally stopped laughing because they were very shocked at what everyone saw. They saw the Earth Army and the Air Army and their leaders Brenda and Annie. There was a frog with a sorceress's hood and cloak with another army behind her joining them.

"Cy-Had, Cy-Toad," Chip called. "I see a frog and an army of strange robots with them. Do you know them?"

"Yes, we do, Chip," Cy-Had said. "That's Lady Daja and those robots are her Electricity Army."

"My strong feeling is that they are all heading to Phoenix and destroy it and take all the people in it," Cy-Toad said. "Let's back to camp, pick up our friends, get away in the Skyscraper Tanks and get the people from Phoenix evacuated."

They all started to make their way back to the camp.

"Pluto!" Cy-Toad said into the microphone on her metal arm. "Get everyone into the tower tanks!" Her metal arm received a bark from Pluto. "Good luck," she said.

"Good work, Dale," Cy-Had said.

"Thank you, Cy-Had," Dale said. Then he turned to his Rescue Rangers. "So, goofing off, was I?"

"All right, Dale," Chip said. "I admit that we jumped to the wrong conclusion. We're sorry."

"Yeah, sorry, chum," Monty said.

"Sorry, Dale," Gadget said.

Zipper apologized to Dale in his fly language.

"Apology accepted, guys," Dale said. "And what were you saying about this mission being a Rescue Rangers one, Chipper?"

"No, I wasn't going to say this mission is a Rescue Rangers one," Chip said. "It just happens to be that the Rescue Rangers are reunited and we're doing a mission together. There's a difference."

"Not to me," Dale said. "To me, that sounds like a real Rescue Rangers mission to me and I'm treating it like one."

"Me too," Gadget said.

"Me three," Monty said.

Zipper raised his hand up and buzzed his agreement.

Chip sighed. "Then let's treat this mission like a real one and let's help these Cy-Rangers."

By the time the Cy-Rangers and the Rescue Rangers arrived back at the camp, they were very shocked to see the Pet Army and the Forest Villagers hadn't escaped. After they hid behind a boulder, they quickly learned that it wasn't their fault because they were surrounded by soldiers of all three armies that they saw earlier and they saw that the Skyscraper Tanks were completely destroyed. One was crushed by boulders and the other appeared to be electrocuted to death. They could see the Pet Army in front of the Forest Villagers trying to protect them from their enemies and Pluto and Fifi were growing at them and Figaro was hissing at them.

"Where are the sorceresses?" Dale asked.

"I can't see them," Cy-Had said, scanning them with her red eye.

"Maybe they've already gone to attack Phoenix," Monty said.

"Well, right now, we have to rescue our friends from these armies," Cy-Toad said.

"So how are we going to do this?" Monty asked.

"To tell you the truth, Monty, I really don't know," Cy-Had said.

"But you guys fought these armies before, haven't you?" Gadget said.

"We have, Gadget," Cy-Toad said. "But only one army at a time. Yesterday, when we escaped those two armies, that was the first time any of us Cy-Rangers ever did that and that was tough enough, even with two Cy-Rangers. But now that there are three armies –"

"It'll be a challenge?" Monty asked.

"Yes, Monty," Cy-Had replied. "And not a very fun challenge."

"It can be if you want it to be."

"What are you talking about now, Dale?" Chip asked. He and the others got their answer when they saw Dale wrapped in a cloak and making spooky sounds, which weren't spooky at all.

"Dale, we're trying to rescue our friends from that camp and all you're doing is just goofing around!" Chip snapped.

"Hold on a second, Chip," Cy-Had said. "He's given me an idea. Huddle, everyone. Here's the plan."

Everyone huddled and listened to Cy-Had's plan.

Back at the camp, Pluto, Fifi and Figaro are doing all they could to stop the Air, Earth and Electricity Armies approaching them, but they kept failing.

"Give it up, you losers," a male electricity soldier said.

"Yeah," said a female tree soldier from the Earth Army. "It's boring us and you're only prolonging the inevitable."

Pluto barked angrily.

"Yeah, that still won't help you at all," said a dragon from the Air Army.

Pluto was shocked that he was understood.

"Oh, yeah," the same dragon said. "We can understand what you're saying, your mongrel."

"Yeah, we all can," said a female grass soldier from the Earth Army.

All the soldiers from all the armies agreed.

"I can't," said a male golem soldier from the Earth Army.

"Maybe that's because you're thick," said a female soldier from the Electricity Army.

"Well, I am made out of rocks," the golem soldier said.

"Precisely my point," the female electricity soldier said.

"Look, enough of this nonsense," a male tree soldier said. "Let's just get back to antagonise these pet soldiers and their friends they're trying to protect."

"YOU WILL DO NO SUCH THING!"

The enemy armies, the Pet Army and the Forest Villagers looked ahead to see three hooded figures approaching them.

"My Ladies," all the soldiers said together, grovelling before them.

Fifi and Figaro charged for them, but Pluto held them back. He didn't know what was happening, but he could smell something very familiar in those hooded figures and he didn't want to ruin anything.

"What are you morons doing here?" one of the hooded figures demanded.

"We were just trying to take these people prisoners, My Lady," one of the male electricity soldiers replied.

"Well, there has been a change of plans," another hooded figure said. "We shall take charge of these prisoners, while you go down into the ground and hunt for more prisoners."

"With all due respect, My Lady," said a female Electricity Soldier, "I recall that your order us to –"

"And I recall that we are giving you new orders right now!" the third hooded figure yelled. "Now, go and obey them!"

"Yes, My Lady," all soldiers from all armies said.

Then all the golems dug giant holes in the ground and they vanished along with the rest of the Earth Army, the Air Army and the Electricity Army.

Then the figures approached the Pet Army and their Forest Village friends. Then the hoods and cloaks came off. The first one was revealed to be Cy-Toad, the second one was revealed to be Cy-Had and the third one was revealed to be the Rescue Rangers stacked on top of each other. The Pet Army and the Forest Villagers were very delighted to see them and they started to cheer loudly, until the Cy-Rangers told them to be quiet by putting their finger or fin on their lips.

"We don't want them to come back," Cy-Had explained, "and they will if they hear you."

"Listen, everyone," Cy-Toad said. "We haven't much time. Grab your camping gear and head further into the desert!" Cy-Toad ordered. "We will catch up with you later with the people from Phoenix!"

"Further into the desert?" one of the villagers said.

"I know the desert is not the happiest or the most relaxing place," Cy-Had said, "but it's the only place to go to be safe from our enemies. We can't go to the cities because they're attacking cities including Phoenix, which we need to go and rescue. The further you go into the desert, the safer you will be from them. Now, get going!"

"Let's do what they say," Mayor Woolly said to his villagers. Then he turned to the rest. "Best of luck to you, Cy-Rangers, Pet Warriors and Rescue Rangers."

"Thanks, Mayor Woolly," Cy-Had said.

"And the best of luck to you and your friends too," Cy-Toad said.

Mayor Woolly and the Forest Villagers grabbed their camping gear and headed further into the desert, while the Cy-Rangers, the Rescue Rangers and the Pet Army headed towards the city of Phoenix.
