One day a Dark Mage meddled with an ancient Spell. A spell that would summon Great Dragons of Unova. But inside of summing them. The Mage brought Pokemon and two trainers to his world. And thanks to that, their world has been unturned upside down. Now let's see what happens when Magic meets Pokemon.

20. Chapter 20

Hello everyone, very sorry for the wait, so many things to do and less time to do it in. Now if you have been reading the reviews, you know someone asked me to do a crossover with this story and Raya and the Last Dragon, and honestly I can do that. And I figure out a way I can do that story without affecting the main story of the show, But I want to know if you all want to see that story.

And speaking of stories, I've been saving one for a while now and if you read my latest Fire Emblem chapter then you would know about the cloaked figure and his story. The Phantom Of Berseria.

A story of a man from Hisui, a story I wanted to do when Pokemon Legends of Arceus came out. But I posted She-Ra: The Pokemon Alliance, and I wanted to give it time to grow before I post The Phantom of Berseria. The story will be posted after Korra and before Fire Emblem, and unlike my other OC's this one is going to be a bad guy. After all, in Berseria, we are the bad guys to the world.

Chapter 19

Sol Regem And The White Dragon

The Past

A very long time ago, a large gold dragon, with some red scales, and six horns that looked like it formed a sun shape. This dragon was flying in the sky above a thick cloud cover. Under the clouds the sky was grey and there were two figures standing on a hill.

One was a male human with long black and white hair, wearing robes covered in animal parts, a cap with the same dragon symbol on it as Abigail's necklace, and had a staff in his hands, the staff looked like Viren's but had animal parts attached to it.

The other figure was a male Moonshadow Elf, with two horns that go straight up, wearing white robes, a cape with the same dragon symbol on it as Kali's necklace, and in his hands was a book with the same dragon symbol on it.

"Where is he?" the elf asked. Then the dragon came flying in and made a gust of wind as it landed. "Sol Regem. Glad to see the leader of the Gray Dragonflight decided to show up to his own meeting." The elf said to the dragon, as the dragon started to smell the air. "I smell death." Sol Regem said to everyone, with a deep and commanding male voice. "I think I know what you're smelling." The elf said, as they all looked at the man.

"Is that why you two summoned me here? So you two could insult me?" the man asked everyone. "We summoned you here. Because all three of us are the leaders of the Dragonflights while the great Dragons sleep. And you have led your flight down a dark path." the elf said to the man. "You and your flight must give up Dark Magic, Immediately and forever. It is humanity's only path forward." Sol Regem said to the man

"It's a path backwards. You just expect humans to go back to the way things were before we had magic? When humans starve and struggle, helpless and pathetic? Back to a time when we were lesser beings?" The man asked everyone. "You are lesser beings." Sol Regem said to the man. "Sol Regem! Just because they can't do magic doesn't mean they are lesser beings." The elf said to Sol Regem. "Listen to him. You are arrogant!" the man said to Sol Regem.

"And you are a fool! Do you not see what this Dark Magic is doing to you? The first time we met your hair was black, now look at you. And let's not forget that smell. There's something wrong with Dark Magic." The elf said to the man. "Lay down your staff and walk away." Sol Regem said to the man. "Lay it down? But it was a gift. That would be rude." the man said to Sol Regem, looking at that staff.

"A gift?" Sol Regem asked the man. "Of course. You didn't think that a lesser being like myself would be able to craft such a powerful relic?" the man asked Sol Regem. "Who gave you the staff?" Sol Regem asked the man, circling around him. "Who?" Sol Regem asked with anger in his voice. "One of the great ones." The man said to Sol Regem. "I think I know who you're talking about." the elf said, getting a little mad.

Then Sol Regem roared at the man. "You… you promised my safety if I came here!" the man said to Sol Regem. "He's right. This is a safe space for all of us." The elf said to Sol Regem. "Yes, you will be safe high upon this peak… far, far away from the city of Elarion." Sol Regem said to the man, making everyone look at the nearby city. "You can't be saying… an entire city? Hundreds of thousands of innocent people! Children!" The man said to Sol Regem. "Sol Regem, that's too far!" The elf said to Sol Regem.

"Give up Dark Magic or I will reduce it to ash!" Sol Regem said to the man. "You wouldn't." The man said to Sol Regem. "Everyone, let's calm down. We can work something out that doesn't involve mass murder." The elf said to everyone. But Sol Regem roared and flew away, knocking the elf and human off their feet.

"No! The man screamed. Then the man then noticed some creatures flying in the sky. The elf released what he was thinking. "No! You can't!" The elf said to the man, as he grabbed the staff and tried to get it out of the man's hands. But the man hit the elf on the side, and forced the elf to the ground. The man then brought down his staff into the elf's chest, making the elf scream in pain. Then the man pulled the staff out of the elf, and summoned a purple tornado. This tornado drained everything from the creatures.

Sol Regem noticed this and turned around to attack him, with his neck under his scales glowing orange. The Elf watched all of this, clenching his hand onto his chest. The tornado stopped and channeled the energy into a fireball. The Elf knew what was going to happen, and opened the book, and with a bloody hand wrote something down, and tossed the book far.

It was at this point, Sol Regem fired a stream of fire at the man and elf, at the same time the man fired the fire ball. And while Sol Regem's fire burned the man, elf, and hill into ash, the fireball the man fired hit Sol Regem in the eyes. This caused Sol Regem to leave, his eyes making smoke. Once he was gone, only the staff was left of them, and now looking like the staff Viren uses. As for the book, the winded blow left it on one page, with blood writing on it. The writing had two words, "All, Bad,".

With Sol Regem, he flew in the sky, roaring in pain. Blinded by the fire, Sol Regem flew into a nearby lake to put out the fire. Sol Regem was in the water for a bit, trying to ease the pain of his burned eyes. But as he started to leave the water, it froze in an instant. Sol Regem was trapped in the ice, with his upper body sticking out, but his arms and wings were still in the ice. Then Sol Regem felt three things land on the ice. And though he couldn't see now, he could feel the presence of three great creatures. These creatures were Kyurem, Reshiram, and Zekrom.

"Master. You are awake!" Sol Regem said to Kyurem, with a very shook voice. "Sol Regem, what have you done?" Kyurem asked Sol Regem, with a cold and serious voice. "Master I was only dealing with the lesser beings who wa-." Sol Regem said to Kyurem, but stopped when he started to scream loudly.

The cause of the screaming, Kyurem making a large ice shard and ramming it into the side of Sol Regem's chest, right under his right shoulder. The shard missed anything important but it still hurt a lot. "I'll only ask you this one more time. WHAT HAVE YOU DONE!?" Kyurem asked Sol Regem, whipping up a storm and causing frost to appear on Sol Regem's upper body.

Canyon In Xadia

In present day, Allen, Callum, Rayla, Kali, Zym, and their Pokemon, were watching Sol Regem, from behind a rock, and noticed his eyes where all burned and the burn mark covered his face, and on his chest, under his right shoulder, was a scar that look like his body was about to break into pieces.

"So how dead are we?" Allen asked everyone. "Very." Kali said to Allen. "That's no ordinary dragon." Rayla said to everyone. "Is there such a thing as an ordinary dragon?" Callum asked Rayla. "His name is Sol Regem, the Sun King. while the Great Grey Dragon was asleep, he was in charge. But he was blinded when the wars began, then The Grey Dragon punished him for starting the war, and not only removed his title, but slammed a massive ice shard into his chest. Once the Great Dragons left, he became a symbol of rage and bitterness." Rayla said to everyone. "He sounds charming." Allen said to everyone.

"Okay, so, an enormous, angry, blind dragon is blocking our path to Xadia. What do we do?" Callum asked everyone, making Rayla chuckle. "Well, we can't fight him, seeing as you Callum, just got your cute blow spell. Kali, just has her small dagger, that will be like a bee sting to him. Allen's staff isn't as strong as Drake's staff. Our Pokemon are too weak to deal any real damage to him. And my swords aren't fit to be his toothpicks." Rayla said to everyone, before she started to think.

Rayla then gasps. "We'll have to sneak past him! Callum, Allen, it's time for you two to get your first lesson in the way of stealth." Rayla said to the guys. "Nice!" Callum said to Rayla. "I… I mean. Nice." Callum said to Rayla again, but this time quietly and using his scarf as a ninja mask. Allen gave Callum a serious look, before pulling down Callum's scarf.

"The secret of stealth is that you don't have to be invisible. You just have to be invisible to your enemy's senses." Rayla to the guys. "Well, he's blind, so we don't need to worry about his sense of sight." Callum said to everyone. "Exactly. That leaves only two senses we need to fool, hearing and smell." Rayla said to everyone. "Wait, why are those the only two senses we need to worry about?" Callum asked Rayla.

"Well, if it gets to his sense of touch, we're in big trouble. And sense of taste? Nice knowing you." Rayla said to Callum, scaring Callum a little. "Got it. All this stuff about senses and appearances, it kind of sounds like Moon Arcanum stuff." Callum said to Rayla. "If you say so, mage." Rayla said to Callum. "Can we focus on the dragon? If his eyes have been like that for a very long time, then he must have good hearing and smell, so we need to be very careful while trying to sneak past him." Allen said to everyone.

The Breach

At The Breach Amaya and Falinks were looking at the breach, when a soldier walked up to them. "General Amaya, we're running out of time. I strongly recommend we gather the battalion and abandon the fortress." The soldier said to Amaya. Amaya gave the soldier a mean look, and walked away with Falinks. "General!" The Soldier said going after Amaya and Falinks. "General, the Sunfire elves have already taken over the outpost on the Xadian side of the Breach, with a powerful Pokemon among them. If the elves mount an attack, we simply don't have the numbers to hold this fortress. When the elves mount an attack." the soldier said to Amaya.

Amaya then punched the top of the wall looking at the Breach, and looked at the Breach for a few seconds, before turning around to the soldier. Then another soldier came running up. "General Amaya, I'm sorry to interrupt, but someone has arrived." The soldier said to Amaya.

Canyon In Xadia

Back in the canyon Sol Regem was roaring, and Zym was not liking it and whining. "Come on, everyone, try to keep him quiet." Rayla said to everyone, as Callum held Zym in his arms. "I know, it's just… Ez would know how to calm you down, wouldn't he?" Callum said to Rayla. "Zym's just scared of Sol Regem. After all that's a very big, very mean dragon. And he's a very tiny dragon." Allen said to everyone. "We just need to trust each other, okay? I've got you." Callum said to Zym, calming Zym down.

Then everyone went quiet, and with hand signals, Rayla led everyone past Sol Regem. But when Sol Regem pointed his head to everyone, they forze. Then Sol Regem turned his head, and everyone unfroze. They moved behind a rock. Then the wind started to blow in their favor. Rayla then hand signaled everyone, before jumping from rock to rock. When she was done, she was near Sol Regem. Then she signed everyone to come on.

They started to move, but on the way Callum tripped on his own two feet. And while he and Zym didn't fall to the ground, Callum did make a little sound. This made everyone freeze. Lucky Sol Regem didn't notice, and Rayla gestured for everyone to keep moving. But as everyone got closer to Sol Regem, Zym started to get neverious and started to whine. Zym then tired to fly out of Callum's arms

Now that got Sol Regem's attention. This made everyone worried. Soon Zym jumped out of Callum's arms, and while Callum wanted to go after him, Rayla pulled Callum to her, and everyone else followed her to the rock to hide.

With Zym, he ran straight into a rock, that's when he noticed Sol Regem starting to move, and hid behind the rock he hit. While Sol Regem was moving, he placed his right arm over the rock everyone, but Zym, was hiding behind and caused some small rock to fall off the top of the rock. Rayla took one of the rocks and tossed it, making Sol Regem turn to the sound. While he was distracted, everyone gestured to Zym to come to them as fast as he could.

Zym then tried to fly to them, but Sol Regem heard that, and roared. Then his neck started to glow orange under his scales. This made everyone run back and grabbed Zym. But then Sol Regem fired his fire breath at everyone, lucky they were able to dodge the fire, but they did see how it very badly buried the floor of the canyon. "You could have mentioned that?" Allen quietly asked the girls. "What now?" Callum quietly asked everyone.

The Breach

At the Breach, Gren walked to Amaya, with Chatot on his shoulder.. This made Amaya happy, and made her run to Gren, pick Gren up in a hug, and spin him around. Gren didn't mind this. And while Chatot was forced of Gren's shoulder, he didn't mind either. After breaking the hug, Gren and Amaya sulited each other and Amaya noticed Gren's small beard that was growing. The two then had a small talk about beard in sign language, before the soldier walked to them.

"I'm sorry to interrupt, but where are the reinforcements we requested? We sent many messages to Lord Viren. "No reinforcements are coming. Lord Viren has been arrested for treason." Gren said to everyone, in sign language for Amaya. "Traitor, traitor, traitor. While this was a shock at first, Amaya said in sign language it was obvious he was a traitor.

Amaya then started to sign language to the soldier. "Lieutenant, you're right. We can't defend the Breach. But I won't abandon it. Our only choice is to destroy it" Gren said translaminting for Amaya sign language.

Canyon In Xadia

Back in the canyon, everyone was trying to figure out what to do, now at Sol Regem knows there's something here. "Do we run for it?" Callum asked everyone. "We'll never make it. He'll just bite us in half or slam us with his tail." Rayla said to Callum. "So, sneaking is out, running is out, fighting is out. What's left?" Callum asked everyone. "Burning to death?" Rayla said to Callum. "Definitely out." Callum said to everyone. "There's gotta be something we haven't tried yet." Allen said, as Rayla sighed.

"Looks like it's down to my least favorite course of action." Rayla said, before sighing again. "Reason." Rayla said before walking out from behind the rock. "What reason is there in walking up to a very angry giant dragon?" Allen asked Rayla, as they watched Rayla walk to Sol Regem, and as Callum groaned.

"Mighty Sol Regem, I am Rayla of the Moonshadow elves." Rayla said to Sol Regem, getting Sol Regem's attention, and Rayla bowing to him. Sol Regem moved his head close to Rayla and smelled her, all the while Rayla was worried but Sol Regem's head getting too close.

"What are you doing?" Sol Regem asked Rayla, this surprised Allen. "You didn't tell me he could talk." Allen said to Kali. "Uh… I am bowing, great dragon." Rayla said to Sol Regem. "No. I mean, why are you here?" Sol Regem asked Rayla, as Rayla stood up. "We have been traveling in the human kingdoms on the business of Zubeia the Dragon Queen. We humbly ask your permission to cross back into Xadia." Rayla asked Sol Regem.

"What kind of business would send you to the wretched human lands?" Sol Regem asked Rayla. "We are transporting something precious, someone precious. The new-born Dragon Prince, Azymondias!" Rayla said to Sol Regem, with an excited voice. "Lies! You dare lie to me?" Sol Regem said, getting angry with Rayla. "She's not lying. My name is Kali of the Sunfire elves, and a member of the White Dragonflight. She's telling you the truth." Kali said to Sol Regem, moving out of cover and to Rayla's side.

"Then you are a liar too! The egg of the Dragon King was destroyed!" Sol Regem said to the girls, slamming his left arm into the ground, shaking the canyon a little. "No! Wait! We have him here." Rayla said to Sol Regem, as she rushed to everyone else. Zym released what she was going to do, and tried to get away from everyone. And while he got away from everyone else. But Rayla was able to grab him, and took him to Sol Regem. This made everyone worry for Zym's life.

"The Dragon Prince lives! And he's very cute, isn't he?" Rayla said to Sol Regem. "You know he can't see him right?" Kali asked Rayla. "There's a good boy!" Rayla said to Zym, as Zym used his wings to try and hide himself. Sol Regem then sniffed Zym. "How is this possible?" Sol Regem asked Rayla, not believing his nose. "It is a miracle. He needs to go back to his home. Please, allow us to pass, so we can reunite the Dragon Prince with his mother." Rayla said to Sol Regem.

"I do not understand how the Dragon Prince came to be in the human lands. However, I will allow you and the dragonling to pass back into Xadia. But not those filthy humans and beasts who cowers nearby." Sol Regem said to Rayla. "Well we're busted." Allen said to everyone. "Sol Regem…" Rayla said to Sol Regem. "Sol Regem, we need them to come with us, if we have any hope for peace." Kali said to Sol Regem.

"It's okay. You go on without us." Callum said to the girls, as the guys and Pokemon walked out from behind the rock. "No! Callum, we're so close." Rayla said to Callum, as she and Kali walked to everyone. "Rayla, getting Zym to Xadia is all that matters. Just tell the Dragon Queen we helped a little. We'll go back home." Callum said to the girls. "And we'll take care of Gligar and Lurantis for you two, until you two get back." Allen said to the girls.

But then Sol Regem chuckled, getting everyone's attention. "Home? No. There are two choices. You all die, or just the wretched, evil humans, and the monster's beasts dies." Sol Regem said to everyone. "You would kill your own prince just because a human is here. Are you insane?!" Allen asked Sol Regem, as he walked ahead of everyone, and slammed the base of his staff into the ground, making a bang sound. "You're a human. And humans are evil." Sol Regem said to Allen, making Allen tighten the grip on his staff.

"I agree with you, Sol Regem. Some humans are evil." Rayla said to Sol Regem. "Uh, Rayla…" Callum said to Rayla, but Rayla interrupted him. "But not these two. Not Callum. Not Allen. The only reason the Dragon Prince is alive is because of Callum. Callum left his home and his family to save the egg, and he sacrificed everything so Aymondias could be born. He's noble and true." Rayla said to Sol Regem.

"And Allen is a brave one. Once he learn Aymondias was alive, he thought to bring him home. And even when he knew the evil things the other elves with us did, he still trusted us, and cared about us. Because he knew we were not bad. He's earned my trust, just like I've earned his." Kali said to Sol Regem

"When we met, they could have had us captured or killed. But he didn't, because without knowing us or anything about us, they saw past human hatred and did what they knew was right. Callum is smart and brave, and he's… my friend. My Best friend. And Allen is horest and clever, he's my trusted ally and friend." Rayla said to Sol Regem, looking at everyone.

"And let's not count out our Pokemon. Each of them is an amazing creature in their own way. They love us, and we love them. They are always there for use when we need them, whether that be by our sides fighting with us for what's right, or just being a companion to us. They're not monster beasts like you say." Kali said to Sol Regem.

Rayla then grabbed Callum's hand and walked to Allen's side, hand in hand. Kali then walked to Allen, and grabbed his free hand. Then the Pokemon gathered around everyone. The two pairs raised their hands up. "So, please, allow them to pass into Xadia and help me and Kali take the Dragon Prince home. Because I don't think I can do it without Callum and Gligar." Rayla asked Sol Regem. "Nor I without Allen and Lurantis." Kali said to Sol Regem

Sol Regem lowered his head to them and sniffed them, this worried everyone but the girls. "I smell death!" Sol Regem roared right into everyone's face. This forced them back. "What? No, Callum is different." Rayla said to Sol Regem. "I smell the reek of Dark Magic on him. He's no different. He rips the life and magic out of innocent creatures. He must die." Sol Regem said to everyone, getting ready to kill Callum

"You're wrong about him. Sure Dark Magic is twisted. But Callum rejected it, and learned the Sky Arcanum." Allen said to Sol Regem, standing up and walking in front of everyone. "Lies, there's no way a lesser being could learn an Arcanum." Sol Regem said to Allen. "Lesser being? We humans are living breathing creatures just like you. Just because you're a big dragon, doesn't make you any different from me in the soul." Allen said to Sol Regem.

"I'm evil like you humans." Sol Regem said to Allen. "Says the dragon planning to turn his prince into ash, just because I'm here. So I asked you? Are you so different from a Dark Mage, planning to end the life of an innocent creature, just because you feel like it?" Allen asked Sol Regem. "I'm nothing like a Dark Mage!" Sol Regem said to Allen, getting madder. "Really? Cause you're acting just like a Dark Mage I know." Allen said to Sol Regem.

"SILENCE!" Sol Regem roared at Allen, but Allen was unfazed. "NO! I will not be silent. You will listen to the truth. You are nothing but a giant bully. Thinking you can do whatever you want without consequences. Well guess what, your actions have consequences just like everyone else. I'm willing to bet that your eyes were burned was because you decided to do something wrong, and someone fought back against you." Allen said to Sol Regem.

"I SAID SILENCE!" Sol Regem roaded at Allen again, but Allen was still unfazed. "I'm right aren't I? You did something very wrong, my guess, to humans. And Dark Mage couldn't stand by and do nothing. So he or she cast the spell that burned your eyes. That's how it happened isn't it?" Allen asked Sol Regem. "YOU KNOW NOT THE HORROR OF DARK MAGIC. IT IS SOMETHING THAT MUST BE DESTROYED!" Sol Regem roared at Allen, and again, Allen was still unfazed.

"ON THAT WE AGREE! DARK MAGIC IS BAD! BUT YOU AND OTHERS LIKE YOU, HAVE NO ONE BUT YOURSELVES TO BLAME FOR ITS EXITNECES! ACTING LIKE YOUR BETTER THAN HUMANS JUST BECAUSE YOU HAVE AN ARCANUM! WELL GUESS WHAT YOUR NOT ANY BETTER, IN FACT YOUR WORSE THAN ANY EVIL HUMAN!" Allen roared back at Sol Regem, as he started to faintly glow white. "YOU DARE SAY I'M WORSE THAN AN EVIL HUMAN!" Sol Regem said to Allen, before he started to channel his fire breath.

This made everyone but Allen run. Kali noticed this and stopped running. "ALLEN!" Kali yelled to Allen, very worried that Allen wasn't running. "I WILL NOT RUN FROM A BULLY LIKE YOU!" Allen said to Sol Regem, as he started to glow white. Sol Regem fired his fire breath at Allen, buta circle of white flames formed around Allen, absorbing Sol Regem's fire breath. The white flames rose as Allen glowed brighter. This is when Kali's necklace started to glow as well.

Katolis

In Katolis, the baker and Alcremie were making Jelly Tarts, but were startled when the fire in the oven turned white and grew large.

Katolis Mountains

In the mountains, Ellis, Ava, and Midnight were playing near the house fire, when it turned white and got bigger. This surprised them, but they found it exciting, not scary.

The Castle In Katolis

At the Castle, Opal and Chimecho were walking down a hall, when the torch flames lighting the hallway turned white and grew, making the two of them cover their eyes.

Canyon In Xadia

Back in the canyon, the fires and white light died down, realving Allen's new form. Unlike Drake's Zekrom form, Allen's was wearing a white roped with a dragon scale pattern, his hands, feet, face were white and scaly, while wearing white japanese wooden clogs with a metal triangle spike on the tip of the clogs that looked like claws, between his hands an elbow, was very long pieces of white fabric that looked like wings, two white bands around his neck, a blue mask over his eyes, his hair had become two long wavy white pony tails, and his Pokeballs became white and were in spikes of the hip of his robes.

Everyone noticed this. And while Sol Regem couldn't see, he could feel the power coming from Allen, and could not believe it. "It can't be!? The White Dragon!?" Sol Regem said. Allen then noticed his new look. "Oh you gotta be kidding me! Drake get's armor and I'm stuck in a dress." Allen said not liking his new look. Then his staff started to generate a large amount of fire.

"But I can make it work." Allen said, as he held up his staff, making the fire from his staff flow into the shape of a sphere above his staff. Allen then whipped his staff at Sol Regem, sending the fire sphere flying at Sol Regem. The fire hit Sol Regem in the scar on his chest. The fire then exposed into a very large burst, and even some of the fire got into Sol Regem threw his scar. This made Sol Regem roar very loudly in pain, even though he was a fire dragon.

After Sol Regem finished screaming he turned his head to where he felt Allen's presence, and got ready to fight. Allen was ready to fight too. And everyone else was hiding behind a rock.

The Breach

At the Breach, Amaya and her forces were planting barrels of gunpowder along the Breach path. Amaya then sign language to the Lieutenant. "The cable." Gren said translaminting for Amaya sign language. The Lieutenant gave her the cable. Amaya set the cable into the barrel, as the other knights did the same to the other barrels.

"It's done. Let's go." Gren said translaminting for Amaya sign language, as Amaya led her knights away. "On your command, we'll pull the cable and detonate the barrels." The Lieutenant said to Amaya. "And a thousand tons of rock and lava will seal the breach forever." Gren said translaminting for Amaya sign language, as they got into position. "General, what about the Frozen Throne? Couldn't they go through that?" The Lieutenant asked Amaya, as he pushed the roll of cable.

"No, elves and dragons fear that place out of respect, they wouldn't dare enter it. And even if they did, a very large amount of Pokemon called Cryogonal calm the Frozen Throne as their home. They protect the place with much fury, and it's impossible to move a large force though there in a timely manner, and it doesn't help that the Cyogonals would be attacking your forces and deal major damage to them." Gren said to the Lieutenant, translaminting for Amaya sign language.

Canyon In Xadia

Back in the canyon, Allen was flying around, and Sol Regem was trying to find him. This gave Allen a few shots of Dragon Breath in, but it didn't do much damage to Sol Regem, if any at all. "We got to do something! Allen's going to get himself killed!" Kali said to everyone. "I'm sorry, Rayla, Kali. but if me and Allen dying is the only way for you two and Zym to get across safely, then it's time for us to face the end." Callum said to the girls. But Allen heard him.

"I'm not letting you die while I'm still breathing. And if I'm going to die, it'll be giving Sol Regem here a very bad time. One that he won't forget." Allen said to Callum, as he hovered above them for a second before moving again. "You really need to stop attacking him." Kali said to Allen.

"Calm down. All of you." Rayla said to everyone. "Allen won't die, Kali. he's smart, somewhat." Rayla said to Kali. "Besides, Sol Regem can't use his fire breath yet. He can only do it every few minutes. He needs time to recharge." Rayla said to everyone, as they noticed another scale on Sol Regem's neck glowed orange.

"Wait. We can't hide from his senses, but maybe we can trick them. Create a false appearance. After all, we can only truly know the appearance itself." Callum said to everyone. "Now you're sounding like Lujanne." Rayla said to Callum. "Wow, really?" Callum asked Rayla, smiling. "That wasn't a compliment." Rayla said to Callum. "Can we focus? Callum, you got a plan?" Kali asked everyone.

"Here's the idea. I could use Aspiro to blow my scent to a different place. Like… Like ventriloquism, but with smells. Smelltriloquism!" Callum said to everyone. "Uh…" Rayla said, placing her hand on her face. Kali started to think about it. "Vensmelloquidm." Callum said. "It's a stupid idea." Rayla said to Callum. "Absolutely, but I think he's on the right track." Kali said to everyone.

"I'VE HAD ENOUGH OF YOU!" Sol Regem road to Allen. "Guys, if we're going to do something it has to be now!" Kali said to everyone. "Callum, give me your scarf! If I wear it, I'll smell like you, and I'll draw his fire with Allen. Once he uses his blast, the rest of you make a run for it while we keep him busy." Rayla said to Callum. "This is the worst idea you've ever had. He's gonna burn you to a crisp." Callum said to Rayla. "No, I think fighting a giant dragon alone is the worst idea." Kali said to Callum.

"Callum, I can do this. We can do this. We're faster than him. And besides, it's the only chance we got." Rayla said to Callum. Callum said nothing and nodded, before taking off his scarf. "I haven't bathed in two weeks. This should do the trick." Callum said to everyone, before rubbing his scarf in his armpit. Rayla took it and smelled it. she had to resist the urge to throw up. "Right?" Callum asked Rayla. "I think her face says, yes, and I hate you" Kali said to Callum, as Rayla put on the scarf, with an annoyed look on her face.

"Here goes nothing." Rayla said to everyone, before Callum adjusted the scarf around Rayla's neck. This made the two of them look at each other and they stared into each other's eyes. Kali then forced a cough, snapping back to reality. "Allen! Follow Callum's lead!" Kali said to Allen, as Rayla ran out from behind the rock. Allen noticed Rayla, and saw Callum's scarf on her neck. Allen realized what the plan was and flew after Rayla. This made Sol Regem chase after them.

The Breach

At the Breach, Amaya's forces finished setting up the barrels and cables. "We're ready to detonate the explosives on your command." The Lieutenant said to Amaya. Amaya then made a pull motion. "Pull!" Gren said to the Lieutenant, translaminting for Amaya. The knights pulled the cable, but nothing happened. So they pulled the cable and realized it was cut. And Amaya knew who cut it.

That's when the elf Amaya fought and her Volcarona came out from behind one of the magma waterfalls, her Sunforge Sword out in one hand and the other end of the cable in the other. The elf then tossed the cable to the ground. Amaya and Falinks looked at the elf and Volcarona with a mean look, as everyone got ready to fight. "Now what? The trigger's been disabled." The Lieutenant asked Amaya.

"Someone has to go out there and set them off. I… I'll do it myself. Falinks stay here." Gren said to the Lieutenant, translaminting for Amaya sign language, as Amaya got on her horse and rode off. But Gren and Falinks stopped her. "But, Amaya, you won't survive." Gren said to Amaya. Amaya said a few things to Gren in sign language with a smile, before riding off. "What did she say?" The Lieutenant asked Gren. "She said the rest of us will." Gren said to the Lieutenant.

Canyon In Xadia

Back in the canyon, Allen and Rayla were leading Sol Regem away from everyone. Once Sol Regem passed everyone, they ran for the exit of the canyon. But they waited for Rayla and Allen at the exit. "Come on, Rayla, come on!" Callum said. "Rayla's going to make it. And so will Allen. I hope." Kali said to Callum.

"What's wrong Sol Regem can't catch us lesser beings?" Allen asked Sol Regem, with a silly tune in his voice "Foolish human!" Sol Regem said, as he fired another fire breath. But Allen was able to fly up to dodge it, and Rayla took cover behind the rock. When the fire was gone, Rayla noticed everyone by the exit, this made her sigh. But then rocks fell from above and trapped Rayla.

The Breach

At the Breach, Amaya was charging at the elf and Volcarona, torch in hand. And the elf and Volcarona were ready for her. When Amaya got close enough, the Elf charged at her, and Volcarona used Bug Buzz, making a sound wave from his wings.

But Amaya made her horse jump, dodging the attacks. But the horse crashed when he landed on the ground, tossing Amaya off, and making Amaya slide to the edge. In doing so Amaya's torch fell over the edge. Amaya's forces noticed this, and Gren, Chatot and Falinks started to charge, with Falinks faster than Gren and Chatot. The Lieutenant tried to stop them, but he couldn't.

With Amaya, she pulled out her sword and shield and started to fight the elf. The elf was able to leave a cut in her shield, and slash Amaya's sword in two. But Amaya was able to force the elf back with her shield. Volcarona got ready to use another Bug Buzz, but that's when Falinks showed up and used Headbutt, ramming into Volcarona's back. This made Volcarona crash into the rockwall.

With the elf distracted by this, Amaya was able to toss her sword, and punch the elf in the face. Then with a few more punches, Amaya pulls the Sunforge Sword out of her hands and tosses her to Volcarona. Falinks and the horse moved to Amaya's sides, as Amaya pointed the Sunforge blade at the elf and Volcarona.

But then the elf and Volcarona started to get up, and the elf got mad, that's when skin started to crack like magma. Amaya looked at her with an intense look, and guestered her horse and Falinks to leave. And while her horse left, Falinks stayed by her side. As the horse ran past the elf and Volcarona, both sides got ready to fight.

The elf let out a yell and charged at Amaya and Falinks, with Volcarona following her. Amaya and Falinks dodged the elf and Volcarona, and Amaya threw the Sunforge Sword into one of the barrels. The Elf had a very worried look on her face.

This caused the barrels to explode, with Amaya using her shield to block the blast for her and Falinks, and Falinks using Protect to take most of the force. The explosion sent the elf, Volcarona, Gren, and Chatot flying back a bit. Then the rest of the barrels explode and blow out a part of the breach, changing the flow of the magma falls. Gren and Chatot watched as the magma consumed what used to be the path.

On the other side of the path, Amaya and Falinks were okay. But after they got up, they noticed the elf holding onto the edge with one hand, and Volcarona laying on the ground, face facing up. Amaya walked to the elf. And while the elf was expecting Amaya to step on her hand and make her fall. Amaya dropped her shield and helped the elf up.

Then a rock came down on Volcarona. But before Volcarona was squatch, Phalanx jumped onto him, and used protection, forming a green bubble around him, making the rock roll off the bubble and over the edge. Once the bubble was gone, Volcarona started to get up and float a little above the ground, making Falinks fall off him. It was at this point the rest of the elf forces showed up and pointed their weapons at Amaya and Falinks. Amaya and Falinks surrendered without a fight.

Canyon In Xadia

Back in the canyon, Allen and Rayla were able to dig Rayla's upper half from the rocks. But that's when Rayla noticed everyone running to them. Rayla waved her hands telling them to get back, and pointed to Sol Regem. This made them run behind a rock. As Sol Regem got closer to Allen and Rayla, Callum got an idea. Callum juested Rayla to remove the scarf. "Throw it." Callum quietly whispered to Rayla.

Callum then drew the Aspiro symbol. "Oh, throw it!" Rayla said, as tossed the scarf. "I'll be right back." Allen quietly said to Rayla, as he started to fly again. This made Sol Regem go after Allen and the scarf. "Aspiro!" Callum said, as he fired a gust of air at the scarf, making it flow in the wind next to Allen. While flying Allen noticed a stone arch and gestured to it. Callum understood what Allen was thinking, and moved the wind through the arch with Allen following it.

Sol Regem charged threw the arch and fired to fire breath Allen, but Allen dodged the fire and grabbed the scarf, before flying away. Sol Regem then tried to back up, only to find his horns got him trapped. This made Sol Regem very angry. With him trapped, Callum, Kali, Zym, and the Pokemon rushed over to Rayla's side and very quickly dug Rayla out of the rocks.

"That was amazing! Too close, but amazing." Callum said to everyone. "Can we talk about this later. Rayla, how hurt are you?" Kali said to Callum, and asked Rayla. "Relax, I'm only slightly singed." Rayla said to Kali. "Good thinking with Aspiro." Rayla said to Callum, as Sol Regem roared again.

That's when they noticed Sol Regem trying to break out of the arch. "That arch isn't going to hold him forever. Let's get out of here before "too close" Becomes "too late"." Rayla said to everyone, before they started to run.

They ran to the exit, where Allen was waiting for them with the scarf in his hands. "What kept you?" Allen asked everyone. "Well we did stop for a drink." Kali jokingly said to Allen. "And didn't bring me anything. I'm hurt." Allen jokingly said to Kali, as the two of them had a smile on their face, and as Rayla took the scarf from Allen. "Thanks for letting me borrow this. I think it's good luck." Rayla said to Callum, as she put it on.

After that everyone, but Zym and Allen started to run. "So long Sol Loser." Allen said to Sol Regem. Then Zym kicked dirt in Sol Regem's direction. "You tell him Zym." Allen said to Zym, kneeling down and petting Zym's head. Then the two of them ran after everyone else.

The Castle In Katolis

Meanwhile, at the castle, a storm cloud was above them, and it was raining hard, with lightning flashing all around the castle a lot. But in the darkest depths Viren was in a cell, his monstrous form for all to see. Viren hated being locked up like this. "Do no despair. Be patient. Your time will come. You have put things in motion." Aaravos said threw his caterpillar, as it crawled out of Viren's ear.

In the throne room, the council was talking about what to do with Viren. "He is too dangerous. There aren't enough locks and chains in the Five Kingdoms to contain the threat he poses." Opeli said to everyone. "Chim." Chimecho said, agreeing with Opeli. "Then, what are you suggesting?" Saleer asked Opeli. "There's only one way to neutralize Viren. And that's to do it… permanently. Just like the Great Black Dragon did." Opeli said to Saleer.

Then they all heard thudding at the door, and the lighting outside started to focus around the throne room. This put everyone on edge. "What is the meaning of…" Opeli asked, but was stopped when the door burst open, revealing Ezran riding a banther, with Bait and Rockruff on the banther's back with him. "King Ezran!" Opeli said, surprised to see him.

Then Drake and Corvus came riding in on their own banthers with Drake in the middle of the banther line, and his staff glowing light blue and crackling electricity. And Corvus on the one at the end, with Staraptor flying behind him.

Soon the banthers made it to the throne, and everyone got off them. "Thank you." Drake said to the banthers, before the banthers left. Ezran then walked to the throne, with Bait in his hands, and took a deep breath, as he touched the throne. When Ezran turned to face everyone, he noticed Opeli kneeling to him, and Opeli had an open chest with the crown in it. Then Ezran saw everyone kneel to him. But this just made Ezran feel uneasy.
