Hello everyone, I've been waiting to do this chapter for a very long time, and have planned many things in it. And tomorrow I'll Post the first chapter of The Last Black and White Dragons. I hope this chapter was worth the long wait. Now Chapter 27.
Chapter 27
The Final Battle Of Five Armies
Storm Spire
On top of the Storm Spire, Callum had his jacket and scarf off, revealing his undershirt was sleeveless, and was finishing painting the ruins on his arms, the same ruins Ibis had on his arms. Once he was done, Callum walked to the edge, and exhaled. "Manus, Pluma, Volantus!" Callum said, as he held out his arms. But nothing happened. "My arm is itching a little. Maybe it's starting to work?" Callum asked himself, as he tried flapping his arms.
That's when Rayla, Gliscor and Yanmega came walking up to Callum, and noticed Callum waving his arms and legs around. "Did you pull a muscle in the middle of the jumping jack?" Rayla asked Callum, as she and the Pokemon reached Callum.
"Oh, uh, no. I was just… greeting the sunrise. Yellow, sun, how's it going?" Callum said, trying to act like he wasn't just waving his arms around like an idiot. Rayla just crossed her arms, and gave him a "yeah right" look, as Callum put his jacket back on. "You know, it's a big day. Could be our last." Callum said to everyone, as they looked at the sunrise.
"Yeah. To be fair, that's true every day." Rayla said to Callum. "Okay, but to be even more fair, it's not every day that you get attacked by an army of a little over 6,000 monster-soldiers." Callum said to Rayla.
Rayla walked up to Callum and took his hand. The two of them didn't say anything, and looked out to the horizon. "Rayla, if today is our last day, I want you to know…" Callum said to Rayla, turning to her and she turned to him, but then Callum got interrupted by Soren walking up to them.
"Hey, guys! Ding, ding, ding, ding, ding! Time for the battle meeting! Ding-ding." Soren said to everyone, ruining the mode.
A few seconds later, they all started to walk down the stairs, with Soren and Callum behind everyone. "So, like, I wanna say something to you. You know all those times I called you the step prince, or made fun of you, or knocked you down and stuff? You remember that?" Soren asked Callum.
"I do. I do remember that." Callum said to Soren. "Well, I'm sorry. It was wrong and I'm sorry for it. I think it was because even though the king was your stepdad, it was… it was so clear how much he loved you, and that made me feel… jealous and upset. So, I picked on you, because I didn't know any better. Also because you're smaller and weaker." Soren said to Callum. "Oh, thanks… I guess." Callum said to Soren.
"And slower… I forgot slower. So, should we, like, hug or something? You know, to seal the apology? Is that a thing?" Soren asked Callum. "Uh, I don't know if that's necessary- Oh!" Callum said to Soren, but was surprised when Soren hugged him very tightly. Rayla noticed this, and shook her head, like "those goofs".
Xadia Plains
With Viren, as his army, they were moving past Thunder's remains, with Viren looking at Claudia. "I am proud of you, Claudia. Despite everything, you have stood beside me." Viren said to Claudia, making Claudia laugh. "Well, of course. You're my dad, Dad." Claudia said to Viren.
"I know, it's just… You have grown up so brilliant and strong. But you are still my little girl." Viren said to Claudia. "We're all that's left of our family, and I won't let anything break us apart." Claudia said to Viren. Viren then moved ahead, and saw Aaravos leaning against the Storm Spire like he was a giant.
"When you capture the dragonling, I will show you how to take his power, how to imbue yourself with all his magic and potential, so that you will transcend the limits of your human form. Then none will dare stand against you, not even the twins." Aaravos said to Viren, as he floated in Viren's face. Viren nodded in agreement.
Storm Spire
Back in the Storm Spire, everyone was talking strategy, with Kali now wearing white combat robes, and a long red acute rectangle shield on her back with gold lines on and around the end of the shield.
"We have one objective today, protect the Dragon Prince." Callum said to everyone, translation for Amaya. "At any cost." Rayla said to everyone. "The forces of Lux Aurea will fight bravely, to the last elf standing." Janai said to everyone, as all the sunfire elves saluted.
"We will be outnumbered, but their forces are vicious and sloppy." Callum said to everyone, translation for Amaya. "Which means we'll have to fight smart. A head on attack will only end with us getting destroyed by them." Drake said to everyone.
"With that in mind. Our job is to hold the line." Callum said to everyone, translation for Amaya. "SO, what happens if some break though?" Soren asked everyone, as he sat criss-crossed, and had Bait in his legs.
"That's when our natural advantage comes into play." Callum said to everyone, translation for Amaya, as he pulled out his sketch of the area. "The spire itself." Callum said to everyone, translation for Amaya.
"As you can see, the spire only has one way to go up it. By stationing our main forces here at his natural choke point, we can limit their numbers, and if they break through that line, then it'll be up to them to quickly finish them before they can reach the base and start their climb." Allen said to everyone, moving his finger around the sketch.
"And if any get past them and try to climb up, they'll be vulnerable, and that guy and his Pokemon can pick them off easily" Callum said to everyone, translation for Amaya, pointing to a drawing of himself and Yanmaga.
"And by that guy, she means this guy and his Pokemon, with my zap hand! Yeah!" Callum said to everyone, gloating. "Ignoring that. Amaya's right, once they reach the top, they won't have their footing, and it'll be easy for Callum and Yanmega to blow them away with their powers. But for backup and protection Mizo and Scarlett will stay with him, and provide cover fire for all of us." Allen said to everyone.
That's when Zym walked to the entrance to his mothers room and just layed there. Bait, Darumaka, and Sandile walked up to Zym, and layed next to him. "I'll stay here with you. No matter what else happens, I'll keep you safe." Rayla said to Zym, as she sat next to him.
"You will be a worthy defender. The last Dragon Guard." Janai said to Rayla, making Rayla smile. "Darumaka, Sandile, stay here. You're both too young for something like this." Drake said to Darumaka and Sandile, as everyone left and got ready for battle.
Some time later, Viren and Claudia were on their horses in front of the army, as they looked at the line of elvis blocking their way. Kasef roared, making the rest of the army scream and get riled up. While that was going on, Janai and Amaya dropped off Callum and Yanmega at their spot, and they saw the hard battle ahead. Callum nodded he was ready, and Janai and Amaya flew off to join the rest of the forces.
There they landed in the front, with Soren, Drake, Allen, and all of their Pokemon out of their Pokeballs waiting for them, with Allen and Drake in their Reshiram and Zekrom forms. "So, who's ready to make history?" Allen asked everyone. Everyone nodded, and Amaya held up her shield, making the evils form a line from shield to shield.
"Aww. Dad, look, they have shields. Maybe we should just give up and turn around?" Claudia asked Viren, with a playful tune. That's when Saleer rode up to Viren. Saleer groaned and gave Viren a thumbs up, then held a hand, letting Viren know that they were just waiting for Viren to give the order.
Viren was about to give a battle starting speech, but Kasef roared and charged at the Sunfire Elves alone. "Ugh, it's fine. Let's just do this." Viren said to Saleer. Saleer then signaled the Dark Army to charge. "Here we go kid." Mizo said to Callum, as the battle began.
"Wait…" Janai said to the Sunfire Elves. Some of the Sunfire Elves got nervous, as the Dark Amy got close. "Do not give into fear. Hold fast to your courage, we can win this." Allen said to the Sunfire Elves, making some of them regain their courage. That's when yellow energy flowed through the shields.
"Drop!" Janai said to the Sunfire Elves. The Sunfire Elves then slam their shields onto the ground, letting out a burst of yellow energy that knocks back the first wave of the Dark Army. But the Dark Army slowly got up and started to charge, with Viren, Claudia, and Saleer stopping.
"Keep them back! Dragon Breath!" Allen said to the Pokemon. "Hold nothing back! Thunderbolt!" Drake said to the Pokemon, as he fired a bolt of electricity at the Dark Army, and as Allen fired a burst of teal energy at the Dark Army. The two attacks took out a handful of the Dark Army front line, but a lot more was still coming.
"Serperior/Reuniclus." Serperior and Reuniclus said, as Serperior made a ball of green energy, and Reuniclus made a ball of black energy. The two of them fired their energy balls at the Dark Army, taking out two Dark Soldiers
"Swanna." Swanna said, as she fired a light blue beam, freezing the ground in front of a few Dark Soldiers, causing the Dark Soldiers to fall to the ground. But the fallen Dark Soldiers didn't stop the Dark Army, as the rest of the Dark Army trampled on the Dark Soldiers on the ground. This surprised everyone, and grossed a few of them out.
"Bisharp." Bisharp said, as the blades on his wrist glowed pink, and he slashed the air, sending pink energy blades flying at the Dark Army. The pink energy blades slashed threw a handful of the Dark Soldiers.
"Accelgor." Accelgor said, as he fired a ball of purple sludge at a few of the Dark Soldiers. The sludge hit a Dark Soldier in the face, stunning the Dark Soldier. But being stunned made the rest of the Dark Army push the Dark Soldier to the ground and trampled the Dark Soldier.
"Musharna." Musharna said, as a moon appeared above her, and energy went into Musharna, making a ball of lunar energy. Musharna then fired the ball of energy, hitting one of the Dark Soldiers and making a small sparkly explosion.
"Gothitelle." Gothitelle said, as she made rocks falling from the sky and crushed a few Dark Soldiers with the rocks, and also formed a few small walls in front of the shield wall shorting the number of the Dark Soldiers charging at them.
"Volcarona." Volcarona said, as he fired green sound waves from his wings, this made a few Dark Soldiers to cover their ears, and stop running. But doing this caused the Dark Soldiers behind them to force them to the ground, and get tramped.
But then Dark Army got really close and was about to ram into the shield wall. "BRACE!" Drake said to everyone, as the Dark Army crashed into the shield wall. Then the Dark Army tried to get over the shield wall, by climbing over each other.
"For Lux Aurea! Go, go, go!" Janai said to everyone. "You heard the Woman! Charge! Dragon Breath!" Allen said to everyone, as he fired a burst of teal energy, taking out some of the Dark Soldiers that tried to climb over the shield walls.
"Thunder Punch." Drake said, as his staff was encased in electricity, and he slammed his staff into the head of any Dark Soldier that stuck his or her head through the shield wall.
"Braviary." Braviary said, as he grabbed the head of one of the Dark Soldiers and held it head up. This gave a sunfire elf an opening to kill that Dark Soldier.
"Bisharp." Bisharp said, as his head turned silver and rough, and rammed his head into a Dark Soldier's chest, killing the Dark Soldier.
"Samurott." Samurott said, as he pulled out a shell, and rammed it into an open part of the Dark Soldier armor, killing the Dark Soldier.
"Escavalier." Escavalier said, as his lances became large green energy lances, and he rammed them into two of the Dark Soldiers, going right through them, leaving massive holes in them.
"Leavanny." Leavanny said, as she slashed the head off some of the Dark Soldiers spears.
Claudia then made her horse step forward, and got ready to cast a spell. "Noctu Igne!" Claudia said, as she summoned a black sun. Claudia flung the black sun at the shield wall. "FALL BACK!" Allen yelled, as everyone moved back.
They ran, but when the fireball hit the ground in front of where the shield wall was, it caused a massive explosion, taking out a small number of the Sunfire Elves, and a large number of the Dark Army. Callum gasps at the sight of the destruction.
Back with the forces, their head was ringing from the attack. With Kali, Lurantis, and Rapidash going around and taking the wounded to safety. Once the ringing stopped, the Dark Army started to charge.
"EVERYONE REFORGE THE LINE! THUNDER PUNCH!" Drake said to everyone, as he encased his staff in electricity, and started to wack every Dark Soldier in his way, as he and the Sunfire Elves charged at the Dark Army.
"You hear the man! Push them back!" Soren said to everyone, as everyone started to counter attack.
"Samurott." Samurott said, as he pulled out both of his shells, and turned them into water blades, and started to slash a few of the Dark Soldiers.
"Accelgor." Accelgor said, as he fired water shaped shurikens at the Dark Soldiers, hitting them in the middle of the head.
"Bisharp!" Bisharp said, as black energy encased his wrist blades with a purple outline. Bisharp then started to slash, threw a few of the Dark Soldiers, and even blocked a few of the Dark Soldiers attacks that were about to kill Sunfire elves.
"Gothitelle/Musharna." Gothitelle and Musharna said as they're eyes glowed pink, and a few pink outlines appeared on a few of the Dark Soldiers, freezing them in place, and allowing a couple Sunfire Elves to take them out.
With Serperior, a Dark Soldier was bringing an axe down on him. "Serperior." Serperior said, as his tail became silver and rough. Serperior then whipped his tail at the axe, and sent it flying into another Dark Soldier's back, killing it. Then Seroerior jumped up and slammed his tail into the Dark Soldier head, slamming the Dark Soldier into the ground.
"Escavalier." Escavalier said, as he crossed his lances, and then did a X slash, firing a green X energy slash at a Dark Soldier, slashing the Dark Soldier into pieces.
"Bouffalant!" Bouffalant said, as his afro started to generate a large amount of electricity, and started to ram into a few of the Dark Soldiers like a wild bull.
"Swanna/Braviary!" Swanna and Braviary said, as they lit themselves on fire, and flew through the Dark Soldiers. But their attacks had very little effect on the Dark Soldiers.
"Reuniclus." Reuniclus said, as he slammed his arms into a couple of Dark Soldiers, forcing them into the ground.
"Leavanny." Leavanny said, as her arms turned into green glowing blades, and started to slash through a few Dark Soldiers.
With Amaya, she kicked a Dark Soldier, and the shield bashed it. Then she blocked an attack from another Dark Soldier, and when the Dark Soldier tried to stab Amaya, Amaya used her shield to break the Dark Soldier's arm, and took its sword before shield bashing it away. Amaya then threw the sword and it went into another Dark Soldier chest.
"Falinks!" Falinks said, as they formed a circle, and rammed into the guts of a few Dark Soldiers, knocking them down, and giving some Sunfire elves a chance to kill the Dark Soldiers.
Meanwhile Janai was nearby and easily slash threw the Dark Soldiers. "Volcarona." Volcarona said, as he fired green sound waves from his wings, this made a few Dark Soldiers cover their ears. This made it easy for Janai to finish them.
With Kali, she was healing a few of the wounded Sunfire Elves, when a Dark Soldier charged at her. "Rapidash!" Rapidash said, as she formed a green bubble around her, Kali, and the wounded Sunfire Elves. But the Dark Soldier kept attacking, trying to pop the bubble
"Lurantis." Lurantis said, as her arms became green glowing blades, and she slashed the Dark Soldier attacking the bubble. Once the Dark Soldier was dead, Rapidash lowered the bubble. "Thank you Lurantis and Rapidash." Kali said to Lurantis and Rapidash.
That's when everyone reforges the line, with Amaya taking the last spot in the wall. Janai was impressed by this, and gave Amaya a smile. But that's when Kasef came bursting through the line, and grabbed Amaya by the throat. Kasef then threw Amaya at Janai, and Janai caught her. "I'll help her." Kali said to Janai, as she came up and took Amaya from Janai, with Amaya thanking Kali.
Janai then got ready to fight Kasef, and turned into her fire mode. Janai and Kasef charged at each other. Janai jumped over Kasef, dodging Kasef's attack. Janai then attacked. Kasef tried to block her attack, but Janai cut his weapon, turning it into two axes.
Kasef then threw his weapons at Janai, but Janai dodged them. When Janai reached Kasef, Kasef grabbed her sword arm, and started to punch Janai. But Janai started to wildly punch Kasef with her free hand, and overpower him.
But that quickly change when Kasef cough Janai's free hand, surprising Kasef. Kasef then tried to headbutt Janai, but was stopped by Drake's staff getting in the way. "Thunder Punch!" Drake said, as his staff head became encased in electricity.
Drake then hit Kasef in the face, then in the arm, forcing him to let go of Janai, then spun his staff and hit Kasef in the gut, forcing Kasef back. "Go help the others. He's mine." Drake said to Janai. Janai nodded yes, and went to help the others.
"So Kasef? Was it worth it? Throwing away your humanity for hate?" Drake asked Kasef. Kasef roared at Drake. "That's what I thought." Drake said to Kasef before charging at Kasef, his Thunder Punch still active.
Kasef tried to punch Drake, but Drake dodged Kasef's attack, and hit Kasef in the back, zapping Kasef, and forcing Kasef forward. "Look at what you've become." Drake said to Kasef, before Kasef turned and charged at Drake. "You're a mindless monster." Drake said to Kasef, before dodging a hitting Kasef in the back of the legs. The shock and hit forced Kasef to his knees.
"But that's not much of a change for you is it?" Drake said to Kasef, before hitting Kasef in the back, forcing Kasef into the ground. Kasef then slowly started to get up"If you choose to walk away with Ezran, then maybe you won't be like this. But no. You choose a lie, and now you'll never go home. Only thing we can do to help you is put you down." Drake said to Kasef, as he charged at Kasef, as Kasef stood up.
Then right when Drake raised his staff into the air, the electricity turned into purple energy, and four blades in a + form around the tip of his staff. Drake then brought down his staff, slashing out Kasef's left eye and leaving a deep cut in Kasef's chest. Roaring in pain from this, Drake spun around and slammed his staff into Kasef's gut, sending Kasef flying into the distance.
"I guess my Thunder Punch turned into Dragon Claw. This is just the edge I needed." Drake said to everyone, as he got back to fighting.
Back with the others, Kali got Amaya back in the fight, but they were losing ground. "Oh, no. They're coming." Callum said. "Then get ready kid." Mizo said, as he pulled out an arrow and got ready to fire it.
That's when they hear roaring in the distance. They turned to see Dragons flying in, and Callum laughed. "It's Ezran! And he's brought help!" Callum said to everyone down below. "Things are going to get hot!" Mizo said to everyone down below.
That's when the dragon flew overhead and the elves cheered for them. "Dragon Friends! Whoo!" Soren said to everyone, as Pyrrah led the Dragon attack.
"Brace yourself." Aaravos said to Viren, as the dragons let out massive streams of fire on the Dark Army, causing the Dark Army to fall back, as some of them get enveloped by the fire.
"Tenebris Praesidium!" Claudia said, as she formed a black barrier around herself, Viren, and Saleer, protecting them from the flames, as the dragons set fire to a good number of the Dark Army.
From the back of the dragon, Ezran saw all the death, and had a sad look on his face. That's when Claudia lowered the barrier, and they saw the troops that got sent on fire and laying on the ground, getting up.
"The soldiers! They're immune to the fire!" Claudia said to Viren. "So much more than that. They're strengthened by the blaze!" Viren said to Claudia, as the Dark Army roared. "It is time for the next phase of our plan." Viren said to Claudia. "I understand." Claudia said to Viren.
With their fire no longer an option, some of the dragons flew down to the ground, and started to attack the Dark Army. That's when Soren noticed the Dark Army reading ballistas for the dragons.
"No! Don't land! You've gotta stay in the air!" Soren said to the Dragon. That's when the Dark Army fired chains form the ballistas, pinning the dragons on the ground. Lucky Pyrrah, Ezran, and Lycanroc where't on the ground and didn't get caught.
But more chains here fired from ballistas trying to get the dragons in the air. Lycanroc saw this, and started to feel like he needed to protect the dragons. "LYCANROC!" Lycanroc roared, as he made rock fall from the sky, blocking the chains from hitting the dragons and even crushing a few of the ballistas.
"Accelgor." Accelgor said, as he fired a ball of purple sludge at a few of the Dark Soldiers. The ball of sludge hit one of the Dark Soldiers in the face, making some of the sludge hit some of the other Dark Soldiers in the eyes. This made the Dark Soldiers roar, as they rubbed their eyes.
"Braviary." Braviary said he fired a gust of whirlwind from his wings sending the Dark Soldiers with the sludge in their eyes flying off into the distance.
"Samurott/Bisharp." Samurott and Bisharp said, as Samurott's shells became water blades, and Bisharp's wrist blades glowed black. Then as a team, the two of them started to lock weapons with some Dark Soldiers, protecting some Sunfire Elves, and making it easy for the Sunfire Elves to kill the Dark Soldiers.
"Gothitelle." Gothitelle said, as she made rocks fall from the sky. "Reuniclus/Musharna." Reuniclus and Musharna said, as their eyes glowed pink, and a pink outline appeared on the rocks. Then the rocks moved, and fell on some Dark Soldiers, crushing them
"Leavanny." Leavanny said, as she placed her arms to her mouth, and played a gentle tune. This made a few of the Dark Soldiers sleepy.
"Bouffalant!" Bouffalant said, as his afro started to generate a large amount of electricity, and started to ram into the Dark Soldiers Leavanny was putting to sleep, taking them out.
But a few of them were still awake, and trying to get up. "Serperior." Serperior said as his tail became silver and rough, and he started to slam his tail on the Dark Soldiers that were trying to get up.
"Swanna." Swanna said as she fired a light blue beam. The beam hit the feet of a few of the Dark Soldiers, freezing them in place. This gave some Sunforge Elves an opening to finish them.
"Escavalier." Escavalier said, as his head fin turned silver and rough, and he started to smash through a handful of Dark Soldiers.
With Allen, he was running out of steam, his fire attacks had no effect, and his only other attack, Dragon Breath, was getting weaker until it stopped working. Allen looked at his staff, trying to figure out what to do. That's when a Dark Soldier charged at Allen.
"Allen watch out!" Kali said, as she ran up Allen, and used her shield to protect Allen from the Dark Soldier's attack. "Allen, get out of here!" Kali said to Allen. "I'm not leaving you." Allen said to Kali. "You're out of Dragon Breath, and your other attacks won't work on these things. You need to run!" Kali said to Allen.
"I'm not running. We need all the hands on deck. Even if I can only use my staff like a stick, I will fight!" Allen said to Kali, as he swung his staff at the Dark Soldier, forcing the Dark Soldier off Kali. Allen then hit the Dark soldier a few times, until he pointed the tip of his staff at the Dark Soldier.
Then a surge of purple energy shot out of the tip of the staff, the energy turned into a dragon head, and bit into the Dark Soldier. With the Dark Soldier in its mouth, the dragon head flew into the sky and exploded.
"See. I can fight. I just learned Dragon Pulse." Allen said to Kali, before rejoining the fight. "Just don't hurt too bad." Kali said to Allen, before going back to help the wounded
With Lurantis, she was dragging a wounded Sunfire Elf way from the battle, before a few Dark Soldiers came charging at her. But right as the Dark Soldiers reached Lurantis, Rapidash jumped in front of Lurantis and the wounded Sunfire Elf, and formed a green bubble around them.
The Dark Soldiers then started to slam their weapons into the bubble trying to pop it. Rapidash tried her hardest to keep the bubble up. "Lurantis." Lurantis said, as she got worried for Rapidash.
Then Lurantis looked at the Dark Soldiers with a mean look, and started to gather solar energy. After a bit, Rapidash's bubble popped. But before the Dark Soldiers could attack, Lurantis fired a massive beam of light, sending them all flying far into the distance. "Rapidash." Rapidash said to Lurantis, saying thank you.
Back on top Rayla was passing back and forth, with Zym, Bait, Gliscor, Darumaka, and Sandile watching her. Then Zym turned to his mother's room. Then Zym heard her snoring, and jumped back. "Hey, there. It's going to be okay, wee fella." Rayla said to Zym, kneeling to Zym. Zym then whimpered and looked in the direction of his mother's room.
Zym then moved to the front of the entrance. "You're ready to see your mother. I'll go in with you, but, Zym, I don't want you to get your hopes up. She's in a deep, deep slumber, and I don't think she's walking up any time soon." Rayla said to Zym. Zym looked at the entrance, and whimpered, before walking in, with everyone following him.
Rayla then picked up Zym, and hugged Zym calming him down, as they walked down the stairs. "It's okay. She's your mother. You can go to her." Rayla said to Zym, as they reached the bottom of the stairs, and she put Zym down.
Zym then walked up to Zubeia, and placed his front claws on Zubeia's snout, and yipped. Nothing changed for Zubeia. This made Zym sad. But Zym won't back down, and tries to pull Zubeia's hair, with a determined look on his face. Then Zym started to zap the hair, this caused sparks to go flying all over the place, with everyone else surprised.
Rayla watched this, and hoped this would wake her up. But all that happened was Zym was sent rolling back, with Zubeia still asleep. This made Zym feel worse, and he moved to where his eye once rested. There Zym layed down.
Backoutside, the battle wasn't going so well, they were losing ground. The Dark Army forced the Sunfire Elves back to the base, and was overwhelming them, with a large number of the Dark Army still in the back on their side of the line.
Even though they reforged the line, the Dark Army was able to force their way through the line. "Gothitelle/Reuniclus/Musharna." Gothitelle, Reuniclus, and Musharna said, as their eyes glowed pink, and pink outlines appeared on the Dark Soldiers who were coming from the hole in the shield wall, trying to hold them back. But the rest of the Dark Army just pushed them to the ground, and trampled them to get past the Dark Soldiers held down by Gothitelle, Reuniclus, and Musharna.
"Swanna." Swanna said, as she fired a light blue beam, and froze the ground in front of the hole in the shield wall. This made the Dark Soldier slip and fall to the ground.
"Samurott." Samurott said, as he pulled out his shells, and turned them into water blades, and started to kill the Dark Soldiers that fell to the ground.
"Serperior/Leavanny." Serperior and Leavanny said, as Serperior's tail glowed green and became a blade, and Leavanny's hands glowed green and became blades. They then helped Samurott kill the Dark Soldiers that fell to the ground.
But then the Dark Army used the dead Dark Soldiers to avoid Swanna's ice, and attack everyone on this side of the wall. "Bisharp." Bisharp said, as his wrist blades encased in black energy with a purple outline. Bisharp then started to attack the Dark Soldiers that got through the shield line.
"Accelgor." Accelgor said, as he threw water shuriken into the legs of a few Dark Soldiers, causing them to fall to the ground, and get trampled by other Dark Soldiers.
"Escavalier." Escavalier said, as he crossed his lances, and then did a X slash, firing a green X energy slash at a Dark Soldiers coming out of the hole in the shield wall, cutting right thru them, as it went out the hole in the shield wall.
But even with all Dark Soldiers cut up, new Dark Soldiers came flooding from the hole. "Braviary." Braviary said, as he flew up to one of the Dark Soldiers, dug his talons into its shoulders, and then crushed its shoulders. As the Dark Soldier roared in pain, Braviary tossed it to the other side of the shield wall, where it got trampled by the rest of the Dark Army.
With Bouffalant and Rapidash, they were protecting the wounded from Dark Soldiers, with Bouffalant's afro being silver and rough and he using his afro as a lumpy round shield, and Rapidash shouting at the Dark Soldiers as she raised her front legs into the air, before stomping on any Dark Soldier she could.
Then a good number of Dark Soldiers started to try and climb over the shield wall. "Lurantis." Lurantis said, as she gathered solar energy. The solar energy then turned into a massive green double edge energy sword. Lurantis then jumped up, and used the energy blade to cut down the Dark Soldiers trying to climb the wall.
With Amaya and Janai, they were doing their best to keep the shield wall up. With Falinks ramming their heads into the legs of the Dark Soldiers that were against the shield wall. And as Volcarona let out sound waves from his wings, this made a few Dark Soldiers cover their ears, and made them stop attacking the shield wall.
But despite them keeping the Dark Army back, some of the Dark Soldiers got past them, and started to climb to where Callum, Mizo, and their Pokemon were. "Well kid, time to join the fight." Mizo said to Callum, as they got ready to fight.
Mizo fired an arrow at the Dark Soldier at the head of the group coming up the stairs, stopping the group for a couple seconds. "Oricorio." Scarlett said, as she started to dance in a weird way, confusing the Dark Soldiers. "You turn kid." Mizo said to Callum.
"Right! Aspiro!" Callum said, as she cast a spell, blowing a gust of wind at the group climbing the stairs. "Yanmega!" Yanmega said, as he fired a gust of sparkly wind. The two gusts of wind combined, and became a powerful gust, one that had enough force to make all of the Dark Soldiers fall off the stairs.
"Don't even try it. I got more wins where that came from." Callum said to the Dark Soldiers. "Don't get cocky, kid. The battle's not over yet." Mizo said to Callum, before they noticed more Dark Soldiers coming over their left side.
"See what I mean!" Mizo said to Callum, as he fired arrows at the Dark Soldiers. "Oricorio." Scarlett said, as she made copies of herself, and had them fly around the Dark Soldiers stopping them from moving.
"Fulminis!" Callum said, before firing a burst of electricity at the Dark Soldiers. "Yanmega!" Yanmega said, as he fired a sonic burst from his wings at the Dark Soldiers.
The force of the attacks forced the Dark Soldiers over the edge. But that's when Kasef jumped up. He grabbed Mizo by the throat, and roared at Callum, before throwing Mizo into Scarlett. Callum yelled and tried to run away.
"Yanmega!" Yanmega said, as he fired a rock with a fossil in it, and it hit Kasef in the chest, breaking the rock apart. But Kasef withstood the attack, and kept charging. Kasef then reached Yanmega and slapped away and into a nearby rock, and then went after Callum.
Kasef easily caught up with Callum, and Callum tried to dodge Kasef by jumping to the left. "Fulmin-." Callum said, trying to cast the lighting spell, but was interrupted by Kasef hitting him and sending him flying. Lucky for Callum, his book took most of the hit.
But that's when Kasef grabbed Callum by the throat and lifted Callum into the air. Kasef smirked as Callum got scared. Kasef was then about to finish Callum, but then an arrow was shot into his hand. And it wasn't an arrow that Mizo was using.
Kasef granted, and turned to see Queen Aanya on a horse with Dartrix on her shield, and two more arrows at the ready. Mizo also recovered, and got an arrow ready. Then they let the arrows fly, and Kasef gasped. Aanya's arrow hit Kasef in the head and chest, and Mizo arrow hit Kasef in the throat.
This caused Kasef to let go of Callum, and to limp over the edge, as he died. Callum then gasped for air, and saw Queen Aanya and Dartrix, and smiled. "Ready! Launch!" Aanya said. That's when a bunch of arrows came flying from behind them and into the Dark Army. killing a good number of the Dark Soldiers.
That's when a Human Army came walking up, with Opeli, Gren, Corvus, Abigail, Barius, Chimecho, Chatot, Staraptor, Piplup, and Alcremie in the front with Gren holding a banner of the Broken Link symbols Viren gave them. Ezran was happy to see everyone. "Forward!" Aanya said to everyone, as they started to charge.
Aanya fired arrows on horseback as they moved through the Dark Army, at the same time Dartix fired razor sharp leaves. The arrow and leaves hit many of the Dark Soldiers in the head, killing them.
Corvus then whipped a few Dark Soldiers with his chain, and Staraptor moved around at high speed, knocking out a handful of Dark Soldiers.
"Alcremie!" Alcremie said, as her eyes glowed pink, and a pink outline appeared on a few Dark Soldiers. This made it easy for Barius to slam his rolling pin into the heads of the Dark Soldiers.
"Piplup." Piplup said, as she fired a surge of bubbles at a couple Dark Soldiers. This caused the Dark Soldiers to raise their arms to block the bubbles from hitting them in the face. But the bubbles gave Abigail an opening to slam a frying pan into the side of Dark Soldiers heads.
With Opeli, a couple Dark Soldiers charged at her. "CHIMECHO!" Chimecho yelled with a very loud voice. It was so loud that it sent the Dark Soldiers flying away from Opeli.
But even with the arrival of the human army, the battle was still in the Dark Army's favor. "We're still outnumbered." Drake said to everyone, as they kept fighting. "But there's no more armies that can come to help us." Janai said to Drake. That's when the ground started to rubble. "What now?" Janai asked everyone.
That's when Onix and Steelix burst out of the ground, swatting away the Dark Army clearing a path. That's when Ground and Rock Type Pokemon came charging out of the holes Onix and Steelix made.
The Dark Army tried to fight them. But the Pokemon quickly overpowered them, with a Gigalith using the rocks on its legs and blades, as it elbowed a few Dark Soldiers in the gut, breaking through their armor. At the same time, as Hipppowdon bit down on a dark soldier before shaking it and throwing it into a large rock, turning it into a stan on the rock.
That's when from behind the Storm Spire, Pokemon that lived in the forest, the canyons, and the plains came running up, passing Callum, Mizo, Yanmega, and Scarlett, surprising all of them. Then the Onix and Steelix slithered their way through the Sunfire Elves, and became stairs for the Pokemon to come down.
This caused many of the Dark Army to fall back. But some of the Dark Soldiers stayed and fought. One of these Dark Soldiers had a big sword, and locked weapons with a human and Sunfire elf.
But that's when a Zangoose and Seviper worked together and jumped over the human and Sunfire elf. With Zangoose's claws, and Serviper's tail blade working together, they easily killed the Dark Soldiers.
Back with the others they were watching, and the Pokemon started to drive back the Dark Army. "What are all these creatures doing here?" Janai asked everyone. "One, they're Pokemon. And two, Pokemon will fight to protect nature, and when there's a threat to the world, they'll work together to protect it." Allen said to Janai.
That's when everyone heard cries in the sky, and looked up to see all the Pokemon that fly in the air. "See what I mean?" Allen asked Janai, as everyone started to feel hope.
That's when Pokemon in the sky dived bomb the Dark Army, and grabbed the some of the Dark Soldiers, and lifted them into the air, then they dropped them on other Dark Soldiers, or on rocks killing them, and the Pokemon doing this was ranging from a single Corviknight to groups of Pikipeks.
""The tide is turning!" Janai said to everyone, as they noticed most of the Dark Army run back to where they started. "I love how you say that!" Soren said to Janai, as he took out a Dark Soldier. "More like the Dark Army is getting watched away." Allen said to everyone. "Everyone! Let's push them out of here!" Drake said to everyone, as everyone, Human, Sunfire Elves, Pokemon, Dragons charged, driving the Dark Army back
During the fight, a Sunfire Elf was forcing a Dark Soldier back, when another Dark Soldier tried to ambush the Sunfire Elf. But that's when a Mawile came up, used her ponytail to bite into the Dark Soldier's head, and then forced it into the ground. That's when the Sunfire Elf finished the Dark Soldier, and turned to give the Mawile a thank you thumbs up.
At the same time, a few humans and Sunfire Elves charged with a Mightyena pack, and all of them ripped through the Dark Army with fierce and accurate speed.
With Soren, he was slashing through a few Dark Soldiers, when something roared at him. Soren turned to see a grey beast, with thick rock scales, walking on four stubby legs with two white claws on the legs, a large head but it had a small white eye with red irises, two small fangs, and a small horn.
"Rhyhorn!" The beast roared, as it fired a few rocks from its mouth at Soren. But the rocks weren't heading for Soren. They were heading for a few Dark Soldiers that were about to stab Soren in the back. The rocks hit the Dark Soldiers in the head, taking them out.
"Thanks. Look Out!" Soren said to Rhyhorn before noticing a Dark Soldier with a mace trying to ambush Rhyhorn. Soren then charged, and blocked the Dark Soldier's ambush, and then finished the Dark Soldiers.
"Now we're even, rock boy." Soren said to Rhyhorn. Then Rhyhorn noticed another Dark Soldier charging at Soren. "Rhyhorn!" Rhyhorn said, as he moved around Soren, and rammed his horn into an open part of the Dark Soldier's armor, finish it.
"Looks like I owe you one. But not for long." Soren said to Rhyhorn, as he started to protect Rhyhorn. "Rhyhorn, rhy, rhy, rhyhorn." Rhyhorn said to Soren, sounding like we'll see about that, before Rhyhorn started to protect Soren.
Pyrrah then landed next to Callum, letting Ezran and Lycanroc run to Callum. "Are you okay?" Callum asked Ezran, as he hugged Ezran. "Yeah! Of course. Are you?" Ezran asked Callum, as they broke their hug.
"This morning, I thought we were doomed. Then the dragons came, and I thought we would win. But then things got doomed again. Then the Humans showed up, and I didn't know if we were still doomed. But now we're okay!" Callum said to Ezran.
"It does feel great to not be doomed." Ezran said to Callum. Callum then turned to the Storm Spire. "Go to her." Ezran said to Callum, placing a hand on his shoulder. "What?" Callum asked Ezran, looking at Ezran. "Rayla. It's okay. I got this." Ezran said to Callum. Before he and Lycanroc got back onto Pyrrah's back.
"I am so proud of you." Callum said to Ezran. "I know." Ezran said to Callum, before Pyrrah took off, at the same time Callum started to run up the Strom Spire, with Yanmega going after Callum. "Ah, to be young again." Mizo said, watching Callum, Ezran, Pyrrah Yanmega, and Lycanroc go their ways.
Back on the battlefield, Pokemon, Humans, Elves, and even a couple of dragons formed an unbreakable wall, and no matter how many Dark Soldiers attacked, they couldn't break through it.
Having enough of this, Claudia moved up and started to cast the spell for the black sun spell, and Allen and Drake. "She's about to do that sun thing again! We have to stop her!" Drake said to everyone. "I have an idea! Drake, with me and get ready to catch me!" Allen said to Drake, before taking off the sky. "Wait! what's the idea?" Drake asked Allen, as he flew after Allen.
"Noctu Igne!" Claudia said, as she summoned a black sun. Claudia flung the black sun at everyone. "Substitute!" Allen said, as he fired a copy of himself into the black sun, making him fall back, with Drake catching Allen.
That's when the copy hit the black sun, and caused it to explode in the air. The explosion wasn't going to hit the unbreakable wall, but the same couldn't be said to Allen and Drake. "I may not have thought this through!" Allen said, as he and Drake were consumed by the explosion.
When the explosion died down, Drake and Allen fell out of the sky, and crashed landed far in front of the unbreakable wall with Dark Soldiers surrounding them. When the dust cleared it revealed Drake and Allen were really damaged, and using each other and their staffs to stay on their feet.
For Drake, the armor on his legs and lower chest were cracking, the armor on his left arm and one of his wings was gone, and his hamlet was cracking as well.
For Allen the lower part of his robes were ripped up, the fabric on his right arm was gone, and the hair on the right of his head burned off.
Claudia then made the Dark Army stand down, and got closer to Allen and Drake. "What's wrong, Viren's too much of a coward to face us." Drake said to Claudia. "Come on guys. Stop this madness. You can't even stand. There's no way you can stop us." Claudia said to Allen and Drake.
"Says the one who can't even get close to the Storm Spire." Allen said to Claudia. "You can't win this fight. Surender and I'll make sure you get help." Claudia said to them. "Help! Like your father knows what helps mean!" Allen said to Claudia. "He does. He's trying to help all of us. Stop being so stubborn and join us. I'm sure my father will forgive you for believing in lies." Claudia said to them.
"Lies! They only lie here are the ones you believe in. It's you that turns away from the truth. Not us." Allen said to Claudia, as his staff started to glow grey. "Yeah, we worked too hard, and went too far to quit now. If you want us to stop then you're going to have to kill us!" Drake said to Claudia, as his staff glowed grey.
"Places don't make me do this." Claudia said to them. "The choice is yours. But we will not move or change our minds." Drake said to Claudia. "Yeah, if we're going to die, we'll do it fighting for our beliefs. So make your choice." Allen said to Claudia.
"Very well. I'm sorry." Claudia said to them, as she started to cast the black sun spell. "Noctu Igne!" Claudia said, as she summoned a black sun. Claudia flung the black sun at Allen and Drake.
"ALLEN!/DRAKE!" Everyone on Allen and Drake's side yelled, as the black sun got closer to them. "WE'LL NEVER GIVE UP!" Allen and Drake yelled, before a massive column of white, black, and grey energy burst around them, killing the Dark Soldiers around them and snuffing out the black sun spell like it was a candle flame.
This surprised everyone. That's when grey clouds covered the sky, and it started to snow, which surprised everyone even more. "What's going on?" Claudia asked, as the energy started to die down.
That's when everyone saw Kyurem, Reshiram, and Zekrom come out of the energy, with Reshiram on Kyurem's left with Allen between them, and Zekrom on Kyurem's right with Drake between them. The twins had a new look, a look of Black and White Kyurem.
For Drake, his lower chest and leg armor was now fixed, his left arm was covered in a gauntlet made out of ice, his left wing was also made out of ice, his claws became longer, with this middle down being the longest claw, his shoulder turned into ice blades, with 6 grey Pokeballs in the ice blades, with two spikes in the back of each ice blades, his helmet was now grey with a black visor that covers his face, and three horns, a black horn, a ice horn and a small yellow horn in the middle of the horns. Drake's stick part was grey, with the tip benign stretched out, and attached to the staff by three blades.
For Allen, he was now wearing grey armor, with messy white fur around his neck and shoulders, he was wearing armor boots with a hook blade on the boots, ice blades on his hips, with 6 grey Pokeballs in the ice blades, heavy ice shoulders with to spikes in the back of each of them, his right wrist now had a curved ice blade, he had a grey helmet wrapped around his face with a white visor, with the right side of the helmet having a ice horn and the left side having a ponytail sticking out of it. His staff was a grey torch that looked like the upper part was held together by three blades, with fur that looked like white flames coming out of it.
The sight of this made everyone drop their jaws. "Kyurem, Reshiram, Zekrom. It's good to see you all again." Allen said to them. "It's good to see you as well, I just wish it was under better circumstances." Reshiram said to Allen with a wise and gentle male voice. "Enough talk, let's show this Dark Army what real power is." Zekrom said to everyone, with a wise and mighty male voice. "Kyurem, care to start us off?" Drake asked Kyurem.
Kyurem then stepped forward. "It's over, you lose, give up!" Kyurem said to Claudia with a wise and commanding male voice. Claudia then shook her head, pulling herself back to reality.
"You think you can just show up out of thin air, and give us orders?" Claudia asked Kyurem. "Considering that you humans are nothing but monsters. Yes I can." Kyurem said to Claudia. "Humanity are not monsters!" Claudia said to Kyurem, getting mad.
"All of Humanity aren't monsters, that's true. But you and all the humans with you are monsters. The only thing waiting for you all is death, the question of how long and how much it hurts is up to you." Kyurem said to Claudia. "Are you saying that we should just die!?" Claudia asked Kyurem, tightening the grip on her staff.
"For all the terrible things you and your father have done against life. A painful death or life of surfing. Is all you two deserve." Kyurem said to Claudia. "SHUT UP!" Claudia said, as she started to cast the black sun spell. "NOCTU INGE!" Claudia yelled, as she summoned a black sun. Claudia flung the black sun at Kyurem.
"Is that supposed to scare me? GLACIATE!" Kyurem said, as he fired a burst of sparkly snow, with freezing winds. The snow and freezing winds hit the black sun, and started to freeze it, as it started to get covered in snow. Then the black sun landed in front of Kyurem, and shattered like glass. That's when everyone noticed the black sun was now nothing more than a ball of ice.
"No way. That spell was as hot as a sun, it couldn't have been frozen like that!" Claudia said, as she fell off the back of her horse in disbelief. That's when the Dark Army charged at them. "Allen, Drake, your new form has new moves." Reshiram said to Allen and Drake
"Then let's see what we can do!" Drake said, as he and Allen painted their staffs at the Dark Army. From the tip of their staff, a large light blue beam came shooting out, freezing the ground it hit, and covering the ground with a large and thick sheet of ice.
"Looks like we both know Ice Beam." Allen said to Drake, as they looked at their staff, as the Dark Army slipped on the ice sheet, and they had a hard time getting across the ice or getting up if they fell onto the ice.
"This is too easy. Fusion Bolt!" Zekrom said, as a massive amount of blue electricity started to come out of his body. Zekrom then flew up and came down on the Dark Army slipping on the ice. Once Zekrom hit the ground, the electricity tore threw, the Dark Army, the ice, and even the ground itself.
"Could you please take this seriously Zekrom? Fusion Flare!" Reshiram asked Zekrom, before a large red sphere from his mouth with two circles of fire crossing over the sphere. Reshiram fired the red sphere into the Dark Army far behind Claudia. Once the red sphere hit something it exploded, and even with the Dark Army being fire resistant, they were still turned to ash by the flames of the explosion.
"But they're immune to the fire. That shouldn't have hurt them?!" Claudia said, with a shock look on her face.
That's when a handful of Dark Soldiers charged at everyone. "You should really know when to give up." Drake said to the Dark Soldiers, before roaring and glowing red. Drake then charged at the Dark Soldiers. Drake then fights wildly, smashing a few of the Dark Soldiers into the ground.
Then a large muscular Dark Soldier tried to smash Drake with his massive sword. But Drake dodged the Dark Soldier's attack, and then Drake grabbed the face of the Dark Soldier. Drake slammed the Dark Soldier into the ground, and then started to spin, making a circle in the ground. Once he was done, Drake then threw the Dark Soldier away.
Drake then stopped glowing red, and placed a hand on his head. "You okay Drake?" Allen asked Drake. "Yeah. I just learned shy Outrange leaves Pokemon confused." Drake said to Allen, rubbing his head.
"While you're gathering your thoughts, let's see what cool dragon move I got." Allen said, as she raised his staff into the sky. That's when the top of his staff glowed orange. Then Allen swung his staff up, and an orange ball of energy was shot into the sky. The orange energy let out a massive explosion, and smaller balls of orange energy fell from the sky like meteors.
The balls of orange energy fell all over the place in the Dark Army, before exploding with bursts of energy, taking out a handful of the Dark Army. "It would seem my new move is Draco Meteor." Allen said to everyone.
But even with the display of power, Claudia didn't back down. "We still have over 3 thousand soldiers, they're just five of them! We can take them down! Charge and show no mercy!" Claudia said to the Dark Army, forcing all of them to charge at Kyurem, Reshiram, Zekrom, Allen, and Drake.
"This is pointless. Drake, Allen, with me, we're ending this NOW!" Kyurem said to Allen and Drakem as Reshiram and Zekrom flew to the other side of the unbreakable wall. "Yes sir!" Allen and Drake said to Kyurem, as they moved to his side, with Drake on Kyurem's right, and Allen on Kyurem's left.
"BLIZZARD!" Kyurem, Allen, and Drake said, as they let out a massive surge of freezing winds and snow. The three Blizzards became one massive storm, and traveled through the Dark Army, making them all stop their charge. As winds and snow traveled through the army, it covered the Dark Army in ice, and snuff out the magma lights coming out of their bodies.
Once Kyurem, Allen, and Drake stopped their Blizzard, everyone saw the Dark Army had stopped moving, their magma lines put out, all of them covered in frost, and the life of their eyes were gone.
"THE DARK ARMY IS DEFEATED! THE BATTLE IS OURS!" Drake and Allen yelled to everyone, leading to everyone cheering as loud as they could.
With the battle over, everyone was helping the wounded, it didn't matter if the wounded was Human, Elf, Dragon, or Pokemon, or if the help was from a Human, Elf, Dragon, or Pokemon, they all worked together.
With a couple of humans, elves, and dragons, Mizo included, where kneeling and worshiping Reshiram and Zekrom, with Kyurem missing. "I gotta admit, I miss this." Zekrom said to Reshiram. "But this is really unnecessary." Reshiram said to Zekrom. "Just live a little, you stick in the mud." Reshiram said to Zekrom.
In another part of the battlefield, Corvus was walking to Drake, who was still in his Kyurem form. "Hey Drake, look who we found." Corvus said to Drake, as he pulled a tied up Saleer closer to them. Saleer was shivering, and his body was covered in a severe case of frostbite. "Hey Saleer. You know. I just have to ask you this question? Removing Ezran from the throne, and putting Viren on the throne, was it worth it? Drake asked Saleer.
Saleer just kept shivering. "I guess you need time to answer that question. Don't worry. We'll give up a nice private room and all the time in the world to think about it." Drake said to Saleer. "Take this traitor away!" Drake said to a Katolis Soldier. The Katolis Soldier nodded yes, and took Saleer away.
Meanwhile a female Sunfire Elf helped Marcos up. "You fought bravely." she said to Marcos. "Thank you. My name is Marcos." Marcos said to the female Sunfire Elf.
Back with everyone else, Allen, Janai, Kali, and Soren where chatting, while Amaya and Gren hugging each other, with Allen still in Kyurem form, and all of their Pokemon around them.
That's when Ezran and Lycanroc walked up to everyone. "Now that the battle's over, we need to help the wounded, and we need to free these dragons." Ezran said to everyone. "I'm worried. This is not over until we find Viren. We cannot let him slip form our grasp." Gren said to everyone, translating for Amaya.
"I agree with Amaya. Viren is too dangerous to run wild. Even without the army, Viren's threat is still very real." Allen said to everyone. "I'll order a massive search of the entire battlefield. We will find him and capture him. We won't let him get away." Janai said to everyone. Ezran nodded thank you.
Soren and Rhyhorn help many others free the last of the dragons. "It feels a lot better to be on the side that's unchaining things." Soren said to everyone, before the dragon he helped free, nuzzled him in thanks.
Ezran, Kali, Lycanroc, Lurantis, and Rapidash were walking around looking for wounded. While walking around, Sunfire Elves saluted Ezran. "It looks like you've earned their respect." Kali said to Ezran.
But Ezran didn't pay attention, and he noticed Claudia walking away, with Claudia wearing a cloak over her frost covered clothes. "Claudia?" Ezran asked, as he ran after her. "Ezran, wait! She's dangerous!" Kali said to Ezran, as she and the Pokemon ran after Ezran.
"Claudia, wait!" Ezran said to Claudia. This caused Claudia to notice him, and her to run. Ezran ran after her, but then tripped on something. Ezran noticed he tripped on a body covered in the blanket. "I'm so sorry. I didn't mean to run into it like that. Are you okay?" Ezran asked the body.
That's when the body groaned. "Please, let me help you." Ezran said to the body. That's when the body got up, revealing it was Viren under the blanket. This caused Ezran to gasp, and fall back, as Viren got ready to attack him.
"No!" Soren said, as he came running up, his blade in hands. This distracted Viren, and let Kali run up to Ezran, kneeled down in front of Ezran, with her shield in front of them both. That was also when Allen, Drake, and all of their Pokemon came running up, roaring at Viren, each one ready to rip Viren apart.
"Drop the staff, Father. It's over. I am a Crown Guard, and he is the true king. I will do whatever is necessary to protect his life, because now I know what the right thing to do is. Do you hear me?" Soren said to Viren. "You heard the man, give it up. You've lost. Surrender and face justice for your crimes." Allen said to Viren. "Or you can be put down here and now, I don't think people will mind either way." Drake said to Viren.
"Everyone, wait!" Claudia said to everyone, as she came running up. "You're all making a mistake!" Claudia said to everyone. "You're right. We made a mistake. That mistake was not killing him the second we met him. All he has done is make things worse for everyone. The whole world would be better off without him in it." Drake said to Claudia.
"No, I told you. He's trying to help Humanity." Claudia said to everyone. "How is this helping Humanity? He turned all these people into monsters?" Allen asked Claudia, pointing to a Dark Soldier corpse.
"And let's not forget everything else he did. His idea to kill the Magam Titan took the life of Ezran and Callum's mother. Kidnapping Zym after killing his father, which led to Assassins coming for Ezran and Harrow's head. He lied to the kingdom and tried to take the throne for himself. He broke laws and lied to Pentarchy, and when they didn't obey him, he used dark magic to send smoke elf assassins to kill the other royals. Then he made it so Ezran had no choice but to give the throne up to him. Then he led an army across the world and not only destroyed the Sunfire Elves home, but stripped the human army of any trace of humanity." Drake said to Claudia.
"No. You're all just confused by lies. You have to see my dad isn't a bad guy." Claudia said to everyone. "No. They're right. Dad has done truly terrible things and he is a bad guy." Soren said to Claudia. "No, lay down your staff… and surrender." Soren said to Viren, making both Viren and Claudia mad.
Viren then looked at Kali and Ezran. "Don't even think about it. You have to go through me first. And if you take me down, the others will end you before you take Ezran's life." Kali said to Viren.
But Viren didn't listen and tried to run his staff through Kali and Ezran. Even though everyone noticed this and was about to attack. The first one to reach him was Soren, who ran his blade right thru Viren's heart. Viren then walked back, as everyone looked at him in shock.
Then Viren fell to the ground, dying. This completely shocked Claudia, the fact that Soren killed Viren, made Claudia cover her mouth with a hand, with a freaked out look on her face. That when the realization of what Soren did, sank into his mind, and Soren started to freak out.
"How could you?" Claudia asked Soren, as Soren dropped to his knees and dropped his sword. "I… I had no choice." Soren said to everyone. "Soren. You showed us your conviction. That you'll protect Ezran, even from your father. In this moment, even if it hurts, you roared like a Black Dragon." Drake said to Soren, hugging Soren, trying to make Soren feel better.
"I don't get it. Why would he try to hurt me, when it was so clear he couldn't win? The battle is over." Ezran asked everyone. "No, it's not." Claudia said to everyone. "What?" Ezran asked Claudia. "The real battle was never down here. All of this… was just a distraction." Claudia said to everyone.
"WHAT! You and your father turned over 6000 people into monsters and let a lot of Sunfire Elves die as a distraction!? You're psychotic!" Kali said to Claudia. That's when Viren turned into three dead Moon Moths.
"He was just an illusion! Claudia, where is he?" Soren asked Claudia, as he got up. "Speak now! Or die!" Drake said to Claudia, as he, Allen, and the Pokemon got ready to attack Claudia. But Claudia just smirked at them.
That's when Ezran gasped and closed his eyes. That's when Ezran saw threw Zym's eyes, Viren attacking everyone, and trapping Rayla, Gliscor, Darumaka, and Sandile in ice.
"Oh, no! Zym is in danger!" Ezran said to everyone. "WHAT!" Kali said. "Allen with me. It'll be faster if we fly. Everyone else, stay here and protect Ezran." Drake said to everyone. "And make sure Claudia doesn't get away." Allen said to everyone, before he and Drake took off into the sky.
"Right." Soren said, as they all tuned to see Claudia had already ran away. "Well that's a problem." Kali said to everyone.
Back at the top of the Storm Spire, Zym was whimpering, and he moved away from Viren, while they were in Zubeia's room. "Your mother can't protect you now. So still. So perfect." Viren said to Zym, as they looked at Zubeia.
"I'll harvest her later, but first, it is time to consume you." Viren said to Zym, as he tried to grab Zym. But that's when Bait moved between Viren and Zym and let out a blinding light. "Zym, run!" Rayla said to Zym.
Zym then flew past Viren and out of Zubeia room. Upset of this, Viren hit Bait and sent Bait flying into the wall, dealing a lot of damage to Bait. "Ugh. You haven't saved him. You've done nothing but create a brief inconvenience for me. I'll return for you soon. It will be a pleasure to add one more Moonshadow elf to my collection." Viren said to Rayla, holding out his bag of coins. Not understanding what he meant, didn't help Rayla not freak out by his threat.
Back with Zym, he ran to the very top of the Storm Spire. And since he was scared to fly, it meant he was trapped. When Zym turned away, he saw Viren walking up to him. "There is no escape." Aaravos said to Zym, threw the caterpillar.
Not wanting to fly away, Zym tried to scare Viren away with some electricity. And when that didn't work, Zym fired a bolt of electricity at Viren. But Viren used his staff to redirect the attack.
This scared Zym, and Zym stopped letting out electricity. Zym then tried to jump, but was still too scared to jump. But having no choice, Zym jumped. But after falling for a bit, Zym started to fly, and flew away.
But this didn't stop Viren. Viren slammed his staff into the floor, and made a purple tornado come out of the staff. The tornado caught Zym, and pulled Zym back to Viren. Then Aaravos started to chant, and electricity and Zym's life force started to come out of Zym and into Viren.
Back inside, Rayla tried to break out of the ice. "Come on, Rayla! You can't give up now!" Rayla said to everyone, as she tried to use her sword to break the ice, but was getting nowhere with it.
That's when Bait came walking up to everyone with a touch in his mouth. Bait then climbed up to Rayla. Bait! You're my hero!" Rayla said to Bait, making bait fee great. Rayla used the torched to free herself of the ice. "Help the others." Rayla said to Bait, handing the torch to Bait, before running outside.
Outside, Zym whimpered, as his energy got sucked out of him. "Yes! Yes! Oh, such power! I can feel it surging into me!" Viren said, enjoying the power, as Aaravos stood next to him.
That's when Rayla showed up. She drew her weapons and charged at Viren. Aaravos noticed Rayla charging and used Viren's body to cast a gust of purple wind, knocking her back, and sending her weapons flying down the stairs.
That's when Callum got nearby, and saw the weapons landed in front of him. Callum then noticed everyone at the top, and gasped. While his eyes were locked on everyone, a gust of cold wind hit his back.
When Callum turned around to see what caused the guest, he saw Kyurem charging at him. "Whoa!" Callum said, as he fell back. That's when Kyurem jumped over Callum, and headed for everyone else.
"You're too late." Viren said to Rayla, as he, Aaravos, and Rayal didn't notice Callum yell or Kyurem charging. "I've already won." Viren said to Rayla.
"You've won nothing." Kyurem said, as he appeared in everyone's sight, surprising everyone. "You!" Aaravos said to Kyurem. And even though Aaravos was in a spirit projection, Kyurem could see him. "YOU!" Kyurem said to Aaravos, letting out a gust of raging cold winds.
This guest of cold winds broke Viren's spell, and freed Zym. With Viren being shocked by this, Rayla got an idea. Rayla charged at Viren, and forced them both off the Storm Spire. "No!" Callum said to Rayla, as he saw her do this.
As Viren and Rayla both fell, everyone ran to the edge, with a weak Zym landing near Kyurem. "No, no, no! Rayla!" Callum said to Rayla. "Yanmega! You have to do something?" Callum asked Yanmega in a panic. "He can't carry Rayla, his wings are too weak. He'll just fall down with her." Kyurem said to Callum.
"You're a dragon! Can't you save her? Please, you have to save her. She means so much to me." Callum asked Kyurem, with teary eyes. "I can't fly like this. I can't save her." Kyurem said to Callum. "But I can." Callum said to Kyurem, as he got a determined look on his face, and took off his book.
Then Callum jumped off the Storm Spire. "I guess he's truly in love." Kyurem said, as he watched Callum fall, with Yanmega going after Callum.
As Callum fell, he saw Rayla and Viren far in front of him. "Manus, Pluma, Volantus!" Callum said, in a rush. But nothing happened. "Oh, please work, please work. Manus, Pluma, Volantus!" Callum said, in a panic. And still nothing happened.
That's when Rayla saw Callum above her, and held out an arm for him. Callum reached out an arm for her. "Rayla… I love you." Callum said to Rayla, before taking a deep breath.
"Manus, Pluma, Volantus." Callum said with a calm voice. And this time, it worked, and Callum's arms turned into wings, causing his jacket to rip apart. When Callum gained his wings, Callum flew down and swiped Rayla out of the air.
Viren saw this, and did the only thing he could do, scream with wide eyes, with Aaravos' caterpillar falling off him.
With Rayla, she had her arms wrapped around Callum's neck, with wonder in her eyes. "Callum! But how did you-." Rayla asked Callum, but Callum interrupted her. "'Cause I love you, Rayla. I really do." Callum said to Rayla, giving her a smile. "I love you too, Callum." Rayla said to Callum, before kissing him on the lips.
This made Callum feel like he was on cloud nine, and took off into the sky to find cloud nine. That's when Yanmega and even Gliscor joined Callum and Rayla in the sky, happy for their partners.
With Allen and Drake, they flew up as fast as they could. And when they got close, they saw Rayla and Callum having their moment. "Looks like Callum learned how to fly. Do you think Viren's still up there?" Drake asked Allen. That's when they noticed Viren falling past them. "No." Allen said to Drake, with a flat tune in his voice.
"You know it might be overkill. But let's finish him." Drake said to Allen. "It is overkill, but it's what Viren deserves for what he's done to this world. So shall we." Allen asked Drake. Drake said nothing, but smiled, as he and Allen stopped flying and started to fall, heading straight for Viren.
"VIREN! THIS IS THE END FOR YOU!" Drake yelled at Viren, as Viren noticed them coming at him. "NEVER AGAIN SHALL YOU HARM A SINGLE LIVING CREATURE, INCLUDING YOUR OWN PEOPLE!" Allen yelled at Viren.
"YOUR REIGN OF MADNESS IS OVER! FREEZE SHOCK/ICE BURN!" Drake/Allen yelled at Viren, as the four spikes on their backs went into the four holes in their staffs. That's when a blue sphere appeared around Drake with Drake's right arm and staff glowing blue, and a red sphere appeared around Allen with the fabric on Allen's left arm, the pony tail on the left side of his head, and his staff glowing red.
In the sphere Drake made a ball of ice that was full of electricity, and Drake hit the ball of ice like a baseball at Viren. At the same time, many streams of fire with the center of the flames being light blue.
The flames combined with the ice ball and the two attacks fused, becoming somewhat of a comet, heading straight for Viren.
The creation of the comet got the attention of everyone on the ground, and they looked at the comet with amazement in their eyes.
Viren had a much different look in his eyes. One of complete terror. As the comet got closer, Viren's eyes widened, for the cold temperature from the comet started to freeze him solid. Viren yelled in terror as loud as he could before completely covered in ice.
Then the comet hit Viren in the chest, cracking the ball of ice. This let out a massive burst of electricity, like that of a firework exploding, shattering Viren in the process, like he was made of glass. Viren's remains fell to a far off spot of the battlefield like that of the remains of fireworks.
When it was over, everyone on the ground looked up to see Drake and Allen floating in the air. It didn't take long for everyone to figure out what happened, and they all started to cheer for Allen and Drake victory, and for the death of Viren.
But there was one person who wasn't cheering. That person was Claudia, who ran deep into a nearby cave. When she felt safe, Claudia fell to her knees and started to cry very hard. While crying over the death of her father, Aaravos' caterpillar came slithering up to Claudia, like a snake.
That night everyone was in the room outside of Zubeia's room, with Ezran outside, and Soren, Allen, Drake, and all of their Pokemon were outside with him, and the twin's were back in their normal forms. Then Ezran walked into the room, with Soren, Allen, Drake, and all of their Pokemon followed him.
Once they walked in everyone stopped talking and looked at them. This made Ezran stop. "Don't get cold feet yet." Drake said to Ezran, with a big smile on his face. Ezran smiled and started to walk, with Soren, Allen, Drake, and all of their Pokemon following him.
While waking everyone bowed to Ezran, Allen, and Drake out of respect for the crown and the deads of Allen and Drake. Ezran, Drake, and Allen bowed to everyone. At the end of the walk, was Callum, Rayla, Kali, Zym and their Pokemon, with Callum still not wearing a jacket.
Zym was happy to see Ezran, and ran up to Ezran. "Well, I'm happy to see you, too." Ezran said to Zym, as they hugged each other. Then everyone had a group hug. "I just can't believe it. Everything we've been through together. Traveling across the world, coming here to Xadia… We did it!" Ezran said to everyone, holding Bait.
"It's been a hard road, but we made it to the end of the journey." Drake said to everyone. "We changed things. We made a difference." Rayla said to everyone. "We did make some good friends along the way." Allen said to everyone. "Let's not forget, we faced hate head on and beat it." Kali said to everyone. "Just the 23 of us." Callum said to everyone, earning a bark from Zym. "24 of us." Callum said to everyone.
"Hey! Just the 24 of you, huh?" Gren said to Callum, translating for Amaya. "Uh… I mean all of us!" Callum said to everyone in the room, making Allen shake his head with a grin on his face.
"I think I speak for everyone. When I say, thank you all. If not for your courage or help, things would have ended differently for the whole world." Allen said to everyone. "And I think I speak for everyone, when I said, it was an honor to fight alongside you all." Janai said to Allen.
That's when they heard some rumblings. Then from out of Zubeia's room, Kyurem, Reshiram, and Zekrom came out, with Reshiram on Kyurem's left, and Zekrom on Kyurem's right. "Callum, Rayla, Ezran, stepped forward." Kyurem said to everyone. Callum, Rayla, and Ezran stepped forward.
"Rayla, once you learn the truth of Zym's fate, you had the courage to stand against your people, telling them that it was wrong to take vengeance for a lie." Reshiram said to Rayla.
"Callum, you were told that magic was not something you could do, and when faced with the temptation of dark magic, you refused and were able to make your ideal reality because of that will." Zekrom said to Callum.
"And Ezran, you choose peace over hate. To walk away from the pain that others cause you, and when everyone around you wanted to take vengeance, you stood by your ideals, and the truth that taking vengeance won't make things better." Kyurem said to Ezran.
"You three are fine heroes." Kyurem said to Ezran, before he, Reshiram, and Zekrom bowed to them, surprising everyone. "You don't have to do that. We were just doing what was right. No need to bow to us. After all you three are the Great Dragons." Callum said to Kyurem, Reshiram, and Zekrom.
"We will no longer be the Great Dragons. This world has no need for our leadership. Not when young ones like you are around to lead the world down a new path." Kyurem said to everyone.
"So what will you three do then?" Kali asked Kyurem, Reshiram, and Zekrom. "I have business with someone to take care of first. And after that, we'll just be wandering around. Seeing how much this world has changed in all the time we've been gone. But before all that." Kyurem said to everyone.
"I believe you want to meet someone? Am I correct?" Kyurem asked Zym. Zym then chirped. "Do not worry little one. We can wake her up. Now come." Kyurem said to Zym, before he, Reshiram, and Zekrom walked into Zubeia's room.
Zym followed Kyurem, Reshiram, and Zekrom into his mother room, with Allen, Drake, Ezran, Callum, Rayla, Kali, Soren, Abigail, Amaya, Janai, Gren, Corvus, Opeli, Queen Aanya, Ibis, Mizo, Barius, and all of their Pokemon following them.
Everyone then walked into Zubeia's room, with Kyurem standing at the top of the steps, with Reshiram standing on Zubeia's right side, and Zekrom standing on Zubeia's left side.
Once everyone was standing in front of Zubeia. Kyurem, Reshiram, and Zekrom each started to make grey, white, and black energy in the shape of a serpent dragon. The energy flowed into Zubeia, making her glow grey, white, and black.
When Zubeia stopped glowing, Zubeia started to rouse from her slumber. Then her eyes opened revealing her deep blue eyes. Zubeia then started to get up, amazing everyone.
Once Zubeia stood up, she noticed Kyurem first. "Kyurem? What are you doing here? When did you get here?" Zubeia asked Kyurem with a majestic voice. "You've missed a few things. I'll inform you later. But first there's a little one, who wants to meet you, and I know you want to meet him." Kyurem said to Zubeia, as he looked down at everyone.
That's when Zubeia looked down, and Zym let out a yip, getting Zubeia's attention. And once Zubeia saw Zym, a look of complete shock appeared in her eyes. Zym then flew to the spot right in front of Zubeia.
Not believing her own eyes, she lowered her head to Zym, and gave him a sniff. Then once Zubeia smelled him, and Zym chirped, she realized this was indeed her baby, and she nuzzled him, with Zym rubbing his head into her snot.
Everyone watched this with joy in their eyes, even a few of them started to cry tears of joy, with Rayla being one people crying, even Bait cried. "You know. All the hardship, all the struggles, all the fighting. It was all worth it for this moment." Allen said to everyone, as they took a few steps forward.
"Is this… a dream? It's too good to be real?" Zubeia asked everyone. "You tell me?" Kyurem asked Zubeia, before blowing a small gust of cold wind into Zubeia's face. "Uh. your cold wind. It's been so long, but I could never forget the feel of it." Zubeia said to Kyurem.
"And you can thank all of these before you, for bringing your child home." Kyurem said to Zubeia. Zubeia noticed everyone. With her eyes on them, Callum and Rayla took each other's hands. Followed by Allen and Kali taking each other's hands. Noticing this, Amaya hit Janai in the arm. Janai quickly figured out what Amaya wanted, and lowered her hand. Amaya happily took Janai's hand, and the two smiled at each other before turning to Zubeia.
Zubeia gasped at the sight of everyone. "I can't believe it. Elves and humans are here… and they've brought back my baby, my love, and my hope." Zubeia said to everyone, with a big smile on her face, as the feeling of joy could be felt through all of the Storm Spire.
Aaravos' Prison
Meanwhile in Aaravos' Prison, Aaravos was putting a book away, when the door to the room burst open, and 5 black orbs came flying at Aaravos. Aaravos turned around just as the orbs stopped around Aaravos.
The orbs then started to suck Aaravos into them, forcing Aarvos into air, with his arms and legs stretched out. "I wondered when you'd show up?" Aaravos struggled to speak, as three figures walked into the room.
One of the figures was a cloaked figure with two sleeves in the cloak but only the left sleeve had an arm in it, and the right sleeve had nothing in it. This figure was floating a couple of feet off the ground.
The other figure was a giant white fox, standing on two legs, mainly it's toes, it has two arms, yellow eyes, three long sharp black claws on its hands and feet, red bumps on it's arms and legs, wavy ghost like white fur on the back joints of its arms and legs, a large fluff of fur around its neck with a red base and white tip, and on the back and top of its head was a very large about of white hair, with wavy ghost like red tips.
The last figure was a large rodent like creature, with a black back tan front, standing on two legs, a clam face, and a collar of black fur and out of that collar wisp like flames came out of it, with the flames begin as red color, but ended in a dark purple color, walking to them, with three cases in hand, one violet, one scarlet, and the last one black.
"If it isn't the great Lord of Calamity, come to grace my presents. And with him is his right hand Eshu, the Hisuian Zoroark. And his left hand Aguya, the Hisui Typhlosion. I am truly blessed." Aaravos said to them, with a mocking tune in his voice.
"I won't be so smudged if I was you Aaravos. After all, the only reason I let you chat with Viren was to ruin him. But then you help Viren cause so much destruction and ruin so many lives. So it's only fair if you burn as well." The cloak figure said to Aaravos, before snapping his figures, making an iron barrel appear and a small table with rusty surgical knives.
"Now the punishment was to keep you here. They're no rules saying I have to make it pleasant." The cloak figure said to Aarvos, as black energy came out of his sleeve, and formed three arms at the end of the sleeve. Two of the arms opened the iron barrel, and the third arm reached into the iron barrel, and pulled out a chain with the middle of the chain looking really, really hot.
"Now. Where should I start?" The cloak figure asked Aaravos, as he picked up one of the surgical knives, and floated towards Aaravos. Aaravos got a little scared, as Eshu and Aguya closed the door.
