Hello, everyone! PHANTOMKNIGHTMARE47 here, with the second chapter for RWBY: Beasts Of Remnant. In this chapter, the Maximals are getting adjusted to their lives on Remnant, with Ruby and co. finding an abandoned factory for the Maximals to use as their own personal base on Remnant. Later, the gang get news that one of the stasis-pods that arrived on Remnant from Cybertron contains the Autobot war-veteran, Jetfire, who is one of several Autobots who came out of retirement to be reformatted as a Maximal. However, the Decepticon Seekers, Starscream, Skywarp, Thundercracker, Sunstorm, Ramjet, Slipstream, Novastorm, and Acid-Storm have been reformatted into Predacons that turn into condors, whereas Jetfire scans a Masai Lion and a Bald Eagle to form a gryphon form. Can Ruby and co. and the Maximals defeat the Seekers? Get ready to find out, in this newest chapter of RWBY: Beasts Of Mobius!

Chapter 2: Adjusting To Life On Remnant!

Location: Vacuo

It shows the Maximals outfitting the interior of an abandoned cybernetics factory with their ship's technology.

"Thanks for helping us find a base of operations in Vacuo, you guys." said Cheetor, smiling at the Huntsmen and Huntresses of Remnant.

"No problem, guys." said Ruby, smiling at hers and her friends' new Maximal allies.

"Everyone, I managed to find the location of one of the stasis-pods somewhere in Remnant." said Leobreaker, informing the others. "It contains a veteran Autobot who chose to be reformatted into a Maximal."

"Which one? Bumblebee? Ironhide?" said Rattrap, curious.

"It's…it's Jetfire!" said Tigatron, recognizing the Autobot-turned-Maximal in the stasis-pod.

"Holy cow! Jetfire became a Maximal?" said Cheetor.

"Looks like retirement after the defeat of the Maximals wasn't suiting him." said Rhinox. "So, he, alongside Bumblebee, Drift, Hot-Rod, Cliffjumper, Arcee, Mirage, Prowl, Bulkhead, and the Dinobots chose to be reformatted into Maximals."

"Nice." said Yang, knowing that they can help turn the tide of battle against the Predacons and the creatures of Grimm.

Meanwhile, with the Predacons, we turn to see their Predacon soldiers finding some stasis-pods containing several Decepticons that chose to be reformatted into Predacons.

"Are these…the Seekers?" said a Terrorcon who became a Deathstalker.

"Yep. All of 'em. Starscream, Thundercracker, Skywarp, Sunstorm, Ramjet, Slipstream, Nova-Storm, and Acid-Storm." said a Terrorcon that became a Beowulf. Suddenly, the stasis-pods of the Seekers then scanned a flock of condors, and the Seekers then emerged from their stasis-pods in beast mode.

"What in the name of Unicron? Where are we?" Starscream asked, sounding like Simon Petrikov, AKA Ice-King from Adventure Time.

"You at the base of the Mountain Glenn, in the world of Remnant." said a voice, as Tarantulas. "My name is Tarantulas, the resident scientist of Lord Megatron's faction of Predacons."

"So, you work for the descendant of the Decepticon leader, Megatron?" said Skywarp.

"That's right. You, alongside the rest of the Seekers have been reformatted into Predacons." said Tarantulas, revealing this. "Which is why your stasis-pods have scanned some condors."

"Interesting." said Acid-Storm, with a perplexed look on their face. Acid-Storm was registered as non-binary, preferring to go by gender-neutral they/them pronouns.

"Now, in order to enter Robot form, the transformation call is 'Terrorize'." said Tarantulas.

"Starscream, TERRORIZE!"

"Thundercracker, TERRORIZE!"

"Skywarp, TERRORIZE!"

"Sunstorm, TERRORIZE!"

"Ramjet, TERRORIZE!"

"Slipstream, TERRORIZE!"

"Nova-Storm, TERRORIZE!"

"Acid-Storm, TERRORIZE!"

With that, the Seekers then transformed into their Robot Modes one at a time.

"Now this is going to be amazing." said Starscream, smirking devilishly.

Later, it shows Ruby and co. looking at the weapons used by Arthur, Brandon, Argent, and Bagheera.

"My weapons are Excelsior, a Multi-Action Dust Longsword, and my shield, Fortitude Vanguard." said Arthur. Arthur's sword resembled Caliburn from Sonic & The Black Knight, but functioned like Weiss's weapon, Myrtenaster. Fortitude Vanguard looked like a forearm mounted shield that was a merger between the Apple Reflector and Melon Defender from Kamen Rider Gaim, with a built-in holster for his sword.

"My weapon is known as Savage Instinct, a pair of bladed claw gauntlets," said Argent. Argent's gauntlets had four bladed claws similar to those used by Tesso from Lost Judgment, that could flip out.

"My weapons are Order and Chaos, a pair of dual gunblades that can become either a sniper-rifle or a double-bladed glaive," said Brandon. Brandon's weapons resembled futuristic versions of Overture from Final Fantasy XIII 2.

"My weapon is Deadly Nightshade, a multiple-form weapon that can become an assault rifle, a greatsword, and a reaper's scythe." said Brandon, as he revealed his weapon.

"I see you guys took inspiration from some of us." said Ruby, taking notice of this. "That's pretty cool, in a way."

"Thanks," said Arthur. The group then got ready to head to find the stasis-pod containing Jetfire in the Emerald Forest.

"Time to meet an old war-dog." said Cheetor, as he, Rattrap, Dinobot, and Tigatron headed off to the Emerald Forest with Ruby, Yang, Jaune, Arthur, Argent, and Brandon.

Later, it shows the Seekers onboard the Darksyde, where they were walking around the ship.

"So, this is the Predacon ship." said Starscream. "I am quite impressed."

"Thank you, Starscream." said a voice, as Megatron arrived. "I never would have guessed that you and the other Seekers would have been reformatted into Predacons, like a lot of the other Decepticons."

"Yes. And you must be Galavar." said Starscream.

"I prefer to go by Megatron, after the great Decepticon leader." said Megatron.

"It is a pleasure to meet you." said Starscream, as he and the other Seekers knelt before Megatron.

"Lord Megatron, sensors show that a stasis-pod containing an Autobot who volunteered to be reformatted into a Maximal has been located in the Emerald Forest." said Terrorsaur. "And…the Autobot-turned-Maximal inside of it…is JETFIRE!"

"WHAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAT!? JETFIRE!? THE JETFIRE!?" Scorponok blurted out, shocked by this information.

"And the Maximals have found it." said Terrorsaur. "Time we eliminate them and Jetfire."

"With guzzzzzto." said Waspinator, as he, Terrorsaur, Scorponok, Starscream, Skywarp, and Thundercracker transformed into their beast modes."

It shows Cheetor, Rattrap, Tigatron, Dinobot, Wolfang, Leobreaker, Ruby, Yang, Jaune, Arthur, Brandon, and Argent in the Emerald Forest, where they looked to see the stasis-pod containing Jetfire.

"Here it is. Jetfire's stasis-pod." said Cheetor, as they looked at the stasis-pod.

"I wonder what Jetfire's alternate-mode might be?" said Ruby, curious. Suddenly, the stasis-pod's scanner then scanned a bald eagle and a masai lion.

"Whoa!" said Yang, surprised.

"Looks like Jetfire scanned some animals for his alt-mode." said Jaune, as the stasis-pod then opened, and a gryphon emerged. The gryphon had a lion's body similar to an adult Simba from the Disney animated film The Lion King, but it had the head, forelimbs, and wings of an eagle, having an eagle's head, eagle talons for the forelimbs, and eagle wings on the back.

"Welcome to Remnant, Jetfire." said Leobreaker.

"Remnant?" the gryphon asked, having an English accented voice.

"That's right. Right now, you're in the kingdom of Vale, located in the center of Remnant." said Ruby. "My name's Ruby Rose, I'm a Huntress-in-training studying at Beacon Academy."

"I'm Yang Xiao-Long, Ruby's older sister." said Yang.

"My name is Jaune Arc, I'm a friend of theirs." said Jaune, introducing herself.

"My name is Arthur Goldragon. I'm a student who transferred to Beacon from Signal Academy." said Arthur.

"I'm Argent. Argent Akela, another student who transferred to Beacon." said Argent, introducing himself.

"My name's Cheetor." said Cheetor, introducing himself.

"I'm Rattrap, it's nice to meet'cha." said Rattrap.

"My name is Leobreaker." said Leobreaker.

"I'm Wolfang." said Wolfang.

"My name is Tigatron." said Tigatron, as he introduced himself.

"And my name is Dinobot, I am an ex-Predacon turned Maximal." said Dinobot.

"We're Maximals, who hail from the Jungle Planet colony." said Tigatron, explaining everything. "Our crew onboard the research vessel, the Axalon, ended up making an emergency landing when we were caught in a space dogfight against the Predacons and their leader, Megatron."

"Bloody Hell!" Jetfire gasped, shocked by this information.

"So, what made you wanna join the Maximals?" said Ruby, curious.

"Well, retirement after the Decepticon leader Megatron's defeat and later death wasn't exactly suited for me." said Jetfire, admitting that retirement wasn't exactly cut out for him. "So me, alongside Bumblebee, Cliffjumper, Hot-Rod, Mirage, Prowl, Bulkhead, Drift, and the Dinobots volunteered to be reformatted into Maximals."

"Glad to see that some of the Autobots still wanna keep the galaxy safe, even with the Decepticons out of commission." said Yang.

"But, the Seekers might have wound up here." said Jetfire, with a sour look on his face. "Amongst them was the one who murdered my brother, Skyfire, in cold blood. The leader of the Seekers, and the air-commander of the Decepticons: Starscream."

"THAT SONOFABITCH!" Yang snarled, wanting to rip Starscream's Spark out of his chest.

"Oh, my God…Jetfire, I'm really sorry." said Ruby, feeling sad for Jetfire. "To be honest, you're not the only one who's lost family."

"My birth-mother walked out on my dad when I was a baby." said Yang, revealing her and Ruby's past. "And my stepmom, Summer Rose, who is Ruby's mom, passed away when I was eight years old, and when Ruby was five."

"I never knew my birth-parents," said Nora, admittedly.

"My parents were murdered by a Nucklavee Grimm when I was young." said Ren.

"My parents were murdered by a hate-group who were prejudiced towards Faunus, believing that Faunus should be slaves to Humans and nothing else." said Argent.

"I was raised by an LGBT+ couple after my birth-parents died." said Arthur.

"Bloody Hell ... .of all the things to happen." said Jetfire, shocked. "But, if it's to help you all keep Remnant safe from the Predacons, I'll join the fight."

"Good to hear." said Ruby, smiling.

"To transform into your Robot Mode, the activation code is 'Maximize'. To change back to Beast Mode, the activation code is 'Beast Mode'." said Rattrap, as he explained everything. The group looked to see some Terrorcons transform from the Creatures of Grimm

"WAIT, WHAT THE HELL!?" Yang blurted out, shocked to see this.

"Looks like Megatron's foot-soldiers scanned the Creatures of Grimm to act as their alt-modes." said Cheetor.

"Well, here goes nothing." said Jetfire, with a determined look. "JETFIRE, MAXIMIZE!"

(BGM: "One For All (Remastered)" by Divide Music plays)

With that, Jetfire converted into Robot Mode, with a sword in hand, as Ruby, Yang, Jaune, Argent, Brandon, Arthur, Cheetor, Tigatron, Rattrap, Leobreaker, Wolfang, and Dinobot drew their weapons.

"Time to scrap some butt!" said Cheetor, smirking. The group then rushed the Grimm Terrorcons, with Cheetor slicing up a Terrorcon that became a Creep, Rattrap sniped some Terrorcons that transformed into Lancers, Tigatron shot a Terrorcon that became a Nevermore from the skies, Wolfang shot a hole through a Terrorcon that became a Deathstalker, Leobreaker lashed some Terrorcons using his whip, Dinobot slashed at some Terrorcons with his sword, and Jetfire sliced and slashed at some Terrorcons.

"Phew." said Jetfire. Suddenly, they looked to see a spider the size of a double-decker bus emerge.

"HOLY CRAP!" Ruby gasped, shocked. "WHAT THE HECK KIND OF GRIMM EVEN IS THAT!?"

"My guess: a Shelob." said Arthur, as he had his sword on hand. His eyes glowed as he activated his Semblance, generating an astral image of a knight with a sword and shield on hand.

"Whoa…." Ruby gasped, shocked.

"Blimey…." Jetfire murmured.

"What in the heck is that?" said Rattrap.

"That, Rattrap, is what's known as a Semblance." said Jaune, explaining everything. "A Semblance is manifested from a person's Aura, and is often used to combat the Creatures of Grimm. A Huntsman or Huntress's Semblance can be pretty much anything. Ruby can move super-fast, Yang can draw strength from the hits she takes, I can amplify the Aura of myself and other people, and it looks like Arthur's can generate some kind of combat avatar."

"Whoa." said Cheetor, surprised. Arthur then swung his sword downwards, and sliced the Shelob in half in one attack. The Shelob's body dissolved into black smoke.

"Let's go. The other Maximals are waiting for us." said Tigatron.

"Good idea." said Ruby, as the Maximals changed back into Beast Mode, and headed off, with Ruby, Yang, Jaune, Arthur, Argent, and Brandon following them.

Later, on the Axalon, it shows Optimus facing Jetfire.

"It is a pleasure to meet you, Jetfire. My name is Optimus Primal, the leader of the Maximals." said Optimus, smiling at Jetfire.

"It is a pleasure to meet you, Optimus Primal." said Jetfire. Suddenly, they heard a knocking, as one of the teachers at Beacon Academy, Glynda Goodwitch arrived.

"So, this is what that crashed craft was," said Glynda.

"Professor Goodwitch?" said Weiss, shocked.

"Hello there, Glynda Goodwitch." said Optimus, as he knelt down to the professor of Beacon Academy. "My name is Optimus Primal, leader of the Maximals. This is my squadron, composed of Cheetor, Airazor, Rhinox, Nyx, Rattrap, Depth-Charge, Tigatron, Blackarachnia, Silverbolt, Leobreaker, Dinobot, Polar Claw, Jetfire, and Wolfang."

"Hello there." said Glynda, as she shook hands with Optimus. "I have never seen a craft from another world."

"Our ship, the Axalon, is a research vessel, and we were in a dogfight against the Predacons over your world. When our ships shot each other's engines out, we had to make an emergency landing here in Remnant." said Optimus. "We hail from the Jungle Planet, a Cybertronian colony."

"Interesting. And, I've noticed how some of the Grimm that Ruby, Yang, Jaune, and the new students fought with your squadron can now transform into robots." said Glynda.

"Those robots are the Predacon foot-soldiers, the Terrorcons." said Rhinox. "They've scanned these 'Creatures Of Grimm', that your students fight against."

"Well, we're going to need all the help we can get to stop these Predacons and any Grimm that terrorize Remnant." said a voice, as Dr. Oobleck arrived.

"Also, we caught one of our students, Cardin Winchester, bullying Velvet Scarlatina of Team CFVY, so he's been sentenced to a week of detention," said Glynda. "At the rate things are going, Cardin and his team aren't just going to be expelled from Beacon, but ALSO society, and prohibited from attending any combat schools, and they'll also be sentenced to the next few years of their lives in prison."

"Damn. It must be hard to be a Faunus." said Cheetor, shocked.

"I've also heard that you all encountered and exterminated a new kind of Grimm." said Dr. Oobleck. "A "Shelob", as it's called."

"Yeah. Arthur here put that overfed arachnid in the ground using his Semblance." said Jaune.

"Is this true, Mr. Goldragon?" said Glynda.

"Yeah. It's true, Ms. Goodwitch." said Arthur, revealing that he used his combat avatar Semblance to slay the Shelob.

"That's quite impressive." said Glynda. "You and your friends have bright futures as Huntsmen."

"Thanks, Ms. Goodwitch." said Arthur, with a smile on his face.

Later, it shows Ruby and co. at Beacon, studying, until they felt the ground shake underneath them.

"HOLY CRAP, IT'S AN EARTHQUAKE!" Nora yelped, shocked.

"EVERYONE UNDER A DESK, ASAP!" said Jaune, as Team RWBY, Team JNPR, and Team CVFY ducked under their desks.

"Is it over?" said Jaune.

"Yeah. It is." said Arthur.

"This is Lisa Lavender reporting." said a voice belonging to the local news lady, Lisa Lavender. Lisa had pale skin, with golden-brown eyes and pale-white colored hair with purple at the tips, dressed in a black suit-jacket with a purple shirt underneath. "A flock of condors the size of jet fighters are attacking Vale. It turns out these condors are actually known as Predacons, the 'Seekers' to be exact, led by Starscream."

"Crap…." Ruby gulped, shocked. She then contacted the Maximals on her Scroll. "Optimus, did you get the news?"

"Yes. My squadron and I are on our way there." said Optimus on the other end.

Later, it shows the Seekers causing havoc by shooting at the Atlesian Paladins that were here trying to help defend Vale.

"The world of Remnant belongs to the Predacons! The same goes for this "Dust" substance and this world's resources of Energon!" said Starscream, cackling madly.

"Wanna bet, Starscream!?" said a voice, as Optimus arrived with Cheetor, Rhinox, Rattrap, Tigatron, Jetfire, Airazor, and Polar Claw.

"Ah, the Maximals. It's time you accepted your deaths with pride!" said Starscream.

"Sorry, but our fights end when our stories end!" said Cheetor.

"OPTIMUS PRIMAL, MAXIMIZE!"

"JETFIRE, MAXIMIZE!"

"CHEETOR, MAXIMIZE!"

"RATTRAP, MAXIMIZE!"

"AIRAZOR, MAXIMIZE!"

"RHINOX, MAXIMIZE!"

"TIGATRON, MAXIMIZE!"

"POLAR CLAW, MAXIMIZE!"

With that, the Maximals entered their Robot Modes, as the Seekers did the same.

"STARSCREAM, TERRORIZE!"

"SKYWARP, TERRORIZE!"

"THUNDERCRACKER, TERRORIZE!"

"SUNSTORM, TERRORIZE!"

"RAMJET, TERRORIZE!"

"SLIPSTREAM, TERRORIZE!"

"NOVA-STORM, TERRORIZE!"

"ACID-STORM, TERRORIZE!"

The foes then drew their weapons, ready for action.

"Time to scrap some butt!" said Cheetor, smirking.

(BGM: 'Innocent Sorrow' by Abingdon Boys School Plays)

Rhinox shot at Acid-Storm with his dual chainguns, and the Seeker was keeping in the skies in beast mode until they ended up getting shot. "OWWWWWW!" Acid-Storm yowled, as they then dropped from the sky. Jetfire fought against Starscream, with help from Optimus Primal.

"We're gonna enjoy razing all the Kingdoms of Remnant to the ground!" said Starscream

"We're not going to let that happen!" said Jetfire, as he struck Starscream with the back of his sword. Cheetor whipped out his blaster and shot at Thundercracker, knocking him from the skies. Rattrap saw Skywarp try to attack him from behind, but Rattrap anticipated this, and kicked Skywarp in the groin. Skywarp yowled in pain.

"Oh yeah! I bet ya didn't like that, did ya bird-boy?" said Rattrap, he then got Skywarp into a headlock. "ROBO-NOOGIE!" With that, he gave Skywarp a noogie, and punted him over the horizon. "Now get bent!"

Polar Claw took aim with his blaster, and shot Sunstorm out of the skies with a single shot.

"YOU PUNK!" Sunstorm bellowed, as he spiraled out of the sky. Dinobot charged in as a feathered Velociraptor, and he pounced on Ramjet and slashed him with his claws.

"Get off of me!" Ramjet snapped, flustered. Dinobot then kicked off of Ramjet's body, knocking him to the ground.

"We have been undone! SEEKERS, RETREAT!" said Starscream, as he and the other Seekers converted back into Beast Mode and took off.

"Buncha cowards!" said Cheetor, scowling.

"We totally kicked butt, you guys!" said Ruby, grinning.

"The fight isn't over yet, you guys." said Optimus, facing the Maximals, Huntsmen, and Huntresses.

"It'll be up to all of us to stop the Predacons from taking over Remnant." said Yang.

"No matter the cost." said Airazor.

Next Time, on RWBY: Beasts Of Remnant: Ruby and co. get word of there being dinosaurs roaming around the Emerald Forest. That's when they learn that the dinosaurs in question are the Dinobots, who have been reformatted into Maximals. While helping the Dinobots adjust to their new environment on Remnant, they learn that Shockwave, the Decepticon mad scientist, has been reformatted into a Predacon.
