Warnings and Allies
Staring at the animal before him with a stunned silence, the Specialist gave a nod of approval to the thing before them. Looking to the two animals in the kitchen making tea, Ironwood happily accepted the beverage, which caused Jacques to glare at the fool, who merely sipped calmly while making eye contact with him. Turning back to the animal before him, Jacques spoke with a friendly voice if you ignored the strain in his voice.
"Um, are you sure, the way the island is you could have easier access to resources, Dust, an outpost to keep eyes out for Grimm" whatever else was gonna be said, the larger one spoke with his teeth glinting.
"We took care of the Grimm on the island, Jimmy and I are the best trackers, and" watching the beast slit his own throat with a grin, Jacques went green as blood flowed form the wound, his eyes however widened as the wound healed without a single scar.
"We heal instantly" turning to Logan who had a disinterested look, he spoke.
"Any other reasons to waste our time with your bullshit?" getting a Guffaw from the elderly lady, Jacques stared in silent fury, moving to stand up, the hand on the Table clenched with three blades popping out, leaving Jacques paling at the sharpness to them, he looked up to Logan's eyes that bored into his own.
"We've already set up an outpost, we've already found a Dust deposit for us to mine for years, we have farms set and ready with plants growing, face it Jacques, we don't need you, so please go back to your Kingdom, and stay there" standing up as his claws retracted into his arm, Jacques sat there stunned before his face calmed, standing up to leave without a word, the security detail followed quickly, leaving ironwood behind before he gave Logan a nod of respect.
"About time someone spoke back to him like that, good day" giving a pleasant nod to the Specialist, Logan and Kali stood watching the Bullhead leave, Logan turned and left to his office where Salena sat laughing.
Smiling at the sight, Logan sat down to look over another report.
Snapping his eyes awake from his sleep, Logan gave a low rumble as he rolled onto his back, the weight of Kali against him, looking down to her before kissing her head, she gave a purr as he climbed out of bed, hearing the reinforced supports groan at the lack of weight, Logan rubbed his eyes while moving to the Kitchen, Logan stepped into the kitchen to make himself coffee.
Taking a sip to calm himself, Logan looked to the left to see someone sitting on the kitchen bench, he gave a nod of greeting before turning to look out the window…
Spraying the coffee out the window, Logan turned to the intruder with his claws extending out.
Seeing the intruder turn to him, his "eyes" gave a happy emote.
"You seem lively for a Dead man" flinching at the familiar voice, Logan sheathed his claws in shock.
"You?" getting a nod, the being spoke.
"Pleasure to finally meet you Logan, or do you prefer James?"
"Logan's fine" moving to a chair, the entity nodded as the chair became reinforced with Metal, leaving Logan stunned at the implication.
"So you're the one who saved me, who are you?" seeing the entity sigh as he slumped in his seat, he spoke.
"You weren't meant to die in that tomb, Logan, in one timeline you get rescued by Kitty Pryde, but the deed was done, except years later your body like I mentioned at the beginning, got resurrected by Necromancers, only your body gave out and you were left in a void, so I plucked you and several of your allies who've died before they should have and placed them around the Globe of Remnant" giving a cheeky aura, Logan felt a migraine coming at the entities next words.
"Wade says "Hi" by the way" getting a groan from Logan, he spoke.
"If he's here where the hell is he?" watching the entity look to an orb of shadows, he chuckled before pocketing the orb.
"He's currently "Busy" due to me healing his face to it's original state, and I also came here to give you a warning… about your daughter" getting a confused look from Logan, he spoke.
"Luara?" getting a head shake from the entity, he spoke while pointing to his head.
"Meow Meow" getting a snort from Logan, he sobered up at the Warning of this visit.
"What happens to my future kid?" watching the entity reach into thin air, he held a Syringe.
"She'll inherit your claws and healing factor, but it wont be enough for her survival, SO I devised a way to help her thrive in this world left by two temper tantrums" getting a frown from Logan as he was handed the Syringe, he looked over the grey within.
"What is this?"
"A more Humane and Safer way to give an adamantium skeleton, took me a while to think of it, you got the hard way, your daughter will have the easier way" getting a look as Logan hid the Syringe, he sat there in silence before he looked up to the entity.
"Who are you?" getting a reaction from his current guest, he spoke.
"I go by a few names, but you can call me Epic Insanity or triple six" seeing the entity shrug, Logan gave a snort while looking to the hallway to the room housing Kali.
"Say, who else did you say i-" looking around to the empty Kitchen, Logan sat dumbfounded before muttering to himself.
"I just got Batmanned"
