At some point, an opening with railings appeared in front of her. A small opening protruding from the wall. How would she open it without falling? And how she was supposed to know if she was near or far from Light's class? Despite thinking about all this, Tina didn't have time to analyze it further. She pulled the opening with all her might. But she had not calculated correctly the height and the angle from which the vent was, so she slipped and fell facedown onto the floor. Fortunately, she landed on the railings. It hurt, but at least she didn't injure herself. She rubbed her stomach and arms.

They'll find out that someone pushed the railings and fell. They can't have fallen on their own! What should I do? Check the classes one by one until I find the A-8 section? I must not delay. Rem and Sidoh may be worried. Either way, I'll be spotted at some point. She thought while checking the corridor if anyone passes by.

Her eyes spotted the signs next to the stairs. They showed what classes were on the floor Tina was located. —The seventh one— Of course, these signs were depicted on each floor, as they are in most schools and universities in Japan. She approached them to find out. The seventh floor contained the classes from E-1 to E-9, which meant Light's classroom was downstairs.

As Tina found out later, the whole building had eight floors. Each of them contained sections from 1 to 10. And since in this university the students studied for five years, the classes had five grades. Obviously, it wasn't just the classes. There were also other classes with lessons that the students attended. That's why it was so huge. Huge for the European circumstances.

She followed the signs feeling relieved. As if a superior force showed her the way. At the same time, however, fear slowly surrounded her. When she told Rem she knows how to set up a fire, she was actually lying to her. The only sector in which she had experienced was theft and nothing else. She was just so excited about all this Kira, death notes, shinigami and love triangle intrigue, that she wanted more of it. It was exactly as she usually sees in movies: There's a bad boy and a girl who loves him deeply. There's also a good boy who loves the girl too. Through a series of events, the girl struggles due to the bad boy, and the good boy will try to save her and make her fall in love with him. It was definitely one of her favourite movie tropes!

She eventually found Light's classroom on the first floor. A-8 section. She took the matches out of her pocket. For a moment she doubted the effectiveness of the plan, yet she lit one that she had just taken out of the package. An evil smile spread across her face as the flame reflected in her eyes.

Let's have some fun!

The girl put the match under the door and waited for the fire to be noticed. The plan was as easy as she had imagined. It was just a door moreover. The fire wouldn't be spread around the building. Besides, Takada would take the notebook with her to university. This was quite risky for Light. Tina knew nothing about Takada. She had to assume everything. These were her thoughts as she walked away from the classroom.

Suddenly, a strange smell reached her nose. As if something was burning. Cold sweat penetrated her spine. Out of the corner of her eye, she noticed the open window that was a few meters away from the classroom. She finally turned to see what she was afraid of... The flame didn't look like a fireplace fire as Tina wanted it to be. It was indeed threatening! Ready to spread throughout the building!

"Oh God, no!" She shouted and rushed upstairs to find her two deadly friends.

She reached the roof panting as she opened the door. The shinigamis noticed her.

"Well? How was it? Did you get the notebook?" Rem asked.

"Don't think about that! We better run to save our lives!!" Tina shouted full in panic.

"Why? What happened?" Sidoh looked confused.

"I disobeyed the physics laws, guys! I put the match under the door to keep the fire small, but there was a window outside the room I hadn't noticed! It seems that as long as I was in the tube, the wind grew stronger!"

"Why you didn't notice it? It's a window, not an ant!" Sidoh browbeat her.

"Don't start fighting! The time isn't suitable. What comes first now is to leave the building. Mainly for Tina's safety"

"What about Light and Takada?" The girl wondered.

"I won't be bothered if they burn themselves alive" The female shinigami replied feeling no regret.

"The notebook, Rem! I'm sure Takada has it! It's too risky for Light to be in his own bag!" Tina said she sat on Rem's back.

"We'll wait until the conflagration finishes. I'll tell you the rest later"

It was not long before the fire alarm went on, making the teachers and students hear the sound of it surprised. Both Light and Takada were so immersed during the lesson, that it felt like they had just woken up from lethargy.

«An incident has been reported in the school. Please wait for your teacher's instructions»

Everyone heard the principal talking, soon after they heard the automatic message by the megaphones.

«This is a fire alarm. Please leave the building by the nearest available exit»

Some girls started screaming in panic. Takada's expression on the other hand, seemed emotionless.

"Please calm down, everyone! We won't get hurt unless you do as I say. Make a couple with each other and head slowly to the exit. I'll be walking in front of you" The teacher tried to calm down the university students.

The students immediately got their teacher's instruction. They automatically started making pairs just like they learned in school what to do in case of fire. Takada grabbed Light's arm and they walked with the rest of their classmates.

"Don't worry about your personal belongings. Your life is in priority" The teacher said as they left the classroom following his lead.

As soon as all the students had reached the yard, the fire department had already arrived. All of the students' concern was their school. Though Light's mind was elsewhere.

Is this connected to Sakura TV? How it would be? What does a TV channel have to do with a university? These are indeed mysterious circumstances... Why the universe is upset with me? Why God is against me now? Why is He with L's side? I don't understand... What's going on?

"Light, I know you're upset about the incident, but we must be strong! As long as we're next to each other we'll be fine!" Takada encouraged him.

"I'm not upset. My deceased father left me his estate. I'll just his money and go to another school. It's not an issue"

Takada sighed forgetting about the fact that Light does not really show emotions.

"I have to confess something to you..."

"Don't confess now, Kiyomi. It's not a good time"

"It's not about my feelings for you. —You already know them anyway— It's about the notebook. I brought it to school"

As if what's happening it's not enough... She's worse than Misa!

"Kiyomi, what did I told you the other day about not being so reckless? Do you understand this deadly weapon's power?" He whispered.

"I do! I just... I found out the chef of the school restaurant trades in drugs. I found his criminal record in your father's computer files last night. So, I decided to kill him"

The stupidity is rather contagious. Whoever becomes a partner of Kira their IQ reduces... What the bloody hell is going on?!

He tried hard to keep himself from hitting her. He cursed her with his thoughts. His fist was sweating.

I better not lose my temper. It could be worse... Since L has not beaten me yet, everything is under control. I already have two bonds. They both love me madly. If nothing else, I dominate the world! Who could ever ask for more? He let his fist open as he felt relaxed to these thoughts of his. He boasted of his success and hoped it would last forever.

Sidoh announced to the girls of the group that they were finally right: Takada had brought the notebook to school, and even managed to get it secretly from her bag. Naturally, some areas of the school were completely burned but they didn't care. In any case, it was just an accident. Now all that was left was to leave the notebook at Misa's house and wait until she gets back from work While they would wait, Sidoh could fly to the Shinigami kingdom and bring the Delusional Potion. "Just as planned!" as Light says.

As soon as they arrived at Misa's apartment, they stayed in the living room for a while. "I'll do it as fast as I can. If she comes before me, keep her busy with something. Don't ask me for ideas, I have no others left" Sidoh said.

"Everything's under control, Sidoh!" Tina reminded him.

So it happened. Sidoh few to the warehouse in the world of shinigami while his two friends waited for him at the house of the young actress. She was absent. She was probably shooting a scene for her new movie. The female shinigami noticed the 12-year-old filling a glass of water in the kitchen.

"I see you're thirsty"

"It's not for me. It's for Misa. When Sidoh comes, he'll drop two or three drops of this amnesia potion or as it is called, and she'll drink it" The girl answered.

"She'll remember what's going on. Poor child... She'll finally find some peace and quiet!"

About an hour had passed when Misa returned to her apartment. It was three o'clock in the afternoon. Sidoh had already added three doses of the potion into the glass and was hiding in Misa's bedroom along with Tina, while Rem was in the kitchen waiting for the young woman's memories to return. After taking off her shoes and washing her hands, the actress went straight to the kitchen. Although she couldn't see her, Rem was right behind her.

"Hm? What's that glass of water? Did I leave it there last night? Strange... I don't remember seeing it after I woke up. Nah... Maybe I filled it in the morning''

And with these words, she drank the liquid in one gulp as if it was wine. At that very moment, Rem put the right corner of the notebook in her other hand. Misa's moments as the second Kira filled her mind like scenes from a movie. She remembered everything down to the slightest detail...

I don't think it's one of my best chapters, but I had to finish this thing around Rem, Sidoh and an OC I made. The story is about Misa and L after all ]
