I can imagine a scene "Natsu: what do you mean we can't enter!?/ guard: you still have a lethal weapon with you *points at Erza's literal entire self*" Natsu became one of Innocent's war potentials! Yeah, that whole thing will be a very complicated situation. OH Mash, never change.

Simon was carrying Lance in his back through the tower, with him waking up a little bit later
"Uh…"
"Oh, you're finally awake." Simon said as he noticed Lance moving
"What happened?" Lance asked
"You were eaten by Fukuro, and after that Gray came and saved you." Simon explained
"I see… Owls are always making my life difficult…" Lance sighed
"However, Gray himself took a lot of damage so I'm sure he will be facing lots of trouble on his way up." Simon said as Lance got off his back
"Understood. Let's continue." Lance said walking a little before noticing Simon grunting in pain and getting on his knees "Are you okay?"
"D-don't worry about me. You need to listen. I just received a transmission from Wally and Milliana, they found Lucy, Juvia, and Love after a fight with one member of Trinity Raven, they are taking them outside of the tower for me, and I also received one from Sho who said that Erza and Kagura also beat one, so Trinity Raven is gone but I'm not sure about the other members of Jellal's forces…" Simon explained
Lance nodded when he heard that, at least that's three fewer problems to deal with. He then went right beside Simon and helped him up, giving him his shoulder so they could walk together through the tower
"Wait, you can leave me here! You need to go help Erza!" Simon said but Lance didn't care
"You're also a friend of hers, right? Then you should also come and help. Besides, it's what I said… Men who love their younger siblings must stand together." Lance said while looking forward
"I already said that it's not like that…" Simon said but Lance didn't hear him

Kagura and Sho were walking through the halls, with Kagura seeming to be deep in thought
"Sho…" Kagura spoke up
"Yes?"
"Go on ahead without me and get whoever you find out of the tower, I'll search up this floor for people that may still be here."
"Will you be okay on your own?" Sho asked worried
"Don't worry, everything will be fine. I promise." Kagura reassured him
Sho looked at her for a moment before nodding and going away, leaving Kagura alone with her thoughts. The swordswoman looked back and sighed
"Sorry for lying, Sho… And sorry for being selfish and breaking my promise, Erza…" Kagura thought, running back toward the top floor of the tower "But I just can't allow you to do this on your own when you can't beat him!"

Rayne and Frost had gotten to a staircase that led to the top of the tower, they found it weird how they were the first ones to get there
"So we found one of the staircases…" Frost said
"One of them?" Rayne questioned
"These towers all have almost identical blueprints. I was on the exploration of the ruins of one of those in my younger years as a Rune Knight, before being promoted to my own position. These towers have three sets of staircases that take them to the top floor. We found one, so let's hope the others find the other two." Frost explained
"Hmm. That's good to know." Rayne said while climbing the stairs
"They said it was so more cultists could go up at a time." Frost continued explaining
"No need to geek out though." Rayne said making Frost give him a small glare as she followed him
The two walked up until they saw someone standing at the end of the staircase, a tall man with a smaller one flying right behind him making the two take a small step back
"So, it seems like you two will be the ones I'll be killing. It's nice to see you again." it was Necross Mance, one of the inmates that were on death roll in the past
"Of course, there would be someone stopping our entry." Rayne frowned and pulled out his wand while Frost unsheathed her sword
"You two don't seem afraid, even on our first encounter you don't seem to know who you're dealing with." Necross laughed as he and the other man began to walk down the stairs "You know who this person is that I'm controlling? This is Adam Jobs, the first and strongest Divine Visionary to ever exist, the one whose power was so great he could easily topple entire countries on his own!"
Rayne's frown deepened while Frost gritted her teeth. Rayne had no idea that someone on Innocent's side had the power to bring back the dead, even more that they would use such power on someone so dangerous, while Frost was shocked that the most powerful of the people who are equal to Wizard Saints is here right in front of them
"Now, how about we test out this power?" Necross said with a large toothy grin
Frost widened her eyes and suddenly a black glyph appeared below Rayne and her, making Rayne look down confused
"DODGE!" she yelled and so they both jumped away
And just in time to dodge an impact that completely opened a hole in the tower, the two fell on the ground and looked at the hole, seeing how far the attack went, its range was absurd and it even tore a hole through various mountains
"Such power…" Frost widened her eyes
"I couldn't even follow that attack, it was almost instantaneous…" Rayne was also I'm shocked thanks to that attack
"That was a simple Dark Impact! This is Adam's magic, Darkness! One of the most powerful types of magic to ever exist! Whatever is hit by it is completely erased from existence!" Necross boasted making Rayne and Frost sweat as they got up
They needed to be extremely careful about all of this, but also, their only option wasn't just to defeat Adam, they only needed to defeat Necross and everything should be fine
"Hey, what was that magic circle on the ground?" Rayne asked Frost
"It was my magic, Glyph Magic. It has various effects that I can't explain now. Just know that the one I used back there was a time-dilation one, it made us fast enough to jump out of the way and survive." Frost explained as a blue magic aura surrounded her sword
Rayne gave her a small look before focusing once again on Necross who just grinned at them, Frost walked forward and made a white glyph appear in front of them, they both ran to different sides as Adam pointed his wand at them and created a massive snake made of darkness that was trying to go and attack them
"Darkness Snake!"
The snake easily erased the glyph and then moved after Rayne, who created a massive sword and surfed on top of it to manage to dodge the creature
"Partisan Surf. 100% Partisan." Rayne pointed his wand at the snake
Suddenly various swords appeared from thin air and flew at it, but each of them was completely erased as soon as it made contact with the snake
"Tsk." Rayne decided that it would be better to try and just dodge the creature for now
Frost, taking the opportunity since the snake was distracted, charged at Necross, creating various black glyphs on her feet and increasing her speed, moving just like a blur and appearing right in front of the necromancer to try and slash him with her sword, only for Adam to raise his arm and block the attack with ease, having his arm frozen before he pushed the woman away
"Dammit." Frost cursed
Necross just smirked and had Adam point his wand at the ice and send a small amount of Darkness at it, erasing the ice and freeing his arm. Rayne tried something risky and flew right at the first divine visionary and his controller, making Adam move his wand in his direction, only for Rayne to backflip out of his flying sword and have the snake made out of darkness try and attack them, the snake completely erased the flying sword and got inches from hitting the two, only for it to be stopped and absorbed back into the wand as it got too close
"So that also won't work…" Rayne frowned as he landed back on the ground
"Come on, this can't be all you got!" Necross said as he made Adam stare at the two of them
"He isn't even taking us seriously…" Frost said angrily
"I knew that the first divine visionary was strong, but this is just insane." Rayne said as he got up, he couldn't save his full power to fight against Jellal, he had to go all out right now "I summon, Ares the God of War!"
Rayne unleashed his summon, his wand turning into a black trident as Rayne's third line appeared making Necross smile even wider
"Now that's what I'm talking about, give it your all so I can crush it even harder!" Necross grinned seeing Rayne go all out
"I may not have a transformation but don't think I'm out of this fight just yet." Frost said, her magic aura spiking up, it wasn't as big as Rayne's but it was still pretty substantial
Necross kept his grin, and so the battle resumed, the two continued fighting with all they had. Rayne used his Black Partisan to try and hit him but Adam completely erased it with one simple Dark Impact, but it did work as a distraction as Rayne had managed to get close enough to try and stab Necross with his trident, which was blocked by Adam's arm. Rayne widened his eyes as he looked to the side and saw Adam's wand pointed at him, and mere seconds before the spell could come off, Frost came in, saving Rayne using her time dilation glyph to grab him and take him to safety, and right after that the spell came off, creating a hole in another wall
"A triple liner is too overwhelming…" Rayne said as he glared at them
"Darkness Snake Double!" Necross yelled as two snakes made of darkness flew out of Adam's wand
The two mages widened their eyes as the creatures approached them, dodging them before they came back to try and attack them once more, Frost created a red glyph below herself, causing her to be launched upward and managing to dodge the second attack of the snake, while Rayne used his Partisan so send a sword up, grabbing it and flying away of the attack
"We almost don't get a chance to get close, and when we do we can't even do anything!" Frost thought
"At this point, we won't be able to win, and he isn't even using his full power." Rayne thought the fact that a triple-liner wasn't using his summon and still managing to beat the two of them was concerning
The two mages at this point were mostly trying to survive rather than trying to beat him, their plan to aim for Necross was a good one, but they just couldn't get a window to do so… Perhaps if they had more people helping them
"Explomb!"
An explosive fireball was blasted at the first divine visionary, one that was easily blocked, causing zero damage but getting his attention, also making the snakes disappear, something that Rayne and Frost took notice off
"So you're blocking our way? Ya better get the hell out before we beat ya up, old man!" Dot yelled, and right behind him was the rest of the team
The team that had arrived consisted of Dot, Cana, Levy, Finn, Lemon (and her pets), Virgo, Abel, Abyss, Cyclone, Tagi, Milo, and Gray! They had all met right before entering this area, which was indeed quite convenient but it would for sure help with the fight
"This could actually help turn things around…" Rayne said as he looked at Necross and Adam
"I see, so it's you all against the first divine visionary? That won't change a thing! Good luck trying to beat me!" Necross said while starting down the entire group

Jellal was standing over his chessboard, looking at the knight piece with a smile
"Dear me, so the game is already over?" Jellal said as he heard Erza's footsteps
"Is it really so entertaining to play games with people's lives?" Erza asked as she walked up to him
"Oh, but of course. Life and death are the basis of all things, they intensify every emotion. Or, to put it differently, there's nothing quite as dull as life." Jellal explained before turning to face Erza "It has been a while, Erza."
"Jellal."
"You could have just run out of this place at any moment, why didn't you?" Jellal asked
"I meant to free all of my friends."
"Not that I care, I have no use for them anyway. Especially with the Tower of Heaven now being complete." Jellal explained
"Only if it were to be destroyed in a mere ten minutes?" Erza asked
"Oh? You mean Etherion?"
"You seem quite unconcerned, so I assume you were bluffing all along." Erza said as she gripped her swords
"Oh no, Etherion will fall." Jellal said as he pulled his hood down
"That is all I needed to hear. All I need to do is keep you here for ten minutes and then you're finished." Erza said as she got ready to fight "I'll be able to bring an end to all of this!"
"Oh, no… You will be sacrificed to Zeref! That much is pure fact! It's your destiny!" Jellal yelled at her with a maniacal grin
The two glared at each other for a few moments before Jellal started the fight
"Here I come!" Jellal yelled as he blasted a burst of dark magic at Erza
However, the knight dodged the attack and cut it using her swords, running up to Jellal with all of her speed, however, Jellal jumped to the side and dodged her slash, but Erza wasn't stopped by just missing, she used the momentum of her missing to flip on the ground and charge at Jellal once again, who pointed two fingers at her and blasted a light blast at her
"Begone." Jellal said while smirking
Erza tried to block the attack but when she did her two swords shattered on impact as she was blown out of the tower, crashing through a wall and falling. Erza looked over her shoulder and saw the massive fall, but only that was not enough to stop her, she did a backflip while falling and landed her foot on a piece of the wall that was broken, using it as ground to jump up to another piece, doing this until she managed to jump back into the tower, summoning another sword and trying to slash Jellal, who jumped back and dodged the attack
"You've built this entire tower and now you're just going to smash it up!? I don't even have words for this!" era yelled as she rolled on the ground and tried to attack Jellal once more
"A couple of walls don't matter in the grand scheme of things, they are nothing more than decorations." Jellal said as he continued dodging Erza
"Sho and the others worked hard for eight years to create those "decorations"!" Erza yelled
"Oh, don't be like that. The only thing that matters here is the R-System, that's what those eight years were for." Jellal said as he charged another ball of dark magic on his hand "And now it's finally complete!"
Jellal then blasted her with dark magic, however, Erza managed to think fast and slashed the ground, creating a hole in which she fell, managing to dodge the attack, before jumping back up and slashing through the floor once again, getting right up to Jellal's face and slashing him across the stomach
"What!? Is this the same Erza as before!?" Jellal thought in shock
Erza then flipped while on the air once again, putting her legs above Jellal's shoulders and pinning him down, grabbing one of his arms and pointing her sword at his throat, Jellal flinched at that while Erza just kept glaring at him
"What are you really after here?" Erza asked, making Jellal confused "You haven't really completed the R-System, have you? Don't think I spent those eight years doing nothing, I've done my research on the R-System. Sure, you constructed the building just like the blueprints said back then, but you're still missing one thing to complete it."
"I already told you… The sacrifice will be you…" Jellal said while sweating
"I mean something a lot more basic than that. You're lacking magic. To activate the R-System you'd need an amount of two billion, seven hundred million ideas of magic power. That's a level of magic you don't get even if you get all the mages in the continent. A single human can't gather this much magic and store it in this tower."

On the lower floor, the fight against Adam continued, pieces of the tower were being thrown at him by Cyclone, however, he used his magic to create a shield of Darkness to block the attacks, Dot used his Machine Gun Explomb to try and blast him from all directions, managing to make him move out and dodge the attack, from behind however, Cana got three cards and blasted lightning at him, while Tagi came from above, ready to slash him

"And that's not it, you're perfectly aware of the magic council's intentions to destroy this tower, yet you make not a single attempt to run. What are you planning?" Erza asked but Jellal simply smiled at her
"Three minutes before Etherion falls…"

Adam grabbed Tagi's sword and crushed it with his hand, reducing it to pieces, and just as she was going to get blasted with Darkness, Finn used his Changeas to change her place with a piece of rubble from the battle, saving her, Levy acted next and wrote the word fire on the air and blasted it at him, almost hitting him before he turned around and created a shield of Darkness and managed to defend himself, but from behind came Gray and Frost who tried to attack him with their ice swords, however, they were both kicked away with ease

"Jellal, your dream is over! It was over a long time ago! Do you just want to die right here and now!?" Erza screamed at him while gripping his arm harder "If that's it then die right here with me! I'll hold you down until that moment arrives!"
"Yeah… That doesn't sound so bad…" Jellal said making Erza widen her eyes and lower her sword

Adam saw a down arrow on his chest and noticed Abyss trying to attack him with increased speed by using his Secondth and trying to quickly use his cursed eye, but even with that, Adam grabbed Abyss face and shoved his finger right through Abyss' eye patch, throwing him on the ground screaming in pain. Abel tried to use his Secondth to overpower Necross' control but Adam used a simple Dark Impact and erased the spell, Milo tried to throw rocks at him, but he only reacted to the one that was going to hit Necross, grabbing it and crushing it, the others didn't even faze him when they hi

"My body was possessed by the ghost of Zeref. There was nothing I could do… I was nothing but a doll working to bring upon Zeref's resurrection." Jellal explained
"Possessed?"
"I couldn't save myself, my friends couldn't save me, there was no one that could…" Jellal said as he looked up "Heaven… Freedom… In the end, they were nowhere to be found… It was over before it even began…"

Rayne tried to attack using his Black Partisan to blast various swords covered in dark magic towards Adam, but Adam dodged them all and appeared above Rayne, kicking him to the ground. Virgo tried to attack him, however, Adam turned around and grabbed her by the neck, throwing her head first down various floors of the tower, making her disappear back to the celestial spirit world, Lemon tried to help by using her chains, and Cerberus blasted magic from their mouth to try and hurt Adam, but he once again created his shield and blocked all of their attacks. All of the mages were getting exhausted thanks to how much work they were having to put in to simply try and land a hit on him

The Divine Visionaries we're on a boat, now away from the island, along with some other weirdos that the flying cat said were friends, they looked up and saw a massive magic circle forming in the skies
"So it's really happening." Kaldo said
"It was decided as the best course of action, there's nothing that can be done." Orter adjusted his glasses while seeing what was going to happen
"Guys…" Happy said worried "You've gotta get out of there…"

Finn looked at the holes in the walls and noticed a very bright light coming inside the tower, widening his eyes when he felt the massive magic power looming above them, and he wasn't the only one that noticed, everyone else did too
"Oh no…" Finn said while trembling

Kagura looked up while running up the staircase
"No!"

Mash was running through some corridors until he ended up finding a staircase himself, but right at that time…
"Uh oh." Mash looked up

Lance was carrying Simon through the tower before both of them looked up
"So we were too late…" Simon said
"Dammit." Lance cursed

"I knew I couldn't truly complete the R-System, but Zeref's ghost just wouldn't let me stop… I'm just a broken-down engine at this point." Jellal said before looking Erza straight in the eyes "You win Erza… Kill me. That's what you came here to do anyway, right?"
Erza looked down at him before sighing
"There's no need for me to even lift a finger… Etherion is mere moments from being shot." Erza said before throwing her sword to the side "It's over, for you and for me."
"Seems like you screwed up…" Jellal let out a small chuckle as Erza smiled and got off him
"You were just another sacrifice for Zeref too, weren't you?" Erza asked
"This is my sin, for giving into my weakness. My heart just couldn't keep up with the massive gap between dream and reality." Jellal looked down
"But, don't you think that burying your weakness, the things that you lack, is what friends are for?" Erza asked, making Jellal look at her surprised "I must atone as well… for the sin of not being able to save you."
"Oh no… You did save me, Erza…" Jellal hugged Erza, who hugged him back
And so, Etherion was shot. A massive flash of light devoured the tower and everyone inside of it…

Outside of the island, massive waves began to form thanks to the strength of the blast, Orter managed to use his sand magic to keep the boat safe, while some of the waves hit the interior of it, waking up the unconscious mages that were inside
"What the hell is going on!?" Love screamed in pure fear and confusion
"Etherion…" Juvia said with wide eyes
"E-everyone…" Happy began to cry after seeing a bunch of his friends disintegrating
Love covered her mouth in shock, Natsu, even though he was suffering from motion sickness, gritted his teeth while seeing that, Lucy was also crying while looking at what had just happened… However, the divine visionaries were shocked by something else

Erza opened her eyes and looked around, she was… alive?
"What…?" Erza couldn't understand how this was possible
However, Jellal just began laughing, getting up, and having an insane laugh as if the happiest thing had just happened to him

The people on the boat saw the smoke begin to dissipate, revealing what looked like a tower made of crystals
"W-what is that?" Juvia asked in shock
"The walls crumbled and only left some crystal…" Love responded
"Everyone else is okay, right?" Lucy asked worried

Adam stood tall above the rubble that fell down while everyone else that was in the room with him and had trouble getting back up, looking around in shock and fear
"We lived!?" Dot yelled confused
"But we were hit by Etherion… This shouldn't be possible…" Levy said in shock

Lance and Simon got up from some rubble, looking around while trying to understand what was happening

Mash and Kagura were the only ones who didn't question this, they simply charged up ready to fight Jellal, ignoring the entire situation for now

"Finally! The time has come!" Jellal screamed in pure bliss
"You…"
"Confused, Erza? This is the true form of Tower of Heaven. A giant tower made of Lacryma. And thanks to it absorbing Etherion, I have managed to absorb enough power to complete the R-system!" Jellal explained while Erza stood stunned
"Y-you tricked me." Erza said before frowning
"The whole speech before we were hit was very cute, Erza." A second voice came from behind Erza, making her turn around in shock "But neither I nor Jellal could provide the necessary power to power up the R-System, so even though it was quite troubling, we had to deceive you."
"Siegrain!?" Erza yelled out in shock "What are you doing here!?"
"Remember back to the first time we met? You and Makarov were delivering some apology forms and you suddenly attacked me because you thought I was Jellal. I managed to calm you down after telling you that I was his twin brother, but I think you never lost that hostility towards me." Siegrain said
"And why should I!? You didn't do anything about Jellal even with everything he was doing, you were just as bad! No, even worse, you were just keeping watch over me for him!" Erza yelled at him
"I admit, I should have said something about me hunting Jellal down until the end when we met. But the biggest problem was meeting you at all after I became a member of the magic council" Siegrain said as he walked up to Jellal "Having to come up with an excuse on the spot isn't easy."
"So you two were on this together…" Erza said while gritting her teeth
"In on this together? No, no. You're mistaken." Siegrain began, but then he began to… fuse with Jellal!?
"The two of us are one in the same. We always were." Jellal said as the two then became one
"I-Impossible! A psychic projection!? So you wormed your way into the magic council just so you could use Etherion!?" Erza yelled in shock
"Indeed. It was all a plan, my plan to redirect Zeref." Jellal said before forming a fist with his hand "And now my magic power is back."
Erza frowned, getting ready to fight him, summoning a sword once again
"Oh? You think you can beat me in a one on one match in the state you're in?" Jellal asked
"It's not a one on one." a voice came from behind Erza
Suddenly two blurs passed right through Erza, the knight widened her eyes when she saw who had just appeared there to assist her, it was Kagura and Mash!
"Archenemy: Strong Form!" Kagura yelled, moving her sword in a stabbing manner
Mash however just tried to punch Jellal in the face. But Jellal managed to dodge, jumping away and landing on top of a pillar made of lacryma
"It's a three on one." Mash said as he and Kagura stood tall after missing their surprise attack
"My my, so your help has arrived." Jellal said while crossing his arms
"What are you two doing here!? Leave!" Erza told them
"Shut up!" the two responded her making Erza take a step back surprised
"Erza, this has escalated way past just something just between you and him. This needs to end now, for the good of everyone." Kagura told her
"And we're your friends, you can't just keep pushing us away. You will need to accept our help when you deal with crazy guys." Mash told her
"You two…" Erza closed her eyes "You don't understand… You can't fight him, you don't know him!"
"Perhaps we don't know him like you do, but what you're showing…" Kagura began gripping her sword while Mash cracked his knuckles "Is that you don't know us either. We're strong."
"Don't underestimate us, Erza." Mash told her making Erza grit her teeth
She didn't know what to do, those two were to hard headed to back out now, but suddenly she felt her movements being constricted
"W-what!?" Erza yelled
"Ah, so the bind snake finally took effect. That won't allow your body to move, now I just need to fuse you with one of the pillars and it will be done." Jellal said before Mash appeared right besides him and tried to punch him, making the mage jump away
"I'm not letting a weird man touch my friend when she's vulnerable like that." Mash said while glaring at Jellal
"You could have worded that differently…" Kagura said, picking Erza up on her arms and putting her aside so she wouldn't get in the way of the fight "Trust us on this Erza. Please."
Kagura said to Erza and then charged at the fight, Erza couldn't move, she couldn't help… and now she had to watch her friends fight a battle that she should have finished on her own… If they got hurt this would end up being her fault… All of this was her fault in the end… she couldn't handle it, she began to cry while watching those two charge at Jellal
"Please…" was all Erza could say

Adam had beaten most of the mages that went up against him, looking down at them the only ones left were Rayne, Dot, Cana, and Finn, the others were on the ground panting and hurt
"So, finally give up?" Necross asked
"No way! We aren't going down yet!" Cana yelled, blasting him with a flaming card that was easily dodged
"Come on…" Dot took a step forward, he may still be up but it is only by a thread "I can continue…"
Rayne created more swords with his magic and threw them at Adam, who dodged them all and tried to hit him with a Dark Impact but Finn acted fast and changed Rayne's place with one of the swords, giving him the opening to attack with a stab from his trident, only for a shield of darkness to appear and erase the trident, making Rayne widen his eyes in shock
"You lose." Necross said before Adam punched Rayne down, beating him too
"Rayne!" Finn yelled
"Shit… There's no way for us to win…" Cana gritted her teeth
"T-This can't be… Everyone is going to die here… I can't let them all die… I have to do something… I'm weak… I'm useless… but I'm not pathetic enough to just let everyone die!" Finn thought as a second line began to crack on his face… that is before he got punched in the gut and sense flying through a wall
"Weakest one goes down first now!" Necross said as he saw Finn flying away

Lance was still helping Simon, only to see Finn crashing down in from of them, looking to the side Lance saw everyone fighting one single person and losing, he sighed and let go of Simon, grabbing Finn and carrying him on his back
"Lance…"
"You go and find the stairs, help your friend. I have my own to save from death." Lance said before using his gravity magic to fly at where they were
Simon saw that and nodded, making his way through the tower

Cana and Dot were the only ones left, with Cana trying her best to try and beat Necross, but to no avail
"Dammit!" Cana yelled
"Alright, now this is getting dull, I'll just start killing you all!" Necross said as Adam moved his wand towards them
"Shut up you son of a bitch!" Dot yelled as his magic power began to increase "Why are you acting so smug!? The only reason you're still up is because of that body you're controlling! A black cross appeared on Dot's forehead, Ira Kreuz now active, he pointed his arm at Adam
"Explomb Secondth! Meteor Minigun!"
His arm turned into a minigun as he began to blast various fireballs at Adam, while Cana widened her eyes before deciding to help, blasting every card she could get towards Adam. Necross didn't even move, he simply laughed since he was going to block that attack… but then
"Graviole."
A gravity beam hit them in the back, pushing the necromancer into the attack and causing a massive explosion, and right after that, Lance landed right next to them, putting Finn down and giving them a small glance
"Are you all ready?" Lance asked "I got an idea but it's quite risky, and I need you two to distract him."
"Sure." Dot said, not arguing with him this time
"Yeah." Cana nodded
"Good." Lance said, creating a massive magic circle in front of himself and absorbing it into his wand "Then go."
As soon as Lance said that, Adam and Necross came out of the smoke, looking at them before blasting two Darkness Snakes at them
"Die!" Necross yelled
Dot blasted the snakes with his minigun arm to get their attention running off while getting them to focus on them, while Cana kept on blasting magic cards at Adam as a distraction
"Annoying woman…" Necross said while moving Adam's arm to aim at Cana
Adam then blasted her with a Dark Impact, however Cana then teleported to another card, panting at how much magic she was using before throwing another card at Necross, that was blocked by Adam
"Shit…" Cana panted before rolling on the ground to dodge a Nalcos
Dot was doing his best to keep the two snakes at bay, jumping on the wall and using his minigun to blast various fireballs down and propel himself away from them, causing various explosions that just annoyed the snakes, they couldn't erase the fireballs before they exploded but it still didn't do much
"Fuck." Dot cursed while continuing to dodge
Lance during all of this was charging another spell, seeming to be stabilizing the two magics on his wand, from what he felt on Phantom Lord, that spike in power was a mix between the feeling these two styles of magic have, so if Lance could manage to stabilize the fusion in magic he could be able to fight that guy. Lance was rushing it a little bit but he needed to, he didn't know how much those two would be able to stall for time… But, right when those two were getting tired, Lance had managed to do it
"Graviole Secondth." Lance said as his power spiked up tremendously, the semblance of a third line cracking right besides his other two "Torture Weapons. Lance."
He said that and suddenly two spears appeared right besides him, Lance looked at them with a curious look for a moment, they seemed to be just like Torture Pole but now in the form of weapons, that actually made Lance smirk a little. Grabbing the two spears he threw one over Adam, getting Necross attention before it began to pull him into it, making the snakes disappear
"What!?" Necross widened his eyes in shock
"Wow!" Cana and Dot said impressed
"Spears with the power to attract and repel, I see." Lance said, getting ready to throw his other spear at Necross while pointing two fingers at him "And just to be sure, Maximum Output…"
Necross gritted his sharp teeth, refusing to be defeated like that he focused his efforts on controlling Adam and moved his wand upward
"Dark Impact Absol!" Necross yelled, finally taking them serious
Suddenly various beams of darkness flew out of the wand, going in various directions in the room, erasing the spear that was pulling Necross and shocking Lance, that onslaught forced everyone to dodge and move out of the way, almost hitting Lance but only grazing his other spear, which was enough to erase it
"No way…" Lance widened his eyes seeing their only chance at victory disappearing like that
The entire room began to collapse, the walls falling on top of them thanks to the destruction, along with the stairs, sending the three last fighters to the ground. They had lost
"See, no matter what you tried, there was no way you could ever beat me!" Necross said, laughing at their misfortune
Everyone looked up in shock, not knowing what to do at the moment… They were completely defeated, that guy was just on a completely different level compared to even the strongest of them…
But suddenly, when everything seemed lost, a ray of light came for their rescue… Literally. A ray of light came in, entering through the hole made by the first Dark Impact and hit Adam right in the face, pushing him back along with Necross
"Dammit! You lot pop up like ants!" Necross exclaimed angrily
"Oh, don't worry mages, your savior is here!" their savior said, doing an extravagant pose while landing down… Checking himself out in the reflection on one of the crystal walls that was still up
"Ryoh…" Rayne said weakly, not sure how to feel about this
"Another Divine Visionary comes here to fight?" Necross asked
"Hmm? Oh, I'm no mere Divine Visionary, I am the greatest of all of God's creations!" Ryoh said as he did another pose, making everyone stare at him
Yeah, that was their savior… No one knew how to feel about that. The fight between the strongest divine visionary of today vs the strongest divine visionary of history was about to start!

Mash and Kagura skidded through the ground, shaking their heads before jumping right back on the offensive against Jellal, with them actually managing to land some hits on hit
"Archenemy: Slashing Form!" Kagura yelled while slashing at Jellal's stomach
"Triceps Magic: Ballista Knuckle." Mash said and right after Kagura did her attack, Mash punched Jellal in the face
"Archenemy: Strong Form!" Kagura then attacked right after, doing a stabbing motion with her sword and hitting Jellal's back
"Quadriceps Magic: Guillotine Kick." Mash then kicked Jellal in the leg
The two continued with their onslaught of attacks, cutting and hitting Jellal with all their strength before he blasted them away using a shock wave
"Is that all you two got?" Jellal asked, now being in a tight bodysuit and having received minimal damage
"No." Mash said as he two was now in his right bodysuit, putting his clothes well folded right besides him
"Not even close." Kagura said while frowning
"You know, when I saw both of you I thought of testing your strength, after all, Kagura had come back with some interesting changes and Mash is an enigma on his own. But after seeing it, let me say… I'm quite disappointed." Jellal said while smirking
"No one asked you to force your expectations on me. Save the disappointment for your lover. You're making this weird." Mash said with a weirded out look
Kagura looked at Mash in shock at what he just said, so did Erza, while Jellal just looked at him with a blank stare for a few seconds before sighing
"Yeah, I'll kill you first. Behold, my Heavenly Body magic" Jellal said as he began to glow gold "Meteor!"
"That reminds me of a transfo-" Mash began before being kicked in the face
Jellal moved so fast that he managed to hit Mash before he could even see him, Kagura widened her eyes at that and tried to attack Jellal, jumping to the fight before being hit in the back by a kick, the two beginning to get overwhelmed as Jellal kept getting faster and faster, not letting them even have time to think, blasting them into the sky and putting his hands together, with two fingers pointed at them at the top and and the whole five at pointing at them at the bottom
"Seven Stars, Pass your Judgment!" Jellal said as seven magic circles surrounded the two "Grand Chariot!"
And so a massive blast of light fell down on the two, causing a massive explosion that could be seen from outside the tower
"Kagura! Mash!" Erza yelled
The two fell on the ground hurt, with Kagura regenerating from the injuries in a slow manner, it seems like Jellal's strength was even enough to overwhelm her regeneration
"This magic has power comparable to a meteor, I'm impressed how you two are still alive." Jellal said while crossing his arms "Although this does seem to be getting problematic, more damage to the tower could be devastating since it could cause the magic in it to leak. Well, I suppose I'll just hurry up and finish this. Right, Erza?"
Erza gritted her teeth while she watched Jellal approaching her, only for Mash and Kagura to attack Jellal once again, forcing him to block their attacks while being pushed away from her
"You said that causing damage to the tower could be a problem?" Mash asked, taking a step forward and making a hole on the ground with his foot, making Jellal widen his eyes "Then I guess I'm a problem here, I'm very good at breaking things. Especially doors."
"You damn punk." Jellal gritted his teeth while glaring at Mash
"I see. This battle is still far from over, Jellal." Kagura caught the message and got ready to continue this battle
"Come at me, thrash." Mash said while doing a 'come at me' gesture
"You'll regret getting up after that attack! I'll be sending you both to hell!" Jellal yelled and blasted beams of light towards them
Kagura and Mash ran in different directions to dodge the attacks, with Mash doing somersaults while he jogged at Jellal, and Kagura jumping and gliding for small time frames using her gravity magic. The two crossed paths, getting ready to hit Jellal but he suddenly blasted them with a light ball, pushing them away, but Mash grabbed the ball and punched it, dissipating it and causing Erza to stare at them in shock
"That attack was weaker than the others. Are you holding back because you are scared of destroying your tower?" Kagura asked while dusting off her kimono
"Don't get cocky!" Jellal screamed and hit them with an air blast, blowing them away
The two flew back, but while flying, Mash flipped up and got in a running position, Kagura saw that and also flipped, getting ready to run at Jellal
"Hamstring Magic: Big Bang Dash." Mash said
In the second he touched the floor he dashed at Jellal, the startup being so strong he cracked the entire floor and made a hole where he began, causing Kagura to widen her eyes in shock before shaking her head and running at Jellal right after
"My tower that I spent eight years building!" Jellal yelled
"They are actually planning on destroying the tower…" Erza said to herself
Jellal blocked a punch from Mash using one hand, and right after he grabbed Kagura's sheathed sword with his other hand, pushing both of them away using air magic, growling at them in anger
"Tsk…" Kagura felt dizzy but shook her head, giving her face tiny slaps to continue awake while Mash was looking uncharacteristically beat up
"Those two are very hurt… Kagura is barely able to keep up…" Erza thought
"Unforgivable! That's it! You two die now!" Jellal screamed as he began to charge another spell, a massive wind blowing them back, stopping even Mash from moving
"Ah, sand got in my eyes…" Mash said while rubbing his eyes
"This spell gives me an awful feeling… And the shadows are being pulled into it… That means…" Kagura widened her eyes when she saw what was being formed in Jellal's hands "A black hole!?"
"Fall into eternal darkness!" Jellal screamed
Erza felt her body regain her movement, it seems like Jellal had to undo the snake bind to gather the power for this spell, this made Erza able to get up and run at them, putting herself in front of Mash and Kagura in a protective manner
"Erza!?" Kagura yelled
"Are you going to kill me!?" Erza screamed, making Jellal glance at her "Zeref's revival needs a sacrifice to be turned into his new body! Right?"
"Indeed, it needs a sacrifice of a body in the same level as the wizard saints. But at this point I don't care if it's you or not! I'm smashing you all to bits!" Jellal screamed while his spell got larger and more powerful, sucking more and more light in
"Erza! Get out of the way!" Kagura screamed
"Don't worry. I'll protect you." Erza said with a smile
Mash tried to act, trying to grab Erza and Kagura to get out of the way of the attack
"Altairis!" Jellal screamed and blasted the attack at them
Not even Mash was fast enough to dodge that, however, he did see someone running in and getting right in front of the attack. With the attack hitting all of them covered their faces, feeling the massive impact pushing them back slightly. When they opened their eyes they all also widened them, seeing Simon standing right in front of them, having taken the full force of the attack head on
"Simon…" Erza said in shock
Simon grunted in pain before falling down, a small smile being on his face
"SIMON!" Kagura screamed and ran up to her brother's side, Erza coming right after being followed by Mash
"Oh? So this little bug was still crawling around?" Jellal said in a smug way
"What are you doing here? Why didn't you escape!?" Erza yelled while Kagura was doing her best to try and find a way to help him
"Oh, good… I was wondering when I would be of some help…" Simon said weakly
"Don't speak! It will make your situation worse! Let me handle this!" Kagura said in a panicked and rushed voice
"Hehe… And you always said I was the soft one…" Simon said, putting a hand on his sister's face "It's okay…"
"Simon…" Kagura looked at him and began crying
"Kagura… All of those years where I didn't know what really happened to you were horrible, but now… Seeing how much you've grown and matured… I'm proud of you… And I'm happy that I was able to see you one last time…" Simon said, also crying while looking at his sister. Moving his focus then to Erza who was looking completely stunned at this, her brain still processing what just happened "And Erza… Before I… I just need you to know that… I love you…"
"No! Wait! Big brother!" Kagura began to panic, trying to keep her brother alive
But it was in vain… The life vanished from Simon's eyes as his hand left Kagura's face. Erza then was the next to cry, screaming to the heavens as her friend, who had just confessed to her, died in her arms… And Kagura was not doing much better
"BIG BROOOOTHER!", Kagura screamed, putting her hands on her head as she looked down, tears falling non-stop from her face
"HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!" And while the two were stricken by grief, Jellal laughed "Pathetic! How utterly useless! Now that's what I call dying in vain! Simon died accomplishing nothing, just like how he lived! Nothing has changed, none of you are leaving this tower alive!"
Mash glared at Jellal, being ready to go and punch his entire jaw off so he'd finally shut up, but before he could do that he heard something coming from Kagura
"Jellal… Jellal… Jellal…" the samurai gritted her teeth, gripping her sword as a read aura began to emanate from it "I'll kill… kill… killkillkillkillkillkillkillkillkillkillkillkillkill!"
Kagura seemed to be spiraling into insanity, her sword glowing more and more as she got up, grabbing it's hilt and looking at Jellal with a death glare

Innocent, who was seeing everything through a special lacryma created by his children, smirked, seeing how he was indeed correct
"It seems this worked. The legendary sword Archenemy is also a cursed sword. I made it so. The curse being that in a time of great grief and hatred the sword will grant great power to the user, but in return, will corrupt its user into wishing nothing more than the death of their target." Innocent smirked, laughing a little while seeing the situation in action "But, it also has an interesting effect when paired up with the demon heart. It makes them remain cognitive but it makes their bloodlust even greater. The perfect situation to create the perfect weapon for my plans"

Kagura was glaring at Jellal, various red cracks appearing through her arm and going through her body, going down her legs and darkening them, the curse running through her veins until it got to her face, the crack going into one if her eyes and turning it completely red, her normally purplish hair turning white as she took a step forward
"Jellal…" Kagura said like a wild animal ready to catch their prey "I'LL KILL YOU!"
Kagura then pulled her sword out of it's sheath, causing a massive burst of red magic to fly at Jellal, causing him to widen his eyes and dodge the attack using Meteor, moving away at the speed of light
"What the!?" Jellal screamed, seeing the blast go further away into the horizon, creating a massive slash in the tower and on the ocean below just with the pressure of the attack
"JELLAL!" Kagura screamed, charging at him with her sword drawn, her blade shining with a red aura
Jellal gritted his teeth as Kagura approached, this sudden anger outburst had left her sloppy but extremely powerful, so Jellal managed to dodge her without much issue
"Kagura…" Erza said in shock, she couldn't believe what just happened to her old friend
"Out of my way already!" Jellal screamed, blasting a light beam at Kagura, hitting her straight in the eye
Kagura screamed in pain and took a step back, before growling and charging at him again, sending a massive magic slash in his direction making him dodge to the side, her regeneration being able to heal her eye in no time
"That's enough." a voice said out of nowhere
Kagura felt a great pressure on her body before starting to fall down, her body having exhausted itself already thanks to her trying too hard on the offensive. The space cracking below her as she fell into a different dimension
"Kagura!" Erza yelled for her friend, seeing her go away
The space then fixed itself, making it so Kagura was also out of the fight. Jellal was breathing heavily thanks to the sheer shock of what had just happened, he had no idea Kagura was actually that powerful…
"Well, that's one less annoyance to deal with anyway…" Jellal said as Mash appeared right besides him
Mash tried to punch Jellal in the face, only for him to grab his hand without even looking at him, making Mash widen his eyes
"I'm done playing with you." Jellal said and punched Mash in the face, sending him flying away
Mash spat out blood, causing Erza to widen her eyes, and as Mash fell on the ground everyone there realized something… Mash had been knocked out!
"Mash…" Erza widened her eyes. Mash had lost, the person who was able to go somewhat toe to toe with her and Laxus was just knocked out right in front of her
"Tsk, now that he's down, I should get going with the sacrifice quickly before more of the tower ends up destro-" Jellal began to walk up to Erza before
"Uh… That's the first time I took a nap like this…" Mash got up, being only knocked out for a moment
"Do you just not know when to quit!?" Jellal said while looking at with anger in his eyes, this was just getting ridiculous at this point
"Yeah… I'm not very good at that…" Mash said while looking down, moving his hands to his wrists and beginning to grab something "Sorry about this dad…"

Mash's dad had sit down in front of him, giving him a pair of wristbands inside of a box
"Mash, your muscles have become so strong they are out of control. You need to use these super heavy wristbands to contain your power. I'm sorry but it's the only way." He explained to Mash "And please remember, never remove these wristbands unless completely necessary. Or else someone could get seriously hurt."

"But I'll use my full power for this one." Mash said making Jellal and Erza widen their eyes
"He was holding back this entire time!?" they both thought at the same time
Mash grabbed his wristbands, removing them and throwing them to his sides, everything began to move in slow motion at that point
"Weights? He thinks removing some simple weights is going to make a difference in this fight?" Jellal thought in a cocky way
Mash's hair stood up and his skin darkened, the weights moving slowly towards the ground until they hit, causing two massive explosions that shook the entire tower to its core, making Jellal and Erza widen their eyes in complete shock, even more since Mash had just disappeared
"Full Muscles Magic." Mash's voice came from behind Jellal, making the man stand there in a cold sweat "Unlimited Physical Mode."
Jellal immediately turned around and tried to hit Mash with a punch, but Mash just appeared behind him once again. Jellal tried to hit him again but Mash once again appeared behind him, this time doing a double peace sign. Jellal then tried again, this time managing to see Mash, only to be punched in the face by him
"Unlimited Triceps Magic: Bazuka Strike." Mash said as Jellal was sent flying, crashing into a pillar of the tower and getting right inside of it, as if he had fused with the lacryma
"W-what!?" Jellal said, putting a hand on his face and seeing blood coming out of his nose, his eyes trembling as he looked at Mash in pure shock
"Just one punch already made Jellal bleed!?" Erza gaped in shock
"What? Are you scared? Well, since you like Zeref so much…" Mash said while cracking his knuckles "Why don't you pray for him to come save you?"
And the two final battles begin, Ryoh vs Necross/Adam and UPM Mash vs Jellal!
Kagura's corruption was inspired by Corrupted Kagura in the mobile fairy tail game
Mashle season 2 ep 7 review, OH MY GOD I LOVED IT! Lance's looked kinda weird but the fight itself made me all lovey dovey, in the begining we get some Innocent Zero moments, he is also voiced by Urahara so that's fun, and then we get back to the fight, where we get Mash becoming deaf and then recovering right after, dodgin sound cuz he is just like that and the Margaret's transformation, that tried to educe Mash and almost made Lemon have a heart attack, the jabait was very cool, and Mash got Margaret into his harem, how fun! And we also got Innocent appearing and doing the reveal and Walhberg will start fighting him in hte next episode! Oh hell yeah! Shit began to going crazy now!
Ultear: Jellal, if you fought Mash, who would win? Him or you?
Jellal: Well, if he used his full power, he may cause me a little trouble.
Ultear: But would you lose?
Jellal: Nah, I'd win.
*cuts to Jellal shoved into a pillar with Mash flying by moving his legs super fast*
Mash: Throught heaven and earth, I along am the muscled one.
Erza: What just happened...?
