Little late I l know. I uploaded it and did my usual skimming through, and I just had to make a few last minute changes that I think made it better.

CHAPTER 32: REGRETS

'Not bad for my new design.' Izuku smiled as he finished his latest blueprint for the Infinity Gauntlet. He'd gone through several different designs, all part of the process of making it work how he needed it to work. All of his other blueprints were horribly flawed, so his current idea was leaning more towards the nervous system of his body rather than genetic manipulation.

'This will show them. It will show them all.' His green eyes had a mad obsessed gleam in them. With the power that he imagined the gauntlet would grant him, he would be the greatest hero in the world. A hero that could save every innocent life. A hero that could defeat any villain no matter how strong or what their quirk was.

Part of him had to wonder if he was only doing this out of spite. Izuku still wanted to help people. It was just in his nature to help in any way that he could. Sadly no one wanted his help. In fact some people won't even let him help. With the vast power of his gauntlet they would get it regardless. Allmight was wrong about him. He could be a hero and he would be better than him. He was wrong.

Izuku sat in his office as he finished reminiscing about a time that felt so long ago. It seemed like ages that he was a weak quirkless nothing with pathetic delusions of being a hero.

"Izuku its time." He spun around in his chair to see Uraraka standing in the doorway.

"Yeah I know." Izuku stood up and walked over to her. He stopped when she raised her hand in the air, silently telling him to halt. Ochako reached for his tie and undid it.

"You're a highly skilled super genius, yet you still can't properly do a neck tie?" She smiled as she tied it correctly for him.

"No one's good at everything." Izuku chuckled, slightly embarrassed. Once finished she nodded at her work and took a moment to admire how handsome he looked in his cool gray from fitting suit. "Shall we go now?" Last he heard the stadium just opened and started allowing people in. It would be filled in hour.

"Gather the others. We're leaving in twenty minutes." He ordered. The brown haired girl silently nodded her head and turned around to go get Todoroki and Iida. They should have finished putting on their gear by now. He's going to need all hands on deck for tonight.

U.A. PRINCIPAL'S OFFICE

"Are you ready?" Nezu asked. Toshinori nodded his head. He stood there in a baggy brown trench coat that was used to hide his hero costume underneath it.

"Yes I am." He was conserving his strength as much as possible. That was what allowed him to defeat All for One the last time he fought after all. "This madness ends today."

"Remember stay in the crowd and don't make a move until I get into Midoriya's files." The principal reminded. "I'll give the signal then you can take him. While that's happening I'll post everything illegal that I found all over the internet and his reputation will be ruined"

"Thank you." Toshinori bowed gratefully at him. "Whatever happens tonight you've been a great friend and ally."

"Good luck Allmight. You'll always be the symbol of peace. Never forget that." Nezu gave him a respectful bow in return. With one last look the hero stepped out of the office and made his way to the main entrance with his disguise on. There was someone that noticed him leave though. Someone who saw through the getup and followed after him.

"Allmight!" The gaunt man paused when he heard the call. Spinning around he saw young Bakugou there staring at him. The explosive blonde had been sitting outside. He couldn't stand to be in the common room with the rest of his classmates as they prepared to watch Deku's live presentation.

"Young Bakugou? You shouldn't be out past curfew." The older man chastised.

"Where are you going?" It was then that he noticed the classic hero costume the man was sporting underneath the shady trench coat. "You're leaving to go fight Deku aren't you." He quickly put two and two together.

"If by Deku you mean Izuku Midoriya then yes…I am going to stop him." The entire staff had already been filled in on the terrible history between the two boys. Personally he found what the blonde did to Midoriya was despicable. However he was a teacher and Toshinori had promised to guide all of his students down the right path of heroics regardless of their past mistakes. Of all his students Bakugou obviously needed that guidance the most.

"Take me with you." The boy suddenly demanded. "I can fight. I can help." Toshinori paused and looked at the boy. He very clearly wanted to help him, but that was not something he could allow.

"Look Young Bakugou I appreciate the offer, but I can't let you risk your life." He told the boy honestly.

"Do you hate me Allmight?" Bakugou asked, head down as he clenched his fists. Toshinori's eyes widened at the question in surprise.

"What makes you think that?"

"Deku said that your fight with the boss of the league weakened you. If it wasn't for me getting kidnapped by those freaks you wouldn't have had to fight that guy." Bakugou tilted his head up to look him in the eyes. "Do you hate me for making you weaker?"

"Young Bakugou." Toshinori sighed. "You didn't do anything wrong." He told the boy. After careful consideration he decided to let Katsuki know the truth about his quirk and the history behind it. He'd rather have one more person know his secret than let the blonde go on thinking he'd ruined the career of the number one hero.

"So your quirk is passed on from person to person." Bakugou summed up.

"That's right." Allmight confirmed.

"And Deku managed to find a way to steal it and put into his stone." Bakugou fumed at that. "Not only that but he's also in possession of your enemy's quirk All for One."

"Yeah, that's what makes him so formidable right now." Allmight nodded at him.

"Now you're going to go kick his ass in public to get everyone back on your side and put the nerd away forever." He wasn't even considering the possibility that Allmight could lose this fight. It didn't matter how much power Deku stole. Heroes always defeat the villains and that's just how the world works.

"It's not about getting the public on my side. It's about stopping Midoriya before he goes too far." Toshinori corrected. He no longer care much for public opinion. That's what cost him nearly everything in the first place.

"Take me with you. I can help." Bakugou wanted to be there to stop Deku.

"Young Bakugou, I can't ask you to risk your life." He was interrupted when the boy fumed.

"I signed up for that when I got into this damn school!" Katsuki shouted. Toshinori placed a skinny hand on the blonde's shoulder.

"Young Bakugou stay here. Become a great hero, be better than me and better than who you used to be." He didn't leave any room for argument. Only giving the boy one last smile before he placed his hat on and left the school grounds leaving a stunned young man who couldn't get over this terrible feeling he had that something awful was going to happen tonight. Bakugou wasn't sure if he was going crazy or not. It's not like Deku could actually beat Allmight. Though just to be on the safe side, he would make sure for himself that the hero would win.

LATER-CORUSCANT STADIUM

The entire complex was massive and highly advanced. Toshinori had seen it all before already. He attended several important events and received several awards in the past. Back then he was so happy and proud to come here. Now he felt like he was marching to war and this place would become the battlefield. Mixing in with crowd Toshinori glanced worriedly at all the civilians that would be attending this presentation. The place was used for sporting events so it had armor plating and shields that lined the walls that separated the arena from the stadium seating.

As the gaunt man walked through the entrance he made sure to have a glance around for anyone who might be working for Midoriya. Especially that masked operative that they were almost positive was the hero killer. Surprisingly he didn't see anyone that looked remotely suspicious. Just the normal security guards that worked the stadium. Toshinori didn't even see of the boy's Titan robots around.

"Oh excuse me!" A woman bumped into him almost falling to the floor, but the hero in disguise reached out and stopped her with a hand on her wrist. "Sorry I wasn't watching where I was going." She smiled apologetically.

"It's alright." He took a quick once over of her. An average looking dark haired woman, nothing at all suspicious, so he decided to let her go and continue further to where people were being seated for the show. Had he paid further attention he would have seen the woman's devilish smirk behind his back. She turned around and faded into the crowd before pressing a finger to the communicator in her ear.

"He's here, just like you said." She whispered.

"Good work Himiko." A voice on the other end replied back with an amused tone.

Back with Allmight he was directed to an aisle seat somewhere in the upper area giving him a good view of the central arena. He could see a stage set up at the north end, with a large screen behind it and a podium placed in front. Toshinori guessed that's where Midoriya would be and already started making plans for how to approach this.

About ten minutes later the last few attendees were seated, completely filling the stadium. Then the arena brightened up with lights as the stadium lights dimmed down into darkness. The skinny blonde man watched as a portal opened up on the stage and out walked three people that had the disguised hero paling.

First was Ochako Uraraka. She was decked out in white body armor with something on her back that resembled folded up metal wings. Her forehead and sides of her head were protected by a special helmet that left her face open and her brown hair loose. There was also what looked like a pink transparent lens that covered her left eye built into the helmet.

Next was something that greatly resembled the hero costume of another former class 1-A student. This one Toshinori knew was Tenya Iida. His new knight-like armor was mostly white with silver accents and lacked a cape. There were armored silver guards on the front of his shins that were most likely used to increase his damage potential with his kicks. There was also a blue lens that covered his left eye built into his helmet like Uraraka's.

Next Shoto Todoroki, son of the now disgraced and quirkless former number two hero Endeavor, stepped through the portal. The only white armor he wore covered his chest, shins and forearms. The rest of his legs and arms were covered by a gray body suit that was made for movement. Todoroki wore a thick white scarf draped around his collar and shoulders that obscured the lower half of his face, the ends of which fell behind him like two long tails. On his back rested two metallic sheaths that contained what Allmight assumed were swords. Shoto didn't wear a helmet like the other two, but there attached two a device on his ear was a red lens that covered his left eye.

Finally Izuku Midoriya walked out of the portal, closing it behind him. Unlike his new followers he was not equipped for battle. Then again with that Infinity Gauntlet strapped firmly to his left arm, he didn't need armor. Instead he was dressed in his usual light gray suit, with a black button down shirt underneath and dark green tie that matched his hair. The crowd fell into silence upon seeing the director of the Hero Regulation Department. Izuku smiled and walked up to the podium.

"Good evening everyone I'm happy so many wonderful citizens could make it here to this defining moment." Allmight silently observed him and the three out of four former U.A students that fell prey to his manipulations.

MEANWHILE-BACK AT U.A

'Alright let's see what we got here.' Nezu took another heavy sip of his tea as he finally gained access to what he was looking for. The classified government files that pertain to the Hero Regulation Department. Breaking into it was no easy feat. The government connections he had only got him so far. Deeper restricted files were off limits to someone with his level of access.

'We have the deal between Geonosis Tech and the H.R.D for the rights to the Titan design.' He read through the different files. It seems that company got a large sum of money as fair compensation, issued by Midoriya himself and approved by the Prime Minister himself. That wasn't incriminating, just typical government funded weapons commissions. Sadly no information about the gauntlet that gave Midoriya has power. It seemed the highest authorities didn't know or understand how it worked and the boy wouldn't be foolish enough to keep any records detailing how he created it.

"K.O.B Training Plan?" The talking animal found a rather interesting file. This one contained data on three former U.A. students. He sighed sadly thinking how they lost such promising young heroes in training. The files concerning them consisted of information the school already had.

'What's this?' Nezu noticed a file that looked highly restricted. This one was labeled 'Secret Operatives'. Now that sounded exactly like what he was looking for. With a little effort he was able to break into this locked file, not yet seeing the lure that was dangled in front of him. When the principal opened it he didn't see any information, instead there was only a video. He opened it. An action Nezu would soon come to regret.

"Hello." The video opened to Izuku Midoriya sitting at his desk. "Snooping through some files I see." The white creature's eyes widened. "Before you start panicking it's important that you know this is just a video recording." That didn't calm Nezu down in the slightest. "Hmmm! Let's deduce whose probably watching this video. The only one with access to these files are the prime minister and myself. The only person with the intellect and reason to break into this is most likely that rodent principal of U.A... Probably looking for something incriminating that can be used against me or info about my future plans isn't that right Mister Nezu." He glared sharply into the camera making the well-dressed animal swallow nervously.

"When will you people get it through your thick skulls?" Izuku leaned closer. "You can't beat me at this game I started. While the rest of you were living it up with your quirks and fulfilling your dreams. I who was ignored and shunned, sitting in the back of the room had nothing but time to not only figure out the key to limitless power, but also I how to use it." He snapped at the screen. "I planned out every move I would make once I had the completed gauntlet, and I even planned out what people like you and Allmight would do to try and stop me." He smirked at the camera. "Speaking of Allmight I need to go and get ready for the big show." That was the last thing he said before the video ended. The principal paled when he realized the implications of that. It seems the presentation at the stadium was indeed a trap. He had to warn Allmight. Grabbing his phone he immediately tried to call the man. After a few rings it answered.

"Allmight listen you need to…" He was interrupted by the sound of a giggling school girl.

"I'm sorry Allmight can't come to the phone now, but if you'd like to leave a message I'll be sure that he gets it." The voice of Himiko Toga said on the other line before laughing again and hanging up. In a panic Nezu was about to call the other teachers but quickly stopped himself. If U.A faculty members showed up to help Allmight, then the consequences could be disastrous politically speaking. Midoriya probably already knew that. No, he definitely knew that. This was all planned out to the exact detail, just like he said.

'There is one person I can call.' Nezu realized. He just hoped they got there in time.

BACK AT THE STADIUM

"We are on the precipice of a new era." Izuku said to the audience. "For too long we were comfortable with good enough, but good enough is longer going to cut it in this day and age. We can't rely on media addicted celebrities, abusive power hungry fools, and old weak men who all pretend to be heroes." He paused as he looked out into the stands. Allmight could swear he was looking directly at him, but there was no way he could see that far. "We need something more, something better. We all deserve better." At the other end of the arena, the doors opened and a large silhouette could be seen standing in the entry way. "This is the first step." He told the audience who all watched with curiosity and intrigue. Walking into the center of the arena they all finally got a good look at it. The machine stood tall and bulky, very similar to the size and shape of the number one hero. The robot was covered in small hexagonal scales that must have been its armor. The head was human shaped, lacked a mouth and had two horns jutting out from the sides. When the spot lights hit the robot its silver armor sparkled brightly.

"In ancient Greek mythology there was a deity that inflicted divine punishment on those who committed evil deeds." Izuku explained as he smiled at the approaching masterpiece that he and Mei created. "I give you Nemesis, our new symbol of peace that will protect our society until a human hero can rise to position."

'So that's his plan.' Allmight realized that Midoriya was attempting to replace him in every sense of the word. It was a good plan, he could admit that, but a soulless machine could never be a substitute for a real hero. Midoriya seemed to understand that, hence why he implied this Nemesis robot was only temporary.

"Nemesis is the ultimate culmination of technology and proper hero ideology." Izuku began as the robot stopped walking to stand in front of the stage. "Unlike Allmight, Nemesis won't lie to you all and isn't limited by old age. This is how justice will be delivered to the villains of this world." The robot turned around to face away from Izuku, tipped and bowed to the audience as it was programmed to do. The entire stadium applauded, clearly impressed by the machine and Midoriya's statement.

"For years our so called symbol of peace lied to us about his own power. By doing so he led us all astray thinking that only those born with great power can be heroes." Izuku looked around the stadium at those in attendance. "I say to you all now. Power does not make a hero, it is people that make heroes." He said with conviction. "We create our heroes, therefore we have a responsibility to make sure the right candidates are elevated to the positions. No more frauds, no more liars. This time we will do things right." Izuku paused as the audience applauded him. They were all in agreement at what he was saying.

Allmight reached for his phone wondering why Nezu hadn't given him the signal yet. When he didn't find it he figured it probably fell out of his pocket when he bumped into that random woman. He couldn't wait any longer though. It was now or never. Just as Toshinori was about to stand up and make his way to the arena Midoriya spoke again.

"Allmight is here among us right now." The crowd began murmuring all around. "I invite him to come forward and join me here in the arena. Come Allmight and face your lies and deceit."

'So this was all a trap.' That didn't really surprise Toshinori that much. Midoriya had already proven his ability to out think those who stood against him time and time again. Not wasting anymore time he stood up from his seat.

"There you are." Izuku whispered to himself as the spotlights turned and pointed directly at the man as he stood up. Toshinori took his hat off revealing his gaunt face. The audience gasped at seeing the hero once revered by all. He started walking down the steps towards the arena. Izuku's green eyes watched him every step of the way. Mouth crooked in a pleased smirk.

Allmight finally reached the bottom and stepped out into the open field, making his way to stand several yards away from the stage Midoriya and the three former students stood upon.

"Please Allmight is there anything you wish to say to the public? Anything you want to apologize for or own up to? Now's your chance to clear the air." Allmight simply stared at him in silence. What would it matter what he said to the public? Actions speak louder than words anyway. However, he would still say his piece.

"You've done enough Midoriya. This is enough now. You need to stop before this goes too far." Toshinori told him.

"Enough? Who are you to decide when I've done enough?" Izuku said into the microphone so everyone could hear. "All I'm trying to do is improve society and give the world the true heroes that we deserve. What are exactly are you doing here?"

"I'm putting an end to this once and for all." Toshinori took off the trench coat revealing the baggy hero costume underneath. The audience gasped again. Izuku couldn't suppress the smirk on his face. This was exactly what he wanted.

"Well I refuse to stand down and you refuse to let me accomplish my goal of improving society. So the only solution is of course…violence." The green haired teen sighed before looking out at the stands. "I would like to ask all of you to leave Coruscant Stadium for your own safety. Please leave in an orderly fashion and remember who it was that came here looking to start a fight." Allmight narrowed his eyes at him. This must have been part of his plan to turn more of the public against him. The hero just stood there while Todoroki, Iida and Uraraka left to go help evacuate the stands leaving just the two of them alone to simply stare at one another quietly.

The robot that Izuku presented had made its way to stand behind him. Not that Allmight cared for another mechanical monstrosity that the boy invented. It took a good fifteen minutes till the stadium was cleared of innocent bystanders. Toshinori took that moment to finally speak again.

"Thank you for letting the people leave." The hero could thank the boy for having the decency to let the people who were not involved in this get to safety.

"I like to try and reduce collateral damage whenever possible." Izuku explained. "The cameras are still running so everyone will still get to see this moment. There won't be any audio though so you can speak freely." He smirked down from his podium at the hero who still had yet to change his form. "Go on Allmight. Tell me how much you hate me."

"I don't hate you Midoriya." The gaunt man said honestly.

"Really?" Now that threw Izuku through a loop. "I stole One for All from you and acquired All for One. I revealed your secret to the world and still you don't hate me?"

"Of course not. I understand why you did all this. I was in your shoes once." Allmight stopped when the boy glared at him.

"No you weren't. You got lucky Allmight." He snapped. "You got lucky that you met Nana Shimura and she took pity on you and made you the next inheritor of One for All. What about the rest of the quirkless trash of society? Where's our chance?"

"I know I made a mistake! I get that now!" The hero shouted. "I promise things will be different from now on." He clenched his fists tightly as he spoke. "I promise I won't let the world fall back into what it was. The world that hurt you and others like you."

"You had your chance!" Izuku spat. "Now it's my turn!"

"I'm warning you now Midoriya." Allmight looked at him. "If you don't come quietly." His body suddenly buffed up into his larger than life muscular form, filling out his hero costume in the process. "I won't hold back."

"Is that a threat?" Izuku cocked his head. "Did you just threaten the director of the Hero Regulation Department?"

"What do you think?" Allmight bent at the knees preparing to leap at him.

In the now empty stands Iida stood watching vigilantly. Above the stadium Uraraka hovered with her mechanical wings, keeping a birds eye view of the eminent battle that was about to take place. In one of the skybox rooms, Stain, Dabi and Himiko also observed with great interest. Neither Izuku nor Allmight made a move yet. The tension finally built to a climax as the hero dashed through the air, clearing the distance between them in a second. Raising his fist he swallowed his guilt and prepared to deal a crushing blow to the boy's smirking face. He would have if his wrist wasn't suddenly caught by a silver mechanical hand equal to his in size, stopping his knuckles inches from Midoriya's freckled cheeks. He wasn't harmed in the slightest, but the wind was kicked up, blowing his messy green hair back and messed up his tie.

"Oh dear." Izuku began looking at the man's caught fist. "It appears someone wasn't paying attention to my little presentation." Allmight's surprised eyes followed the metal hand to see that it was the robot Midoriya built to replace him as the symbol of peace. "Allow me to reintroduce you. Allmight say hello to Nemesis." Izuku quickly fixed his tie as Nemesis turned its metal body and threw the hero back across the arena with shocking force. Toshinori actually had to dig his heals into the pavement to keep from going any further. Nemesis stepped between one of its two creators and the hero that tried to hurt him, stomping its big metal foot in an intimidating display.

"You're going to have a machine fight me again?" Allmight silently fumed. This was not how he wanted this to go down. He had conserved as much of his limited strength as possible for his fight against Midoriya. He couldn't be wasting it on this bucket of bolts.

"What better way to display what Nemesis can do by pitting him against the hero turned villain Allmight." He said pointedly.

"I'm not a villain!" Toshinori argued back.

"You are now!" Izuku accused. "You made a conscious effort to attack a government official. The cameras are televising all of this live." He couldn't help but chuckled at the situation his enemy found himself in. "Even if you defeat Nemesis and by some stretch of a miracle defeat me, you'll be publically despised by everyone. Those with weak quirks already don't like you anymore, the quirkless absolutely loath you, but right now the rest of society is merely wary of you, but still holding on to the idea of you." The gauntlet user explained. "The only way this society can move on is if we learn to let go of this image of Allmight being a perfect hero. Tonight that image will be destroyed, by either me or yourself." Now Toshinori understood what this was about. If he defeats Midoriya he loses and if Midoriya defeats him he also loses. He couldn't even run away, because that would also destroy his image. This was checkmate in Izuku's Midoriya's game.

"It doesn't matter what happens to me today." Allmight suddenly said. "You can destroy my reputation, you can ruin my image, but there will be someone who can take up the mantle of symbol of peace." He stated proudly. Mirio Togata would take his place. That boy carried something greater than one for all or even his quirk permeation. One of his only regrets was that he didn't make the decision to make the boy his successor sooner. Now he had to deal with his other regret that was standing before him.

"Allmight!" Oh no. He recognized that voice. Turning around he spotted Bakugou at the entrance to the arena decked out in his full hero costume and gear. What was he doing here? He didn't have to time to think as the blonde launched himself with his explosions across the field. He was stopped by a suddenly wall of fire that divided the arena and cut him off from helping the hero. "What the hell!?"

"Oh this is just perfect!" Izuku celebrated this unexpected turn of events. "Sorry Katsuki Bakugou, but you weren't invited to this show! However if you want to fight someone I know someone that can oblige you!" As he said that Bakugou noticed a figure standing amidst the flames slowly moving towards him. Todoroki stepped out of his own wall of scalding fire.

"You shouldn't be here Bakugou." Todoroki glared at him hatefully.

"Icey Hot!" Katsuki spat. "So you threw yourself in with Deku too!"

"I don't see how that's any of your business." The two tone haired boy replied as he walked closer. Patches of ice forming on the ground with every step. "I can't allow you to interfere. If you don't leave then I'm placing you under arrest."

"Yeah! You just try!" Bakugou took a stance that said he was ready to fight. Todoroki reached behind his back and pulled his two swords from their sheaths.

'Allmight and Bakugou, the two I hate the most together in one place.' Izuku was so pleased at this. He really wanted an excuse to properly punish Bakugou, but sadly U.A was doing everything in their power to keep the boy in check. Now that he'd finally stepped out of line Izuku had a justifiable reason to take his quirk. All he had to do was sit back, watch and wait for Fahrenheit to take him down.

TODOROKI VS BAKUGOU

Icey mist formed on the blade of Shoto's right sword, while glowing embers poured from his left. Bakugou didn't waste any time and blasted towards him. He needed to finish this quickly and go on to help Allmight. The man could only fight for a short time. He knew that now.

'A straight forward attack.' Todoroki figured he'd start with that. The scouter device also warned him that his quirk was about to flare up, giving him a quick read out of his level. Swinging his right sword he threw an arc of ice at the blonde.

'Shit!' Bakugou silently cursed as he barely dodged the blast. He noted that the ice had gotten faster, or perhaps the swords were enhancing his quirk. Either way it looks like he had gotten a lot better since their match at the sports festival.

"Eat this!" Bakugou maneuvered around the ice and tried to blow his opponent up, only to meet something solid that protected him. Holding his sword out defensively he generated a shield made of ice around the blade. Todoroki thrust his left sword over his shield, shooting a spear of fire at Katsuki. The attack barely missed the blonde, whose eyes widened in shock at the new move. Bakugou then decided to get in close. He hated to admit it, but Icey Hot outclassed him in the range department.

'Got him.' The whole point of these distance attacks was to bring the other in close. Now he would show him just how much his close range combat had improved. Bakugou was caught by surprise when Todoroki swung his dual blades at him with grace and precision. All that sword training with the hero killer paid off. Katsuki ducked and weaved around the swings, using his grenade gauntlets to parry some of the blows. Now this was new and something he didn't expect from the dual quirk user. It seemed he was just as dangerous up close as he was from a distance.

'Quick little bastard!' Bakugou gritted his teeth and fired an explosion directly at the ground between them. Dust and debris was kicked up obscuring both of their vision. Or so Bakugou thought. Little did he know the scouter equipped over Todoroki's left eye tracked him through the smoke. All Bakugou saw was the swing of a red glowing blade that tore through the cloud, splitting it in half. He couldn't dodge in time and the flat side of the weapon collided with his face.

"Dammit!" Katsuki cursed as he was knocked back. He had to get those weapons away from Icey Hot, then he would have an easier time laying into him. Pulling the pin of his right gauntlet he aimed it directly at Todoroki and fired.

"Hm." Shoto didn't even flinch at the massive explosion headed towards him. He merely channeled as much of his fire as he could into his left sword and swung it in a downward arc. His flames completely overwhelmed Bakugou destructive blast, absorbing it and continuing on to the blonde opponent.

"Gah!" Katsuki shouted as he was blown away. His back crashed painfully against the wall of the arena behind him. Todoroki slowly walked towards him creating large barriers of ice to the left and right sides to cut off any attempts to flee and keep him cornered. He didn't even turn around when a shockwave from the other fight blew his wall of flames away.

"You know…you remind me a lot of my father." Shoto remarked as he watched the other teen stand back up on his legs. "You're just as self-centered and egotistical as he was. As a matter of fact I think you're worse than him."

"Yeah! And what do you know!?" Bakugou panted as he steadied himself.

"Midoriya told me everything about you." Todoroki narrowed his bicolored gaze at him. "Your no hero, you're just bully, picking on those weaker than you for no other reason than you simple can. Even now you're probably just here for yourself, you don't care about anything else."

'He's right isn't he?' Katsuki could hear Deku's voice inside his head again. 'Selfish and arrogant. The idiots who worshipped you built you into this spoiled little brat, but where are they now?' The voice mocked him. 'That's right. Welcome to real world Kacchan!' Maybe they were right about him. Maybe in the real world he didn't actually have anyone. However Katsuki thought back to Kirishima. Sure he praised him all the time, but he wasn't afraid to speak his mind and tell him when he was doing something wrong or unmanly. His initial reaction was of course to blow up on him, but the red head always brushed it off and took everything in strides with a sharp toothed smile on his face. He was probably the first real friend he had since he kicked Deku out of his circle years ago for being quirkless. An action which he regretted now.

'I let down the last friend I had.' Bakugou looked at the ground in shame. What was the point of winning when there was no one there who wanted you to win in the first place? He really was alone, but that didn't mean he would stop fighting and let Deku run the world the way he wanted.

"Just shut up!" Bakugou growled. "I didn't come here to be lectured by one of Deku's lap dogs!" Stomping his feet he bent forward and launched himself through the air, doing several flips through the air to dodge the flames and flying icicles. He landed behind Todoroki and grabbed one of the ends of his scarf to yank him off his feet. Katsuki followed up by nailing him in the back with several explosions.

"Keh!" Shoto had his breath knocked out of him. He lost his grip on his ice sword as he was slammed face forward into the ground. The blonde placed his boot down on Shoto's left wrist to prevent him from swinging his fire sword and pin him in place. Bakugou was about to finish him off with a quick knockout, but he forgot for a moment that Todoroki could still use his quirk even with his swords. The bicolored teen slammed his right hand down on the ground to generate a pillar of ice that shot up to slam into explosive teen's surprised face and off of him.

Shoto flipped over and formed more ice beneath him to quickly put himself back on his feet. He wouldn't give Bakugou a chance to recover this time. Discarding his weapons he leaped forward, creating more ice around his armored gauntlet and using it to deck the blonde in the stomach hard. He followed up with a few kicks and then tanked a few more point blank explosions before fire punching Katsuki across the ground with his other fist and into the wall again.

"Fuck!" Bakugou coughed and panted. A shadow cast over him as Todoroki grabbed him by the throat. Red eyes glared into dual colored ones as ice quickly encased him from the neck down before letting him go. The blonde was completely imprisoned leaving only his snarling head free to shout obscenities. Shoto didn't care. He merely turned around, picked up his fallen swords and returned them to the sheathes on his back. Wiping a bit of blood from his brow he turned around to watch the conclusion of Allmight's battle.

ALLMIGHT VS NEMESIS

"Oh my! You seem to be stuck between a rock and hard place Allmight." Izuku grinned as he leaned forward to rest his elbows on the podium.

'Okay how tough can this thing really be?' Toshinori thought as the robot stomped towards him. Sure Midoriya was a technological genius, but there's no way a machine could compete with super strength. Allmight raised his fist and Nemesis copied his move by doing the same. Their punches met in the middle creating a small shockwave. Neither man nor machine budged. 'Okay it's pretty tough.' Allmight noted that the robots armor wasn't even dented.

"Mei made huge improvements to the prototype shock absorbing armor plating!" Izuku explained. "Nemesis is built to take your strongest hits! Go on! Name an American state and shout Smash at the top of your lungs! See what happens!" He shouted at the former hero.

Tenya watched the fights from the stands wishing so badly that he could do something. If he did he'd blow his cover as a spy. He had to stand and do nothing or Midoriya would get suspicious.

Allmight and Nemesis began trading blows. The machine was programmed with data on the hero that came from Midoriya himself and used that data to target his weak spot multiple times. Allmight had to stay on his toes and keep his old wound protected. One good blow could probably take him down.

Izuku watched the fight with excitement. Everything was going exactly as planned. He had set this whole presentation as an elaborate trap to lure Allmight out in public. That wasn't enough though. He needed the world to finally turn on their beloved hero. Society could only move on by finally letting go of their fanatical worship of Allmight once and for all. He told the Prime Minister this and had the man convince Yagi Toshinori to try and publically apprehend him. Thereby labelling Allmight a villain, closing this chapter of history forever and starting a whole new one.

Allmight's fist landed dead center in the robots face. The face wasn't damaged but its left eye was flickering a bit. Nemesis responded by kicking the hero in the leg in an attempt to break it. Toshinori jumped in the air to dodge it. He planted his feet against the robot's chest and gripped both its arms. Using the muscles in his legs he pushed hard. He realized he couldn't penetrate the robot's armor, so he would have to try pulling the thing apart instead. It actually worked to his surprise. The metal and internal hydraulics groaned and screeched as the limbs were torn from the body.

'Interesting. He found a way around the shock absorbing armor.' Izuku watched his and Mei's work be ripped to pieces. In a last ditch effort Nemesis's chest opened up and fired a beam of energy at the hero at point blank range. Allmight didn't anticipate this, but years of training and being a hero gave him good reaction time. This allowed him to dodge around the cannon and deliver a massive crushing blow to the robot's head that shattered its eyes and obliterated its digital brain. The impact alone created a huge shockwave that blew out Todoroki's wall of fire. The rest of its body collapsed unmoving.

"So much for your new symbol of peace." Allmight panted as he turned to face a still grinning Midoriya.

"That was just a prototype. I honestly didn't expect him to win." Izuku shrugged nonchalantly. "But you have given me a lot of valuable battle data that will be used to make a new improved Nemesis." He knew Mei would be up to the challenge. She'd probably take seeing her baby trashed as motivation to make the next one bigger and better.

"You won't get the chance to make another one. This ends here Midoriya!" Allmight shouted at him. Izuku back handed the podium out of his way as he stepped forward off the stage to face the man.

"Yes this will end here, but for you." Izuku faced him without fear. "No more games Allmight. Give me your best shot and I'll give you mine. Take me seriously for once and hit me with everything!"

"Fine if that is what you want!" Toshinori reared his fist back, he pushed the rest of his guilt down.

"Excellent!" The five stones on the Infinity Gauntly glowed brightly as the ground beneath Midoriya's feet cracked and shook. "Infinity Gauntlet One Hundred Percent Output!" He screamed as he his left sleeve exploded off his body. Neon veins covered his skin as the energy crackled and surged around him. His haired was pushed up as his eyes flashed through all the colors of the stones. The entire stadium vibrated as Izuku raised his arm to deliver his own punch. He couldn't use this form for long. That was the crux of the gauntlet. If he used the full power of it for more than a single attack he risked destroying his body.

"United State of…"

"Infinity!"

Both shouted out the beginnings of their ultimate moves, ss their fists were thrust forward at each other in two final mighty punches.

"SMAAAAAAASH!" Izuku and Allmight called out as their attacks met. The blast from their collision shattered the ground all around them and nearly crumbled the stadium walls. Ochako was almost blown away if she hadn't used the tethers built into her wings to grapple the edge of the wall. Todoroki had to stab his blades into the ground as he was closest to the epicenter. Iida ducked in cover in the stands. The windows of the skyboxes were obliterated instantly as the three former villains clutched their seats tightly. Toga was laughing in excitement and cheering Izuku on the whole time.

Out in the arena Allmight was shocked to see that his fist was inches away from Midoriya's clenched gauntlet. The energy the device was producing was so powerful that he couldn't even touch the boy. Not only that, but the last embers of one for all were rapidly bleeding away while the boy was still standing strong. Toshinori's body slowly started to shrink as he was pushed back by the force of the gauntlet.

'Yes!' Izuku gasped in shock and awe as he started over powering Allmight's strongest attack. As confident as he was in his gauntlet and power, there was always a shred of doubt in the back of his mind. To see himself actually winning had his eyes widening in surprise. He then followed through with his punch, breaking the hero's arm and giving him the full blast of his 'Infinity Smash' right in the chest. Allmight's steam covered and bloodied body was sent flying right out of Coruscant Stadium and crashed into a nearby unoccupied sky scraper.

"Allmight!" Bakugou cried out having witnessed the impossible happen right in front of him. He screamed and thrashed at the ice that trapped him. Luckily the explosive force from those two attacks cracked and weakened the ice allowing him to free one of his arms and blast the rest of it off. Todoroki was too distracted staring in shock at Allmight's defeat to notice Bakugou escape.

"Izuku!" Ochako hovered down to center of the field as the energy that danced around the green haired boy faded away. She saw him standing in the same spot, fist still raised and completely disbelief on his face. "Izuku!" She called again.

"I…I did it." He whispered. Izuku couldn't believe what he just did. He defeated the greatest hero with his science and technology. He proved without a shadow of a doubt that quirks are not everything. That power can not only be replicated and but also improved upon. Quickly clearing his throat he lowered his fist and brushed the dust off his suit awkwardly. "I'm alright!" He finally answered her as if nothing had changed.

"Bakugou escaped do you want me to go after him?" Ochako asked.

"No Angel. The Titans will track him. You go retrieve Allmight." Izuku ordered. Best to arrest the man now while he was most likely unconscious. "Bring him here and I'll warp him directly to Tartarus." He was back to smirking now. The high of absolute victory starting to kick in.

"As you command." She wanted to bow, but that was hard to do while floating in midair. Ochako's mechanical wings flapped once, lifting her higher as the jets activated allowing her to speed through the air and out of the stadium.

"Let this be the final chapter in the story of Allmight." Izuku chuckled which slowly devolved into full blown laughter.

Ochako flew towards the building that the hero's body crashed into. She felt bad for him, but this had to be done. Izuku already explained to her why Allmight needed to be out of the picture and as much as she disliked the plan she had to agree with Izuku's logic. When she arrived she landed inside through the hole in skyscraper. It was some company's office building whose name escaped her. Looking through the wreckage she found a human shaped impression in the floor, but no human that matched it. Judging by the amount of blood he must have been badly injured, so where did he run off? Following a trail of the red life fluid it led her to the emergency stairwell door that looked like it was blasted off its hinges by a bomb and was still smoldering. "Bakugou." Angel sighed as she realized who must have gotten here first.

ELSEWHERE

"Hang on Allmight!" Bakugou carried the skinny frail man formally known as Allmight on his back. He ran through the dark alleys, avoiding the main streets. "I'll get that Recovery Hag to fix you up."

"Not…U.A." Toshinori wheezed, barely conscious. "Midoriya….Midoriya will…know." That was true and it had Bakugou stopping in his tracks. U.A would be the first place Deku would go to looking for Allmight. In fact he probably had his metal heads there now. However he didn't know where else they could go. Hospitals were out of the questions and he couldn't risk his parent's safety by bringing him to his home. This moment of indecisiveness was a mistake as two Titans appeared at one end of the alley having finally located him.

"Shit!" Bakugou cursed. He couldn't fight these things and protect Allmight at the same time. They probably alerted Deku by now too. This wasn't looking good for them. Just as the robots marched towards them their heads were swiftly knocked off by a yellow blur.

"You look like crap Toshinori!" Gran Torino landed next to them. The gaunt and blood covered man had just enough in him to give a weak pathetic smile.

"Been…better." He coughed up more blood onto Katsuki's shoulder. It seems they'd make it after all. Sadly their hopes were dashed when four more Titans appeared blocking both ends of the alley.

"You wanna go half and half on these fucking rust buckets?" Bakugou glared at the machines as he was about to set Allmight down and help the old timer.

"No need." Gran Torino smiled. "I didn't come alone." In a matter of seconds each of the Titans had their heads caved in by someone from behind. They didn't get a chance to see who it was and record it as the mysterious interloper seemed to disappear into the ground and reappear behind them. The last thing the robots heard before being shut down permantly was the loud enthusiastic shout.

"POWER!"

Sorry this chapter was so difficult to write. I think I put too much pressure on myself because of how important this moment in the story is. Basically Allmight is going to be out of the picture for a very long time. Spoiler alert, this is not their final battle. Izuku thinks that this is their final battle though. I'll let you all wonder what that implies.

This chapter was a lot longer, but I decided to cut the fights down. They dragged on too much and one of the things I like about MHA is that the fight scenes are always to the point and don't usually drag on like other series do. Looking at you Naruto!

Infinity Gauntlet at a hundred percent is only good for one attack. I explained why in the story and I'm not going to change it later. I want to keep it OP but balanced at the same time. Allmight was really the only opponent that he would ever need to use it on. Plus he had to crushingly defeat him completely and absolutely for his plan to work in the long run.

Thank you all for being so patient.
