Sometimes, Histoire just finds herself very worried about Planeptune's future, no one really knows WHY, they just assumed she does. But the truth is, Histoire has been worried about what will to happen to the current CPU of the nation, Neptune.

Now, normally, you'd think that all she wants is for the lazy goddess to just do her work, and while that's what she wants the most, lately, things have taken a rather concerning turn for the pudding lover herself that Histy really wants to know.

Neptune, to Histoire, has been acting rather odd lately, normally she would try to excuse herself by playing a few minutes before playing games, and would leave Nepgear to do the work for her, but now, it appears that she just does it with no other objections, not even letting the candidate do it.

Histoire at first, was relieved that Neptune is beginning to change and actually do her work, but as time went by, she's noticed a rather different tone of the usual happy girl in purple, it's like Neptune's a different person compared to now.

This may not be good, at all… Planeptune might lose another CPU, and Histoire is very stressed, after all, when Uzume was removed from existence, she saw nothing but disappointment in the citizens for betraying their goddess all because she couldn't control her powers, and when Uranus died, Neptune was still rather young, which meant that it took a while for her to fully evolve into a CPU. As she was about to go up and talk to Neptune, suddenly, she heard a voice.

"Hey Histy? Uzume has arrived" behind Histoire lies the lost goddess herself, Uzume Tennouboshi, in her HDD form, which is dubbed Orange Heart

"Uzume? Quite unusual for you too show up here of all things" said Histoire, who was more than relieved that the person in question is here. "But may I ask why you are in your HDD form?"

"Weeeeell, how should I put this, I was currently fighting a big monster on my own dimension, which resulted in my having to use my form, and well, after I defeated it, I also wanted to visit my juniors and all. What about you? How are you feeling right now?"

"Uzume… I'm not sure where to begin… I was about to tell Neptune to do her work, but it seemed like she already decided in doing so, but, her eyes, it's like she has been working for hours on end. Uzume, I'm not sure what will happen to her, I fear that if she continues to do what she does, she might vanish, leaving Nepgear in charge, and Nepgear is not ready to become one just now"

Uzume, upon hearing this, just sighed. She was the only one of the bunch who knows why Neptune is acting the way she does. The fear of losing someone you love dearly, it has happened to her aswell, and while sure, Neptune didn't EXPLICITLY say her problems, Uzume could tell from her attitude that something was indeed off about her…

"Histoire, I need you to look at me!" Histoire does so "Now, if there's one thing I know about Nepsy, is that she will do anything to make sure her people will enjoy their lives here. You probably already know that Histy, but Nepsy is one of the kindest people in the world despite how she may act, and it's evident by Gearsy. Nepsy told me, that the moment Gearsy first came into existence, she knew that Gearsy will be very happy spending her time with her big sister. But it seemed like to Nepsy, that didn't go as planned, for she treated Gearsy harshly one time, and while she was being manipulated by "me", she did try to kill her. Fear is a very dangerous emotion Histoire, it can change you drastically, both physically, but most importantly, mentally." Histoire was quite shocked upon hearing this: Is all this what Neptune's thinking? Why didn't she tell her specifically?

"So, Neptune is currently trying to better herself through imaginations, is that what I'm understanding?"

"It would seem so Histoire…" however, just as she was about to continue talking, it appeared that the very person they were talking about, just heard them talking.

"So, you girls are worried about me, is that what I'm hearing?"

"Yes Neptune, we are indeed very worried. You've been like this a few months after the whole ordeal with 'Kurome'… Neptune, just, when you have problems, then please talk to me and Nepgear okay? I promise we won't hurt you…"

"Histoire's right Nepsy, you need to talk to someone about it, for this is really not healthy at all" said Orange Heart, who was rather saddened to see Neptune in such a bad state.

"Hmmm… you know what, sure, I will certainly keep that promise forever"

"That's the spirit Nepsy, I knew you would listen. Now, if you're wondering why I'm here, I just wanted to come by and have a visit. Speaking of, where is Gearsy? I thought she'd be here"

"Nep Jr. is currently hanging out with her other candidate friends, since Maho wanted to introduce them to this 'really exciting theme park' that just opened on her nation"

"Oh, okay then. Well, I must go now, have a nice day you two!" as she finished saying this, she finally decided to take off and leave the basilicom. As she was about to leave, she took one more look at the tower and smiled, feeling very proud of how much the nation evolved since her absent.
