(Bizarro Dreams episode 23)
[Seiya and friends are reunited at the filler villa celebrating Ikki's sudden revival]
Seiya – Here's to the return of Ikki! Cheers!
All (raises their cups) Cheers!
Seiya – I'm happy for you, Shun!
Shun – Thanks, everyone! This happened because of our strong friendship (quiet sobs)
Shiryu – There he goes crying…
Ikki – Shun, you need to stop the tears.
Shun – That's not fair, Brother. Even men can cry when they're overwhelmed with joy.
Ikki (teary-eyed) Okay, I get you. You can stop now.
Shiryu – Now, with Ikki back in the team, I think it's time we…
Seiya – Party!
[the lights suddenly dim, and lights of different colors flow along with the sudden nightclub music. Saori and Seiya dance while Shun clings onto to his brother, staring at him with sparks in his eyes]
Shiryu – Okay, let's discuss the possibility that Sanctuary is the enemy.
[the rest ignore Shiryu and carry on]
Shiryu (sweat drop) Anyone?
Hyoga (tipsy) Hey, Shiryu! Are you talking about pudding?
Shiryu (holding Hyoga) How much alcohol did you drink?
Hyoga – I didn't drink alcohol. I drank juice… (faints with spiral eyes)
Shiryu (still holding Hyoga) Oh dear…
[some time passes, and Seiya dates Miho at a beach. Kiki is somewhat following them]
Miho (blush) You have gotten so manly since I last saw you.
Seiya (blush) Is that so? Then we can put my new looks to use…
[Seiya and Miho embrace and are about to kiss when he sees Marin in her cloth]
Seiya (running to her) Marin! Since when did you come to Japan?
[a random saint materializes]
Seiya – Who the heck are you?
Marin – He is Lizard Misty, a Silver Saint far stronger than you.
Seiya – For real? Even Silver Saints want to fight us?
Misty – Seiya, there are two ways out of this. Kill yourself, or I'll do it instead. You have no other options.
Seiya – No way, man!
Misty – By using the cloth for profit, I'll send it back to Sanctuary, where it belongs, so that no one would use it for monetary purposes. You shall be executed by order of the pope.
[Miho screams and runs away]
Seiya – Hey! I won that cloth fair and square; what I do with it is my business.
Misty – Are you serious that you can fight me? You, a Bronze Saint? You can forget about it because you're not wearing a cloth. What a waste of time… (sighs)
Kiki (leaping) I can bring it here!
[Kiki uses his skill to bring the Pegasus cloth]
Seiya – Thanks, Kiki! Now come to me, cloth!
[awkward silence as the waves crash]
Seiya – Not this again!
[10 minutes later]
Misty – This is embarrassing. After all this time, you don't know how to wear your armor fast enough.
Seiya – You tell me, man! This has tons of pieces.
Misty – But it's bronze armor. It shouldn't take you ten minutes to wear it.
Seiya – Whatever! I have the armor on. Let's throw down!
[Seiya attacks, but they don't have an effect]
Seiya – Is this for real? It doesn't work!
Misty – We're done here, boy.
[Marin restrains Seiya from behind]
Marin – Get it, Seiya! There's no way you'll win!
[Marin punches through Seiya's cloth]
Seiya (horrified) Marin… but why…?
[meanwhile, his friends feel Seiya's cosmo. Shiryu meditates at a waterfall, Ikki and Shun pray at a cemetery, while Hyoga has fun looking at polar bears at a zoo]
Shun – Brother, do you realize we're at a Japanese cemetery, praying like Christians even though we fight for the Greek goddess of war?
Ikki – You're right, Shun.
[Seiya lies dead with a giant bloody hole in his cloth. After this, Misty and Marin arrange a grave and bury him. Kiki tries to dig Seiya out, but Misty knocks him off. After a brief chat, Marin walks away]
Misty (digs Seiya out) Pegasus Seiya, it's time to die for real!
[Seiya flies out of the sand]
Misty – As suspected, no damage and no blood. Marin's punch was a fake one to fool me. She should know better that I'm not that dumb. Pegasus Seiya, I'll give you a ten-second countdown so you can continue to be a saint in the afterlife with Marin.
Seiya – What?!
Misty – The punishment for disobeying the pope is death. Let the countdown begin: 10, 9, 8, 7, 6…
[August 19, Sunday - week 4]
As soon as he finishes breakfast, Hyoga heads to the phone on the visitor's booth to call Alicia for a follow-up on yesterday's events. His friends questioned his whereabouts, and he explained that he had been forced to stay overnight at Saori's old villa with Alicia. His friends were shocked, of course, but sighed in relief, knowing that Alicia remained safe. He dials her number and waits for her to respond.
"Alicia-san!"
"Hyoga-kun?"
"I'm calling to see if you made it okay."
"Yes! I made it home safe and sound but was too hungry to explain to my aunt, so I had to eat first. After that, I explained everything and told her all about you. She was concerned about me spending the night with a boy but sighed in relief when I told her about you."
"That's good to hear."
"Although if another day had passed, my aunt would've called the police."
"Good thing the rain stopped upon morning dawn."
"I bet you were hungry too."
"Well, yeah, but I endured. Of course, I ate my breakfast too."
"Um, Hyoga-kun. Thank you so much."
"Sure, not a problem."
"We'll probably see each other again as part of the group for the two weeks of summer. If not, then we'll see each other at school."
"Yes, see you then."
After Alicia hangs up, he does the same, knowing she's safe. Seiya then goes out to do his monthly grocery shopping. Nighttime falls, and Saori arrives like she does every Sunday to provide the weekly allowance.
"Looks like you're worn out," she says.
"Yeah, I took Alicia-san on a hiking date, but there was a heavy downpour, so we stayed at your old villa," Hyoga explains.
"Is that so? I thought I sold it."
"Yeah, your villa is still there, but there was no electricity, so I used the fireplace for light and warmth. We ended up staying the night."
"But was your friend okay?"
"Of course! I followed up with a call."
"That's good to hear."
"Although it was part of my duty as a Saint, she's my friend, and keeping her safe was my priority. I couldn't let that slide."
Seiya then brings the remaining slice of birthday cake he prepared for Ikki's birthday. Saori grabs the slice and takes a bite.
"This is amazing!" Saori blurts, bite after bite.
"Of course! I did it all. I started once I got the ingredients from the supermarket. Also, following the recipe from the cooking book helped."
"You should do more of them."
"What other birthdays are there?"
"Saori-san's birthday is on the 1st," Shun says.
"You mean September 1st?" Seiya asks.
"Well, in that case, I expect a first-rate cake."
Seiya sweats. "Uh... Yes, ma'am!"
