"L-l-li-li-ly?" Petunia stuttered looking at the blue skinned redhead.

"Hey Tuney, how have you been?" Lily asked her older sister.

"Lily!" Petunia cried as she rushed to hug her sister. Harry caught in the middle.

"M-Mmm-mummy?" Harry asked as the two sisters parted. His eyes were teary and his lips trembling.

Lily reached out to get her son. Petunia, seeing her sister wanting to hold Harry, Held him out for Lily to grab. As she grabbed him she said in a soft voice, "Yes sweetheart it's mummy.". At the confirmation Harry started crying into her shoulder.

The blue skinned man came forward and said, "Hey buddy do you know who I am?".

Harry looked up from Lily's shoulder to see a man who looked like him but older. "Daddy?" Harry asked.

"Yeah Prongslet it's me. And these other people are your godfather Sirius Black, His wife Amelia, next to them are Remus Lupin and his wife Septima.", James said, introducing the two couples that appeared with them.

Harry looked at the other two men and their wives, his eyes widening and he said, "Pa'foo? Moo'ey?" The two men teared up and joined the small family on a group hug. All while their wives smiled at the scene.

"Ahem, it's time to start the meeting, please take a seat somewhere around the table." Jack said to the group. Lily, James, Harry, Marge, and Glenn sat in the chairs near the leaders of Halloween. Petunia and Dudley sat on the chairs by the leaders of Thanksgiving. Remus and Septima sat by Santa and his wife. Sirius and Amelia sat by the ministers of dreams.

Jack stood up and said, "Now we begin this council meeting to discuss the fate of one Vernon Dursley, and the futures of the guests in this room. Let the meeting started with the story of how this meeting came to be. Viktor and Jewel Finklestein please relay the events that took place when you found Hartley at the entrance of the hinterlands."

Jack sat back down and Dr Finklestein said "Me and Jewel had just come back from Dream town when we found the lad wandering around. He was looking for Kerry, the creature under the stairs, to apologize for scaring him. Apparently Vernon there had locked him under the stairs for bumping into him." Dr. Finklestein stopped there and Jewel continued, "we then asked him some questions as we went to Jack and Sally's House. Some of the incidents he mentioned caused us to be concerned."

Everyone was nodding as they listened to the story, Jack pointed to Petunia and asked, "How would he treat Harry, you, and your son Dudley?"

Petunia stood and shivered slightly, wiping off the makeup, which no one had realized she had on, that was covering the healing bruises on her face before saying, "He beats me every other day. Mainly because I refuse to do as he says in regards to spoiling Dudley, and treating Harry like a slave. He is adamant about how Dudley should get anything he wants whenever he wants, often using the money sent for us to use to take care of Harry to buy all these expensive suits and other such frivolous things. If he had his way Harry wouldn't have a bedroom and be put in that cupboard. I've had to use what inheritance I got from my parents, and invested, to buy Harry's glasses, clothes, food, and toys. Every month I wait for an investment check so I can get him things he needs.". After this she started sobbing which caused Harry to rush over to his aunt and hug her legs while Dudley hugged her torso.

Marge started growling, Glenn had to hold her back as she tried to leap on the table to beat her brother senseless. She wasn't the only one being held back as Lily looked ready to kill the man who had abused her sister. Everyone had their eyes narrowed on Vernon.

Santa knocked on the table, to get everyone's attention after everyone's bursting rage settled to a simmer, to speak saying, "I have a question. How did Vernon become this way? Was he always like this? Sure he was on the naughty list every now and then as a child and teenager, but nothing bad enough to lead to this." He sat back down and put his face in his hands as Mrs. Claus rubbed his back.

"To be honest it started a month or two before Harry came to live with us. He came home after a business trip to Scotland, and he started gaining weight and lashing out any time mentioned Lily or Magic. He used to be giddy at the thought of magic." Petunia explained.

This caused most of the magic users to go pale. Eventually Ruby stood and knocked on the table to get everyone's attention. "This is indicative of major compulsion, and modifying spells. We need to call King Ragnuruk of the goblins. Something is amiss.", Ruby said in a tone most of the holiday leaders only heard once before when a resident of Valentines town caused the Trojan war.

Jack knocked on the table and said, "I'll send Grim to go get him and a large contingent of the various goblins he most likely will need." The figure in the robe just nodded and slashed a portal open with his scythe.

Refreshments were brought and soon another portal opened and in came Ragnuruk, his personal guards, and a contingent of eight other goblins. "Jack, I've brought three gobin healers, two ritual masters, two curse breakers, and a potions master. What's this about? Grim didn't say much." King Ragnuruk asked as he looked around the room,

"We have reason to believe a mortal has been put under compulsion and modifying spells. The mortal is Vernon Dursley. Uncle to Harry Potter by his marriage to Petunia here." Jack said motioning between Vernon and Petunia with his hand.

Upon hearing this Ragnuruk growled and motioned for the specialists to do their job. It took five minutes before all the goblin specialists growled and handed their king a thick scroll. Who handed it to Jack after glancing at it, and said, "Jack we have a serious problem.", all while having a grim expression on his face.

Jack unrolled the scroll and read,
