Musutafu (Afternoon)
After the fiasco with the giant villain, Dominic thought it best to lay low for a while. He was strong, this much was true. But even he couldn't help but be worried at the prospect of being chased by the authorities 24/7. Of course, he didn't expect to be on the run for seven weeks.
Exhausted, he entered an Everymart. 'Even in other realities, these stores are everywhere.' he thought to himself as he browsed the back of the shop for snack foods. Couldn't be a fugitive on an empty stomach. As he pocketed several bags of chips and pet food, he noticed something outside the window. A man with a large bird mask pulling a child into an alleyway. 'You could not be more suspicious if you tried.' he said to himself as he ran out while carrying his 'bought' items.
He quickly made his way to the bird-man, making his presence known right away. "Hello, there!" he greeted with a smile, equipping a Poke Ball behind his back. "You seem to be lost. That alley's a dead end." Dominic said, softly using his magic to turn that lie into the truth. He then turned his gaze to the kid the man was holding onto. She had white hair, red eyes, the worst clothes he'd seen since 1980-something, and a small horn growing out the side of her forehead. "Who's this little marvel?" he asked, making the child nervous.
"I'm Eri." she said quietly. The man didn't seem to like that, though.
"Don't you have anything better to do, kid?" the bird-man asked, clearly annoyed by the teenager.
"No, not really." Dominic responded. "Is she yours, or are you taking care of her for someone?" he asked.
"Eri is my daughter." the man answered.
'And I'm the Queen Of England.' Dominic blanched in his head. Not like it mattered. Any answer would've been sufficient. "Who's Eri?" he asked, putting up an air of ignorance.
The man was rightfully confused by this. "My daughter, you-" The man scolded Dominic, only to realize that his 'daughter' was nowhere to be found. "What did you do!?"
"Me? I didn't do anything." the blonde said as the temperature of the area behind the bird-man dropped. "But the same cannot be said for my friend here."
The man turned around to find himself face-to-face with Gengar. "GAHAHA!" the Shadow Pokemon cackled as the bird-man tried grabbing it's body, only for his hand to slip through.
"Yeah, that won't work against Gengar." Dominic said as the Ghost/Poison Type absorbed the man into itself. "What do you say we have a bit of fun?" the blonde asked, receiving a manic grin from his Pokemon.
Random Basement (Night)
"Yo, sheepface! Wake up!" was the first thing Overhaul heard upon regaining consciousness. He immediately noticed that he was strapped to a chair, with his captor standing in front of him. "Nice to see you're still kicking. Now, I'd like you to answer a few questions for me. That's not a problem, right?" the blonde asked, smiling a fake grin.
"Who are you?" Overhaul asked.
"I could ask you the same thing." the boy said, pulling a chair from somewhere and sitting in it. "But, there's something more pressing we need to discuss. Why was Eri with you?"
"I already told you. She's my daughter." the yakuza boss said, trying to use his Quirk to escape his bounds.
"Lying won't do you any good. And don't bother using your hands to leave." the blonde said, pointing to a nearby table. The table had two gloved hands on it. Overhaul then realized what that meant.
"You cut off my hands!?" the man yelled.
"You expected me to let you keep your powers?" the boy asked, getting closer to Overhaul. "I saw you approach Gengar with your hands out, palms-out. Normally, a person would strike an enemy palms-in. With this in mind, it wasn't hard to deduce that your power activates when your palm makes physical contact with a target. Am I right?"
Overhaul went silent. 'He managed to figure out how my Quirk worked after seeing me attack his pet? Who is this kid?'
"Now. Will you tell me why Eri was with you? No lies this time." the blonde said, his eye glowing red.
"Why do you care?" the masked man asked.
The boy stayed silent for a few seconds, contemplating his answer. "My emotions are insignificant." he said blankly. He then turned to face Overhaul. "But her's are not." The boy then got a red/white orb from his jacket pocket. "Slowking, entrance the audience!" He threw the orb, causing it to open in a flash of light. From the light emerged a large, bipedal, pink lizard. The tip of it's tail was purple, and there was a large shell on it's head. "Use Eerie Spell." the boy commanded, making the lizard raise it's arms. Strange symbols appeared in the air and shot at Overhaul, making him convulse in pain. To him, it was like someone ran him over with a train.
Once the attack was over, the blonde spoke again. "Are you ready to talk yet?" he asked with a smug grin.
Shie Hassaikai Base (Night)
After getting the information he wanted out of Overhaul, Dominic quickly made his way to the heart of this diabolical operation. Once there, he stood outside the front gate and equipped a Strange Ball. He threw it into the air, causing a burst of light above him. "Use Draco Meteor. Make sure there aren't any survivors." he told the Pokemon.
Hearing it's master's command, it reared it's head back and roared into the night. A second didn't pass before large hunks of rock started falling from the sky. The meteors crashed into the large house, causing explosions and fires that burned purple. Once the onslaught was finished, the blonde investigated the remains of the structure. He found hundreds of corpses, each burned beyond any semblance of recognition. He also found several secret passages into the basement.
"Thank you, old friend." Dominic said to the Pokemon that assisted in this endeavor. "Looks like we just found a place to stay."
