Meanwhile In Arendelle Castle
Hans Westergard looked out the window prodly overlooking the weathering and his new found kingdom outside
"Still gloating on a silver plate little brother?"
Hans : My name is King Hans of Arendelle, and I'd mind my tone if I were you
"Sorry your majesty, ruined the mood?" he said trying to irritate him but Hans didn't react aggressively
"Nah you can take it...remember the time we pretended he didn't exist for three years? Hahaha"
The two man laughed at him but he smiles instead to their face
"AH that 'game' you and Caleb played on me. What a waste of words from someone who achieved nothing yet to someone who has already done so"
The man only scowled at that
The ones he was speaking with were two of his 13 brothers Sideburns and Patchy Stabbingtons
Sideburns : Care to repeat that?
Hans 'Seems like he only grew more grumpy over the years'
"You should be glad that I need all the extra muscle in this war"
Sideburns : Huh war...against who? Don't you see that this kingdom is down? Or are you really scared of that magic forest so much?
Hans : For as much power as I have, elsa and her spirits are dangerous. They have allies too, not all the kingdoms are aligned with our goals...like kingdom of Snoob, Vassar and even Corona which you are quite familiar with.
The brothers looked up at him at hearing the name of the kingdom, which brought back memories of the traitorous Flinn Ryder, his golden haired princess of Corona and even that daughter of elite guard captain that they encountered numorous times before
Hans : Be honoured, it would seem that we may get from this than we thought initially.
The commander and his men came into the room after that
"Hans!"
Hans : King Hans, if you please
The brothers looked annoyed
"...What should we do now?"
Hans : It's very simple. I have three things for you...
He stretches out his hand with three fingers out, one down... "First, set up camps around the arendelle castle..."
...Second down..."Then, build a bridge from here to the forest..."
The commander calls out "BUT IN THIS WEATHER...
Patchy looked at him threateningly
"...It will be done"
And Third one left "And finally find Elsa"
Commander's men laughed "Sire, she is in the prison heh-"
Hans corrected them "Was...Find that escapee Snow Queen and if you encounter her...you ought to put an end to her life"
Commander understood "I will send every free soldier in search of her, your highness"
The soldiers left afterwards
Sideburns : What should we do with that lady and the annoyances?
Hans :You mean Gretchen and Ichabod family? For now they are our allies as long as they are useful for us to paint Arendelle family as incompetent at ruling here. After all if it'll play out as if they are innocent and we are the aggressors, that may cause some trouble.
As they were talking, Patchy heard something strange but after a moment he shrugged it off.
Under Arendelle
General Mattias and guardians were gone, the castle is conquered, not to mention that they were pretty much buried inside with the giant walls from the ground.
They blocked the way in for Admiral Westerguard but same way they are also locked
Professor guessed that it won't hold them off for long though. With firepower they have, it's only a matter of time.
The citizens of Arendelle were scared, their children were hugging their parents including Glacia who was still crying
Pabbie was aware of the time limit they have and so the trolls used their power again to create a path underneath the castle
Their feat was impressive and it allowed them to walk out of the castle chambers but they had to be careful
The trolls need an utmost concentration as the structure underneath is unstable due to bombardments up above and if they make the wrong move, they risk the whole kingdom to fall on their heads
While they were sneaking out, Professor comments on the situation they are in "Well this is a very bad predicament"
Kai "That is an understatement Professor. Over the years, Arendelle grew and got many enemies and yet this kind of full scale war didn't happen in a very long time..."
Professor "Did this ever happened before? I talked to Mattias adn Himila about rebellions here but..."
Kai shakes his head "That is different from what we is happening now"
Prfoessor "Arendelle is surrounded and isolated by the mountains and seas, and not very rich..."
Kai "Maybe not as rich but still holds value. The Southern Isles, for example, have always envied our position on Arenfjord. The Kingdom of Vassar is a valued trade partner now but years ago it's king Nicholas didn't hesitate to move for an advantage when he saw a chance to do so and almost framed Northuldra"
Professor took in Kai's words
"Hmm so even this kingdom can't be safe forever"
Kai "If only it was, we wouldn't be here right now"
Mari "Do you think they are alright?"
Bernard "I'm sure Queen Anna can handle herself"
Kai "Kristoff, her brother, Ms Porter ,Honeymaren, Sven and Olaf are together with her adn gone through the passage. I'm sure they'll make it"
Bruna "Professor porter, can you tell me about mr Tarzan?"
Brunhilda "Dear, I don't think it's time for a story here"
Bruna "I know mama... but i want that more than watching this scared...
Luckily for Bruna as their discussion comes to an end, the trolls finished making path out of the the ground and it led them to the empty beach zone in the dark of night. That was a good sign as it means Hans and his soldiers haven't yet figured out they are out of their trap
One by one the citizens entered out of the cave, and took in some fresh air
Some were relieved while some were worried on what to do next
"What are you doing here?"
The voice came out of nowhere, causing some to scream out. Glacia runs quickly behind he mother Halima, however this voice was familiar to her
The trolls stood in front of them, ready to fight back if necessary
The black hooded figures look carefully at the crowd before removing the hood in surprise.
One is a pale-skinned young woman with dark pink lips, hazel eyes and black bob-cut layered hair with gray highlights.
The other one is bigger, darker skinned man with a mustache
She had an outfit that includes a black cape, green tunic with a small light blue purse.
"Kai, Gerda? Why are you out here all of a sudden?"
Kai "Wait, Lady Cassandra?!"
The people of Arendelle weren't as scared and were overjoyed to see her
Professor "And who is this mysterious woman?"
Olina "This is Cassandra once a maiden and bodyguard of queen Rapunzel of Corona.
Glacia runs up to her and hugs her closely
Cassandra hugs her back
"Glacia! I'm glad to see you too"
She noticed then that Glacia tearing up
Cassandra : Wow wow wait are you crying?!
Glacia looks up at her, her eyes miserable "Cass... please help"
Okay now this is unexpected. Why is she here? All alone? Guess we'll find out later
And yeah Stabbingtons are Hans' brothers theory is qutie interesting since they are quite similar.
Also many (especially at Rotbd) had ideas that Cassandra might encounter Elsa in the Enchanted Forest during her travels. Stil 20 years may be long enough fro her to decide and return to Corona for some new purposes. So I think it's good enough. What are those jobs and purposes? Well we'll see
