Doria was sitting in front of a vanity, doing her makeup and brushing her hair. It had been a long time since she pampered herself, and Doria is assuming this will be the first in a long line of pampering that she's going to receive.
She stared into the mirror, checking for any flaws. First impressions, after all.
The lunch date that Doria and Tartarus were supposed to go to had turned into a banquet. Doria isn't sure how that happened, but she isn't going to question her fiance about it. It wasn't that big of a deal.
Doria was feeling anxious. Most of the inhabitants in the pit would be at the banquet, and all of them did not like her. They obviously wouldn't react well to hearing she was Tartarus's fiancee. What if they tried to kill her? It wouldn't be too hard, they had killed demigods since they were created.
But that's silly.
It's a reasonable fear, but she's the fiance of the King of the Pit for christ's sake! He would never allow that to happen. Not only did Tartarus tell her he loved her, he asked her to marry him. There's no reason he'd ask her to be his bride, obviously have her give birth to his child, and then let her get hurt. That just sounds stupid.
Still, Doria couldn't shake off this feeling of uneasiness. She's unsure if she should even leave the room. Some of those monsters can be quite crafty.
"Spirit, are you–?" Tartarus had entered the room and he lost the ability to speak.
The Lord of the Pit was absolutely taken aback by his fiance's beauty. Her dark-red dress wrapped around her, highlighting the curvature of her body. Her black hair was styled to one side of her head, showing off her pretty neck where a silver necklace hung. The light touch of makeup accentuated her facial features. Everything made her all the more desirable.
Tartarus purred seductively, leaning down and hungrily kissing Doria's neck. Doria jumped, chuckling out of surprise. "Tartarus! What are you–?" Her surprise changed to desire, and she let out a small moan.
"Sweetie, we have to. . . we have a banquet to get to."
"Screw the banquet!" He growled, placing a strong grip on her waist. "I need you. All I need is a few minutes."
Doria didn't fight against him. How could she? Yes, they had an important event to get to, but Tartarus was very convincing and it's not like the guests could argue about them being a few minutes late.
She sat on the bed and Tartarus pushed her down. He grabbed her legs, wrapping them around his waist. Slowly, he pushed her dress up, his fingers trailing along her thighs, getting higher and higher. A tingling sensation traveled throughout Doria's body as she watched him slowly remove her underwear.
Tartarus was quick and efficient, sending surges of pleasure through Doria's body as he pounded inside of her. Doria tightly gripped the blanket, her legs holding on tighter around Tartarus's waist.
In thirty minutes, Doria let out a moan as her toes pointed and her legs shook from the ecstasy she was hit with. In almost half an hour, he managed to give her one of the best orgasms she ever had.
Doria laid on the bed, her legs wrapped around Tartarus's waist. As she was coming down from her high, Tartarus removed her legs from around his waist, pulled himself out of her, and pulled up his pants. "When you're ready, Spirit," he panted, making himself look presentable. "I'll be waiting for you at the banquet."
Doria moaned 'mhm' as her fiance left the room.
It took her a while to get up from the bed. She wanted more from her fiance. She wanted his lips all over her body, and his tongue trailing in the most glorious of places. But, they had a banquet to attend. Doria stood up from the bed, fixed what needed to be fixed, and left the room, trying to act like she didn't just get fucked a few minutes ago.
Doria walked through the hall with confidence and grace as the monsters glared at her. They badly wanted to hurt her, to rip her apart, and relish in their victory, but Tartarus would destroy them in seconds. They could see it in his eyes that he would.
Doria walked over to Tartarus, who put his arm around her and kissed her. He sent a glare to all of the monsters of his realm, showcasing that he wasn't kidding when he said that Doria would be his wife.
"So, brother," Nyx said, looking Doria up and down. "You weren't kidding when you said Doria would be your new wife."
"I never kid," he replied, tightening his grip on his fiance's waist. "We'll be married in two weeks, and that'll be that."
Doria's eyes widened in surprise. Two weeks? That seems a bit soon, doesn't it? Although, knowing immortals, she's most likely pregnant, so. . .
"Your bride doesn't seem to be in agreement for the wedding date," Akhlys spoke, gesturing to Doria's reaction.
Tartarus looked at Doria, expecting her to tell him what she thought. Doria felt as though she'd been put on the spot, or that Tartarus wouldn't be happy with her if she asked for the wedding to be moved months later rather than happening in two weeks.
"I–I, um," Doria stammered, unsure of what to say. "It's not that, I just. . . two weeks is a little soon, isn't it? Shouldn't we wait a bit? Maybe get to know each other a little more before jumping straight into marriage?"
Tartarus thought over her reasoning. He could see where she was coming from, and was a bit disappointed. He wants her. He chose Doria to be his wife, and he'd rather seal the deal than have to wait for months and possibly risk losing her to someone.
"I'm sure we'll know enough about each other in two weeks," Tartarus reassured, his hold on Doria's waist becoming firm. "After all, I know everything I need to know about you," his tone of voice became more sweet, loving.
A small smile spread across Doria's face. "Yeah, but I don't know much about you, and—"
"You will soon, Spirit," Taratarus put his finger under her chin, lifting her head so she'd meet his eyes. "But for now, why don't we just enjoy the party."
The banquet went just as Doria expected. None of the monsters liked her, and the only reason they were respectful was due to her marrying Tartarus. They were terrified of offending him as doing so would mean permanent death.
The food was delicious, so Doria focused on that. Still, she couldn't shake the uneasiness she felt with all of the monsters sending quick murderous glares at her.
What if they try something? Would they dare?
