Chapter 2: Aphrodite's world
Percy followed the address on the letter to a very nice highrise building near the Empire State Building. The building had a sign in front of the building, The Heart of Manhattan. "Okay Aphrodite, what do you have for me?" Percy asked as he entered the building to see a beautiful lobby that had naked statues of handsome men and beautiful women. In the back was a receptionist desk. Sitting at the desk was a beautiful woman with blonde hair as Percy walked towards her, he noticed her low cut shirt that showed her large breasts that looked like they would spill out the shirt at any moment. Percy first thought was a daughter of Aphrodite but what confirmed it was when she looked up at him. "Silena Beaurgard!?"
Silena smiled, "Percy, wow it's been awhile I haven't seen you since camp, how have you been?"
"Uh I've been good, what have you been up to?" asked Percy, trying to act natural as the last time he had seen Silena was her death, usually during the battle of New York.
"Nothing much, just working here part time for now, thanks to mom. I have been looking for something better if you have something in mind." said Silena as if dropping some sort of hint.
"Speaking of your mom," Percy brought out the letter, "I think I have a meeting with her."
Silena took the note looking it over, "How curious, she usually doesn't meet with people here." Suddenly an elevator ding got their attention, "Though it does seem that she's expecting you."
"I see well, thank you, Silena, we're gonna need to catch up sometime."
Silena gave Percy a smile, "I wouldn't mind that at all, good luck with mom."
Percy then walked into the elevator.

Percy rode the elevator up until it reached the seventh floor. As the door opened revealing a lovely pink area with several comfy couches around a table and all of it screamed Aphrodite.
Speaking of the goddess, "Peeercyyyyy!" squealed Aphrodite, Percy turned to see the goddess of sex and she lived up to the title, hourglass figure, large breasts, and was wearing a bathrobe.
Percy had to summon all of his will power, "Am I interrupting something?"
Aphrodite paused as she looked down and realized she was just wearing a bathrobe, "Oh my apologies Percy, I just couldn't figure out what I should wear for our meeting. It's not everyday you meet your fellow time traveler."
That got Percy's attention, "Wait, are you saying…"
Aphrodite smiled, "Yes Percy, I was there with you through those time loops Kronos had you in."
Percy was flabbergasted, "I have so many questions."
"And they will be answered," said Aphrodite as she snapped her fingers causing a pair of cups to appear on the table. "Come sit, we have much to discuss."
Percy sat down, "My first question is how, how are you here? During each loop, no one remembered anything at all but me."
Aphrodite sat down and crossed her legs, "That's because I went back farther, then either you or Kronos. After you had told us about Kronos' curse, I attempted to tap into an old power, one that I had long since forgotten, the power of my father Ouranos."
"Ouranos, that's right when Kronos killed Ouranos and dumped his body into the sea, you emerged from his remains." said Percy as he remembered the myth.
Aphrodite gave a sad nod, "Yes but what the stories didn't say was that my fathers death was not quick. Even with his head removed from his body, he still clings to life trying to use the same power he gave Kronos."
"Ouranos could manipulate time," said Percy as he began to piece it together, "I guess that would make sense since he is the father of Kronos. Wait, can you also manipulate time?"
"I tried," admitted Aphordite, "In my attempt to stop the curse of Kronos, I sailed along time, not just the ten years like you, I sailed all the way back to my birth. I was actually able to meet my father."
"You went back that far, thousands of years into the past!" Percy then began to wonder what else has changed.
"Somewhat," said Aphrodite, getting his attention, "After meeting and speaking with father, he told me time wouldn't let me remember anything or else Kronos would find me. He told me the only way was to use the power to make me forget about the future until the next time loop occurred, since I am Kronos' sister I should be able to hold and build up power with each time loop."
"You've been repeating, like I have."
"Again, somewhat, I had no memory of the time loop until just before it would happen. Over the various loops I was able to build up more and more power, to change time. Soon I was able to make points in time where I could bring my memory back for a day before forgetting again. The one upside to the torment is that I could go back to see my father, even though I was only able to speak with him for a little over an hour each time, I was finally able to know the man. Beforehand I was only told tales by people who knew him, I was never able to speak with him myself." Aphrodite then stood up, "For that I must give you my thanks Percy." She said before giving Percy a respectful bow. "Thank you for shouldering this burden for as long as you did, you have given me a gift, I had no idea how much I wanted or needed, thank you."
Despite her current state of dress and the fact due to the bow Percy had a perfect view of her bust. Percy felt an immense amount of respect from the goddess. "That's not really needed, Aphrodite, I'm just wanting to thank you. Ended my curse, I now can move forward." Said Percy while he also gave Aprhodite a bow as well. "I just would like to know the rest of your tale."
Aphrodite sat down and took a sip of her tea, "Of course, I suppose I should skip to the important stuff. To get rid of Kronos' curse, I had to use the power of time I was building up to steal his power from ever reappearing back in world war two."
"World War two! The prophecy!"
"Yes, that prophecy was a sign that Kronos was coming back and that he had built up enough power to make the curse in the first place. It was his insurance, I had to get rid of it, so I had to change things all the way back during world war two."
"So, has the world changed since world war two?" asked Percy.
"Not has much as you might think, well at least on the mortal side of things," said Aphrodite, "I did make some changes to the makeup and medical industries, cutting corners so we can skip all those harmful chemicals that used to be used back in the fifties and sixties. My main focus on the other hand was the demigod side of things. I know it only happened a few times but do you remember my daughter Lacy and her ingenious perfume."
Percy remembered Lacy, as a few times during each loop she would come up with an incredible game changer. "The perfume that hid the scent of demigods."
"Yes, I made a quest for some of my children after the war, inventing the perfume early, causing several demigods to live long and fulfilling lives. Now those demigods did a lot. They are the ones that changed the world more than I did." said Aphrodite, "Though I think it has been an improvement, my children have far more respect than they used to and with the help of some of the children of Apollo have greatly improved the health of world, overall causing a health boom and health kick that is still currently going. Also things such as fashion has changed because of it-"
"Why?" asked Percy.
"Well everyone is healthy now and they want to show off a bit more."
"No, not the health thing, which I agree is an improvement, but why make the perfume early." asked Percy, "Why not just wait and make sure things didn't change?"
Aphrodite was silent for a moment, "The old me probably would have done that, but after talking to my dad for so many times, I don't want my kids to suffer, I want them to live, I want them to be happy. I know none of us gods are good parents but I don't want to be as bad as I was before. During the last time loop where I said goodbye to my father, he told me his one regret was not seeing me grow up, that despite all the faults I had, all the problems I would cause, that he still would have loved to see me grow. I know they are in my life for only a moment, but I want to see them grow as well."
Percy for a moment forgot who he was talking to, this was nothing like the Aphrodite he knew, this was someone completely different. "I'm sorry."
Aphrodite shook her head, "Don't be, to make sure that none of the gods figured it out, I've had to put up a front, so it is nice to finally put that down for a while."
Percy then groaned, "So that means I'm going to need to put up some sort of front."
"Not really, your memories of this timeline will return with time, but it might take a while." Explained Aphrodite, "Because you are still this timeline Percy and the Percy that was cursed as well."
"I'm gonna pretend I understood that and take that as good news." said Percy, "So any major changes I should know about, maybe my love life."
Aphrodite smiled, "Right I suppose you are quite confused about your girlfriends. Well to start, you are still the Hero of Olympus, but the prophecy was different. You're still one of the greatest heroes camp half blood has seen and you've roped in quite a few lovely young girls. I mean it would be kind of weird if the great hero Percy Jackson didn't have a harem."
"I have a harem," said Percy in disbelief, "I must get a lot of shit from Thalia then, unless..she isn't a part of my harem is she?"
"No," said Aphrodite quickly.
"Thank the gods," said Percy under his breath as he took a sip of tea.
"She's currently engaged to Nico at the moment."
Percy had to stop himself from spitting up the tea. He then had to take a brief pause to make sure he heard what she said correctly, "I'm…I'm sorry….what?"
"Nico and Thalia are getting married."
Percy had to put down the cup as he processed the information, "Nico….the guy who had a crush on me and Thalia….the lieutenant of Artemis…are getting married?"
"As I said the prophecy changed, the big three never tried to kill each other's children. Nico and Bianca were able to stay with their mother for a bit longer back in the forties before she died at the hands of a monster, not by Zeus' bolt of lightning."
"But Nico is gay."
"Percy, our lives are shaped by our surroundings, this includes our sexualities, fetishes and kinks. Nico grew up with his mother in a post war era, he was never saved by a dashing young son of Poseidon, instead he was saved by a daughter of Zeus who got trapped in a Casino saving both he and his sister. You and I both know, our fates are not set in stone." Said Aphrodite.
Percy knew she was correct as he himself had changed time quite a few times during the loops. "Okay, then I'm guessing, Thalia never joined the hunters because the prophecy was different, does that mean there are more children of the big three?"
"No, while the threat wasn't as big as before, to be on the safe side they still made an oath to swear off having children. Though as you can see it still didn't work out."
"That is a good thing, but when exactly was I born?" asked Percy
"Oh yeah, a lot of birthdays have been shuffled around," said Aphordite, "The reason Silena and Charles aren't together is because he was born earlier while you guys were born a bit later, about a decade later than you were supposed to be." She paused for a moment allowing Percy to absorb the info, "To be honest there was a moment I thought you'd never be born."
"Gotcha, wait what about my mom, is she still with Paul?" asked Percy, dreading his family's fate.
"Don't worry those two are still together and Gabe was never a part of the picture." said Aphrodite causing Percy to breathe a sigh of relief, "In fact she is more set now than ever before."
"What do you mean?" asked Percy as Aprhodite summoned a newspaper, Percy saw the front page and had to rub his eyes to make sure he was reading it correctly. "Percy Jackson named the next CEO and owner of Jackson Shipping." Percy kept reading the paper that had a brief history of the company, "Jackson Shipping was created by Percy's maternal grandfather in his later years, becoming one of the oldest people to found a company." Percy stopped as he remembered something, "My grandfather died shortly after my mom was born."
"In the old timeline yes, but thanks to some of the children of Apollo living to old age and revolutionizing the medical industry, your grandfather lived and fulfilled his dream of creating his own company, your mother spent quite a bit of her life living like a princess." explained Aphordite.
"I'm a rich kid now." Percy tossed the paper on the table, "uh anything else happened?"
"Oh where to begin, Luke still died, Piper is now a daughter of Venus now, I wanted her to have a solid chance with Jason, Hera, that bitch is not messing with my children's love life this time. Oh speaking of Piper and Jason, they are still dating and Jason is now a werewolf."
"Jason's a werewolf!"
"Yeah, when Lupa took in Jason this time, she actually took him in and raised him as her own, he calls her mother and has her blessing, so he can use wolf powers now." explained Aphrodite.
"Jason's a werewolf, I'll be damned." said Percy feeling like he was in an insane dream, but part of him knew it was all true. "So what now? Do we just go about our lives or…"
"Percy, we can't go through this again," said Aphrodite, getting serious. "We can't experience that hell, no one should ever go through that."
Percy nodded, "Agreed, so what are we going to do about it?"
"Someone needs to get a hold of the power of time and make sure it doesn't fall in the wrong hands again. Currently there are only two people that can do that and I don't trust myself with that power."
Percy took a deep breath, "You're asking me to do it."
"Please Percy, please become the new god of time."
