"Hilda? Come on. It's time to train again." She stilled as she heard the child's voice echo becoming very sensitive to it over the past 4 days.
It always stirred up dread and excitement in equal proportions. On one hand she knew the extensive process was going to make her stronger and on the other?
Sighing she got up shucking off the clothing before going to the use the "shower". Apparently this child was holding onto a revolutionary way of going to the loo.
When she had asked him how on earth it was even possible he only shrugged and said" I have no idea lady. I just followed what my friends told me."
Now who were these friends she hadn't the slightest clue but she could only thank them feeling the water on her skin.
Coming out turning off the valve she wiped herself down throughly, having learned her lesson from before.
Placing the short pants and shirt on she frowned at the tightness before leaving going towards the training area outside.
Glancing around she could see all the scorch marks from her earlier days still lingering.
Walking into the clearing she saw him sitting on a rock patiently holding a small bag and a book.
She smiled seeing his eyes light up as he jumped off.
"You're getting more diligent, Hilda. I used to have to force you, now you come willingly." Naruto smiled at the progress. The most important part of improving was wanting it yourself.
If you wanted hard enough and took steps to get further, you would get results. May not be much but you would get some. He respected that.
Smirking feeling her cheeks heat at the compliment she flipped her crimson hair backwards and turned her nose up "Is it not to be expected? My babies are counting on me! I will squeeze you dry of everything you're offering me so don't be too suprised ."
She couldn't afford to take this lightly. The new lease on life finally sunk in deeply for her. She could not be laid back and foolishly waste this opportunity to gain power.
It wasn't like she never thought of doing so, the same with her husband she was sure. However at a certain age you simply thought 'I can't do it. I missed my opportunity' and gave up without even resisting fate.
It was designed to be like that. Seeing the younger generation soar high and going far beyond anything you could ever dream was both comforting and uniquely depressing.
She was like that once and she never thought too much about it content to wallow in mediocrity. It was just the way the world worked. Everyone knew that right?!
"Come. Let's begin" He patted the side of him, as a wall of rock rose quite a bit away from him.
Nodded resolute she sat there, waiting for instructions. She hadn't the slightest clue herself on how to get stronger afterall.
Seeing her sit on the side of him Naruto spoke slowly " Summarize what I told you before. Not in my own words but your understanding of them."
Taking a deep breath she thought about it" Mana is in everthing. The trees, air, ocean, animals, insects, everthing that which lives. And in between everything else."
"Every breath I inhale, I take in mana."
"Every breath I exhale, I push it out."
"It's everywhere even inside me of course, I just can't see it."
Naruto nodded neither confirming or denying. Manipulating mana he realised along with his family long ago, was not based on what you were told...but on what you experienced.
She needed to find her own definition before she could break the mold ingrained in her. Needed to atleast make a crack before she could soar.
He could tell how stiffling this world knowledge was on the suject of mana. He wouldn't call it wrong. That was insulting all those who pioneered it for the masses.
However it was single minded in his opinion. This all encompassing seemingly massive energy that covered the entire world could only be used as they said?
Pulling out a some leaves he touched the ground allowing a small circular hole to form.
Throwing them in he left them there for preparations.
"Cast your spell on the wall." He told her simply watching, as he took hold of her arm.
Taking a deep breath already knowing what would happen she begun doing so "Let the great protection of fire be on the place thou seekest. I call the bold heat of a torch here and-"
Before she could get any further she felt a shock to her system as the ball of fire stopped forming.
"Focus! What did you feel?!" He barked out quickly bringing up his book ready to right down in it for the hundredth time.
"It felt like a quick build up of pressure before being completely shut down. I could feel something going back in place in my body but I can't tell where or how much." She squinted trying to put the feeling into words.
Nodding taking it down Naruto told her to cast again.
""Let the great protection of fire be on the place thou seekest. I call the bold heat of a torch here and now. Fireball!" she said succeeding in casting about to launch it before she was stopped again.
Naruto holding her stopped the flow of mana saying "Hold onto this feeling. I'm going to let go but you are not to let this fire ball go anywhere."
Nodding in strain she took a deep breath when he did so feeling the difficulty of the task.
'No. Not difficult. Unfamiliar. ' She corrected herself quickly. It was becoming easier by the second though a lack of mana held her back.
Naruto observing nodded telling her to let go.
Immediately complying she released the fireball sending it rocketing into the wall causing the same amount of damage as a regular one.
Sweating at the task she looked at him waiting for instruction.
"Do you think you can do it again but without my help?" Naruto said patiently.
"Yes I can." She replied quickly the feeling was vivid and she could still remember it.
"Do it."
Chanting the spell again she held it feeling it was easier than before as she waited for instruction.
Smilling widely at the progress Naruto barely held in the urge to clap as he gleefully said "Release it!"
Seeing the fireball impact again she panted feeling winded. She did not have the mana capacity for all of this and it did not seem to be changing either.
Luckily for her Naruto already planned to help her with that.
Digging in his back he brought out an apple. Of course it wasn't any ordinary apple but one infused with mana from the surronding nature made absorbable.
Not anyone just could eat this. If you had less mana than the amount he put into it or if you were already full on mana, you would get sick from a overload. It was highly probable for you to die unless you expelled it quickly.
Taking it in confusion Hilda asked "An apple?"
She did not know what to make of it.
"A special one. It will help replenish your mana. Trust me." He looked into her skeptical eyes as he told her.
Looking at him then to the apple she decided he was far more deserving than just her trust, taking a bite of it. It didn't taste any different, was her first thought about it.
Then her eyes widened feeling as if her body was refreshed. Not only that she could just barely feel something settling into her body. The same feeling as when she her casting was canceled.
'So it did replenish my mana? What can't this child do?' She wondered wildy.
"Naruto, you're quite something, aren't you? You never cease to amaze me." She said astonished looking at his red cheeks.
'He and Rudeus would be good friends wouldn't they?' She thought thinking of the next prodigy she knew of.
"Mmm Thanks." He replied back getting the heat back under control.
"Now cast until you can't anymore let's measure the amount of times you can do it." He slyly suggested knowing she would be amazed at the results even though it wasn't much in the grand scheme.
She glanced at the smile tugging on his lips hinting at something suspicious before doing so. Casting the fireball spell multipe times she stopped on her seventh panting in sweat.
"So that's seven times you can cast that consecutively. " He hummed aloud.
Offering her another fruit Naruto ordered her to do it again. Watching as she stopped again on the seventh.
"Try it again Hilda." He encouraged her gently. He could already feel the increase in mana and knew she wouldn't be hurt by doing it again.
Looking at him in confusion she wondered what he meant. Didn't he know 7 times were her maximum?
"Trust me you'll be surprised. Now do it. You can't disobey your sensei." He smiled holding the title over her.
Rolling her eyes at the childish antics she sighed doing it not seeing any reason why she shouldn't.
"Let the great protection of fire be on the place thou seekest." She started before furrowing her eyebrows in confusion seeing the fire ball form normally.
'What on earth?'
" I call the bold heat of a torch here and now. Fireball!" If she was questionable before she was astonished now seeing the fireball launch off like normal impacting the wall.
"N-naruto?" She clenched her hands in excitement seeing the real life process feeling drained after the fireball was launched.
You could increase your the amount of mana you were born with?! How was it possible that no one knew?!
"Naruto how is this possible, was it the apple!?" She hurriedly pursued the answer to the momentous discovery. Could a fruit really expand your mana capacity?!
Shaking his head Naruto stopped before nodding a tad. "It has little to do with it. From what I can tell that which contains the mana you hold was..."
Now how to put it into words? He never had a need to do so before.
"It was taut, rigid and stiff. Remember when I placed my hand over you for the last 4 days?" He questioned.
Nodding with red cheeks she did remember, how could she not? She had to bare chest before a child. She couldn't get any lower than that.
"I was stimulating it. Trying to make it less tense and more relaxed." That wasn't what he did. He actually tried to make it more like his. He could feel the massive difference between his and hers and tried to emulate how he expanded his own with hers with little success.
Of course little success was relative when compared to the monster that Naruto became. He was constantly filtering in magic from the world into him as long as he could remember. As a result it drastically increased his mana capacity.
That wasn't even counting if he ever decided to use the mana he could take from around him.
"But why hasn't anyone ever figured it out? If just stimulating such a thing would cause my mana to increase shouldn't someone have figured it out by now?" She questioned hungry for more knowledge looking at him deeply.
She fully acknowledged him as her superior in all things magic. It was hard seeing a child over her but now she would be a fool to hold onto any more misgivings about her situation.
She was looking at a pioneer of the future. She was sure of it!
Of course that image shattered a bit seeing him shrugging uncaring. Deadpaning she could only listen to his nonchalant response as he picked his nose.
"I don't have the slightest clue. Seems like a simple solution to me honestly. Makes me wonder a bit about..." He mused aloud before shaking his head deciding not to insult anyone over the oversight.
Of course such a thing should have been long discovered like Naruto thought however he never thought to think about why only he was able to do so.
He had a deep understanding visually, mentally, spiritually and physically about a energy very similar to magic.
So of course it was only par course that he was easily able to not only identify the cause of the stagnant magic pool but rectify easily in just 4 days of research.
Of course there were other factors involved, just as important as his experience. For example he was not held down by the rules of this world and the rest did not bare mentioning.
Opening her mouth to question him again she jumped hearing a body dumped into the clearing.
"Phillip?!" Hilda screamed running to him as Naruto smiled seeing his next pupil following at a sedated pace.
"Honey, you look awful!" She peered at his skinnier body and cheeks in suprise. What on earth did this child have him doing?
Phillip looking up at her glanced at the nipples sticking out, the now sweaty shirt she wore showing every single dimension of the large breast.
"And you look as beautiful as always dear." He rasped out the genuine sentence like a man dying for water.
That wasn't far from the truth. He spent the last 5 days running for his life from animals and monsters alike, being bit by insects constantly, fighting off small animals for food, sleeping in trees nearly and anything you could name.
When he wanted to die, not being able to move anymore, he stil wasn't able to somehow becoming refreshed and ready to go the next morning as his suffering continued.
Like some demonic being wanted to prolong his torture.
Naruto kneeling down placed a grape into mouth, watching as he chewed crying being held by his wife.
Dispelling the hiding clone he nodded at the memories smilling at the progress he made. Goodness he even out did his wife!
'Uh.. Maybe that has something to do with him fighting for his life? ' Naruto tilted his head to side wondering if it was the case.
Had Phillip heard him of course, he would have tried choking him if he could have.
However Phillip was to preoccupied with his mind being blown as he now realized this kid was the reason he was being tortured for so long.
This refreshing feeling through his body was far too familiar with him not to know.
So he froze up his mind blanking trying to wonder if this kid saw all his not so glorious moments in that hellish forest.
He did. Naruto did. All of it.
Hilda stroking her husbands hair looked up at the child adressing them. "It's great that you're all here now! We can start the introduction to your real training." He said smilling like everything was right with the world.
Freezing both parents looked at him in horror as he picked them up like twigs dropping them infront of the leaves he left earlier.
"That first bit was for me to evaluate your mindsets. I don't know if you would have been able to survive the rest so I needed to know if we had to work on it." He clapped his hands walking around then getting them to flinch.
Glancing at each other, they heard the crazy child continue " I'm glad to see you both however are very mentally capable that means this next part will be very easily passed and you can increase your potential with mana! "
He was really happy for them. He couldn't contain his smile at all. Of course it only came out rather maliciously to them.
Stomping a wide stone circular floor was raised beneath them.
"Phillip lay on your back! Hilda go over there and watch please." He shouted getting them to do so quickly scrambling.
Seeing the pile of leaves Naruto flicked a tiny fire ball over to them before turning his attention to him.
"Close your eyes and listen to my voice. Phillip I'm going to be adressing you first." Naruto said standing over the shaking man.
"Unlike your wife you have no sensitivity towards your mana. Nowhere near as much as her. Not that it's a bad thing but I'm just pointing it out."
"I don't think you're cut out for casting actual magic yet but.." He trailed off seeing the man perk up from his slouch.
"I'm sure you can be a great physical combatant so we'll take steps to get you above the base level." He finished off.
Philip feeling happy perked up before his entire body began spasming feeling as if he got 100 times by a tiny needle.
The correct number was 361 Naruto thought pulling back his 2 fingers one on each hand gleaming a bright blue.
Hilda watching the show gulped wondering if she would be next. She knew that had to hurt something fierce.
Naruto knowing the man was conscious but not all there said " I've just activated most of your major muscles groups and infused them with little delicate bits of mana. Your job right now is to control that mana and then expand it outwards before it leaves your system. "
"If you can't we'll do this every single day. Every moment your awake until your grasp the feeling and remember mana is life, don't reject it." Naruto nodded sternly hands crossed as he watched him.
Phillip heard every single word. His eyes were shaking and his brain quaking as he hyperfocused on the sensation.
He could feel ever single muscle that was struck twitching the mana that the child called 'little' rampaging through his body, ripping it apart.
"Phillip." Hilda whispered deeply seeing her husbands lip drawing blood. It was a deeply worring sight and she wanted to attend to him but the glance from the blonde with marks stopped her in her tracks.
Naruto after doing so looked back at the man. He knew he wasn't in danger. Afterall he was right here but he knew Hilda could break his concentration overriding the effects.
Speaking of effects.
'The leaves are doing a good job.' Naruto smiled at the once useless leaves combination finally showing their worth.
The gasses the man was inhaling were not to be messed with. They were relaxing his brain causing him to lose nearly all thoughts.
The final words he heard were the only things he would remember temporarily as his body ran on auto pilot following the orders.
Of course had the world heard of such a terrifying effect of a blend of flowers it would either be outlawed or abused to the highest order.
'Control the mana' Phillip tried doing so failing at each step. It was easy to say yet so but hard to put into action.
'Control!' He bit his lips feeling the pain rack him, his muscles coming undone. He wouldn't be able to stand if he wanted to know.
'It hurts so much!' His eyes were berift of tears, as he trembled nearly blanking out. On the axis between consciousness and unconscious he could only listen to the beat of heart. The massive sound akin to a war drum.
The only thing keeping him consciousness.
Naruto grinned madly deeply gleeful at the success, as Hilda stilled hearing the loud "Dum! Dum! Dum!"
'Is that his heart?!' She thought placing a hand over her mouth astonished at the crazy sound.
'Mana is life.' Phillip thought drowsy trying to make the connection. Life. Life. Life. What was life? No. What was life to him? His wife. His wife was his was life. Even when their children were stolen away, she was there for him. She was his life.
'Hilda' He thought of her, the bodacious body, her fiery personality, her kindness, her crimson hair.
'Fiery, crimson...blood. Life is BLOOD! AND BLOOD IS LIFE!' He finally made the connection as he pulled the mana not into his muscles but into the life of his body. His blood.
He allowed it to settle there as its new home .Once he did the mana Naruto gave him dispersed before being replaced with a less powerful unruly source. His own.
'Push it outwards.' He did so shaking sighing when he felt a modicum of relief.
Feeling the warmness in his body as he stopped pushing outwards unable to do so anymore, he smiled finally allowing himself to lose the battle of unconsciousness without worrying.
Hearing the sound calm down Hilda watched in anxiety before jumping hearing Naruto utter."It's done."
Seeing him walk to Phillip she quickly out paced him kneeling down placing his head onto her thighs.
Naruto not minding doused the fire with water blowing away the residue before looking down with a happy smile.
"Let's take him to bed. He deserves himself some rest." Naruto said picking him up gently not wanting to hurt him or distres Hilda.
"Heh. I wonder how he did it?" Naruto mused with a smile. It would be a thought he'd ponder on in the future.
Placing him down he watched as Hilda took the paste rubbing him down. Looking at her he knew she would be a bit more complicated. Afterall she wouldn't be able to rely on instinct for what he had planned.
Tucking her husband in Hilda looked up at Naruto seeing him gesture with his head before leaving.
Sighing in apprehension following him back to the clearing she looked at him seriously as he looked at her the same.
"Hilda? Your problem is a bit more complex than your husband's. " He sat down looking at her a bit weirdly.
Hilda looked at him and sat as well listening to the issue she had. "Phillip san seems to be mainly a user of his physical body, so he hasn't filled his head up with magical theory and the like. He changed his ways easily to become stronger."
Frowning at what she was hearing she put her head down hearing it.
Naruto feeling bad knew he still had to go through it. Otherwise she would only have a linear growth and at this age such a thing wouldn't help her much.
So sighing he continued silently hurting both himself and her. "You however? You don't have even his intial base, you don't have much magic, knowledge of it, of combat or anything mana wise really."
Hilda palms bled hearing it but she didn't budge an inch. Not one.
'Yes. I have no knowledge on anything really. Except how to be a good wife and a subpar nobel. The only good thing I did was having such wonderful children. '
She took a breath out calming herself looking at him knowing he wanted to go further but couldn't do it. So she continued it for him in her mind.
She acknowledged all those things were true.There was no need to lament much about it. It hurt but she knew he wanted to help her change that. Help her become more.
Looking at the deep faith she had in him Naruto felt funny in his heart. It wasn't like when his family looked at him like that. No this look was made because of his own works.
Not some damn baggage from his old life!
Catching himself Naruto hid his head wiping his the tears quickly as he scolded himself.
'You can't think about family that way! It's awful! ' He thought feeling so bad for his ungrateful attitude. Why was he always like this?
Sighing he shook off the thought looking into Hilda's resolute eyes smilling.
"That's why were going to leverage my power, resources and your traits or rather trait to get you off your ass!" He grinned wildly feeling himself massively.
"My trait?" She looked at him in confusion. What the hell did that even mean?
Looking at her mischievously he simply gripped the air as if shaping a ball before making a throwing motion.
Getting up running into the forest he cackled waiting.
Completely soaking wet Hilda's eyes trembled as she looked at him getting up.
"You fucking brat!" She immediately sped after him about to twist his ears off. Entering where she last saw him she stopped.
Glancing around she ducked seeing the water ball launched at her head quickly pursuing in that direction.
"I got you!" She said gritting her teeth in annoyance at getting hit with another ball of water before gripping him.
Though she paled at his wide grin as he removed her hands before gripping her by the waist.
"To help you we need to blow your mind wide apart. Completely destroy everything you've accumulated and I have the perfect way to do so."
Naruto bent his knees breathing in channeling mana through his entire body. Inside and out. A massive amount to facilitate the movement he would make along with covering them both with wind magic to offset any complications.
Opening his eyes suddenly he took a single leap.
Blanking out, Hilda body became limp through sheer terror as she was held like a corpse.
Coming back to she immediately began kicking her feet screaming her lungs out raw.
Why? With each passing second, the ground below shrank, and the world opened up around them. Soon, they were soaring amidst the clouds with Hilda jerking in fear.
Naruto waiting for her to catch her self idly formed a bubble sitting in it as he looked down himself feeling his legs ache.
Looking down, he saw the patchwork of fields, rivers, and settlements stretching out like a quilt beneath them. He could faintly sense the life forces down below no doubt the inhabitants of the 'Danger zone'.
The sun bathed the landscape in golden hues, casting long shadows that stretched across the range.
Breathing in deeply feeling at peace he glanced at Hilda looking down with shaking eyes. He could tell there were no thoughts behind them.
Just simple unadulterated awe, wonder and admiration.
Smilling to himself he patted his legs feeling them heal from the damage before he addressed her.
"Pretty isn't it?" He mused aloud wanting to hear her thoughts. It was important that she cleared up everything up here he thought.
"P-pretty?" She was baffled at the description looking down. There were no words not a single one in her dictionary to describe the scene.
"Majestic is what you probably meant to say. There aren't many other words to describe it." She muttered slowly looking down with her eyes burning the scene into her mind before looking at him.
"Who are you?" She whispered transfixed on him. What else could she ask but that at this point? This went far beyond prodigious.
Naruto got up with his hands behind his back as he twirled smiling "Not telling"
Look at the playful child she said nothing. There wasn't anything else that needed to be said.
Glancing at her Naruto said " Shall we continue?"
She nodded slowly getting up heart still beating heavily.
Nodding Naruto looked up" You have two options for your test. We can do this the easy way or we can do this the hard way. The choice is yours."
"What do both ways entail?" She questioned before answering.
"The hard way is just you yourself, so you'll perform with my minimum input." He glanced at her before looking foward.
"The easy way is, I give you something to help bring out what you need, then you'll be able to achieve your goal easier." He finished letting her choose.
Looking down she didn't hesitate much."Easy way."
"So you have chosen the ha- say what now?!" He looked at her astonished. He said he needed her to break the mold but not like this!
Shrugging with a smile feeling strangely free Hilda said "Will taking the hard way stop me from getting stronger quicker?"
Hesitating Naruto looked at her and shook his head in negative.
Humming she with a shit eating grin on her face continued " Will you look down on me for it?"
Naruto responded in negative again his face twisting petulantly at the suggestion.
"Then why would I pick the hard way?! That's more work for no pay off!"
"But the character development...?!" Naruto was aghast.
"...The what?"
"Never mind." Naruto sighed out as he begun digging in sack grumbling about sassy ladies.
"Here take this!" He shoved it in her face.
Taking the jar in confusion she said nothing but noted how much more open he became with her.
"Your test is...to release every single bit of magic you have into one burst without a spell. "
"This will require a massive amount of emotion and you being at full power at all times so I will allow you to draw a bit into mine." He told her before jumping onto her back like a koala.
"What are you doing?!" She said in confusion trying to pry him off before realizing it was a lost cause.
"I need to be connected to you to let you draw into my mana pool." He lied easily getting comfortable. He actually need to be here to make sure she didn't hurt herself.
Hilda face red said nothing realising she had no choice.
"Now pop it open and sniff it. It will help you massively." He told her anticipating the next scene.
Doing so her face twisting at the smell Hilda nodded giving it back to him before asking "Now what?"
"Now?" Naruto smiled before popping the bubble.
"Aghhhhh!" Hilda immediately flailed her arms in terror as she sky dived towards the earth.
Naruto said nothing simply adjusting the wind around them. She needed to get through this herself.
Screaming her head off Hilda slowly closed her mouth, gritting her teeth feeling the tears flood her eyes.
'Why am I suffering so much?! What have I done to deserve this so?! What God have I offended?!' She gnashed her teeth in utter hatred seeing red.
"Sorry it would seem your daughter has not the slightest bit of talent in magic or swordsmanship." Her first tutor said ruthlessly crushing her dreams at 7.
"Hilda?! What have I told you?! You can't be acting like a child anymore! Take your etiquette classes seriously or else we can't marry you off!" Her mother scolded her after catching her practicing behind her back again.
"I'm afraid we'll have to cut of your privileges. You can't seem to obey simple instructions" Her father said after she refused to entertain the marriage contracts.
"Heh not so high on your horse now you big titted slut huh?!" Her jealous bitch of a sister said mocking her after seeing her under house arrest.
"I'm glad to see you coming to your senses. Maybe there's hope for you afterall." Her father said after she stopped resisting unable to take it anymore.
"Under the Saint Millis, I hereby pronounce you husband and wife. You may kiss the bride." The priest said as she watched the despicable man steal her first kiss.
"It would seem you've lost dear brother. I'll be taking him now but don't worry he'll be better off for it." James Boreas Greyrat said after defeating her beloved husband stealing her baby. Her baby away from her without a second glance.
"Have you resigned to your fate?! Train harder! Do something, anything! Just don't let him win again ple-ase." Her own pregnant self said after seeing Phillip seemingly just give up on trying to fight his brother.
"This has brought a tear to my eye brother. You should probably not have anymore kids to be honest. I'm sure this hurts." The arrogant piece of shit said after ripping them apart again.
"Not again, not again, not again, not again, not again, not again, not again, not again, not again." She vomited onto the floor, convulsing when she realised she was pregnant again.
"It's a pleasure to meet you, I am Rudeus Greyrat." She watched the little shit bow to her as if having the right to do so.
"Holeey shit. That's a fine piece of tail ain't it?" She heard the monster say knowing exactly what he wanted.
Looking up at the sky as she free fell, she couldn't help but think how beautiful it was as she felt her rage peak.
Yes the red sky was beautiful in all its splendor.
'Ah no that's not the sky but flames.' She giggled madly looking up at it with excited eyes before her face contorted.
As they plummeted from the sky, Hilda's face twisted into a mask of madness, fueled by the countless injustices forced upon her.
Her hair whiped wildly in the wind, and her eyes blazed with an intensity that rivaled the sun.
With each passing moment, her anger multiplied, getting ready to combust. As they hurtled towards the ground, she pulled in the flames emmiting from her into a spherical shape instinctively.
The air heated with barely restrained fury. In that fleeting moment of borrowed power, she became a force of nature, unstoppable and untamed, a testament to her accumulated anger given form.
The anger always burried beneath the prim and proper personality along with her old self.
As she exploded engulfing the sky in a firey blaze of glory only one thought went through her mind.

Whilst Hilda was having her well deserved mental break down Naruto was sweating bullets.
He had been helping for a bit so she could properly use the mana without a spell. He had started slowly converting the mana to flames.
It was to allow her body to catch on to the process whilst she was in the rage driven state so she could do it herself.
While emotion and enough mana were requirements, she was still missing the skill, feelings and familiarity she needed to use her mana without a spell.
However... while he was focusing on the arduous task, she had been able to take a sizeable chunk of his mana before he was able to stop her meaning...
"Ah shi-"
Dragging his feet inside the now naked Naruto brought the also naked Hilda inside as he placed her on the bed before covering her.
Walking out in a daze he went to find some more clothing for both him and her glancing at the sleeping couple as he left.
They were truly full of suprises huh?
Putting on the pants and shirt Naruto idly realized he would need to raid some places for more. Especially if they were going to be training with him.
Picking up the woman's clothing he went back to the guest room placing them on the side of her. About to leave he stopped in confusion seeing another source of mana inside of Hilda.
'What the hell does that mean?!' He thought deeply and utterly mind boggled.
He didn't even know you could have more than one! Glancing at her lower stomach in confusion he shook her head resolving to ask when she woke before leaving to go write down the test results.
Opening the book the first thing he wrote down was "Never let Hilda or anyone really take that combination again"
And on and on he wrote describing today's session, everything he observed and the conclusion of the events.
About to take some more down he stopped hearing a commotion. Quickly getting up he made haste going to the guest door before being shocked seeing Hilda vomit.
Quickly going to her side he kneeled in concern. 'Did I cause this?' Was his first thought seeing her tears. He could already feel his heart sinking at his hasty actions.
"I-is everything okay?" He started off quietly not wanting her to blame him.
Looking at him with tears in her eyes she said softly "Everything is more than okay. I'm pregnant!" She immediately threw her arms over him squeezing him deeply in glee.
Not only was she pregnant, she never felt this good mentally in her entire life!
Naruto blanking out at the admittance thought 'Yeah that'd explain a couple of things.'
He didn't think he'd ever seen a pregnant woman while using sage mode afterall.
"Eris is going to be so excited! Rudeus as well!" She daydreamed about the siblings meeting. She could not wait for it! She was already making plans!
Looking at her feeling a bit weird Naruto tried smiling failing largely. "So Eris and Rudues are your children huh?"
They did hint that they had children multiple times...
Nodding in agreement she quickly shook her head " Eris is my child but Rudeus has yet to become mine. Soon though once he marries my Eris."
Blinking at that Naruto said nothing nodding idly as he brought her back to bed.
Suppressing the feeling he said "Well you should get back to sleep. I'm sure you can have all the fun you want when you wake."
Nodding in agreement Hilda allowed Naruto to carry her to bed idly feeling the magic flow so much more vividly. She could nearly taste it.
Laying down she watched Naruto leaving before stopping him." Naruto?"
Pausing the partial elf child glanced back with confusion plastered on his face.
Smiling widely Hilda said softly" Thank you...for everything."
It was all too much honestly. She couldn't even begin to vocalize it.
Naruto feeling his ears burn and wiggle happily looked back and nodded with a smile before leaving to avoid further embarrassment.
Though he quickly glanced back and sighed knowing he would have to come back to clean that vomit up.
'Ohhh she also is going to need stuff for the baby, for the delivery and...' Sweating feeling the nerves come, Naruto left the room sensing the massive amount of work heaping up on his shoulders.
He had to get started now to make sure there were no issues! They didn't have anyone here trust worthy to help after all!
'Wait can't I just kidnap some people? No that has too many issues.'
Hilda looking at the embarrassed child making his retreat smiled as she got up to go to the bathroom.
'Weak to compliments huh? I'll have to note that down.'
'This kid is so mature at times but still has his moments huh?' She giggled at the discovery.
Or rather he tried to act mature but clearly couldn't do so. He was clearly a kid at heart.
Glancing towards Phillip she thought 'You better don't slack off. I'm not losing another one of my babies.'
Shaking her head with a smile she went inside the bathroom about to take of her clothing before her eyes widened.
Looking down eyes shaking she could only blanch at the fact she was naked.
'W-why?!'
I'll have to do the thing Mushoku Tensei is famous for. Cuz anymore training scenes will be pandering to word count. I'll try not to skip everything though.
