The Marian sailed away from the small island for a while, nearing the hazy middle of the calm zone. Mary growled under her breath, being forced to clean the biggest prisoners boots since he was the new captain. "Yer a fool Mary, you should'a known we'd've escaped one day~" he chortled. "Surely you don't think we'll show you mercy." Mary scoffed, "You think you won..? In reality... only those pirates and the doll escaped!" He laughed, "Oh really? Yer chains say otherwise~" On the deck, the prisoners were walking about, and the haze began to shift.
From out of the haze, a cloudy figure approached the vessel, landing on the deck. One of the prisoners screamed as the cloud suddenly engulfed him, and he choked as thel cloud was too dense to breathe in. They all cried out as the cloud continued systematically killing everyone besides the Burning Queens, save for the captain. He grabbed Mary, holding a knife to her neck as the cloud burst through the door, reforming into a man. His purple eyes and deadly gaze causing the man to drop both her and the weapon. "V-Velur!? Wait I'm s-" he is silenced, Velur simply raising his hand. The man couldn't breathe, and choked out as Velur took off Mary's chains. "Did they hurt you child..?" he asked concerningly as the man fell dead.
"Those Melody Pirates... they ruined everything!" she cried out. Velur pulled her into a hug, rubbing her back. "Relax dear, more pirates will come. Good things always come to those who wait." She sniffled, "You're right..." He helped her up, and they freed the rest of the crew. "We goin' after them?" Cannon asked, but Mary shook her head. "We'll meet them again. But we must get stronger first! The Burning Queens shall take to the seas, once Marian is repaired. Then, we hunt those Melodies and silence their song~"
"Captain! Something's coming!" Spinner cried out, noticing a black armoured figure approaching them. "Let's just take him out," Yuki said as she shifted. She's stopped by a lightning bolt passing right beside her. The Queens all freeze, even Velur looking rather uneasy. "You are not my target! I have no quarrel with you!" The Black Knight exclaimed. "R-right... wait. Are you after those Melody Pirates?" He didn't respond. "I have no time for you!" he cried as he continued. Mary was about to step up, but Velur stopped her. "He has the Rumble Rumble Fruit... It's best that we let him let us live." She nodded, "O-oh... ok."
During one of the Grand Line's storms, Kasai called out to Harmony, "Where's the map taking us?" She yelled out, "Sirkus! It's where the Logpose is goin'." Lia exclaimed, "That's where Kandy's show was being held when I escaped! It's a start!" They all took their usual routine; only now Lia was steering while Harmony just read the map. "Quick turn to starboard!" she directed. They dodged a big wave, but a second was coming. "Activate Doggy Paddle mode!" Lia cried out as she pressed the button, using said mode to avoid the second wave.
They continued for days, until the sky was clearing up just as the sun was coming over the horizon. Kasai looked out, noticing the huge island before them. "It kinda looks like a huge cake," he stated. They retracted the paddles and sailed into the dock. Kasai chuckled as he jumped into "Well wuddya know, it is cake." Sirkus; a small country-sized island made entirely out of naturally occuring cake. It reforms when eaten, and has been slowly expanding for thousands of years. Considering how far it's gotten, it won't be infestating the world anytime soon. The cakey land also has a show that isn't set to open until a toy is returned...
