Everyone hopped off Nakama, making their way into the main city. "Wooooow~" Minx looked around in awe as the city of Shugar was a vibrant one with the color and life all throughout. "Hello~ are you guys in need of a guide?~" a young girl with a white face and big red nose waved at them, running over to the group. "Huh? No we're just passing through," Kasai informed. "Oh, okii~" she replied, and Julio kneeled down to her, "Hey kid, where's your parents!" She tilted her head, "My parents? My dad was taken one day by pirates and my mom... uh, I don't have a mom." Harmony coughed, "You don't have a mother!? Lia, is this..?" Lia nodded, "Perhaps... Child, there was-" Lia couldn't finish as the child suddenly ran up and hugged Lia, exclaiming, "Dolly Dolly! I found the Dolly!"
She ran off, and the crew all went after her. "Wait girl! Where are you taking her!?" Kagaku cried out. She turned her head while still running, "Miss Kandy is offering a reward for returning her lost Dolly~" the child excitedly exclaimed. Harmony threw her arms out to stop everyone, causing Minx to look over confused and ask, "Why aren't we saving her?" Harmony just gave him a thumbs up, "We're gonna follow, but since this Kandy is where we're going anyway, let her lead us and we'll just bust Lia out~" Julio chuckled, "Rather smart plan. If it is some show like Lia said, we could enter as guests and do some recon." They all nodded, and started jogging after the girl, Kasai calling out, "Hey! Can you take us to this show!?" She stopped and turned, "Oh sure~"
"Y-you guys gotta help!" Lia cried as the child kept ahold of her by wrapping her arms around the doll. Minx smiled at the child, "Miss, may I see her for a second, I promise to give her back~" She hesitated, but a look in his eyes made her believe him, and she handed Lia to him. "Great, now-" she's cut off by Minx whispering the plan to her. "What? Well... it's true, when I escaped it was dark so I have no idea how to get there, but that show of hers... please do not leave me there!" she pleaded as Minx nodded, "I promise we won't~" He handed her back to the kid, and they all started walking to the edge of Shugar. There, a huge circus tent the size of a small castle was set up with a rather sizable crowd. "That's a big line..." Kagaku stated, pinkie in nose. The kid bounced in place, "Oh boy oh boy~ maybe I'll finally afford food~" Hearing that, Harmony pulled an apple from her pocket and offered it to the kid, who chomped it happily.
Within the tent, a group of about 70 toys were in the center ring, fighting it out as a young girl's conductor wand. She looked no older than 15, and her bright blue eyes looked very annoyed. "Come on! Put your backs into it! We're providing fun, not despair! Without Dolly it's such a drag... We'll never start at this rate! Put some cotton into it!" She snapped the wand into her palm, causing every toy to start actually trying to fight. "There we go~" she giggled. A regular sized man with extremely huge muscles walked over to her with his tiny head, informing, "Show Leader, we've spotted Dolly outside in the crowd!" Her eyes sparkled, "Dolly!? Go get her! Bring me whoever found her!" The man saluted and ran back outside.
The child ran through the crowd, and while the crew attempted to follow, they couldn't. Once she made it to the entrance, a man stood before her. "Hello Nacho! I found Dolly!" she exclaimed, holding Lia up. Lia would be sweating nervously, but with her plastic body she looked fairly composed. "It's Macho, with an M. Anyway, come on in, Show Leader wants to see you." She skipped inside excitedly, and the Leader turned to face her. "Yaaaay you found her!~" she cried, running over and grabbing Lia from her. Lia groaned as Kandy threw her into the ring, "Now my favorite toy is back~ This show is back on track again!" The child looked up and smiled brightly, "What's the reward miss?~" Kandy turned to the child and smirked, "You can join the show~" A stuffed toy elephant with a red trunk ran forward towards the child. "Zoe! Get away from her!" The child turned, confused as to how the toy knew her name, as Kandy placed her hand on the girls shoulder.
The crew all waited till the crowd finally started moving. "Finally, I thought they'd never get going," Julio groaned. "They were probably just finishing up whatever they were setting up," Kasai stated as they started heading inside. "Let's get Lia's body back and get back out there!~" Minx excitedly said, everyone nodding in agreement. "Say Kagaku, have you dealt with this Devil Fruit?" Harmony asked, to which he shook his head. "Never heard of a power that turns people into toys." She sighed, and reached in her pocket, only to find nothing there. "Huh? I could have sworn I grabbed an apple..."
