Kensi and Deeks are having a movie night at his apartment, he tells her something before she leaves. What does Deeks tell her and what will happen?

CHAPTER 16: THIS IS REALLY HAPPENING...

2145 (9:45 PM)...

"Where did you learn to dance like that?" Deeks asked as he lay facing her and Kensi shrugged. "I just like to dance and I used a little bit of what you did to me, plus a few of my own moves. I just thought of something..." Kensi said with a laugh.

"What's that?" Deeks inquired.

"We went undercover and you wanted to learn how to dance for your special friend, Phillip. You already knew how to lap dance, because you said that's how you put yourself through college and law school." Kensi said.

"Okay,

Number 1...we were undercover.

Number 2...the person I was learning to lap dance for was Philippa, but yes I did know how to lap dance then

and number 3..." Deeks began.

"There's a number 3, huh?" Kensi asked.

"Number 3 is that Philippa didn't exsist. I just wish I would have told you sooner how I felt, but I was never really sure how you felt about me..." Deeks said taking her hand in his.

"So what made you finally make the first move?" Kensi asked. "Since we've been working together, we've had this game going and it wasn't until last year I realized you might hav feelings for me." Deeks told her.

"And what made you think I might return your feelings?" Kensi inquied. "Okay, it's more of what's been going on from the beginning between us. Let's see...

We've been flirting and teasing each other...

The way you can't seem to keep your hands off me..."

Kensi snorted, but Deeks continued.

"...The kiss that you said was an undercover kiss..."

"Deeks..." Kensi began.

"Let me finish...

You looking at my butt while I used a lock pick, I did notice that by the way...

You said you thought of me in the shower...

You asked what I thought of my hand on your butt...

Stuffing money in my pocket and mocking me about being an exotic dancer...

The partner's quiz from the bridal magazine...

Does that give you enough clues? That morning we woke up together...I was dreaming of you. Ow, really! I said I was dreaming about you." Deeks yepled when Kensi pinched him.

"That dream is why you woke up the way you did that morning isn't it?" Kensi asked.

"Partly." Deeks confessed. "Plus everything else you just told me?" Kensi inquired and Deeks nodded.

"Yeah, of course your hand moving to a sensitive spot and you kissing me didn't help the situation." Marty told her seriously.

"I was dreaming and I didn't know I was actually doing anything!" Kensi claimed. "What exactly were you dreaming about, Princess?" Deeks asked with a grin.

"Well, I had two dreams that night. The dream I was having just before you woke me up was..." Kensi stopped and Deeks started to laugh.

"You were dreaming about us making love, weren't you?" Deeks accused and Kensi pinched him in the side again. "Maybe it was you." Kensi teased.

"Ow, really...was that necessary and what do you mean 'maybe it was me'?" Deeks asked. "Just what I said...maybe it was you." Kensi said again.

"So you were lying on top of me and you might have been dreaming about someone else?" Deeks asked.

"Do you want to know about the dreams I was having or not?" Kensi asked and Deeks nodded. "Are you going to tell me?" Deeks countered.

"I was dreaming about us in the shower together, okay?" Kensi finally admitted. "I knew it...I knew you couldn't resist me!" Deeks said triumphantly with a grin.

"Shut up or I won't tell you about the dream I was having before that." Kensi said and Deeks looked at her with interest. "Okay, go ahead. What was your other dream about?" Deeks asked with curiousity.

"We were walking down the beach, there was a little girl about five or six years old...she had sort of blonde and brown hair.

She was running down the beach ahead of us with Monty at her side, I could tell she was a part of both of us. As we walked you said something...

'Sunshine and gundpowder, Kens, do you know what that is?'

Then you stopped and kissed me, before telling me something else...

'I'm in love with you Kensi. I can't help it.'

That is when the little girl turned around and I could see that she had your eyes. She started to shout mommy and daddy as she came running toward us with a smile, a smile that was like mine." Kensi told him and Deeks looked at her in shock.

"K-kens, I did wake up during that night and I did say those things, but I didn't think you heard me." Deeks confessed.

"I thought it was just a part of my dream. At some point, I woke up because I smelled the ocean and for a second I thought my deam was real. I told you I loved you and I thought maybe you heard me, because you tightened your arm around me for a second." Kensi told him with a smile.

"I guess it took a lot to get us to where we are now, huh?" Deeks asked. "Yeah, we were both afraid to risk the friendship we had." Kensi admitted and Deeks pulled her closer to him, so there was almost no space between them.

"I love you, Kensi and no one will ever compare to you. I already love this baby to." Deeks told her. "Is this really happening?" Kensi questioned.

"Oh yeah, this is really happening." Deeks said as he moved one hand down to her abdomen and put his hand on top of hers.

Deeks then leaned over to kiss her and then moved to kiss her abdomen.
