SUMMARY:

Kensi and Deeks are having a movie night at his apartment, he tells her something before she leaves. What does Deeks tell her and what will happen?

CHAPTER 28: GETTING OPINIONS ON THE NAMES...

KENSI'S BEDROOM...
0700...

Deeks had left a little while ago to take Monty for a run and hand asked Kensi if she wanted to go, but she had told him no.

After Deeks and Monty had left Kensi had started a new pot of coffee for when Deeks got back and then went to take a shower.

Now Kensi stood naked in front of the mirror and noticed a small baby bump. It was becoming more real everyday, but now Kensi was beginning to have doubts about baby Ray.

'Could she be a good mom to this baby? Was she ready for everything to change?'

"What are you thinking about, Princess?" Deeks asked as he wrapped his arms around her from behind and put his chin on her shoulder.

"You know I just took a shower, right and you're sweaty from you run." Kensi complained.

"Well, I guess you will have to take another shower or join me. You didn't answer my question." Deeks reminded her.

"I'm not sure I'm ready for Ray...our lives are about to change. We are going to be somone's parents. What if I'm not a good mom? You're better with kids then I am." Kensi told Deeks biting her lip and Deeks turned her around to face him.

"You will be an incredible mom, Kens and you are not in this alone. Besides you did a great job when Sam asked you to baby sit last year." Deeks pointed out.

"That was different. This is not someone else's child that we're just baby sitting, Deeks. This will be our child. I-I just don't know what I feel sometimes...sometimes I'm happy and other times I'm...scared." Kensi confessed looking into his ocean blue eyes.

"Hey, we've been figuring things out together so far and that's not going to change. I love you and baby Ray. I promise I will be with you every moment. Do you want an evening with your mom tonight after work? She might be able to give you some advice." Deeks suggested.

"What will you do?" Kensi asked and Deeks shrugged. "Clean your house, take Monty for a run." Deeks told her.

"Are you sure?" Kensi asked and Deeks brushed his lips against hers. "Absolutely, I think it might help if you talk to your mom. I hope you know how incredibly hot you look. How about a quick shower and then we get ready for work?" Deeks asked and then leaned down to kiss her baby bump.

"Come on, Love boy, let's go take a shower or we'll be late." Kensi called as she started to make her way to the bathroom and with a grin Deeks followed.

THE BULLPEN...
0900 HOURS...

Kensi and Deeks walked into the bullpen to find Eric and Nell downstairs talking to Callen and Sam.

"Look whoes here." Callen commented.

"What's that supposed to mean?" Deeks asked. "We were wondering if you were going to show up today." Sam said with a smile.

"It's just now 9 AM, we're on time for work. I'm glad you all are hee, Kensi and I wanted to ask you something." Deeks said looking at Kensi. "We have chosen five names, but Deeks and I wanted your opinions." Kensi explained. "Actually, four...we decided one was taken, remember?" Deeks asked still looking at Kensi and Kensi nodded.

"So what are the names?" Sam asked.

"We chose Faith as the middle name, the first names we have are...

Amanda

Libby

Larina

Desiree

And I told Deeks about the name Martina, but we decided againt that one." Kensi explained sitting down at her desk as Deeks stood beside her.

"Why did you two decided against Martina?" Callen asked with curosity. "I came up with the idea as a joke and it might get confusing." Kensi replied with a shrug and a smile at Deeks.

"I kind of like the name Amanda or Desiree. What about a name for a boy?" Nell asked.

"Dominic Ray Deeks is the name we have for a boy." Deeks told Nell. "I like Desiree to. What about you, Sam?" Callen asked. "I like the name Amanda." Sam said with a smile. "Well, Eric I guess that makes you our tie breaker. What name do you like?" Deeks asked looking at Eric.

"I don't know they're all good names." Eric told them. "But is there one you like better then the rest?" Deeks pressed.

"I myself like Amanda." Hetty said coming into the bullpen. "Amanda sounds like a good name." Eric replied at last with a shrug.

"Okay, so we have Amanda Faith Deeks for a girl nd Dominic Ray Deeks for a boy. What do you think, Deeks?" Kensi asked. "Sounds like we have the names chosen, now we just have to find a house, buy the baby stuff and see what the future holds." Deeks told Kensi with a wink.

"What do you mean see what else brings?" Kensi asked with curosity. "I guess you'll just have to wait and find out." Deeks teased. "Deeks..." Kensi said a warning in her voice. "Yes, Kensi." Deeks said with a mock innoccence. "Tell me." Kensi said through gritted teeth.

"No can do, Princess, but I promise you will find out sooner or later." Deeks said walking over to his desk and sitting down. "Better be sooner." Kensi grumbled.

"Ah, cheer up, Fern. I have a few things to prepare first." Deeks said still grining and Kensi continued to look at him, wondering what he was up to.
