Issei and Koneko's quest led them to the outskirts of the Underworld, where they encountered Eva, a mysterious figure with a striking presence. Clad in armor adorned with intricate dragon motifs, Eva exuded an aura of power and determination that immediately caught Issei's attention.
"I am Eva, descendant of dragons and devil alike," she declared, her voice resonating with authority. "I have heard whispers of your quest, Dragon God of Justice and War. I offer you my allegiance, if you will have me."
