"What is happening? Am I really about to die?" Courtney thought this as she was floating in that balloon. It felt like it's been more than a day that she was stuck there floating in an unknown direction. "I HATE Chris! If I ever, ever see him again, I swear I'll beat the hell out of him! He brought me nothing but pain and suffering, why did I ever sign up for this stupid show anyway? Now I'm about to die because of this. Total Drama felt like a chance to prove myself, yet it only made me miserable and bitter. This show brought me nothing good, except… Duncan. And even he went on to betray and cheat on me and humiliated me on international TV! I loved him, yet he hurt me with that wannabe bride of Frankenstein. I hate him! Then why is he the only thing I can think of now? As I'm heading for my likely death, all I can think about is Duncan! That green haired punk, I loved him so much, but he broke my heart. I guess I wasn't a perfect girlfriend, but he could have just talked to me about it…" Courtney started to feel the lack of air and passed out as she was thinking about Duncan.

"See, I told you she'd be fine!" Chris's voice echoed, as Courtney opened her eyes. She saw Chris standing nearby as Chef was giving him an angry look.

"Chris, what's wrong with you man? She almost died! If I didn't put GPS trackers in those balloons she would have drowned in the ocean!"

"Ahh, she's fine, as were the others."

Courtney looked around and saw popped balloons, all empty. It was early morning, and she recognized the location, an old movie lot used to film Action. As she fully regained consciousness she immediately flew into rage.

"CHRIS! What the hell was that? You almost killed me!"

"Relax Courtney, we saved you, but you were the last one we saved, since your balloon flew further than the rest."

"Saved me? You almost killed me! I was about to DIE in that thing for your stupid show! All I could think of there was how satisfying beating you up would be!" she yelled, as her eyes turned red. Chris started slowly backing away, visibly scared.

"Courtney come on, it's not like I wanted to kill you, it's all just for the show. And it wasn't even my idea, it was all the producers! I'm really just a pawn, they pull all the strings!"

Courtney saw a lamppost, and she ripped it out of the ground. She then started walking towards Chris, as she was swinging it. As Chris backed into the wall, he realized he's at Courtney's mercy. And she wasn't feeling mercy for the douchebag TV host who put her through hell! She proceeded to beat him up with the lamppost. Chris yelled for Chef to help, but he looked the other way, preferring not to get into Courtney's way.

As Courtney finished beating Chris and tied him with a lamppost, she thought to herself it's over! She's done with Total Drama and Chris McLean! She was walking across the lot as she heard Chef call her.

"Courtney, that was amazing! I wanted to beat him up so many times, yet you did it without any help! Hah, he deserved it for all the crap he put you through!"

"What's it to you? Didn't you help him torture us season after season?"

"Yeah, I did. But Chris seems to have started enjoying it way too much over the years! I'm sorry I helped him torture you guys."

"Well, that wasn't what I was expecting," Courtney said.

"You want a hug?" Chef asked.

"Sure, I could use one right now," she said as she broke down crying.

"There, there, girl. Get it all out of your system. It's not Chris you're crying about, is it? It's that green haired punk?"

"How do you know?" Courtney asked, sobbing.

"I have eyes, you know! I've seen 2 of you grow close through the seasons, you had such puppy eyes for him, even when the 2 of you were fighting on this same set. What he did to you was disgusting, and he's an idiot for letting you go! But you didn't make it easy on him, did you? I know about the letter."

"What, how?"

"It's a reality show, everyone saw it. You both really messed it all up! His fault was way bigger though."

"I didn't want to push him away, I wrote that letter because I was afraid. Afraid we wouldn't last. I was trying to secure our future with the letter, but it ended up doing the opposite," still sobbing Courtney said.

"Girl, you can't secure your relationship like this! Legal documents don't do this. You just have to be honest with each other!"

"Well, I screwed up, ok?" She said as she was trying to compose herself.

"Courtney, just be honest with yourself, he hurt you a lot. But do you still love him?"

"Yes," she said, crying. "I still do. I was trying to push these feelings away, by not paying attention to him, but I still do".

"He still loves you too, you know? I saw the way he acted back on the island, those who don't love, don't act like that. He blew up that mansion, just to get your attention."

"I know, and what happened then?"

"Last I heard he's in prison, probably for a while," said Chef. "All I will say, if you love him, at least have an honest conversation with Duncan."

"I'm not sure if I'm ready for it now", Courtney said, still sobbing.

"Well, whenever you're ready".

"I probably should go now, thanks for the talk Chef".

"Anytime girl," he said, as she was walking out of the movie lot.
