The request for assistance was swiftly received by all the agencies in the vicinity, the sidekicks of Gunhead's agency along with the professional hero themselves finding that they were on the back foot against the three teenagers. As much as they had the number advantage and years of experience under their belts, the training Shirou had put his three pupils through more than covered the time difference in the battlefield.

One of those who was receiving the message knew well just how strong Shirou was and consequently wasn't surprised that his pupils were displaying the level of strength that they were. There was a good chance that many other heroes who saw this as an easy target would soon regret it. She would not be one of them. She wholeheartedly understood just what assignment was being laid out and knew that it could very well take everything she had to ensure that these teenagers were returned to U.A.

She wasn't a top ten hero for nothing after all.

"Do you have any qualms about fighting your fellow students?" asked Ryukyu to Nejire, the third year student who trained directly under her.

"I don't like but I know what must be done," declared Nejire as she pumped her fists, her dedication on full display. "Hey, hey, shall we get going."

Ryukyu nodded slowly. As much of a free spirit as Nejire was, she hoped that because she was known as one of U.A's top three didn't allow her to believe that she would walk out of this confrontation unharmed. Given that the three they were targeting had effectively taken out an entire agency, going into this thinking that they could easily handle the opposition would be a foolish thought.

They weren't going down without a fight.

So the two of them would be sure to bring the fight.

...

Ryukyu and Nejire weren't the only hero group nearby to hear the call for help, and there was one group in particular who weren't regulars in the vicinity who received the alert. These heroes in particular had only been in town because they had been requested to assist with a recent mission and had chosen not to return to their base of operations.

"Well, shall we go hunt for some kittens?"

"Sounds like a purrfect idea to me. Let's go lend a paw."

"Time to make our presence felt."

"Wild, Wild Pussycats, let's move out!"

...

Eri sat outside of the door which she was told to not enter under any circumstances. She knew why, the person in there was a bad person after all and she had been told not to talk to bad people. That had been something that Rin had told her.

Yet Stain wasn't a good person. In his own words he had admitted that he wasn't a good person. She even knew it given the fact that he had given her a knife, something which someone of her age would never be given from a good person. Stain was very much a bad person.

So what made this person so different? Eri had known a lot of bad people, she still had terrible nightmares about her time with some very bad people. Even though she hadn't had a choice at the time she was still able to speak with those people if she so wished, not like she often wanted to. If she wanted to ask Stain any question that came to her mind, she was more than welcome to and he would choose whether to answer her or not.

Part of her wanted to talk to the girl behind the door. Was she just a bad person or was she a very bad person? Maybe if she became less of a bad person she would be allowed out of her room. But if that was the case, then how was she able to prove that she wasn't a very bad person if she wasn't given a chance to do so?

Eri's eyes widened as she thought of an idea on how to get some of the answers she was after without opening the door that she wasn't meant to. Scrambling to the kitchen, she grabbed some paper and her crayons. Rushing back to the door, Eri laid herself down on the ground and started to write. "My name is Eri," she said out loud as she wrote down the words. "What's your name?"

Having scrawled out her note, Eri crawled forward before sliding the bit of paper under the door to hand to the person behind it. Patiently she waited at the door awaiting for a response before realization came to her that there was a chance that there wasn't anything behind the door for the person to write with. Looking at the crayon and the gap beneath the door, she could understand that the colouring utensil wouldn't fit beneath the door. If it was thinner it could.

Taking out the knife that rarely left her person, Eri used the device that Stain had given her to cut off a slither of her crayon. Satisfied with how thin the cut off piece was, Eri pushed it under the door to join the bit of paper before waiting for a response. She didn't have to wait long before the slip of paper was pushed back beneath the door and into her hands. 'Hello Eri, my name is Toga,' it read.

Eri knew exactly what to write back, using her crayon quickly to ask Toga if she was a bad person. Sending the paper back, it didn't take long for the reply to come. "Yes, I'm a very bad person," read Eri, mildly confused as to why the comment had been accompanied by a smiley face.

Eri just assumed that this was Toga's way of saying that she was being honest in that she was a very bad person. Eri liked it when people were honest. Maybe Toga wasn't as bad a person as she believed she was.

Biting at her lower lip, Eri wondered what she should ask Toga next before making her decision and getting to work.

Jiro did her best to prevent herself from screaming out in pain as she bounced against the brick wall behind her before ducking to avoid the palm strike that had been launched at her face. Underneath the offensive strike, Jiro's quirk lashed out as her jacks latched into the exposed torso of her opponent before sending a powerful shockwave through the body of her opponent.

Her opponent had a quirk which did toughen their skin but it meant nothing if their insides were attacked and Jiro found herself releasing a breath she had been holding as the man collapsed in front of her. Knowing that they were still being hunted, Jiro made her way to where Yaoyorozu and Bakugo were still in the middle of combat.

This was the third Agency that they had encountered and it seemed as if they wouldn't have any rest any time soon. She momentarily recalled the video that had come out when Shirou and Rin had fought hero after hero without so much as breaking a sweat and had done so for more than twice the time that they had been fighting. The three of them had managed to defeat Gunhead and his agency without too much difficulty. The downside that came from that however was that Yaoyorozu had used a lot of her reserves. While she could create anything that she could fundamentally recall on a molecular level, it did so at the cost of her own body. While the minigun Jiro had wielded was very effective in taking out Gunhead and his sidekicks, it had done so at a cost to Yaoyorozu herself.

The teenager herself was currently wielding a bo staff and using it to defend herself against two sidekicks who were pushing her back onto the defensive. Jiro rushed to her aid, the sidekick she targeted not noticing her presence until she was well withing striking range. Pushing off of the ground, Jiro launched her knee up and driving it deep into the sidekick's stomach. Before they could fully comprehend the damage that had been dealt to them, Jiro locked their head under her arm before dropping downwards, driving their head into the ground beneath them.

Their accomplice turned to try and contemplate how their friend had been taken out only for them to leave themselves open, Yaoyorozu striking immediately and clipping them harshly across the jaw with the tip of her staff. "Let's keep moving," instructed Jiro, getting the affirmative nod from her peer.

"What's taking you two?" growled Bakugo as he joined his classmates. While Yaoyorozu may have been fatigued from over utilizing her quirk, Bakugo had been fighting one after another with minimal time to rest. While this hadn't been an uncommon practice under Shirou's regime, Bakugo was relatively familiar with how all those who he shared a classroom with fought and could act and plan accordingly. Against the professional Heroes and their sidekicks, each of them brought something different to the table and while not all of them had been able to land a hit on him, that didn't mean that he hadn't sustained some manner of damage.

"Shut up," retorted Jiro as she gestured for them to make a move, the three of them running down the street.

"Let's take the alley down there," pointed out Yaoyorozu, looking down at somewhere where they wouldn't be so out in the open. If it allowed them a handful of minutes to rest then it was better than nothing. Perhaps it could even offer them some means of escape.

That was until twin spirals of bright light cascaded towards them, Jiro reacting in time as her jacks shot up and she countered the shockwaves with her own attack. "Hey, hey, I didn't know you could do that," said their senior, Nejire Hado as she floated above them. As if to make sure that it wasn't a fluke, the third year student shot down another blast from her arms only for Jiro to once again make sure that her companions remained out of harm's way.

"Keep running, I'll shield us," stated Jiro as she kept her eyes on the older student.

"I don't think that's an option," growled Bakugo as the professional hero that Nejire studied up landed on the ground with a powerful blast of wind that nearly knocked the three teenagers off their feet.

"I strongly urge the three of you to give up immediately," suggested Ryukyu, the number nine hero as she remained in her dragon form, the intimidating figure almost filling up the street.

Jiro wasted no time in moving, knowing full well that if she lost any sort of element of surprise than she lost all chance of doing any form of damage. Having stopped paying attention to Nejire left her vulnerable as another attack was launched by the third year student, this one successfully crashing into Jiro's back and blasting her into the ground with enough force to make her bounce off the pavement. Before she had a chance to get back to her feet, one of Ryukyu's claws crashed down on top of her with just enough force to keep her pinned down without applying too much pressure.

"As I said, the three of you should..." started Ryukyu before she screamed out in agony, Jiro utilizing her quirk to send a shockwave straight through Ryukyu's insides. While Jiro had seen it work only a few minutes earlier against somebody with a body enhancement quirk, she hadn't been sure whether it would work through Ryukyu's dragon hide.

Bakugo leapt into action, taking the momentary time he had been given to jump up and place himself right in front of Ryukyu's face. The explosion he unleashed however struck nothing but air as the professional hero saw the incoming threat and swiftly shifted back to her human form to avoid the incoming attack.

Without so much pressure pushing down on her anymore, Jiro tried to fight from underneath Ryukyu's foot. The number nine Hero grabbed at the upcoming jacks, knowing the damage that they could do if given the opportunity to do so. That had been a diversion however, with Jiro leaning up and grabbing hold of Ryukyu's legs with all the strength that she could muster.

She knew that all she needed to do was keep her there for as long as she could and brace for the incoming attack.

Ryukyu sensed it herself and looked up at the falling image of Bakugo with his gauntlets aimed straight at her. She could do nothing but shield herself as the teenager's explosive blast encompassed both her and his companion.

"Ryukyu!" called out Nejire as she bounded towards her mentor, faltering however as she found a small canister having been flung in front of her mere moments before it exploded in a brilliant flash of light, temporarily blinding her. Clutching at her eyes and hovering in the middle of the air, Yaoyorozu had been able to momentarily take Nejire out of the equation.

The explosion however had subsided as Bakugo crashed into the ground, satisfied with the damage that he had dealt. Jiro had done what had been needed of her, collapsing in pain as she felt the wounds that Bakugo had inflicted on her force her skin to feel incredibly tender. Even laying on the ground hurt and she knew that she had given everything she could in the face of such a demanding opposition.

"You think such tricks would work on me?"

Bakugo growled in annoyance as the smoke from his attack cleared to show that while his attack had landed on target, it hadn't done nearly as much damage as he had hoped. It seemed that even if Ryukyu wasn't in her dragon form, it didn't mean that she didn't have the durability that came with her quirk.

Exploding forward, Bakugo launched his body straight into the professional hero to at least take her back a few meters and successfully so. That allowed Yaoyorozu to sweep in, closing in swiftly on the injured Jiro. "Here, let me help," she said as she set about creating some bandages.

Before she could start however, Jiro reached up and grabbed at her arm. "Don't," she said defiantly. "You've...only got so much left...of your quirk to use. Run...use it...to escape."

"I'm not leaving you," cried Yaoyorozu.

"You must," replied Jiro as she struggled to keep conscious.

"Hey, hey, that was really mean of you," declared Nejire, the older student now standing on the road a handful of meters away from where Yaoyorozu was hovering defensively over her friend. Gripping her bo staff tightly in her hands, Yaoyorozu considered her options as Nejire raised her hands in preparation to launch an attack. Without hesitation, Ryukyu's apprentice launched her attack at the two teenagers.

Yaoyorozu prepared to defend in any way that she could, just so that she could prevent any further damage from befalling Jiro. She needn't do anything however as the ground beneath her began to swell, a wall forming out of the ground to block the shockwave. "What?" said Nejire in shock before flying upwards to look over the wall, only to find that Jiro and Yaoyorozu had vanished, as if the Earth itself had swallowed them up.

Searching around, Nejire knew that she needed to find them as soon as possible.

...

Ryukyu parried the punch that Bakugo shot at her torso, the forthcoming explosion consequently missing her by mere inches as she launched a retaliatory strike of her own, only for him to block it in turn. She was careful as the teenager used the momentum to spin and send a roundhouse kick towards her shoulder which she ducked under.

His back was momentarily facing her, giving her an opportunity to attack him only to notice that his palm was facing her. The backwards blast that he sent at her failed to land as she leaped into the air and transformed, crashing back down onto the ground and batting at Bakugo with her claw. The teenager managed to raise a guard to block the attack but the sheer power sent him flying into a nearby building, crashing painfully into the wall.

"You really don't know when to quit do you?" declared Ryukyu.

"Quitting ain't in my nature," stated Bakugo as he wiped away at some blood that was trickling down his cheek. Given how many battles he had been through in such a short period of time, it was difficult to recall when he had actually been cut.

"I guess you should be commended, but if that means that I'm dragging you back to U.A unconscious than so be it," stated Ryukyu. She waited for Bakugo to return with some of his trademark banter, state that he wouldn't be taken down so easily or something of the sort. Instead however he simply stood there, almost as if he was listening to something else entirely. Her theory almost felt confirmed as he clicked his tongue in annoyance and dropped his fighting stance.

"Sorry, but we're going to have to pick this up later, seems my ride is here," he said.

Ryukyu found herself sharpening her focus at the surroundings. Bakugo wasn't the type to bluff about something of the sort and there was no reason for him to do so. If backup was coming however or if someone was coming to assist than she had to make sure that he didn't get away under any circumstances.

Such a task seemed far more difficult as the teenager began to sink into the ground, being swiftly swallowed up by the pavement beneath him. "No!" Ryukyu cried out as she lunged forward in a desperate attempt to get to Bakugo but it was too late as he vanished from her line of sight.

...

"How's the situation?"

"The kittens are secure, mission complete. Rendezvous at sector five immediately and bring medical supplies."

"Understood, Pixie-Bob. Ragdoll and I will meet with you and Mandalay shortly. Tiger out."

...

Shirou turned around the corner of the apartment to see Eri waiting at the door where they were keeping Toga. The young girl seemed to be waiting patiently for something to occur. Either that or she was trying to tear down the door with her mind. Given everything that Eri had seen Rin do, it wouldn't be out of the question for her to try to mimic the magus in such a way.

It turned out not to be the case however as a piece of paper was pushed out from underneath the door, Eri quickly reaching for it to read what it said before scribbling her response. Shirou contemplated intervening, after all Eri was currently conversing with someone who had murdered their fair share of people. Given the other occupants of the house however, telling Eri not to talk to the criminal would be more than a little hypocritical. As such, Shirou opted to simply walk away and let the young girl continue what she was doing. It wasn't hurting anyone after all.
