The camera shows some nice shots of a beautiful Danish environment before making an Ariel shot with text on screen that makes it very clear that we are in.

COPENHAGEN

Denmark

Kevin is sat down with his family, his wife and his two children. His oldest who was between two and three years old and the youngest who had been born a couple of months prior to the visit from drive to survive. Kevin's wife was taking care of the newborn whilst Kevin put down food for his oldest daughter.

'My year has been really up and down so far, had my good moments, sadly they didn't really last long.' Kevin Magnussen said.

'Kevin Magnussen was supposed to get a very good new car along side Nico after the summer break.' Chris Medland said. 'After the whole plastic car saga though, Nico was forced to get a new car and their-for received the car that was supposed to go to Kevin.'

'At the next race weekend I have a meeting with Guenther, I hope he's found me a way to get a new car because I cannot keep driving this thing like this.' Kevin said.

'Did she eat her vegetables?' Kevin's wife asked.

'All of them.' Kevin responded. He then turned to his daughter. 'So Laura, who's your favorite driver?' He asked jokingly.

'Daddy!' She responded proudly.

'That's my girl.' Kevin said.

'Ladies Gentlemen and cars, welcome to the sprint race for race 19 in the CF1 world championship, we have an exciting event coming on so be sure to stay tuned for the entire event!' Crofty said.

'The Aston Martin's are starting one and two. Kevin Magnussen has qualified a quite impressive thirteenth whilst his teammate starts in last after some problems with the FIA in qualifying.' The DTS commentator said.

'I've felt like I've been getting the best out of this car I possibly can. On it's best it can get halfway through the field which puts you on the edge of points, this could be the week I finally get points again.' Kevin said.

'Kevin Magnussen, HE GETS A DECENT LAUNCH!' Crofty said.

'And for him, that is practically a perfect launch.' Martin Brundle commented.

'Nico Hulkenberg has a mountain to climb, but with his car, he could get well up the field.' Crofty then said.

The race mostly showed the difference between Kevin and Nico during the sprint race. Nico overtaking almost every two laps whilst Kevin tried to hold on to a single point.

'Alex Albon is desperate to grab this point from Kevin, he's all over the place!' The DTS commentator said. 'Down the inside isn't working, THERE GOES ALEX AROUND THE OUTSIDE!'

Alex Albon ends up ahead of Kevin.

'*.' Kevin stated.

'Give it everything mate!' His race engineer said.

'I am, and I have been all race, this is all this car can do.' Kevin responded.

'Kevin Magnussen comes home P9, decent improvement from P13. His teammate though goes from P20, to P12, that is truly incredible.'

After the race Kevin walks away as soon as he gets to chance, he is pissed, obviously. That meeting couldn't come soon enough. Luckily for him, it did.

Kevin Knocked on the door to Guenther's office. Guenther inviting him in. 'Take a seat Kev.' He said.

Kevin said down, Guenther saw how frustrated he was.

'You really tried everything out there today, they really hate us don't they.' Guenther said.

'* yeah.' Kevin responded. 'Did the FIA respond yet?' He asked.

'Yes, they did.' Guenther said, the tone in his voice not giving Kevin motivation. 'They said and I quote. "Should've fixed in in the summer break." I'm sorry but that was quite a while ago. I can't give you a new car for the rest of the season.'

'So there is nothing we can do?' Kevin asked.

'I can't really do much to change this, you know I want to, but I don't have much to work with at the moment.' Guenther said.

'So first they take Nico's car whilst Mick can keep his, then they don't respond to our question for weeks just to say no should've fixed it yourselves?' Kevin asked confusedly

'Basically yeah.' Guenther responded.

'I don't believe a word he told me.' Kevin said to the camera.

'How about my contract, is there a deadline that you guys will decide what happens to me?' Kevin asked.

'There are still some talks we need to get out of our way, but you'll know before the last race.' Guenther Steiner said. 'For now we have to focus on our fight with McLaren, now that Lando has a decent car we could be in a tough fight for P9.'

Kevin simply nodded. The next shot shows him coming out of the office and going to his little room to relax.

'The way Guenther speaks, they clearly just want me gone. My return to the team last year was awesome, it seems those feelings they got from me have disintegrated now. I might have to think about what I want my future to be at this point.' Kevin Magnussen told the interviewer.

'Breaking news from Disney Cars Formula one!' A news reporter said.

'Wouw, dit is echt bizar.' A Dutch Ziggo sport commentator said,

'Tes oreilles ne te trompent pas!' A French F1 journalist said.

'When F1 can't do it, CF1 does it!' An Australian commentator stated.

'Strong sources have rumored that Renault might want to expand their involvement within CF1, possibly by supporting a team that wants to join CF1 by becoming their engine supplier.' Jennie Gow said

'We could possibly have 22 drivers on the grid next season.' Will Buxton said.

'I'm really excited for this eleventh team honestly, it gives more drivers who deserve a shot in formula one to enter the sport.' Oscar Piastri said.

'I think it brings some extra competition, but if you become champion then, you've beaten more drivers which make you feel even more powerful.' Lando Norris said.

'Whoever finishes eleventh next year is gonna get cancelled that's for sure.' Guenther said before bursting into laughter.

'This year though, there is a very close battle unfolding between McLaren and Haas. Both teams have had their driver struggles, team problems and just a simple lack of performance, but we never thought Haas would be the one fighting for P9. These guys were in p6 for the championship at one point. The fact that even with a driver now scoring more consistently they cannot break free from McLaren. Especially with the reserve driver performances McLaren have had.' Will Buxton explained.

'STOFFEL VANDOORNE, he replaces Oscar Piastri for the weekend, brings home P2 and 18 points for McLaren!' The DTS commentator said.

'Lando Norris finally got a car mid season that wasn't put together with the same material's as Haas their old cars. He's finally scoring points and could actually pass Oscar Piastri in the championship by the end of the season.' Chris Medland said. 'Haas are also in a disadvantage because Nico's car is awesome, but it a lot less stable. When it's not going straight, it's going everywhere and can crash a lot.'

'Haas have one more trick up their sleeves, Mercedes reserve driver Mick Schumacher. Because he's not on the full time grid Mick can keep his car for the rest of the season, he will have to change it for next year but that is still far away. This car has already let Mick to a full on race win, and who says he can't replicate that again. Mick has already scored 16 points for the team. So when Nico crashes out, the team could have a chance to bring in a good driver to step in if the FIA allows him too.' Jennie Gow explained.

'It's been really up and down this season, the two teams literally going head to head, wheel to wheel. There are a few close battles going on but none as close as the fight for the two lowest positions on the grid.' Will Buxton said.

'Finishing last would be a disaster for McLaren. It would damage are ego, sponsors could leave. We could be in more financial trouble then we were in at the start of this season.' Zak Brown told the interviewer.

'There are a lot of team bosses that when they know they will be kicked off say * this. I am not one of those people. If you truly love racing, this is what you wanna do. I don't care how many heart attacks or swear words it costs me, I'll do anything to bring this team back to the way things were when we started. Underdogs fighting in a position no one expected them to fight for.' Guenther Steiner said.

'It's game on.' Zak Brown said.

UP NEXT IN DRIVE TO SURVIVE:

Desperation is starting to creep in.' Will Buxton said.

'Maybe a move is just what I need.' A driver said.

'I don't understand why he's signed a contract for next season already, whilst I haven't had anything put on the table.' Another driver said, clearly annoyed.

'Welcome to the final race of the 2023 alternate Formula one universe!' Crofty said excitedly.

'Your entire career leads to this moment.' Zhou Guanyu said.

'It's now, or never.' Sergio Perez said.
