After Rad watched Enid used her teleporter remote, he headed off to find the kid. The blue alien followed the footprints. Going for a tad he found himself at a cliff. He found nothing and was about to look in a different place, when he heard a ground. Rad peered down. His eyes widen at the sight of a brown hair boy lying on the ground in seemed to be a pool of blood. worried for the lad he carried himself down next to the child.
When he did, he found the kid was still alive, but seemed to have a head injury. Without any hesitation he called up his bosses and ask for paramedics.
Over with K.O. The young hero woken up. As he searched around, he realized that he was in a hospital. Great, just what he need-wait?! Where T.K.O?!"
Going into panic mode, he was about to try and get out when the door opened. His brown eyes widen when he saw that it was the familiar form of his mom's friend Mr. Gar.
"Hold on K.O." His mom's friend said.
K.O watched as Gar moved to where he was and gently pushed him back lying down.
"But?" He tried to reason.
"Sorry K.O, but we can't have you up and walking around. Not snice you have concussion, were sick, and the souls of your feet are infected."
"Oh." The brown hair boy uttered in disappointed tone. "Wait? Where's T.K.O?"
Gar then let out a sigh before replying "Gotten adopted out days ago."
"What?"
"I couldn't get there in time. I was too grief stricken to realized that were about to be placed in an orphanage.
"But-but he's, my brother? I have to..." K.O said feeling the grief of losing two of his family members hit him like a hammer to the face.
"Listen K.O I know you try to keep your brother with you up and until now, but I promise you, I'll keep out a look out for him.
"Thanks Mr. Gar." He honestly said despite feeling a hollowness.
"Now, let's say we get you better so you can come home with."
"What?"
"At this moment, I your new legal guardian."
K.O gave the older man a soft smile. Though he still held the pain of losing his family members, he was a bit happy that gotten adopted by a great hero. He too was going to keep a look out for his little brother.
