Ok, just so you know, it's extra long because this chapter contains a lot of dialogue from the anime.

"AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHH".
"Y-Y-You're deflating…!" Izuku looked left and right as if checking for something. "Wait, up until now…Huh? Fake? A fake? You're so skinny!".
"Yes Yes! You must be a fake! You can't possibly be him! Don't you know that pretending to be the number one Hero is a crime!", shouted Inasa.
While they were yelling at All Might, I noticed something strange. I used Gyo on my eyes and saw something unexpected.
Under normal conditions, the aura from all parts of the body tends to flow together and produce a lot of energy. This happens without the individual being aware of it, usually resulting in aura slowly leaking away from the body all the time without extremely harmful consequences and ending up and off the top of the head. But what Tomoe saw was not normal.
All Might leaks more Aura than anyone I've ever seen. If I were to describe how an Aura moves around the body of a non Nen User, I would say it looks like a candle with the fire where the Aura leaves the body, but All Might is more like a torch as the fire is bigger than the rest of the body . It's like he does Anti Ten.
While I was staring at All Might Aura, he had started to sit down and tell us about his wound.
"Now that you've seen me like this, young menn and girl, make sure you don't write about it online, even accidentally". After that, All Might lifted his shirt and showed us his injury.
Izuku took a step back while Inasa's face went white.
"It's an injury I got from an enemy's attack five years ago, half of my respiratory organs were destroyed, and I lost my whole stomach. I've become emaciated from repeated surgeries and the aftereffects. Right now, I can only work as a Hero for about three hours a day".
Izuku looked at All Might in horror. "That can't be...Five years ago... Was that when you fought Toxic Chainsaw?".
"You're well-informed. But a punk like that couldn't defeat me. This fight was not made public to the world. I asked that it not be made public". All Might who had been looking away as he talked, now turned towards us. "I will save people with a smile! The Symbol of Peace cannot be daunted by evil. I smile to show the pressure of heroes and to trick the fear inside of me".
Damn, was it that emotional in the anime, or is it because I can feel them up close now.
"Pros are always risking their lives. I can not simply say, "You can become a hero even without power".
With those words, something broke in Izuku, even worse than it should have been. But no one knew that and Tomoe wouldn't see the consequences until later that day when everything would go wrong.
"I see...", Izuku said, so heartbroken, that I thought about throwing The number One Hero over the roof.
"If you want to help others, then you could also become a police officer. They are often teased because they get villains delivered to their doorstep".
"It can't be true!" shouted the boy who shouldn't be here, but who I'm thankful is.
Inasa stares All Might straight in the eyes and said, "You always say that anybody can become a hero, so why do you say he can't become one! I just met Midoriya, no! Izuku-kun for barely an hour, but I can still see that he has a heart of a real hero!".
"Inasa," Izuku whispered more to himself, but I have to agree with Inasa.
"Sorry young Inasa, but that's what I really think. Now before I go, why doesn't she look surprised at all by all of this," All Might asked as he pointed at me.
Everyone on the roof was now looking at me as I kept my poker face. Fortunately, my normal face is my poker face, for better or worse.
"What do you mean? I am shocked," I said in my toneless voice.
All Might looked at me with a "do you really think I'm going to believe that" face.
"It's true All Might, she always looks like that," Inasa said before Izuku added his own comment.
"Yes, I have never seen her with another face.. except". Izuku's face suddenly turned red, and I knew why.
The only time I haven't had my emotionless face is when my or Izuku's parents tease us about liking each other, and when they ask when they will get their grandchildren.
Everyone is now looking at Izuku as he fumbles his words and tries to get out of the embarrassing situation he has created for himself.
"Um, OK, I think I'll go now". All Might heads for the door, but before entering the stairwell, he said something.
"It's not bad to dream, but you also have to consider what's realistic, young man". All Might walked through the door and closed the door behind him.
"Izuku-kun, are you ok," Inasa asked.
"Yes, I just woke up from this dream".
"What are you talking about Izuku-kun?":
Oh no, that doesn't sound good.
"I don't know how I ever thought I could be a Hero, I'm just a useless Deku".
I didn't know what it was, but I couldn't stand how sad he was looking, I needed to do something. Before I knew it, I had started talking.
"What does it matter? So your hero has said you can't achieve your dream, so what? You haven't given up yet, so why would you now?" I surprised myself as I said those words. Not for what I said, but how I said them, because I could actually hear emotion in them.
"Tomoe?". Izuku looked at me in surprise, and so did Inasa.
"You should not care what others think, but what we think, your friends. Me and inasa, not what All Might and Bakugo think".
"Tomoe-chan!?", Izuku said with a voice on the verge of breaking and tears in his eyes.
"Wait! You know Bakugo? The one who attacked Tomoe-chan!?". With that, all the sadness left Izuku's face, and he turned towards Inasa.
"What?! Kacchan did what?". Izuku turned to me with none of the sadness he had before, only worry and terror. "Is it true!?".
"Um, uh, you see". I tried to find the right words, but I didn't have to because the sound of an explosion made all of us turn towards it.
"A Villain!", Izuku said as he looked in that direction.
"We must hurry," said Inasa. And with that we started moving in that direction.
The three of us ran towards the explosion, and when we arrived we saw that the shopping district of Tatooin was on fire. People had gathered around and watched as the Hero's tried to save Bakugo, but Izuku, and Inasa didn't know that yet.
When we got to those who were watching, Izuku stopped. I turned around and asked, "Why did you stop?" and Inasa who heard it also stopped.
"What does it matter, I know you believe me, but. It doesn't matter if we're here, so…"
"Izuku, it doesn't matter what he thinks, he doesn't know that you've been training for the U.A. He doesn't know that you are a true hero at heart. You can be a Hero, a true hero, no matter what he thinks. So come on, let's watch The Pro Heroes defeat the Villain". I reached out my hand for some reason I didn't know.
Izuku took my hand and I led him through the crowd. Now it comes, there are a lot of things that didn't go as planned, but this can't go wrong. If Izuku doesn't rush out to save Bakugo, he won't get One For All.
Inasa as the tallest of us saw it first. "Wait huh, why's that guy here?!"
"Who?", Izuku asked before seeing The Slime Villain who had taken Bakugo prisoner.
Ok, now it comes down to it, I can't let this go wrong. Ok ok, he's looking around now listening to the others here saying he's been caught for a while now. He holds his hand over his mouth in horror, then he watched The Pro Heroes doing nothing and then Inasa and me? Why is he looking at me? He is the one who needs to do something, not me.
Inasa and Izuku now look at each other and then back at The Slime Villain. That's when it happened, Izuku and Inasa started running towards The Slime Villain. Fortunately, I had a feeling Inasa would do that, so for the third time today I grabbed his collar.
"Tomoe-chan!? Let me go! I have to do something". Inasa shouted and was about to use his Quirk.
"Quirk laws, remember them. If you go out there, you might be charged with Vigilantism, but Izuku doesn't have a Quirk, so".
Inasa stopped and realized what I was talking about as we watched as Izuku ran towards The Slime Villain. "Have you trained him enough?". Inasa didn't think for a second that Izuku's Quirklessnes would be in the way, he just wondered if I had trained him enough. He even tried to save Bakugo who I know he doesn't like. I think he can be a good friend to Izuku, after all, both of them are true heroes.
"Yes".
Izuku ran towards The Slime Villain as the Pro Heroes yelled at him to get back, but Izuku ran, and when he was close enough he used Shu on his backpack and threw them at The Slime Villain… he used Shu? How can he use Shu?! I didn't teach him that!
Izuku was now at The Slime Villain and started trying to dig him out while using Ren. The Slime Villain had enough of him and attacked with everything he had and created a large dust cloud, when the dust cloud disappeared All Might was there, which is impressive because I was using Gyo and still couldn't see him coming.
"Detroit Smash!".
With one blow he created a wind pressure that made the earlier one look weak. I used Ken and still had trouble keeping my footing. I could only watch in amazement as I held my skirt down… I should get longer skirts.
After a few seconds of tornado winds, it stopped. And then it started raining, and everyone went crazy with what they just saw.
"With just his right fist, he changed the weather!".
"That's amazing!".
"That's All Might for ya!".
I could hear comments about how good All Might is, but looking at him I can see that when he took a step back, his legs almost gave out, and his Aura was shaking. His Aura shook? I've never seen it before, but I've never seen an Aura as big as All Might before either. It must be One For All, I'll have to test it later when Izuku gets it.
After that, The Heroes collected The Slime Villain in garbage bags. Izuku was scolded by The Pro Heroes. I wanted to help him, but I didn't want to risk the timeline now, after all, that was how I had planned it from the beginning. Inasa had to go home after his sister saw him on TV. I used Zetsu so no one would notice me. I'm sure he'll be sad, but maybe All Might won't ask him if someone is with him. Am I paranoid? Yes, but I have to be after everything that happened today
I walked a bit behind Izuku, luckily I haven't taught him any way to detect me so he doesn't notice I'm nearby.
"DEKU!".
Oh fuck. I forgot they were talking to, I was so focused on All Might and Izuku that I forgot Bakugo and Izuku were talking to each other first.
I jumped over a wall so that Bakugo wouldn't see me. Bakugo yelled some words at Izuku that I honestly didn't care about. I instead focused on sensing the All Might Aura, so I know when he's coming, luckily Zetsu helps with that. Yep, he's on his way, Bakugo runs off and 3, 2.
"I Am here!".
Huh, he was faster than I thought. I crept on the other side of the wall until I was close enough that I could hear everything.
"Ha ha ha ha!. Getting away from them was a piece of cake. Why? Because I am All Migh-". And there went Buff Might, just like in the anime. Izuku started yelling and after a while they continued.
"Young man. I come with thanks, a correction, and a suggestion".
"Huh?".
"If you hadn't been there.. If you hadn't told me about your life… I would've turned into a guy in a bodysuit who was all talk. Thank you".
That can't be… It was my fault in the first place. I got in the way of your work, and I said all those impertinent things even though I'm Quirkless…".
"That's right. It was because it was none other than the timid, Quirkless you at the scene that I was able to act".
Shit, I can't see what's going on. If I look over the wall, there's a chance one of them will see me. I also can't use En because Izuku would notice that.
"Top Heroes have stories about them from ther school days. Most of their stories have one thing in common: Their bodies moved before they had a chance to think".
Ok ok, that's good so far. Um, Izuku is crying now.
"That was true for you, too, wasn't it?"
"Yeah..". I could hear that this hurts Izuku, but this will make him stronger. Literally.
"You can become a hero".
Now it's coming! Now it's coming!
"You are worthy to inherit my power".
He said it! Yes, I succeeded, Izuku will get One For All. Wow!
"Inherit your power?
"Ha ha ha, what's with that face? It's just a suggestion. The real show starts after this. Listen young man. You need to decide whether or not you will accept my power!" All Might said happily until the end as he started to spurt blood.
"I'm talking about my power, young man. Because the Symbol of Peace, All Might, had to be a natural-born hero. But young man, I will tell you the truth. My Quirk was passed on to me like a sacred torch."
"It was passed on to you..?", asked Izuku.
"That's right. And next, it is your turn".
"W Wait! Wait a minute! It's true that your Quirk is something hotly debated as one of the world's greatest mysteries. So much so that not a day goes by when I don't see someone talking about it online".
Oh yes, that's true. It's actually quite fun going through them when you know about One For All. It was actually a meme not too long ago when Youtubers made the video with the dumbest and funniest ideas they could come up with about what All Might's Quirk is.
"Nonsense!", All Might yelled, breaking me from my thoughts and Izuku from his mumbling.
Oops, I have to focus on listening.
"I may hide a lot of things, but I don't lie!, The power to transfer power… That is Quirk I Inherited! I was Crowned with "One For All"!".
"One For All"...
"That's right." All Might explained to Izuku how One For All works, and how it gets stronger every time it is passed on.
"Why are… Why are you giving me somthing so great?"
"I have been looking for a successor. And then, I thought it would be all right for you to inherit it. You are just a Quirkless Hero fanboy, but you were more heroic than anyone else back there!"
Ok, I know I worked hard for this, but I wish I could skip this. It feels like playing a game for the third time, but you can't skip the cutscene
"Never mind! Well, it's up to you, though. What'll you do?"
"Thank you All Might, but I have to decline".
All Might: "Huh?".
Tomoe: "Huh?".
Will Of The World: "Huh?" said the god of fate when the fate In The My Hero Academia world he was looking at changed again. "Oh, she did something again".
Tomoe: What The Fuck?!
Oh, what could make Deku say no? You'll just have to wait a couple of months while I do The Day x Beginning x Deku (part 1). But now I'm going to go to my first story and write a little there, if you... Wait huh?
(A portal opens and Will Of The World steps out)
Oh no, you won't just stop there and take a break for at least three months!
But I'm already at 2836 words now, well 2836+ now.
Don't get technical with me, this is the season 0 finale! Can't you give a little extra?

(Will Of The World started collecting all 4chan hate comments and hate speech in his fist)
Ok ok! Calm down, with that power you can break the fifth wall. And I don't even know what's in there! I hope for more anime.

Yes yes, give me a second.
Everyone: "Huh".
Huh! Why? I've worked so hard for this, I think I've lost a year of my life because of all the stress I had today! Without thinking, I jumped over the wall and made Ren and kicked him right in the face.
Izuku didn't have time to react before he was on the ground with a painful foot mark on his cheek.
"You are the young lady from before! How much have you heard?" All Might asked worried, but I ignored him.
"Tomoe! Why-".
"Why didn't you take him up on his offer," I cut him off with anger and sadness in my voice after ten years of planning wasted.
"You can get your personal Hero, who you adore and want to be like, Quirk, why do you say no!?".
"Tomoe-chan". Izuku looks at me with his puppy eyes.
"You can get The number one Hero's Quirk, possibly the strongest Quirk in the entire world, how can you say no to that?.
Tears began to form on Izuku's cheek, but they weren't his. I brought my hand up to my face and noticed it was wet. Am I crying? I have never cried before, not in this life at least.
"Tomoe, I, um, you see. It's because you believe in me, to be a hero".
Wait what? Because of me? What is he talking about?
"You believed in me, no one had before, not even my mother. You said the words I could only dream of and showed me how to get there. I want to.. I don't know... It felt like I was going to abandon the trust you have given me".
Ten years of plans, last second changes and giving everything I had to make it happen like in the anime, so that Izuku would get One For All, he's ruined everything, but I still couldn't be mad at him, not with those eyes he stares at me.
"Umm, should I go or?". All Might watched as I sat over Izuku on the ground and cried over him.
"Oh, sorry, I forgot you were here". I wiped away the tears and helped Izuku up from the ground.
"Oh my god, three kids have seen my true form, and two of them know about One For All. Wait! Is young Inasa here too".
"No, he went home earlier".
"Ah, so, you don't want to be my successor young man?".
"No". Izuku shook his head. "I want to succeed in getting into the U.A. with only what Tomoe teaches me".
"You know what a Herculean task it is without a Quirk, right?".
"Yes, but I believe Tomoe can train me so I can do it".
"Ok, tell me if you regret it, I appreciate your goal, but there's no shame in admitting you're too weak."
"There is only shame in staying weak," I interrupted All Might.
"Um, yes, that's true. If you need anything just say, and don't say anything about One For All, ok".
"Yes All Might," Izuku and I answered at the same time.
"Oh, All Might, there is one thing you can help with".
"Well young lady, what is it". All Might looked at me surprised.
"Can you help Izuku gain some muscle, my training is not muscle building".
"Um, sure, but what kind of training do you think could get him into the U.A. that doesn't build muscle?"
"A Secret," I replied.
All Might looked at me strangely, and Izuku got nervous.
"Ok, meet me tomorrow at Dagoba Municipal Beach, when the sun rises for the training plan".
Not too long after that we started walking home
"Hey Tomoe, why did you get so mad when I didn't accept All Might's Quirk?".
Oh fuck. "Because it's a guarantee that you'll be an incredible Hero. Why didn't you accept?". I asked back mostly because he wouldn't ask more, but also because I was curious.
"Oh, um y y you see… It hurt".
"Huh?".
"When he said that... that I couldn't...". Izuku's voice became so weak and full of sadness that no words came out".
"If you want to, you don't have to talk about it."
"Thanks," Izuku murmured. We walked the rest of the way home in silence, the sky in darkness.
I looked up into the night sky and thought. It's time for me to start hunting.
Ok, this was hard to write. To think about how everyone thinks and feels, and why they do things. But you're probably wondering why Izuku didn't take OFA? You will get his thoughts in the next chapter, but the inspiration is that I want to focus on Nen and Izuku can get OFA later.
Ok I can never remember what to write. First, yes, I gave Inasa a sister, I came up with some plans for what I can do with the leter. We haven't gotten anything about his family so I can do what I want with that.
I think I got the emotional part working pretty well, but I could be wrong, mostly because I can only show one part untill the next chapter.
