Last place we left off, Arashi along with Black Mamba, Cobra and Gila Monster had travelled to Chicago where they learnt the full truth of Hanako's fate, Arashi although grieved is slightly comforted that his lover took Pandora with her to the grave (At least thats what he believes), he decided to call a meeting with Dr Arden along with Boss Kodama and the 95th Street Gang Leaders.

Chapter Nine
Crime Lords Meeting
Returning to Boss Kodama's office, Arashi walked slowly and quietly, he kept his head down and breathed slowly as if trying to control himself.
Black Mamba, Cobra and Gila Monster looked at their boss then at each other, it was rare seeing Arashi show emotion and they wondered what he was going to do next.
Before long they make it back and they gathered at Boss Kodama's desk.
Kamaru and Valentina along with the bodyguards were waiting and they saw Arashi's demeaner and looked rather awkward, avoiding his eye.
Kamaru squeezed Valentina's hand and she looked up at him chewing her lip. She could see her partner was hoping he would never find himself in Arashi's position, despite the fact they lived the dangerous Gang Lifestyle where they could be killed.
Arashi sat at the desk and Boss Kodama also seated himself and gestured for Kamaru and Valentina to sit whilst the three reptiles and the bodyguards stood nearby.
Arashi then produced a laptop which he set up and placed it in a position where everyone could see the screen then switched it on.
"I messaged Dr Arden Master." Gila Monster reported "And he has said he is ready."
Arashi nodded and switched on the laptop and before long a call appeared to which Arashi connected it and Dr Arden appeared on the screen with Nile Monitor and Komodo Dragon standing on either side of him like bodyguards.
As he did, Kamaru and Valentina flinched slightly as they saw Dr Arden's burnt features on his left side.
They were aware of Dr Arden, yet nothing had prepared them for how hideous he looked on the left side of his face.
"Good morning, Dr Arden." Arashi said in a low voice.
"Good morning master." Dr Arden replied as he noticed Arashi's features "Am I correct when I say that Kodama found Hanako?"
Arashi nodded.
"Yes Doctor." He said then went onto to explain what had happened, all from when Hanako and Boss Kodama started working with the 95th Street Gang to when then Knights showed up to their gatherings to which Dr Arden looked rather shocked.
"So…the Knights are in Chicago!" he had exclaimed to which Arashi nodded but confirmed they still had no idea, just like the hideout of the Hamato Clan where they hid from the humans.
He then went on to explain about Pandora showing up and fighting them on her own which Dr Arden was equally amazed as well as shocked.
"So the Hybrid decided to go out on her own hmmm?" he had asked to which Arashi and Kodama nodded.
But then they explained Hanako's fate to which Dr Arden, Komodo Dragon and Nile Monitor looked horrified.
"No…" he said "Hanako-Chan…one of the best Ninjas of ours, a clever one too." He lowered his head for a moment in mourning and Komodo Dragon and Nile Monitor did the same.
"She died a warrior." Arashi said, his features turning into a scowl "Fighting that hybrid, yet she took her with her to the grave."
Hearing that, Dr Arden's head snapped up.
"What?" he asked, "The filthy crossbreed Pandora didn't survive either?"
Komodo Dragon and Nile Monitor also looked alarmed.
Boss Kodama nodded.
"I can confirm yes that the Hybrid was killed." He said, "The others survived the blast, yet she did not."
Dr Arden then smirked.
"I see, the red masked turtle Raphael and his whore Monalisa lose their only child? Well, that is one comfort!" he cackled slightly and licked his lips on his burnt side.
Arashi nodded.
"Yet it doesn't change the fact Hanako is gone." He sighed as he took a breath and everyone could see he was holding it together, very well in fact.
Dr Arden also sighed sadly.
"I'm so sorry Master." He said, "She will be honoured for her service to us as a loyal and fearless ninja."
Arashi nodded then decided to move on, despite his sadness.
"What of our Master Shredder?" he asked.
"No change." Dr Arden answered, "He still lies in stasis, that Dragon did a proper number on him."
He angled the camera to show the red Utrom Chrell laying in his glass coffin hooked up to the machines in a deep slumber.
"I see." Arashi sighed "Shredder still sleeps, even after all these weeks."
Dr Arden nodded.
"Shall I continue to keep him like this, like we did with Ren?" he asked.
Arashi nodded yet he growled as he remembered his former niece, the woman he had tasked with finding out the location of the Hamato Clan's lair all those years ago, yet she failed after she was taken down by Kate the Viper.
Dr Arden had later used her body in an experiment to create another Snake mutant, a Coral Snake using the same procedure he had had with the Venomous Five, yet for some reason she had managed to regain her memories and had turned on them.
"We will keep him alive as long as we can, until we find a way to wake him up, or he returns to us on his own." Arashi said "And I will lead the Foot like I did before."
"Very good Master." Dr Arden said "Yet, if it pleases you Master Arashi, I have been looking through the files as well as the technology of our old friends Baxter Stockman and Overlord."
Upon hearing that, Arashi narrowed his eyes with interest.
"Have you now?" he asked.
Boss Kodama also listened in interest.
"If I am not mistaken." Kodama mused "This Baxter Stockman was a man who once worked for the Shredder years ago."
Arashi nodded.
"That he did, he was the top scientist, he was a genius, an inventor of the mousers which he used to commit crimes, mainly to rob banks, and his inventions of weapons were used by Shredder himself, yet Shredder and Hun enjoyed picking him apart when he failed! Which I often enjoyed watching."
Boss Kodama looked a little sick as did Kamaru and Valentina.
"And this Overlord." Boss Kodama mused "I believe I remember that man, yet am I right in believing that he perished many years before?"
"That he did." Arashi said "He came to New York to offer an alliance with me to get to his enemy, the Dragon."
"Ah, so that's what happened hmm?" Kodama asked then tapped his fingers on the desk.
"I do have memories of him, a rather crooked Crime Lord who wished to have the whole of Chicago under his thumb, a greedy bastard too."
Kamaru and Valentina looked at each other as they started to recall the name.
"Ah yes." Kamaru explained "He did work with us too."
Valentina nodded.
"I don't remember much of him as it was so long ago, but our previous leaders did."
"Right before we took over."
Arashi glared again as he thought of Overlord.
"He was a failure, like others after him, he said his cyborgs would assist me in finding those turtles and fulfilling my desires, yet he failed with his life after the Dragon tore him apart."
"Poor Bastard." Kodoma growled.
"Anyway," Dr Arden continued breaking the two men's musing.
"I have been looking at their files, and their old technology and I have been pondering."
"What?" Kodama and Arashi asked at the same time and Kamaru and Valentina looked on curiously.
"The cybernetics Overlord used." Dr Arden went on "If I can use the cybernetics and put them together with an organic source, dead or alive, I can recreate what he did." He added with a smirk.
Arashi, Kodama, Kamaru and Valentina blinked and looked at Dr Arden through the screen, meanwhile the Venomous Five looked intrigued.
"I like the sound of that." Cobra hissed.
"Likewise." Black Mamba agreed "One thing we can agree on." She thought aside looking at the Golden Spitter.
Gila Monster said nothing as he smirked and Komodo Dragon and Nile Monitor did the same.
Arashi frowned more and stared at Dr Arden through the Screen.
"Are you proposing we use Overlord's practices in your experiments?" he asked, "And if so…." He trailed off as he thought of Hanako down in the morgue.
Dr Arden only smirked in reply.
"If you allow me, I can certainly give it a go." He stated.
Arashi frowned and went very quiet as he thought hard.
He knew like all ninja, they had to accept that they would fall in battle and hopefully die in honourable death, yet he had hoped that fate wouldn't befall Hanako and a slight chance at the fact she could be revived would please him greatly, but he knew that if that were possible, she wouldn't be the woman he knew before, but she would be a cyborg.
As much as he had enjoyed Hanako's company in many ways, he also admired her drive and how she was as sadistic and ambitious as him.
After a few seconds Arashi looked at Dr Arden.
"I will have Hanako's body taken to you." He said, "You may use her for your experiment."
"Thank you Master." Dr Arden said, "I will do my best with her, she will be my top priority."
"I hope you do well, Doctor." He said, "And keep me updated with your progress."
"I shall Master." Dr Arden replied, "And along with these cybernetics, I also have the DNA of that Crossbreed Brat!" he held up his syringed fingers "Even if the hybrid is dead, I can still use her DNA, like I did with Kemeko's!" he licked his lips and his eyes flashed.
"Won't that be a surprise to our enemies?"
Arashi then smirked, the first genuine smirk since seeing Hanako's fate and at once thoughts of vengeance and mental torture to his enemies filled his mind.
"Doctor." He said, "I think we need to discuss these plans further back at Headquarters." He said then looked at Boss Kodama "All three of us!"
Boss Kodama looked at Arashi and raised an eyebrow.
"We're heading back to New York." Arashi stated "Gather your Yakuza and be ready to leave."
Boss Kodama nodded and stood up.
"As you wish Lord Arashi." He spoke, he then looked at his bodyguards.
"Inform the others and prepare Hanako's body." He then looked at Kamaru and Valentina.
"You may use this base as well as the other safehouses to hide from those vigilantes." He said, "They will be hunting you and the rest of your gang because of what happened to the hybrid, no doubt they will be scouring every corner."
"Thank you Kodama." Kamaru said as he placed his arm around Valentina.
"Once we've completed business back in New York." Arashi said "We will return."
"We will inform you of any activities from those freaks should we encounter them." Valentina volunteered.
"That would be appreciated." Boss Kodama said bowing to Kamaru who in turn bowed back "Thank you."
So Dr Arden has been looking into the files of some old friends and acquaintances, Baxter Stockman and Overlord and he plans to use their old practices to revive Hanako and create newer and stronger soldiers! Uh oh!
