"Welcome everyone to the Power of Three edition of the Sorcerer's Tournament!" Gabriel announced to a crowd of fans. "I'm your host, Gabriel the Dream Keeper, and it's super exciting that everyone came out to see the event today. Of course, what you're really all here to see are the teams that will be competing, right? So let's not waste any time and introduce our teams!"
Each team came out onto the field after that, waving to the crowd as music played for each of them. First was Animal Instincts, with their team outfit being sky blue spandex. Seth and Reptil had matching outfits with the Carnotaurus just had a collar of the same color. Seth looked a bit nervous at the crowd but smiled and waved anyway. Second was Brian's Team, their team outfit being black and purple uniforms with a red a black phoenix printed on the back. Brian also had a purple face mask on, while Hunter had a modified version of his Golden Guard uniform for defense (he had sewn the new outfit himself), and Lord Dominator had a repainted version of her power armor.
Third out was Team Chaotic, with Ralph jumping into the stadium carrying Roman and Ventress on his shoulders. Their colors were camouflage, with Roman pointing out to the stands and giving a thumb's up, getting him plenty of cheers from fans. Fourth was Dream Walkers, with Jameson appearing from a portal with his teammates. While Jameson and Venom looked the same, Violet had donned similar face paint to Jameson's own, as well as swapped her outfit for a wizard-type uniform with a belt that was filled with various potions.
Fifth was Forest Fighters, making their grand entrance as flashy as the golden armor they all wore. Tomada smiled and posed with his weapons, with Shere Khan and Bambi stood on their side of him in their own poses. The deer had taken on his adult form to be more suited for combat. Sixth was Incredible 3, which got a lot of cheers as Gaston did poses and blew kisses to the crowd, while Melody and Max just rolled their eyes. Their team uniform was midnight blue tech armor like what Big Hero 6 wore, though Melody was currently in her normal outfit carrying a briefcase that presumably held her own armor.
Seventh was King of Beasts, with Ben, Rocket, and Nuka all striking a pose as explosions went off behind them, Power Rangers style. Their team outfit was green knight armor, though it had clearly been modified to allow for easier movement. Finally, the crowd's cheers grew to a fever pitch as Ladies of Victory danced onto the scene out of a veil of mist. Almyra, Angel, and Mirage were all dressed in matching gold dancer outfits. The peahen blew a kiss to the crowd before winking.
"I'd like to have a thanks to Silver and Aline for helping to design and create these team uniforms for each group," Gabriel noted. "Now then, let's get to know our teams, shall we? Team captains, tell the crowd what brings you here to the Sorcerer's Arena."
"Well, I want to prove my strength, and that you can find good in any villain," Jameson replied.
"I want to make a big impression on the Magical World by competing, just like my bro Logan!" Tomada said.
"We will show everyone the power of dance!" Almyra stated as she posed.
"Ever since my sister got accepted into the Dora Milaje, I've wanted to prove my own strength, as well as the power of animals," Seth said, holding out his Keyblade. "And with my team, I'll do just that!"
"I want to prove the strength of Master Logan's training!" Ben stated, swinging his staff around before almost dropping it. Nuka shook his head while Rocket sighed. "I meant to do that!"
"We're here to test our skills, nothing more, nothing less," Roman said simply.
"I want to test the limits of my armor," Melody said, holding up her briefcase.
"Well… Originally Beth was supposed to be here… but she let me take her spot," Brian stated. "I want to prove that I am on the side of good now, and show that the power of shadows can be used for good!"
"Excellent! Now then, let's get all the rules out of the way." Gabriel pressed a button, creating a hologram that everyone in the stadium could see. "As was previously made known, this tournament will be split into three events: a race, a puzzle room, and finally a battle bracket. Each team will score points in each event based on both the position they finish and how well they work as a team. The top three teams will then get to have a special exhibition match going up against the "Big Three" of the Dream Defenders: third faces Logan, second faces Rachel, and first place gets to take on me."
The raven switched the hologram to show a racetrack. "The first event is the race, which will be conducted using the latest Speedstorm technology, made in part by Arbee with some contributions from ENCOM as well." The little blue digital avatar appeared beside Gabriel and gave a big smile for the crowd.
"We designed a hashtag: totally amazing course!" Arbee said. "It's going to take you all over the Animal Kingdom, so get ready for some on and off-road action! We're also providing special three-person cars for each of you, personalized to your needs."
"I was wondering how we'd get Carno back here to fit into a car," Seth mused, looking up at his partner.
"The second part is the puzzle rooms, which have been tailor made for each team by Adam and Toren," Gabriel said, his friends waving at their mention.
"You'll have to work together if you want to solve the puzzle and escape," Adam warned.
"But if it takes you over an hour, we put in a special button that will appear to bail you out, at the cost of some points," Toren added.
"And finally, you'll all come back here to Disney Springs to compete in the tournament battles," Gabriel said. "Rachel, Logan, and I have all watched your training closely and come up with some battlefields that will put both sides on equal footing. No matter which matchups happen, just remember that this is all for fun. Now then, let's start the Power of Three tournament off right- with song!"

We see Rachel dual-wielding Maleficent's Bane and her Keyblade, jumping up high before doing a downward double slash at the camera.

This transitions over to Logan, who does a few punches before going into his Blizzard form and sending out a massive wave of ice.

The ice breaks apart as Gabriel slashes it with Dragon Claws, jumping backwards and transitioning into Dragon Cannon, sending a beam of energy right at the camera.

We see a quick flash of the eight teams all racing around in their vehicles.

Then each of the team members appear in a 3 by 3 grid, posing as a trophy appears in the middle grid. They all reach out to try and grab the trophy.

The teams all clash with each other, creating a smoke cloud that transitions into the next scene.
As we roam down the only path we know
Following the same old map that never tells us where to go
We see Team Chaotic walking down a path together, Roman holding a map with Ventress keeps guard for any approaching enemies.
Crows fly overhead, stealing the map from our grasp
Let's give a chase before it makes its escape
Suddenly Seth flies down in the form of a pterodactyl and snatches up the map, with Reptil behind him and Carnotaurus rushing past the others. Roman and his teammates quickly give chase.
I can feel my heart as it beats faster now
I only keep my eyes on the present (Yeah!)
Up ahead we see the Ladies of Victory dancing together, only for Mirage's tail to get comically stepped on by the Carnotaurus. The evil sorceress growls and starts throwing magic at the dinosaur, joining in the chase as Almyra and Angel reluctantly go after their teammate.
There is nothing that is ever truly lost
So let's turn back for now…
Seth laughs, not watching where he was going, and ends up running into a tree, returning to his human from and accidentally waking Jameson, who was taking a nap in said tree. The little owl falls from his perch and on top of Seth, which makes the map land in his lap. Looking up, Jameson's eyes go wide as the other teams all get the jump on him.

Cutting to the next scene, we the Dream Walkers all teamed up for an attack, with Violet creating a potion that makes the floor bouncy, letting Jameson get some airtime before whacking Venom like a baseball with his bat, the Symbiote grinning as he opens his mouth and "swallows" the camera.

Out of the darkness comes Ventress as she ignites her twin lightsabers, rushing forward alongside Roman as he dual wields combat knives. After a few slashes, the two jump to the side, revealing Ralph was behind him, the large man slamming the ground to create an earthquake.

Carnotaurus stomps the ground to make the camera top staking, before roaring into the sky as it creates a small tornado. Reptil uses dinosaur wings to glide around the tornado, before letting Seth drop off his back while in the form a mouse, before quickly turning back into his human form and stabbing into the ground with his Keyblade.

The camera suddenly whips around to show Almyra's team, the peahen creating a flashy display with her magic as Angel and Mirage both pose next to her, Angel even blowing a flirty kiss to the camera as Mirage brings up to her hand to her face as she gave a noblewoman's laugh.
Shadows always seem to linger around us
So silent, they tend leave me oh so puzzled and confused
We see Tomada and his team walking through a forest, the falcon just barely missing weird shadows lurking around the trees as they pass by.
As I feel the wind slowly swell around us
We'll use its power to blow our doubts away
One of the shadows is revealed to be Nuka, who jumps out of the shadows on one side with Rocket drops from the trees on the other side of Forest fighters. Ben then drops down and tries to cast a wind spell, but it goes haywire and instead makes a blast so large that everyone and everything around them is ripped off the ground and flung high into the sky.
Raise your stalwart blade and point it up to the sky
We'll cut a new path to tomorrow (Yeah!)
Suddenly Brian and his team appear, Lord Dominator burning the falling trees while Hunter teleports around to get people to safety. Brian then uses his shadow powers to enlarge his sword and expertly slice the largest of the trees clean in two.
Even when there's no way for us to guarantee
I'll try for victory…
Lord Dominator then turns to fight the other teams, but get's blocked by Melody's shield, the hyena girl decked out in her full hero armor.

From there we see Melody and her team in battle. Max rides his shield like a skateboard before kicking it out like a boomerang, creating a target that Gaston uses to ricochet a bullet that Melody then enhances with her weapons, turning it into a laser-powered bullet.

Tomada smiles as he summons animal spirits like bears, buffalos, and wolves to his side, charging forward as Shere Khan and Bambi run alongside him in a stampede.

Hunter suddenly teleports in, firing a blast of magic before Lord Dominator appears, commanding both ice and lava magic. Finally, Brian's eyes flash as he goes into full shadow mode, creating a shadow wolf that engulfs his body and rushes around.

With a slash from Brian the camera transitions over to Ben, though the camera passes him to show Rocket firing off his guns and Nuka creating shadow flames. Ben rolls his eyes and moves the camera back over to himself, twirling his staff before posing as explosions go off behind him. One of the charges is a bit too close, though, which sends the wolf flying off comically into the sky.

The song calms down as we see all eight teams standing in a line within the stadium, looking upwards as the sun starts to set.

We'll accomplish everything
Suddenly Gabriel, Rachel, and Logan all appear at the top of the stadium, crossing their arms and looking down on the challengers.

With ambitions high we're marching on
Oi-oi-oi-oh..!
Everyone readies their weapons before the trio jump down to fight, a flash of light going off as all sides clash against each other.

We see Almyra, Melody, and Brian all fighting against Rachel.

We see Jameson, Tomada, and Ben all fighting against Logan.

And that leaves Gabriel to fight against Roman and Seth, the raven dodging out of the way as his dragon amulet starts to glow.

Figment and Randall appear at Gabriel's side as he poses. Rachel and Logan pose as well, though their own partners remain hidden. Rachel seems to be standing with a snake and a man in a hunched-over position, while Logan is standing with an anthro duck and a bird of some kind.

In one final pose, Gabriel, Rachel, and Logan all stand confidently together, with the other teams gathered behind them as they all stand strong for the tournament ahead.
Author's Note
That's right, it's time for the tournament to begin next time! This was just to further introduce all the teams and to give us some theme music to rock out to beforehand.
It's really fun to get to have Arbee cameo from "Disney Speedstorm" seeing as that game's announcement inspired the Magical World Grand Prix. In fact, Gabriel's teammates Figment and Randall are both of my mains in Speedstorm, and yes that was intentional!
The song his time is "GO!" from the anime Naruto, which actually aired on Disney XD at one point. The song fits the fighting spirit that everyone has in this arc, don't you think? The english lyrics are my own translation of the song.
Oh, and one last announcement: when it comes to teamwork points, I want YOU guys to vote on them! As the tournament goes on, feel free to tell me how you think each team is doing when it comes to working together and I'll factor that into their score.
