Hey everybody TheAwesomeCoolJay here and well... this is late as heck! I swear this was always planned for the Halloween season but, everything wants to push ya boi back with his progress. Anyway enjoy this chapter, because it's about time we kick this story off.
Spookiz is owned by Keyring Studios
It's finally here, the favorite month of the Spookiz, Halloween! Of course the spooky month was their favorite, it's the only time when they are allowed to go out in public without drawing attention to themselves. All of the kids were in costumes, which meant they would be safe, but that didn't stop the gang from using costumes themselves. Reaper Sam would see them off as he waited by the gate of school.
TheAwesomeCoolJay: These costumes are from the official keyring studio website image gallery of them, I think they look cool.
"Mr. Reaper check me out!" Frankie revealing his painted skeleton body costume. "I'm just like you."
"I see that Frankie and I must say you have the best costume I've ever seen." Sam, definitely not being bias.
"We all can't be skeletons Mr. Reaper." Kong Kong hopping in on the scene. "There are scarier things out there."
"The two-ply mummy is right." Kebi joining in from behind and making a joke about KK's costume.
"Hey, it's actually one-ply." The little monster defending his costume.
"It ain't all about spooky, scary skeletons, demons are here too."
"I know there are other scary creatures you can be." Their teacher replied but soon smiled when he saw his next student. "But not every costume has to be scary."
"What are you talking about, if it's not scary it's not good."
"Does that mean I have to find something else to wear?" A female voice asked.
That voice belonged to Zizi, Kebi turned around to see what his crush was talking about and blushed immensely when he saw her costume. The zombie girl was wearing a pumpkin costume and on her head the stem hat that completed the outfit. This wasn't scary but to Kebi this was indeed cute.
"No, that's perfect." Kebi finally spoke, sounding very goofy.
"Are you sure the people won't hate this?"
"No one's going hate it, you're cute." Cula finally arriving, wearing his wolf costume. "And lets face it, cute always get the most candy."
"And you think you're cute Cula?" The goblin asked, back to his normal self.
"Boy I'm adorable." The vampire replied.
TheAwesomeCoolJay: That's a TFS reference people. A more kid friendly version anyway, pay attention there might be another one.
"Cula you think I'm cute?" Zizi asked, with her cheeks going red.
"Yeah I heard that too." Kong Kong said with a very teasing smile.
"I was talking about the costume and uh..." He paused because he noticed her getting closer. "Mr. Reaper can we go now?"
"Sure, but first the rules."
"Don't talk to strangers, don't let the humans know about us, stick together, and if there's trouble run back to the school." The kids all said together.
"Good." The skeleton said happy to se them paying attention. "Be safe out there."
Pushing open the gate, the young monsters happily ran off the schoolgrounds and began their hunt for candy. It took a while on foot but eventually the kids were able to find the apartment complexes they would receive candy from. They also noticed the other human kids that were walking around and going door to door trick-or-treating.
TheAwesomeCoolJay: I'm going off of how Halloween is done in South Korea and since the series is created and most likely set there I will do things accordingly.
"What are we waiting for?" KK excited to start Halloween. "Lets g-"
He stopped when he bumped into somebody and fell to the ground. Recovering and looking up, Kong Kong and the rest of kids saw that it was a teenage boy and with him was another teenage boy. They didn't seem too much in the holiday, since all they wore was jeans and black t-shirt. In fact the only thing one could say was a costume was the hooded capes and fake fangs in their mouths, making them look like vampires.
"Sorry about that." The jiangshi apologized.
"You better be brat!" The one Kong Kong bumped into responded with.
"Yeah how you gonna bump into Jung like that!" The other boy also snapped.
"Hey he said he was sorry!" Cula defending his buddy.
"Look at that Tae, we got ourselves a hero." Jung snickered. "You know vampires suck blood, but there are other ways to get it."
"Oh your so right." Tae agreed as he shook his fist at the kids.
"Lucky for you babies we got more important stuff to deal with."
As the two of them went walked away, the teens gained angry looks from the Spookiz.
"So there are dorky vampires and dorky humans who dress up as vampires." Kebi commenting on the teens.
"Yea- hey!" Cula noticing what he just said.
"Lets just go get candy." Zizi tells them, trying to get everyone back on track.
Going to their first apartment and knocking on the door, the kids were surprised to see a familiar human girl opening up the door. It was Hana, and her costume of choice was also the vampire.
"Dad we have trick-or-treaters at the door!" Hana tells her father.
"Oh good." Jay responded, walking to the door with a big bowl of candy. "What nice costumes you have, Hana you should go trick-or-treating with these kids."
"Dad to get more candy I got to do it alone, that's how you secure more candy." She explains to him as she dashes out of the house. "Okay I'm off, those costumes are really cool by the way!"
"Oh that girl, Happy Halloween kids."
After they get their candy, the Spookiz watched their human friend go off and start her own Halloween adventure.
"Forgot that this was her home." The vampire said.
"Hey Cula, does she still not know us?" Kong Kong asked.
"Yes."
"How long will she stay like that?"
"As long as it needs to be, that's the only way she'll be safe." Cula answered with a very big sigh. "Come on, let's go find some more candy."
Continuing to celebrate Halloween, the Spookiz would have a blast of night. The amounts of candy they received was great, the compliments they would get from the adults were nice, and the friendly human kids who would pass them was good as well. All in all, it was a great night and the monsters were ready to head back home.
"All this candy is gonna be great!" The large monster child happily looking at his bucket.
"Knowing you Frankie it'll probably be gone in a week." Kong Kong said.
"Or in a couple of hours."
"Cula you weren't kidding, cute does get the most candy." Kebi noticing the large amount both he and Zizi got. "But of course, the best of us got the most candy."
"I wouldn't say I'm the best, that title belongs to all those kind people who gave us all that candy." The little zombie replied.
"Maybe if I would have wagged my tail I might of have gotten more candy." Cula wondering about his choices. "Alright gang le-"
"GO GO GO!"
Getting their attention, the kids notice that it was the two teens from earlier and in their hands were trash bags that were filled with more candy than the kids had combined. They were about to question how they got all that, but notice Hana was running right behind them.
"You guys can't go and take everyone's candy like that!" The young girl told them as she grabbed and pulled on a bag Jung was holding. "Now give it back!"
"Get lost you loser!" Jung replied, kicking the young girl away.
With her down, the two teens were able to get away rather easily. Hana wiped her face to hide her tears, but they still appeared, having failed to get any candy back the young girl decided to head back home. This did not sit well with the monsters who watched the whole scene.
"Time to be spooky." Cula told his friends with a devilish grin on his face.
In a dark alley, Jung and Tae decided to make their stop there. Making sure the coast was clear, the two teens laughed at a successful heist.
"What a great Halloween!" Tae said to his buddy with his back against the wall.
"You said it, those babies were so sad." He agreed while looking at his bag. "And now for the treat."
"How's about a trick instead?"
The boys paused and turned their heads to see it was that little kid who bumped into Jung, but he wasn't in his mummy outfit. But in hands were nunchuks, Jung and Tae assumed it was a stupid toy.
"Pipsqueak get out of here before we-"
Tae was silenced when the little guy rushed him and smacked in the hand with the nunchuks. Jung made an attempt to grab him, but the little monster jumped over him and smacked him in the head with the weapon. As the two boys rubbed their injured spots, Kong Kong decided to make his getaway.
"Just wait till we get our hands on you!" Jung angrily shouted.
Not getting a time to recover, Jung and Tae were blitzed by something fast. They didn't even see it coming, they tried to stand back up but they were knocked to the ground once again. Looking up, the teens noticed it was another one of those kids and it appeared his rear end was in front of them.
"Smell ya later!" Kebi told them before letting one rip.
Jung and Tae were blasted were powerful fart that sent them crashing to the wall of a building. They wanted to say something but immediately covered their noses because of the smell.
"Ugh, it's so bad!" Tae said in disgust, grabbing a nearby object to fan away the smell.
"Trust us, we know it smells bad."
The boys were surprised, that was a girl's voice, but she was nowhere to be seen. It took them a while but both of them found that girl, well a part of her anyway. In Tae's hands was the girl's head and it was blinking and moving, freaking both of them out.
"Hi there." Zizi greeting the both of them.
Tae was about toss the head but was stopped when the larger kid from the group came from behind and lifted both teens by the shirt.
"Drop her." Frankie demanded.
Tae did exactly that and Kebi came in quick to catch the head of their friend. With her safe, Frankie tossed them to the side and prepared for the main event that was coming. The duo had so many questions about tonight but got distracted when a bat flew towards them and transformed into the kid who talked back them earlier in the night.
"W-What the heck are you?" A terrified Jung asked.
"A real freaking vampire!" Cula told them with his eyes glowing red. "Boo."
Both boys screamed at a high pitch level and ran away emptyhanded, which in turn made the Spookiz laugh at the scared humans. Now turning their attention to the bags of candy, the kids had one final job. Back at the apartment complexes, Hana and the other kids were heading disappointed that two bullies took their candy, but suddenly a loud thud was heard. All the kids saw their candy right there and rushed to it, Hana was joining them but stopped when she saw a shadow fly over her.
"Huh?" She said, looking and noticing nothing was in the sky. "I must be seeing things."
It was Cula, the young vampire was the one responsible for dropping the candy there from the sky. Out of sight and near his friends, Cula landed and joined them as they walked back to the school.
And here we are at the end, hope you all enjoyed! Again, I apologize for this being so late and I hope the moments in the chapter make up for it. So yeah, went and made two original characters to be the antagonists in this chapter. Could they be returning and cause future problems? You'll have to tune in see for yourself... it gets crazy in later chapters.
So let's talk about next time. One of the Spookiz discover a power they didn't know they had, will be fun to see or will there be dire consequences?
That's next time ladies and gents, but for right now I need all of you to R.F.F. (Review Favorite Follow) PEACE! Oh, and happy Thanksgiving!
