Hey there people it's me, TheAwesomeCoolJay and I'm here to give you another monster filled chapter! First things first sorry for being so late, I hate how I operate most of the time too. I'll either be behind or ahead but understand I won't stop until I say I'm done.

WARNING! WARNING! Today's chapter involves scenes that imply and are straight up death. Yeah, to those weak of heart you have been warned. To those who want drama and sadness... glad to have ya and enjoy the chapter.

In the school, the Spookiz sat in the classroom and waited for their teacher to return and tell them about their parents. Reaper Sam eventually returned, why he wasn't back sooner was because he was returning the security guard to his post.

"Sorry about that kids, but remember your teacher is all bones." Sam chuckled at his joke. "Needed some muscle for that job."

"Mr. Reaper." Zizi wanting her teacher to get on with the story.

"Seriously kids where were you, a person can weigh a lot when they're just sleeping."

"Mr. Reaper." Kebi, getting a tad annoyed by his teacher's stalling.

"By the way did you know that man's name was Whan Dang." The teacher telling his students. "After all this time we finally know it now."

"Mr. Reaper!" Kong Kong having enough of the stalling "Stop procrastinating and tell us already, you're being just as bad people who don't update online!"

TheAwesomeCoolJay: Shots fired at me sure, but to all of us who delay the work we should be working on. STAY BUSY

"Okay, okay, but be prepared for shocking and horrifying news."

"After all we've been through I don't think anything can surprise anymore." Cula replied, feeling confident he and his friends could handle the worst.

"Can you handle the fact that all of you are also human?"

Silence filled the room, what the kids were always told was to hide and stay away from humans. But now they are told that they are actually humans themselves, that was a twist none of them saw coming.

"What?" Frankie breaking the silence and saying what everyone was thinking.

"What is right, what do you mean we're human, weren't we born monsters?" The vampire asked very confused by this news.

"Yes you all were born like this, but your base will always be human." Sam explains. "In a way your more evolved."

"How is that even possible?" The goblin asked.

"There are many origins with many answers to that question." He replied remembering the many kind of monsters he has seen in the past. "Be it science, magic, or pure determination, humans can become monsters."

"What about our parents?" The little jiangshi asked.

The skeleton let out a heavy sigh, because he knew this next part wasn't safe for kids. Not even monster children. But the kids needed to know, so their caretaker got ready to tell them the story.

"This all started in the year 1910."

1910, Brasov Transylvania

Most of the world was entering into a more modern age, but this village in Transylvania still stuck to their old ways. What made this village even more special is that fact it also contained monsters. Ranging from werewolves, vampires, goblins, and etc. monsterkind began in Transylvania. Originally the humans and monsters were at odds with each other, but after many years of fighting the two sides decided to make peace and end the bloodshed.

"IT'S A BOY!" A grown male goblin yelled while running.

This goblin was ecstatic, he had great things to tell his friends, who stood there in the middle of the village. They already knew though since he yelled it and saw that he was carrying his wife in his arms and in her arms was a sleeping baby boy goblin. Stopping in front of his friends, the new parents noticed everyone else had their baby with them as well.

"You all won't believe this!"

"It's a boy." The fathers quickly answered.

"I guess you know."

"Never were good at surprises." The female goblin said as she playfully messed with her husband's hair.

"Not one of my best talents, but I already know our boys will become the best of friends." He said looking at the vampire family.

"Of course." The male vampire answered.

"You two have bickered before, hopefully the two of them will be better." The female vampire hoped.

TheAwesomeCoolJay: Some things just get passed on to the next generation.

"If they do I know for sure that my son will stop them and make peace." The jiangshi dad jumped in.

"Or be the cause of it." The female jiangshi knowing her husband too well.

"If our son is anything like us I think he'll be just fine." The Frankenstein father calmly spoke.

"Eat, sleep, and be nice, a lovely combination." The wife preaching their philosophy.

"Really hoping you two were going to have a daughter like us." The zombie father said, before turning serious. "None of your boys better try anything with my little girl."

"He's been like this the moment we had her." The female zombie sighed. "Our little will be with whoever her chooses!"

"Not as long as I'm still ali-"

The zombie dad stopped because the group of parents saw that he was shot in the head. As he fell to ground dead, all of the horrified monsters look to see that shot from a human. In fact, there was appeared to be a large army of humans who wore robes and had masks that symbolized that the peace with monsters was gone.

"DESTROY ALL MONSTERS!" All humans screamed as they started to attack.

The female zombie couldn't even mourn her fallen husband, since the rest of her friends grabbed her and ran before the humans can get her. The humans were destroying everything: homes, schools, markets, if it had monsters it had to be destroyed. The madness would get worse when some humans began to throw pitchforks, one managed to get and stab the zombie mom through her torso.

"Save... the baby." Her final words as she gave her child to the jiangshis.

Honoring her wishes, the gang of monsters continued to flee from the attacking humans. Fires began to form and rise around the village, the destruction was getting worse. Seeing how they were in the back the Frankstein family whistled to get the goblins attention and tossed their child to them.

"Take care of him." The mother tells them, as she now turns to her husband. "Are you ready?"

"It's a good thing we are not complete pacifists." The Frankenstein man answered.

The undead family went into berserker rage and jumped in the army of humans. The two did well, stopping the army in their tracks and taking a few of them out. But all that changed when one human tossed and a powder keg and lit torch on them. Blowing them up not only killed them, but reduced the army somewhat, but the humans continued the assault.

"I guess I'll die with some honor too." The male goblin said giving both children to the vampires. "Tell my son his father went down fighting!"

"His mother as well!" She said as she led the charge.

Both of them ran at high speed and took some of the pitchforks from the humans and began to stab many of them. The humans would soon use a rope to lasso and pin down the goblins, once they were subdued the goblin couple were shot in the head.

"You two hurry to the castle!" The male jiangshi tells the vampires as they give them the rest of the kids. "You know what you got to do!"

"We'll hold them off, but you two need to hurry!" The female jiangshi tells.

The vampires gave them a nod and quickly made their way to the castle. The jiangshi knew their fate, but they knew they could make a difference if they give the vampires some time. Once the humans were close enough, the jiangshis used evasive movement to avoid some attacks and grab the humans to steal their life force. Many humans fell to this, but eventually some got smart and smacked and ended the hopping monsters with a shovel.

TheAwesomeCoolJay: Ya still with me? This got dark real quick

The vampires eventually made to the castle and barricaded it as much as they can. They knew they were going to die next, but the children needed to be saved so the mother put them all in a carriage while the father got ready to perform the spell.

"You sure this will work?" She asked.

"Yes my love, this guardian will keep them safe." He answers her as his hands began to glow with magic. "!gniddib ym od dna repaeR htrof emoC"

Once the words were said a being in appeared from a black fog in front of the vampires. When the fog settled, the being revealed itself to be a skeleton in a black cloak.

"My name is Reaper Samuel, how can I serve you master? The skeleton asked.

He was about to give Samuel an order but paused when he heard a scream from his wife. Turning the vampire saw that the humans had broke in and the scream was because one had drove a wooden stake in his wife's heart.

"You should have took the offer vampire!" A human said to the male vampire.

"KEEP THE CHILDREN SAFE!" His first and final order to the skeleton.

The reaper followed the order and quickly swiped the kids from castle. The older vampire may have lost his life, but he died happy knowing he saved so many young ones.

The Present

"And that's what happen." Sam finishing the story.

Sam knew the class would be quiet after that, and that bothered him. Making matters worse was the fact that the kids were restraining themselves from crying, but it couldn't be help as Zizi was the first one to start it.

"We really are alone!" The zombie girl cried.

She was immediately hugged by Kebi, soon Cula, then it was Kong Kong, then Frankie, and finally Sam hugged his poor students. A history lesson can be so cruel sometimes.

And that's the end people, hope you all enjoyed this rollercoaster of events. I know you might have some questions so I'll try my best answer the ones I think you might have.

Why the year 1910? Because I'm going off the movie with Cula being 109 years old. With that in mind, my knowledge is that all monsters just age differently/slower than humans. By the way story takes place when the movie released, 2019.

Why weren't the parents given names? It's hard to make up names for everybody and also time consuming. I'll think of names next time or you guys can give me ideas.

Why the security guard? Lets be real you would not find it enjoyable if I just called these guys by their occupation.

What was the spell? Just reverse text that said, "Come forth Reaper and do my bidding"

What was the offer? That's something for a future chapter and let me tell ya, feelings will be hurt.

Anyway that's all I got, but wait I have tell you about next time. Everyone favorite character returns, that's right I'm talking about the Hunter! But will how will he get his memories back?
