Dean's Point of View
Have you looked for any hunts, I ask Sam. Ever since we defeated Chuck it's been quiet. I haven't found many, but I did find one that is 45 minutes away from here, he replies. I sit across from him. If you don't want to do this Dean I can put Jody on the case, he suggests. No, let's do it. The two of us. Do you know what we're hunting, I ask him. An army of vampires, he says. I nod. Dean, he starts to say. Don't even go there, I snap at him. But he starts. Leave it alone, I shout. He backs down. Sorry, he says before going to his room. I put my head in my hands. A cold nose presses against my hands. I miss him Miracle, I say. He barks as if he could understand me. I sigh and head to my room with Miracle trailing behind me. You'll have to stay here tomorrow boy, I say. He whines. I put my pajama pants on and take my shirt off. I shut my bedroom door and lay down. Miracle curls up at the foot of my bed. I sigh and turn the light off drifting off to sleep. I groan as my alarm goes off at 8:30 the next morning. I yawn and notice that Miracle is gone, and my door is cracked open. I get out of bed and put a shirt on before walking to the kitchen to make some breakfast. Sam walks in with Miracle all sweaty. Might as well make one more breakfast before I die, I think to myself. Morning Sam, I say while putting breakfast on two plates and putting food in Miracle's bowl. Morning, he says back. I sigh as we start eating breakfast. Are you okay Dean, you look kind of pale, Sam says. Yeah, I'm go, I start to say before running through the bunker and into the bathroom and throw up. Miracle wanders in and nudges my stomach. Quit it Miracle, I rasp. I spit into the toilet and stand up before flushing the toilet. I brush my teeth and walk out of the bathroom. I walk to my room and stand in front of the mirror. I get dressed wearing a loose flannel and a pair of jeans. I sit down at a table in the library waiting for Sam so we can leave. He comes into the library 30 minutes later. Ready to go, I ask him. He nods. Where's Miracle, I ask. On your bed, he says. I nod as we head into the garage.
