[Destination: Uchiurayama Kemmin no Mori]
[Current Location: Kanayama Station]
[10:18 AM]
"..." The trio and their partners stood frozen in shock as they watch the sheer number of people at the station. Izuku can see the sheer number of people walking around the station, each are unique in their own ways. The crowds have somehow manage to seperate them from the others, which should worry them but their priorities are on different matters.
"I get that there's tons of humans, but...isn't this too much?" Henry asked in disbelief.
"I am curious about how humans manage to increase their populations," Haku said before sweatdropping. "If this is a digital world, there would be massive deletion to reduce the storage spaces and reduce any possible problems that appear in-!"
"Haku, we promise to never bring up any dark facts about the Digital World, ever," Izuku said with a disturbed look.
"Oh, sorry..." Haku blushes while rubbing his head.
"Let's be honest, that isn't even the darkest fact of the Digital World," Henry mutters while leaning his head on his arm.
"True, and with how much darkness plays a major role in Digital Worlds and their lores, I doubt it's the darkest and most disturbing one," Izuku said as Kirishima and Mina sweatdrops.
Izuku has learned a lot of things about the Digital World despite never trying to enter it. Henry and Haku never stop insisting that Izuku not enter the Digital World and given how worried they are, Izuku simply agrees, but in exchange, they tell him everything he needs to know or any facts that might be useful if there's a chance where he has no choice but go to Digital World.
Haku and Henry doubt that will ever happen and Izuku retorts that they shouldn't tempt fate. So, they agree and give a crash course on Digital World.
"I...start to see why you never brought it up, Kuro," Kirishima said. He once asked Black Gabumon about the Digital World but he never elaborated, so hearing about it from Izuku and his partners made him realize that he rather not know about it. Black Gabumon blinked when he heard Kirishima's nickname before deadpanning.
"Really, Kiri? That's the best nickname you can come up with?" Black Gabumon replies as Kirishima blushes.
"You know that I'm not good with names, Black Gabumon," Kirishima said sheepishly as Black Agumon sighed.
"Well, for your question, yes. I never brought it up because it's not the best place for us to live. Sure, the majority of Digimons there live peacefully, but the damages caused by the 'darkness' was too much." Black Gabumon sighs. "Then, it didn't help that the majority of the 'darkness' are a bunch of virus-attribute Digimons like me."
"Black Gabumon did you...?" Kirishima asked as Black Gabumon shook his head.
"Not really. Sure, they didn't exactly discriminate me, but the fear they display just by looking at me...we didn't exactly ask to be born this way..." Black Gabumon mutters as Kirishima pets his head.
"Hey, don't be sad, bro. I'm not gonna judge because you're 'virus' attribute." B.Gabumon stares at Kirishim before giving a smile.
"Thanks, 'bro'." He replies as Kirishima grins.
"Now, I feel even worse." Yokomon mutters.
"Come now, Lily-chan. We know that you are simply trying to protect me." Mina said as her partner, Lily lowered her head.
"But, I shouldn't have attacked him when he appears from Kiri's computer." It was 2 years ago when the computer in his mom's room suddenly started to show error signs all over the screen. Mina and Kiri were on guard when B.Gabumon appeared.
And without any warning, Yokomon Digi-volved to Biyomon and starts attacking B.Gabumon without mercy. If B.Gabumon didn't show the Digi-vice he keeps in his pelt, he would've been deleted.
Ever since then, Lily never stops blaming herself for not giving B.Gabumon a chance, as he receives three pairs of scars on his eyes. It didn't blind him but the damage is there. Izuku made a custom pair of glasses for B.Gabumon as his visions started to weaken since that day. B.Gabumon didn't need to use it every time, so he kept it under his pelt.
"You know I didn't blame you for that, Lily," B.Gabumon said as Lily nodded.
"I know..." Lily mutters as B.Gabumon rubs his head awkwardly, not sure how to handle the situation. Despite living with Kirishima for 2 years, he still has difficulties interacting with other people or Digimon.
"Hey, kids!!" The trio blinked before they turned towards the crowd and saw an orange-haired middle-aged man waving at them as he got carried by the crowds of people. The trio stared for a while before they panicked and started to chase after the man. The trio also ends up getting separated as they try to slip through the crowds.
"Kendo-sensei!" Izuku manages to get closer first as he slips into the crowd with ease and pulls the man out of the crowd. Thankfully, the man manages to land softly without any harm as he brushes off the dust on his clothes.
"Thank you, Midoriya. I owe you one." Izuku chuckles sheepishly as Henry and Haku carry the backpack and the suitcases for Izuku, who picks it up and nods at them with gratitude.
"How did you end up in there, sensei?" Kendo chuckles nervously while scratching his left cheek.
"Got myself distracted while contacting the person in charge of the camp." Izuku sigh. For a dojo master and master of multiple martial arts, sir Kendo is still easily distracted.
"Is something wrong? Why do you contact the person in charge?" Izuku asked before he started on edge when Itsuka arrived.
"Ah, nothing to worry about. I contact the person to give them updates. Since there have been issues with their websites for these few months, the person asked us to contact them to give them an update." Izuku can't help but frown at this information. How in the world are they still unable to fix the problems in their websites for months?
"It can't be..." Henry mutters while rubbing his chin. Izuku is confused before he realizes something and gets closer to Henry.
"Is it because of Digimon?" Izuku asked as Henry frowned.
"It could be, but we still have no idea until we have enough evidence," Henry said as Mina and Kirishima arrived while hugging their partners. They saw Itsuka and couldn't help but frown at her.
"Alright, now that all of you are here, let's get to our bus." Mr. Kendo said as they all walked towards the bus stop. It was awkward for the 4 kids, as they tried to not make eye contact.
"Ah..." Izuku simply walked faster when he heard Itsuka try to call him out.
"Izu, don't you think that was too much?" Henry asked.
"Henry...our conversation never goes beyond that...It's tiring..." Izuku mutters.
"But, how can you be so sure she'll say those words again?" Henry asked.
"Henry, we both know that isn't true. It's been 162 times she tries to talk to him and all of the conversations always led to that." Haku said as Henry sighed.
"I know, but I could at least hope," Henry said as Izuku smiled at him and petted both Henry and Haku.
"Same here, Henry. But..." Izuku's smile turns sad. "Sometimes, people tend to disappoint others..." Unknown to them, Itsuka and Mr. Kendo heard those words. Itsuka looks hurt but she can't exactly refute it, while Mr. Kendo wanted to defend his daughter but he knows Itsuka fucked up.
They finally arrived at the bus stop and they couldn't help but sweatdrop at the condition of the bus. There are so many bumps on it, the paint has faded over time, and Izuku wonders how they managed to not replace the cracked windows or any broken parts. When someone comes out of the bus, Izuku sweatdrops even more when it's an old man with overgrown hair, beard, and mustaches.
"...Jijimon, is that you?" Izuku, Mina, and Kirishima chortled at Haku's words as they covered their faces while shaking uncontrollably. Henry once mentioned the Digimon he encounters over time and one of them is Jijimon. When they look at the image, they sweatdrop at the Digimon's design. He looks like the stereotypical old man from the pre-quirk era. And to see a man resembling said Digimon almost to a T is so unexpected.
"Hello, you must be the other passengers who want to go to Uchiurayama Kemmin no Mori, right?" Everyone raised their eyebrow when the old man said 'the other passengers'.
"The other?" Mr. Kendo asked as the old man sniffed.
"We got a family joined in." Izuku has a feeling who they are and they enter the bus. Izuku was grateful that at least the interior was clean. He blinks when he saw a familiar blond haired boy and indigo haired boy.
"Oh! Midoriya!" Mirio called whil waving his arm as Tamaki groans.
"Let me sleep," Tamaki mutters.
"Ah, you must be the kid Mirio talked about." A man who looks exactly like Mirio but buff and has black hair said.
"Ah, hello, Togata-san." Izuku said while waving at him.
"Haha, Mirio was right. You're a nice guy." Izuku blinked. How did the guy come up with such a conclusion?
Everyone went to the empty seat as the old man sat in the driver's seat. Izuku looks a bit worried as the old man struggles to start the car.
"..." Izuku grabs the seat belt and puts it on while holding Henry and Haku like they're his plush toys. This made everyone confused as the old man managed to start the engine.
[An hour later]
Izuku and the rest of the passengers stood in front of the camp with a traumatized look. Henry and Haku went to a nearby bush to throw up all of their lunches.
"...we will never talk about the bus ever again," Kendo said as everyone nodded with blank expressions before they all collapsed on the ground. A person sees this and screams in panic.
