Hide & Be Sneaky

POV. Third person

Chris is standing on the Dock of Shame, "Last time on Total Drama Island. The campers searched for treasure... Well, not really. What they had to look for were the keys that would open treasure chests, in order to get their prizes. Overcoming dangerous challenges along the way," Courtney is seen on the dock, facing sharks and Owen in a cave trying to grab the key from a bear's neck, "Izzy had a bit of fun bothering Cody. While Heather, knowing that she was in the crosshairs of practically everyone on the island, made a play that we hadn't seen since Eva's first elimination, and without Cody. Stealing Gwen's key and causing her to be kicked off the island", Gwen says goodbye to all her friends, "but not before ruining my trailer!", Chris cries in front of his painted trailer, " Who will be the next unlucky camper to walk The Dock of Shame? Who will lose their cool? Who will lose their lunch? Find out on the most shocking episode yet on TOTAL... DRAMA... ISLAND!"

POV. Lindsay

Heather and I were sitting outside the cabin, she was complaining that LeShawna tore a lot of her clothes, while she believes Courtney hid her makeup.

I don't know why they all keep fighting, Heather isn't as bad as everyone keeps saying, we've been friends since the beginning of the competition and she always says she's counting on me to make it to the two finalists.

Yes, sometimes she gets cranky, she kicked out my friend Beth, she told me not to talk to Cody since he left the alliance and she asks me to massage her feet on many occasions, but those are things that friends do, right? In addition, she also does things for me from time to time, such as giving me desserts she doesn't want or reading fashion magazines with me, she has even washed my back when we shower together.

"LeShawna's going to fall, and then Courtney will too."

"So... Are we going to vote for LeShawna in today's challenge?" It's hard to tell when Heather says hints, so it's best to ask her.

"Her or Courtney, whichever is more annoying today," she said.

"Is Izzy going to vote with us?", I loved Izzy, we were friends before she left as a runaway, but now that she's back she's been sleeping in the boys' cabin, and because she spends time with Cody I hadn't been able to get close to her, but now that she's part of the alliance, we can catch up, and I can also ask her how Cody is doing, Gwen was our friend and we are both sorry that she is gone... I just hope she doesn't find out it was Heather's plan.

She flinched for some reason when I mentioned Izzy's name, "that's the idea, I'm counting on you to warn her, I don't want to be around her for... certain personal reasons," Could it be because he spends a lot of time with Cody? Could Heather be jealous? ¿But... Hadn't Cody said their relationship was fake?

"Don't worry, I'll talk to Izzy, we're friends after all."

"Thank you Lindsay, it's good to know that I can still count on someone," she told me honestly.

Confessional.

Heather

"Of course I'm serious, Lindsay is the person who trusts me the most, but she's made too many friends, I'm afraid that if I don't appear to be her best friend, she might betray me."

End of the confessional.

POV. Courtney

I was doing my morning run while thinking about Gwen's elimination. I wasn't particularly close to the goth girl from the Gophers, or almost any of them in general. But her expulsion came as a shock to everyone.

I can't get it out of my head that maybe everything that happened around her expulsion was planned.

For now the only suspect I can think of is Heather, that benefited her too much after all. Getting rid of her is going to be a lot harder than I thought.

On my way I saw Bridgette in her bathing suit and surfboard, she was heading towards the dock.

"Hi Bridgette".

"Oh, hello Courtney, finishing your morning run?"

"Yes, I see you're going surfing, didn't you say this island didn't have waves?"

"Well, Cody told me the other day that this island has some waves in the morning, and that if I wanted to surf this was the best time," Cody again, why am I not surprised?

"Don't you find it a little odd that most of the conversations on this island, almost always involve him in some way? And I'm not referring to him being a little pervy," Seriously, why did it seem like he was involved in most of the things that happen here? That's too suspicious.

"Not really, leaving aside the fact that he loves to look at us when he thinks we don't notice, he's actually quite nice, I personally have no problem when he looks at me undisguisedly while I'm wearing my bathing suit. The other guys do too, and it's not like we were very subtle when Justin was here," I admit with some embarrassment that she has a point there, "but... There was something that I did find strange."

"What?"

"When we found out that my prize was a blender in the previous challenge, he mentioned that he could now have all the kiwi smoothies he wanted. I don't remember telling him those were my favorites."

That's weird, he also seemed to know that marshmallow sandwiches are my weakness, "Didn't you mention it at some point and he just listens to it?", better not to jump to conclusions.

"I think I mentioned it a couple of times over lunch," she recalled.

"Well, I guess he heard it then, we'll add 'attentive' to the list of thing he's good at," we both laughed about it.

"Yeah, I'll see you later, I don't want to miss the waves," he said as she picked up her board.

"Yes, I'll see you later," we both went on our way.

POV. Cody

The boys and I were fishing off at the dock. It was quite a relaxing activity after the last challenge.

Izzy was lying behind us with Kevin on top of her head. She wanted to get in the water to catch fish. But I stopped her as she could get one of the hooks in, curiously, she didn't protest, she just said she was fine and lay down on the dock to sunbathe.

Her demeanor had become quite submissive in the past few days. Even if it was only when I told her to be careful. I was changing a little bit from who I was in the past, but that was a good thing, as this way I wouldn't be so reckless most of the time. Still, it remained the same when it came to everything else.

"Dudes, this fishing thing is quite relaxing, thank you for letting me join you," Geoff told us as he pulled a tiny sardine out of the water.

"No problem bro, we brought Noah to keep us company... but he's gone," Owen said depressed.

"Oh, I loved Noah, his head was huge," Izzy said, "rest in peace egghead."

"Amen."

I looked at the three of them as they were doing silly things, "You know he's not dead, do you?"

"Shhhhh, don't ruin the moment," Izzy told me with her finger on my lips.

"Where do you think others go when they're kicked out?" asked Owen.

You wouldn't believe me if I told you, "They probably go home, and watch the show on TV like everyone else," I told them.

"It must be weird to see the people you met through TV," Geoff said.

"I once knew someone who was on TV," Izzy said, "in Toronto's 10 Most Wanted."

The three of us looked at her a little uncomfortable about it, Bridgette arrived a moment later, she seemed surprised to see Geoff here, "hi guys... Hi Geoff."

"Hello," he returned.

We all fell into an awkward silence, these two have been acting weird every time they see each other since the last challenge, it probably has something to do with Courtney.

"Uhhh... you can feel the tension in the air," Izzy said.

"Well, I'm going to surf while there's still waves, I'll see you later," Bridgette said hurriedly away.

Geoff sighed as he left, "Dude, what was all that?"

"Uh, what was what?" he said trying to hide it, but he was terrible at it.

"You know, all that awkwardness with Bridgette, I thought she was your girlfriend, why are you two being so weird?" asked Izzy.

"We're not being weird! There's nothing weird here! You're weird! Ahhhhh!"

*Splash*

Geoff jumped into the water to get away from the conversation, he's bad at keeping secrets.

"Hey! We were still talking! I want to know what's going on between the two of you!" yelled Izzy.

Owen rolled up his rod and pulled out a fish, but Kevin stole it... again, "Oh please!"

Chris arrived at the dock at that moment, "oh how good, you're here, it's time for today's challenge."

-0-

Once everyone arrived at the dock, Chris began to explain the challenge. Which was the Hide and Seek.

I surreptitiously glanced at Heather, now I know that it won't be so easy to get her eliminated, even with future knowledge, she is no longer the same as before, many here have changed a bit, which means that things could be somewhat different in this challenge.

I wasn't going to try to do anything with it today, the reason...

I watched the burly cook shoot Chris with his water gun sending him back a couple of meters and swallowed, yes, today I was only going to worry about not getting caught, if I get immunity I nullify any strategy against me, if there is one.

"You get ten minutes to hide. Go!" said Chris.

We all went our separate ways, I headed straight to the boat house, Leshawna's strategy of hiding in the water worked for her the first time, so I was going to use a similar idea.

...

I got to the boat house and took one of the canoes we used in the bone island challenge, dragged it down to the lake, and started paddling a bit away from the island. It would be very suspicious if a canoe alone was seen adrift in the water.

"Ok I think this distance is good," I grabbed a pair of binoculars and pointed them at the island.

"This brings back so many memories, just you and me floating adrift around the lake hahahahaha."

"Yeah, just try not to make too much noise, the chef might be looking out over the lake."

"..."

"..."

I quickly moved my binoculars to the side of the canoe only to end up seeing a distinctive inverted heart-shaped neckline. I removed the binoculars to see that said cleavage was attached to a red-haired girl.

"Izzy!? When!? How!?" How did she get here?

"I followed you when we left the dock, I wanted to see what you could come up with to outwit the chef this time, I even helped you lift the canoe, you didn't think you seriously lifted it by yourself, did you? Hahahahaha", there goes the confidence that I was getting stronger.

Confessional.

Cody

He had a dismayed face, "How come I didn't notice her right behind me? She didn't even make a single sound."

Izzy

"It's a shame I'm not Heather, that could have been the perfect situation for a romantic reconciliation, I guess I'll just have to think about something else."

End of the confessional.

Izzy started playing with Kevin who had come to keep us company, I kept an eye on the island from time to time, the chef passed by the dock at every opportunity he had. We had to wait for him to venture farther away to get closer to the lifeguard's chair.

"Squawk."

I watched as Izzy imitated Kevin by making bird sounds, it seems that now she wouldn't get the chance of his epic battle with the chef, I remember it looked very cool in the final product.

But where did that rivalry between the two come from? "Hey Izzy, you said once you were in the army, did you know the chef from before the show?", I wonder if she would tell me in the first place.

"Hahahahahaha, whose do you think it was the kitchen I blew up?", I widened my eyes when she said that, "I don't know why he pretends he doesn't know me... or maybe he doesn't remember me because he had a military haircut back then, but the point is, yes, Izzy already knew him before the show."

What the hell? What about this backstory that never saw the light of day? The more I know about Izzy, the more I know about Izzy I feel like the less I know about her.

She approached my face with a mischievous smile, I backed away a little cautiously, "it's my turn to ask a question", she moved closer to my ear, "Did you manage to have sex with Heather?".

My face burst red, I guess it was my fault this time that I didn't expect her to ask a question like that, "uh no, we didn't get that far," I said simply, taking away the initial surprise, I wasn't ashamed to discuss this with her, I know she's not going to judge me for something like this.

"Booo, how boring, did nothing really happen between you? Mama Izzy is disappointed."

"What made you suppose we made it this far?"

She took a picture of her cleavage, it was the picture of Heather showing her breasts, why did she have it... And why did he hide it there? "Did you take that from my stuff?"

She froze, "I was going to give return it later, I swear," I rolled my eyes, "the point is I want to help you get back together, it's pretty clear that there's chemistry, and a little gunpowder between the two of you, so I've made it my mission to get you back together."

That's why she's been so clingy, she was trying to make Heather jealous. I guess I'm thankful to her for the bathroom thing, but she has the wrong picture of what Heather and I had.

"Izzy, it flatters me that you want to help, but my relationship with Heather is a matter that we both have to deal with as a couple (which we didn't were), I'll take care of that."

"But..."

"If I need help I'll ask you, I promise."

She seemed to give up, "Alright, I'll stay out of it."

Confessional.

Izzy

"Pff, yeah right, he clearly needs my help."

End of the confessional.

"Here, I'll give you back your picture," she offered it to me.

"Thank you," now I know I shouldn't keep it in my backpack. I'm glad I was able to reason with Izzy without much trouble.

"So, who has them bigger? Me or her?", aaaand I spoke too soon.

POV. Heather

I was hiding in some bushes, originally, I was going to hide in the kitchen. But then I realized that this was possibly the stupidest plan I could come up with, to hide from a chef in a kitchen, what stupidity.

Sadly, Lindsay didn't have the same reasoning and went straight to the kitchen, it's only a matter of time before he finds her.

I wonder where the others are hiding. In case the chef finds me, I need to find someone else to get immunity.

"AHHHHHHHHHHH!".

*Splash*

That was Lindsay's voice, it looks like he found her, too bad, but it's not like that's my problem right now.

"Where has Cody been hiding?", knowing him, that geek surely found a crazy place to hide.

What would happen if I found him?

Heather's Imagination...

"I found you".

Right in front of her was a surprised and frightened Cody, "Heather? Oh no, please don't rat me out, I'll do anything if you save me."

Suddenly she was on top of him pressing his body with hers, "anything, huh?" she asked him with a sadistic smile as she watched him blush, "I guess now you regret leaving my side."

"Yes, very much, please let me get back."

She was now straddling him, "I guess I can forgive you, after you do me a small favor of course," she unbuckled his belt, "being on this island lacking privacy has made it hard to release 'certain frustrations', I hope you don't mind helping me with that?" she asked with a lustful look.

*PAF*

The slap I gave myself was so hard that some birds flew out, my nose had a trickle of blood on it and not from the slap exactly.

"WHAT THE FUCK DID I JUST IMAGINE!?" I quickly covered my mouth when I realized that scream was a little too loud.

...

...

I breathed a sigh of relief when nothing happened.

"Hehehehehehehe", Then I heard the spooky laugh of the chef right behind me, "The point of hiding is supposed to be quiet," he said as he began to pump his water gun.

"AHHHHHH!" I ran off.

"I love it when they run."

*SPLASH*

A powerful torrent of water knocked me down, leaving me totally soaked.

"Another one bites the dust."

"Well, great," now I must find someone if I don't want to go home. The good thing is that that soak served to lower the fever that that crazy scene left me, and hide another humidity that I will never admit, that was forming in my shorts.

POV. Bridgette

I was hiding around the campfire, but when I heard Lindsay's scream coming from the kitchen, I panicked a little.

I started to back off when I ran into someone, "AHH!"

"Bridgette, it's me".

"Geoff?", seeing that it wasn't the chef I calmed down, "What are you doing here?"

"Well, I saw you coming this way, and I thought maybe we could hide together."

"Geoff, I don't think it's a good idea, the chef will find us if there are more of us," I understand how he felt, I wanted to spend time with him too, but if Courtney saw us together, she was going to get pretty angry.

"Come on, this is probably the only chance we'll ever have to be together during the competition," he insisted with puppy dog eyes, uh I couldn't say no to him.

I smiled, "okay, but you'll have to hold my hand if we go to the woods," I wasn't trying to be romantic, I was still scared of the woods.

"Deal," he took my hand and we headed into the woods. I was a little nervous to be here, but at least Geoff was with me.

We walked for a good stretch, then we saw some logs that gave enough cover, we huddled together, luckily, we could both fit.

We were quiet for quite a while, but it wasn't awkward. We had kept our distance the past few days, and something like just being snuggled together was already very satisfying.

"So, can you believe we made it this far in the competition?" asked Geoff.

"Yes, it's pretty crazy, I didn't think it would come down to this, but the people left are all skilled, for sure any of them could make it to the final... except Heather, she has to leave as soon as possible," I seriously can't stand her, I also blame her for not being able to spend more time with Geoff.

"Yeah, she's scary... What do you plan to do with the money if you win?"

"Me? Well, I'm going to donate some of it to one of those charities that are dedicated to keeping the beaches clean. Trash in the water is always a problem for surfers."

"You don't have to say it, I once got a shard of glass stuck in my foot because of a broken bottle."

"And what about you? Do you know what you're going to spend the money on?"

"I'll have the biggest party you've ever seen!" I laughed, yes, that sounds a lot like him.

"And I'll be invited?"

"I don't know, I guess you'll have to convince the host," he joked. We both moved closer as we looked into each other's eyes.

...

POV. Heather

"Why did you scream before Chef found you?"

"I told you I saw a spider," Lindsay has been teasing me about what happened to get caught. We both walked behind the chef like ducks, trying to find any other campers.

Out of nowhere the chef signaled us with his fist to stop, how ridiculous, this is not the military.

He bent down on the ground and licked it, disgusting, then got up and sniffed the air, "it smells like board wax and pool chlorine, the surfer and the party animal are nearby."

Now that's interesting, I pulled Lindsay away, "Come on, we've got to find them first," it was our chance to get immunity.

We looked around, if I were those two, I'd probably look for a place wide enough to hide together.

"Do you hear that?" asked Lindsay.

"What?"

"It's a weird sound, like someone sucking on a lemon," that's strange, I pricked up my ear to listen and there was definitely a sound.

We moved following him until we came to some fallen and stacked logs, the noise coming from behind.

We peek out the way only to find Bridgette and Geoff eating each other out, really?

I rolled my eyes as I covered Lindsay's mouth so that the scream she was about to give wouldn't come out.

"Oh~ chef~ encontramos un par de pajaritos del amor aquí atrás", eso llamo su atención haciéndolos parar por la sorpresa de haber sido atrapados.

"Oh, no", said Bridgette.

The chef arrived with a deadly somersault, "Hansel and Gretel are already mine."

We all looked at the chef in bewilderment, "eh, don't you mean Romeo and Juliet?"

"Who are those?"

"You are aware that Hansel and Gretel are siblings, aren't you?"

Confessional.

Chef Hatchet

"So what? They fucked; everybody knows that."

End of the confessional.

Geoff stood in front of Bridgette, "run, I'll stop him."

"But..."

"Do it!", Bridgette ran out, "if you want it you'll have to- Waaaa!", chef knocked Geoff down with a single shot, that was funny.

But that selfless action was enough to make Bridgette run away, well that's not my problem anymore, Lindsay and I found them, which means we're safe.

I stood in front of the fallen Geoff, "thanks for the immunity, dude."

Confessional.

Geoff

"I think I messed it up."

Bridgette

"Courtney is going to be so angry."

End of the confessional.

POV. Cody

I was paddling back to the dock, while Izzy squeezed her wet hair.

"Hahahahahaha, I can't believe you actually did it," she said while laughing, I just rolled my eyes.

She thought it would be fun to make shark sounds to see if she could attract any while we were still in the water. Which brought back some bad memories of Hawaii and I warned her that if she tried, then I would throw her into the lake.

She looked at me with her most cheeky expression and started making shark sounds. My eye trembled for a moment, then I threw her into the water surprising both of us.

I apologized to her when she came back up, but she dismissed it and just laughed at what happened, the only thing that bothered her was that she got her hair wet. She apparently has a hard time drying it and gets much fluffier when it's wet, that's why she always wears a cap with her bathing suit.

"I haven't had good experiences with bears or sharks."

"Wow, maybe you're cursed or something like that", DJ certainly thought he was after Egypt, that could explain my bad luck, whether in love or in general.

Izzy took off her top and started squeezing it out, luckily, she was wearing a bra underneath, but doing that so casually... She's seriously an exhibitionist.

Now we were by the forest of the island. Out of nowhere, bushes began to stir.

"Down!", I threw myself on Izzy, I ended up lying on her with my face in her cleavage, I blushed a little and if I could see her I would know that she did too, but I didn't have time to think about it too much and neither did she.

"AHHHHHHHHHHH!", we couldn't see who was passing by, but I could tell by the scream that it was Bridgette, the chef must be chasing her.

I was right because a moment later the bushes stirred again, I imagine the chef appeared. Izzy squeezed me with some force, we couldn't tell if he passed by or if he stopped and saw our canoe.

*Heartbeat, heartbeat, heartbeat, heartbeat, heartbeat, heartbeat, heartbeat, heartbeat*

With my face on her cleavage, I could perfectly hear the erratic beating of Izzy's heart, but I doubt it's out of fear, this whole situation must seem exciting to her.

After a few minutes we poked our heads out to check if it was there, but there was no one in sight, we both breathed a sigh of relief.

I got up on top of him, but I didn't apologize anymore, at this point that would just feel uncomfortable.

"Woo~ hoo~, that was intense, my heart is beating like crazy," she said as she clutched her chest, "it was like being hidden in a trench behind enemy lines hoping they don't look down, hahahahaha."

"Have you even been behind real enemy lines?"

"No, but I imagine that's how they must feel," because to me it felt too soft for a trench.

"Here," I handed him an oar, "we need to hurry," we start paddling faster toward the dock, I don't think we'll be so lucky the next time we bump into the chef.

Confessional.

Bridgette

She was breathing erratically, "well, I think I lost him before I got here," she slowly opened the door to check.

*Splash*

But the whole latrine was flooded, Bridgette was out.

End of the confessional.

POV. Courtney

I wandered through the woods, it was better to keep moving than just wait for the chef to come for me. I needed to find a way around him and make my way to the lifeguard's chair.

*Crack*

I turned around nervously when I heard a noise, but it was just a squirrel, "uff, I'm tired of the animals on this island", to my annoyance the squirrel was imitating me, "that's a bad imitation, Ouch! Did you just throw me an acorn?", I seriously hate this island. I sighed and squeezed the skull necklace around my neck, "I wish you were here, you didn't open up to me helped me at all, but at least I wouldn't feel so alone."

I have to win this competition and see Duncan again, we have to clear up a lot of things.

Suddenly I heard the noise of something pumping. My eyes widened and I ducked instinctively.

A torrent of water rushed right above my head. I turned around and the chef was there, looking at me with that cruel hunter's smile, "tks, you were lucky."

I started running as he chased me, "AHHHHHHH!", dodging the shots from his water gun, thanks to all the morning runs he did, I was slowly leaving him behind.

But then I found myself trapped in front of a rock face, I was cornered, "Oh come on! Are you serious?"

The chef arrived right at that moment, "hehehehe, this is because of all the times you insulted my food."

I clung to the wall like a cornered prey, I wonder what you would have done in my place.

...

...

...

...

...

...

...

What am I doing? I clenched my fist tightly, since when do I give up so easily? How long have I needed someone else's help? That's not me, I came here to win and I'm not going to lose to anyone. I've already been tormented too much to let it all fall apart now, I'm angry, I'm irritated and I'm going to go all the way.

A new fire was burning inside me, I squeezed the skull necklace again, lend me some of your uncontrollable strength please.

"Any final words?"

"Yes, it won't be today," I ran to him as he shot and used a rock on the way to soar above the jet of water just in time. Somersaulting over the chef himself, who was left open-mouthed, and landing on the other side, "not any other day," I began to run towards the camp.

Chef was hot on my heels, but he couldn't catch up with me anymore.

*Splash, splash, splash*

The water was wreaking havoc around me, every now and then I had to dodge his shots, it was really all or nothing here.

We finally got to the campsite and I could see the lifeguard chair, "yes".

"No," chef began to pump the gun harder, this explosion would be gigantic.

-0-

POV. Cody

We finally got to the dock, but chef was chasing Courtney right over here, and from the way he pumped the gun this would be big.

Izzy grabbed my hand starting to run, "hahahahaha Let's go! It's going to be all or nothing."

...

POV. Courtney

"I've got to get there," was so close, Cody and Izzy were running from the opposite direction.

...

POV. Third person

"Not on my watch," chef said firing the most powerful torrent of water so far, three people threw themselves against the lifeguard's chair hoping to touch it in time.

*SPLASH*

The torrent passed.

And three people were soaking wet... but they clung tightly to the lifebuoy's chair.

"Shit," the chef said, tossing his hat to the floor.

...

POV. Cody

"We did?", I didn't know if we made it, I just remember the water and holding on tightly to the leg of the chair.

"Boy did you guys make it and with a photo finish", Chris came out of nowhere with a TV, it showed a frame-by-frame replay of the three of us grabbing the tower before the water hit us, "that was a monstrous chase hahahaha, all three are safe".

Izzy and I high-fived, "Woo~ hoo~!", but there was someone who was much more excited than us, "In your face!" Courtney said to the grumpy chef, "I can't believe I really beat him! I'm awesome! I've never felt so alive!" in her excitement she grabbed us both by the throat hugging our heads to her breasts, wow, she was really excited.

"Hahaha You know what? Forget what I asked, I think Courtney outsized Heather and I," Izzy said with her head smashed off.

I wasn't going to argue with her after having them press against my face, "I'll give it to give you this time."

Finally, Courtney's adrenaline subsided a bit, "uh, I'm sorry, I got carried away," she said as she let us go.

"Don't worry, it was a crazy moment a while ago," I was going to walk away, but my dreamcatcher got tangled in her skull necklace.

"Uh, leave it to me, I can untangle it", Courtney's face was very close to mine making me blush for the eighth time today, Izzy tried to hold back her laughter, from afar it would seem that we were kissing.

-0-

POV. Heather

"What's all that fuss?", Lindsay and I looked up to the dock from the cabins to see what the fuss was.

My eyes widened and my left eyelid twitched at what I saw. Courtney had her back to me making out with Cody on the dock.

Confessional.

Heather

"First he goes and cheats on me with Izzy! And now he's making out with Courtney in public!? What's next!? Suck Lindsay's huge tits!? ... I mean, he didn't cheat on me, we're not dating, but he did betray me... though he's no longer my ally, Argh! Anyway, it's not right for him to throw himself on any girl he can get his claws on... They're not even that attractive," she said with a pout.

Lindsay

"Aw, those two are so cute together... Wait a minute, didn't Courtney go out with someone?" she asked thoughtfully.

End of the confessional.

Luckily the misunderstanding didn't last long, my heart started beating again when they moved and I could see that their necklaces had simply become tangled. I breathed a sigh of relief and collapsed on the porch floor.

"Wow, for a moment it looked like she was kissing him, don't you think Heather?"

I kicked Lindsay for that comment, "don't talk nonsense," I replied annoyed.

"... Are you jealous?, Ouch!".

POV. Sadie

Owen and I were sitting in a cave. I was wandering through the woods when I stumbled upon this cave and it turns out that Owen was already here.

It's been a while and no one has found us... I don't know why, but I have a feeling we may have been forgotten.

"It looks like we'll make it to the end of this challenge without getting caught," Owen said optimistically.

"I think so, this cave is a perfect place to hide, but, hey... Are you sure there are no bears here?"

"Of course, this place is totally empty," a shadow began to rise behind Owen, I tried to warn him, but I had lost my voice, "What? Do I have something on my face?"

"Behind you, fat boy," Owen's eyes widened at the chef's chilling voice.

"AHHHHHHHHHHHH!", I'm sure our cry was heard all over the island.

-0-

POV. Cody

The chef had gone to find the missing ones, not knowing that LeShawna was right under everyone's nose.

I walked over to the end of the dock and saw the breathing straw she was using, "LeShawna, the chef is gone, you can get out of the water now."

To the incredulous looks of Izzy, Courtney and Chris, the big sister emerged from the water, "wow, I didn't see that one coming," the incredulous host said.

"Dude, do you have supernatural powers or something?" she joked as she reached out and touched the lifeguard's chair.

"I saw your straw to breathe before we got to the dock," it wasn't a lie, but I only saw it because I was looking for it, otherwise I would have missed it.

"Pff, obviously I saw it too, but I wasn't going to give you away," Izzy said.

Wow, it's the worst lie I've ever heard her tell, Courtney rolled her eyes, she wasn't buying it either.

Chef arrived at that moment with a soaking Sadie and Owen. He was surprised to see LeShawna with us, but he smiled and nodded his head.

"Alright, the challenge is over, the people who didn't find anyone and didn't make it to the lifeguard chair don't have immunity, which means any of them could leave tonight. I'll see you all later at the campfire," Chris said.

Owen, Geoff and I were sitting outside our cabin, Izzy went somewhere with Lindsay, I'm sure Heather will ask her to vote with them.

"So... Who should we vote for?" asked Owen.

"I guess Sadie... I like her and everything, but it's her or either one of us, and there's no way I'm going to vote for Bridgette," that wasn't a bad decision.

They both looked at me for my opinion, "Sadie it is then."

POV. Bridgette

"We'll vote for Geoff."

My whole world froze at Courtney's announcement, you could hear a pin drop from how quiet it was, she looked at me regretfully when she said it, Sadie looked uncomfortable.

"What?"

She sighed, "I talked to LeShawna, and she agreed to give us her vote, but only if we voted for Geoff, since Owen is her friend and she's not going to vote for him," she told me.

"But..."

"Bridgette... it's him or one of us, we don't have a lot of options," Sadie told me.

Confessional.

Bridgette

"This is all my fault, if I hadn't slipped away with Geoff, and we'd made out in the woods, Heather wouldn't have found us, she wouldn't have immunity and we could have kicked her off the island once and for all. But instead, they're asking me to vote for the guy I love."

End of the confessional.

"I'm sorry, but I won't, I'm not going to vote for Geoff."

"Bridgette..."

"I'll see them at the campfire," with that said, I left the place.

I didn't know what I was going to do, I was caught between the alliance and Geoff, unfortunately he wasn't in the best position, and it's all my fault.

"Wow, it looks like you have a pretty big dilemma on your hands here."

I stopped as I heard the voice of the last person I wanted to bump into right now, "I'm not in the mood Heather."

She raised her hands, "calm down, I just came to let you know one thing."

"What?"

"Lindsay and I are going to vote for Geoff."

POV. Cody

We were all gathered at the campfire. Despite the fact that more than half of us had immunity, there was a very tense air in the air. No matter what happened, this would be a ceremony to remember.

"Campers, I've been counting the votes, and boy hahahahahaha, this elimination promises to be interesting, I assure you," nothing good could come out of Chris being excited for a campfire ceremony.

The four without immunity were seated in the front row, at Chris's request to make everything more dramatic. Heather seemed very pleased, what could she have done now? This was bad enough without her stepping in.

"There are only three marshmallows on this tray, one of you won't get a marshmallow, that person will have to walk down the dock of shame, get into the boat of losers, and NEVER come back."

"Was that necessary? We all know the rules by now, as well as the fact that you don't respect them," Courtney said, narrowing her eyes.

"We couldn't do this last week, now if you could stop interrupting me, thank you," Chris said annoyed, Courtney just crossed her arms, "the first marshmallow of the night is for...

"What?"shouted a lot of surprised people, including Geoff himself. Bridgette closed her eyes resignedly, don't tell me she...

POV. Bridgette

"Lindsay and I are going to vote for Geoff."

"And you have to rub it in my face!?", I'm not a violent person, but I'm sure I can knock out some of her teeth.

"Unless... that you're willing to take his place," I opened my eyes in disbelief, "I mean, you put him in that difficult situation, didn't you? If you were a little more…moderate, maybe we wouldn't have found you," I hate that the things she says are so convincing.

I didn't want to leave, it wasn't just about the prize, it was about being able to spend more time with Geoff. But still, Courtney or the person in front of me would still keep us from being together. And even if I stay, Geoff would have to leave, I'd be taking away his chance for the money.

I looked at Heather hatefully, "fine, I'll take her place", I can swear Heather grew horns and a tail with a triangular tip when she smiled.

"We have a deal then."

Confessional.

Heather

"If you want to bring down a king, you have to make his knights fall. Courtney may be out of my league right now, but her little friends aren't, time to fall dear."

End of the confessional.

POV. Cody

"No...", said Courtney.

"NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! WHY HER!? IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN ME!" cried Geoff.

"Geoff, calm down," Bridgette reassured him, "listen, you still have a chance, you have to promise me that you're not going to give up until the end, for me."

Geoff looked at her between sobs, "Bridgette..."

"Please, promise."

"... It's okay baby, I... I'll do it, I can do this," he replied between sobs, she smiled at him and gave him a quick kiss.

She stood up and looked at Courtney, "Bridgette..."

Bridgette gave him a hug, "I'll be supporting you too, do your best yes, you're not one to give up so easily."

"I'll do it, don't worry about me," he hugged her back.

"Heather...," he looked her straight in the eye, "you're not going to win... I'm sure of that," Heather just turned her gaze away from her.

...

We were all on the dock as Bri got on the boat, "I'll see you as soon as this is all over, I promise," Geoff told her.

"I hope so, don't forget that you promised to introduce me to your friends."

They shared one last goodbye kiss, then the boat departed, taking Bridgette with it in one of the show's most dramatic goodbyes.

Geoff got down on his knees on the dock, "Let's go guys, let's give the man his space," Leshawna said.

POV. Third person

Chris is standing at the beginning of the pier, everyone passed by him back to the cabins, "wow, that's a sad farewell... Ratings are sure to skyrocket after this episode," he said, returning to his usual glee, "there are only nine left in the race for a hundred thousand, the competition is on fire and saying goodbye is getting harder and harder, who will fall? Who will reign? Who will betray and deceive in order to continue competing? Find out next week here, on TOTAL... DRAMA... ISLAND!".
