"..." As it was a normal perfect day for our heroes. Team Rocket were looking through the woods and found a Dunsparce, Pikachu, Fletchling, Fennekin, Froakie, Pidgey, Chespin and Bunnelby eating their lunch.
"Targets currently having lunch." James said, scouting the report.
"My, my. Don't they all look happy." Jessie said with their binoculars in the balloon.
"Not after we catch all of them!" Meowth sneered as they felt like this was the best opportunity.
"That's right!" Wobbuffet said as everyone was eating their lunch, but nobody noticed that something was happening nearby the bushes.
On their way to Cyllage City, our heroes are taking an enjoyable lunch break. but, little do they know mysterious eyes are watching them.

EPISODE 12: The Forest of Chaos! (Alex)
"Huh? Who's there?" Pikachu said as his ears perked up from the bush rustling.
"what's going on?" Fletchling said as everyone was looking around.
"What on earth..?" Fennekin said as she and the others were looking. But not Chespin.
"Nom, nom, nom nom!" Chespin said as he was eating the Pokemon food.
"What's wrong?" Ash asked as everyone was looking at their Pokemon.
"Is something bothering you all?" Alex asked, every Pokemon kept looking around as the bushes kept rushing.
"Huh?" All of the Pokemon except Chespin said as they were looking around for what the noise was.
"It sounds like something's moving." Serena said, maybe something was happening!
"Hope it's a pokemon!" Bonnie exclaimed, she was so eager for something to appear.
"I don't know, Bonnie." Alex said, wanting to make sure Bonnie would be okay.
"Oh. Sorry." Bonnie apologized as Alex got more ready to battle.
"Uh oh, I'm gonna get ready for whatever it is! Alright, come out!" Alex said as he was prepared for the rustling was inside the bushes.
"Come out!" Froakie said as he threw some frubbles in the bushed.
"Hey! What the!?" Something cried in the bushes as they were freaking out.
"There is something over there!" Ash said, knowing what it was, something was going on.
"What is it?" Pikachu asked as Froakie threw some frubbles at the pushes.
"Ack! Blegh!" The two pokemon said as they were covered in frubbles as they appeared from the bushes. They looked like Panda Pokemon.
"Wait... that's not..." Alex said as Team Rocket were watching from above. What were they?
"What are they?" Meowth asked, what Pokemon were they seeing?
"Never seen those Pokemon before." Jessie said, knowing this was new to them.
"Wob? Wobbuff!" Wobbuffet said as James got out his contraption and found a picture of that Pokemon.
"I believe they're pancham!" James said. Knowing what the pokemon was called.
"Oh man, I got my temper in worry for nothing!" Alex sighed as he felt apologetic for being so protective to the group.
"Sorry to scare you like that." Ash said as he came over to the Pancham with a towel.
"What are they?" Alex said as Ash was wiping their faces to get the frubbles off. Serena and Alex got their Pokedexes out and scanned who the Pokemon are.
"Pancham. The Playful Pokemon. Though it tries to look tough, Pancham has trouble being taken seriously by opponents." The Pokedex said, reading the data about Pancham as Ash finished wiping their faces.
"Okay, that should do it." Ash said as Serena looked at the Pokedex with confusion.
"But, those Pancham look so different." Serena said as Alex put away his Pokedex.
"Heh. Haah..." Pancham said as they chuckled and played with each other.
"These two are much cuter!" Serena exclaimed, she loved the pokemon.
"The pokedex says that they do their best to look tough, so i guess this must be their normal face." Clemont said, seemingly making his point and theory interesting.
"So then why not just make them cuter in the pokedex?" Serena asked as Alex looked at her, this was a first.
"Huh, This might be an actual first for me. Hearing some complaints about the Pokedex." Alex said, nobody would complain about it in the Pokedex.
"I guess were in the same boat. I've never heard anyone complain about their Pokedex before." Clemont said, knowing that Serena's complaint was interesting.
"Really? It's just too bad they're being shown like that." Serena said as she put away the Pokedex, Alex smiled then put his away.
"Ooh! Yum!" The pancham said as they noticed the food at Chespin, They're eyes sparkled.
"Wait, Huh?!" Chespin said as he was puzzled.
"Are they hungry?" Pikachu asked, what was with the Pancham?
"Looks like it." Fennekin said, chiming in.
"That's Chespin's..." Dunsparce said, seeing the Pancham were crowding Chespin's food.
"Uh.." Chespin said as he was worried.
"We want some food! It looks good!" Pancham said as they wanted some food like the others were having.
"I wonder what those two are saying." Serena said, Alex looked at Serena.
"They're saying they want some food and it looks good is what they are saying." Alex re-explained to Serena what the Pancham said.
"Are you sure? You are the translator." Bonnie said as Alex was a translator who could hear Pokemon.
"Yes, I am sure. Thank you." Alex said, being happy.
"Maybe they're asking if Chespin will share it's Pokemon food?" Ash said as it felt like he had a question mark on his head.
"Maybe not.. I wish we do have something like alex's power so we knew what they meant!" Serena said, wondering if they wish they could have some like Alex's power.
"Well. I did give you the answer. And no, my power is a my thing only. So-" Alex said, as he could not share his power.
"Heh. Leave that to me! The future is now, thanks to science! Clemontic Gear, on! Allow me to present my Pokemon translator!" Clemont snickered as he began to make his own invention as it was a new machine he created and explained what he was created and name.
"Whoa!" Ash said excitingly. Seeing the invention.
"So.. are we just gonna stick with Clemont in hopes for different results or is my power just invalidated?" Alex said, wondering if they just don't care about his power.
"I mean. Clemont. You've gotta get better at names." Bonnie said, knowing that name was dumb.
"But it sounds fascinating, for sure!" Serena said, being excited.
"My brilliant invention allows the user to understand Pokemon. Which facilitates better communication with Pokemon by performing a complete analysis of vocal tone, movement and expression!" Clemont said as he explained about his invention.
"And yet. My power to hear what pokemon say feels like a waste." Alex said as he felt wasted.
"Well, Watch! Pancham! Would you please say something? Switch on!" Clemont said, trying to prove Alex wrong, then went to the pancham.
"What you have belongs to us." Pancham said as the invention re-read the words they said.
"What you have belongs to everyone." Clemont's invention said as Clemont was more excited.
"See!? It gave us a perfect translation!" Clemont said happily as it worked perfectly.
"What... How.. when.. Why... Whuh.. WHAT?" Alex said as he couldn't find his own wording on what happened.
"Science is so amazing!" Ash said excitingly.
"See? Hmph." The Pancham said as they made a mischeivous plan together.
"Huh?" Pikachu said, noticing something was up.
"Did they really say that stuff?" Bonnie asked, wondering if the machine would really work.
"Who knows? Maybe they did. I'll guess they're probably saying what Ash said, that chespin should share its food with them." Serena said, as she was sticking with Ash's side, feeling like Clemont was outclassed.
"Hooray! Yay!" Pancham said happily as Clemont felt stunned.
"Well, Clemont? Humans can outperform technology." Alex said as Clemont moaned.
"Why didn't my machine function properly? I suppose my invention could've chosen its words poorly.." Clemont moaned out before he got back to work on the machine. Pikachu felt like something was wrong.
"Hm. Hey, Ash!" Pikachu said as he walked right to Ash.
"What, Pikachu?" Ash asked as Pancham ran to Serena
"Aw! So amazing!" The Pancham said, playing with her, even making her feel happy.
"Aw, Are you two hungry? I'll get you some food!" Serena asked, seeing if they want food. The Pancham cheered.
"WAIT, HOLD ON!" Pikachu said as he felt like he was being ignored.
"I'll get helping!" Alex said, wanting to help.
"You know. Perhaps Ash was right along with Alex's translation were correct after all... Whoaaah! Ugh." Clemont sweatdropped as he was still unscrewing before the machine blew up in his face as Froakie watched and sighed.
"And that's another blown invention." Alex said as Serena and Alex made some mixed Pokemon food.
"Okay- here you are!" Serena said as she made Pokemon food for them.
"..." The Pancham swallowed their food then began eating a lot of other Pokemon's food then the groups food that they were eating, soon they were done and full.
"They ate everything we had!" Bonnie shouted out as they ate the food.
"My food! Why did you EAT IT?" Chespin shouted angrily at the wild pancham.
"My Pokemon Translator was right! It said they said that what we have belongs to everyone, which means our lunch belongs to the Pancham too!" Clemont exclaimed, saying that he was right after all.
"It said WHAT?" Serena said as she looked at Clemont.
"And that doesn't help us at all now!" Bonnie said as now they had barely any food.
"Plus! Our food is nothing but empty! But I could cook some more at least. haah.." Alex said to Clemont before he realized he would help make more.
"Like I said, Science is so amazing!" Ash said, being proud of Clemont and science.
"Aww, I guess you could say that!" Clemont said as he chuckled slightly.
"Hey. Next time?" Pikachu said as the starters and Dunsparce approached Pikachu.
"Aim. Fire!" Jessie said as a net began to take Pikachu, Dunsparce and The Kalos Starters.
"Pikachu! Froakie!" Ash called out to his Pokemon.
"Fennekin!" Serena cried out, her Pokemon was being taken away.
"Dunsparce!" Alex cried out, his pokemon was being kidnapped.
"Chespin!" Clemont said, that was his Kalos Starter.
"Let's get out of here!" The Pancham cried out as they headed away from the bushes.
"Pikachu's ours, Friends included!" Team Rocket said as they made their capture.
"Team Rocket!" Ash said, knowing who was behind it all.
"Surprise, Surprise!" Jessie said as they began to fly away.
"Time flies!" Meowth said as they were continuing to fly away.
"Away to the skies!" James said, as they left.
"Stop!" Serena called out. That was their Pokemon.
"Oh no they don't! After them, Fletchling!" Ash said, wanting them to chase after Team Rocket.
"Get them, Pidgey!" Alex said as Pidgey and Fletchling nodded.
"Right!" Fletchling said as he headed after Team Rocket, Pidgey followed behind.
"Not so fast!" James said as he tossed out a Pokeball, It was Inkay.
"Oh boy!" Inkay said, appearing to help.
"Inkay, Go!" James said as he let Inkay go all out.
"Whoa, No, No, Nhmmph!" Fletchling said as he dodged a few inks before being squirted in the face.
"Hrragh! Peck!" Pidgey said as he attacked with a Peck.
"Googh!" Inkay said, getting hit with a Peck.
"Not to quick, Foul Play!" James said, not letting Pidgey be an annoyance.
"Peck!" Pidgey said as he hit Inkay again but Inkay saw it coming.
"Nope! Foul Play!" Inkay said as he grabbed Pidgey and threw him right to Fletchling.
"Grroaah!" Fletchling and Pidgey said as they were hit together.
"Fletchling, Oh no!" Ash said as he caught fletchling who was hit.
"That seems like it hurt, sorry Pidgey." Alex said, feeling like it was brutal.
"No, Oh yes!" Team Rocket said as they were excited that it worked.
"Yeah!" Wobbuffet said.
"Come on, let's go!" Ash said as they had to follow pursuit.
"Right behind you!" Serena said as everyone followed behind ash.
"Please, help chespin!" Bonnie said to Clemont, in hopes Chespin was okay.
"You can count on me, Bonnie!" Clemont said, knowing he'll make sure it helps out.
"Hold on, Dunsparce!" Alex said to his pokemon, returning Pidgey to his Pokeball.
"Yay! A job well done!" Team Rocket said excitingly.
"There's nothing like work that's lots of fun!" Jessie said as they completed their mission.
"In the boss's eyes we'll be second to none!" James said, having visions of success.
"Wobbuffet!" Wobbuffet said with them.
"Hey! We're taking you to Team Rocket headquarters and turn you into a bunch of useful members of team rocket society!" Meowth said to the Pokemon inside the net.
"James, shall we notify headquarters?" Jessie said as Meowth suddenly realized something was wrong.
"Hold the phone! Who's gonna get the credit for this ingenious job?" Meowth asked, Team Rocket looked at him and as Meowth finished. He made a point.
"..." Deadpan silence, it felt like something was wrong. Who.. who got this planned out from the start? This was a mislead by Team Rocket that was never known but they would have to now.
"Well I invented the capture machine." James said, knowing he made the machine.
"Yeah? Well, I came up with the plan." Meowth said, he made the plan.
"Well, I'm the one who pointed out the key point. It's a no-brainer!" Jessie said as now they had to break it through.
"You don't get credit for a stupid thing like that!" James said, shouting at Jessie for the wrong reasons.
"oh yeah?! Timing is everything!" Jessie said, knowing that timing is all but everything.
"Look, dopes. without a plan in place, everything else is nothing but a plate with no grub on it!" Meowth shouted, knowing what they had and if they would not have a plan. It wouldn't have happened.
"Remember, it was my Inkay who stopped those twerps in their tracks from chasing after us, right? And lest you forget who Inkay's trainer is!" James said as he showed Inkay to the group.
"Face it! I deserve the credit in full!" James said, knowing he deserves the credit for what he did.
"STOP! ENOUGH! I say we decide this mess with a battle!" Jessie shouted as she made a proposal.
"I'll fight the good fight!" James said, knowing he'll do good in the fight.
"You're on, chumps!" Meowth said, as now the argument was way out of hand.
"Inkay, use Psybeam!" James commanded, wanting Inkay to win.
"Pssy..." Inkay said, getting ready to fire an attack.
"Wobbuffet, you're up!" Jessie said, letting Wobbuffet go and do his thing.
"Right, Mirror Coat!" Wobbuffet said as he used a shield.
"Beam!" Inkay said as he fired off Psybeam.
"..." The Psybeam hit wobbuffet which then deflected right into the balloon and caused it to show red which caused an explosion that dropped team rocket out of the sky alongside the Pokemon.
"You overdid it!" Jessie cried out, The group below say the explosion of Team Rocket's balloon.
"Ah!?" Ash gasped, they were shocked to find an exploded balloon.
"Wait, The Balloon... But how?!" Alex wondered, but this was bad.
"Team Rocket's balloon exploded!" Clemont said. Knowing it will be even bad on what happened.
"Our poor Pokemon..." Serena weakly worried out from her own mouth.
"So, We need Dedenne's help!" Clemont said, knowing Dedenne can help them.
"Dedenne's help?" Bonnie said, seeing Dedenne can help.
"Me?" Dedenne said as he popped out of the bag.
"When we first met Dedenne, it was utilizing electrical energy to communicate!" Clemont said as they remembered on first meeting dedenne.
"Yeah, that's right! Dedenne, it'd be great if you could pick up on Pikachu's electricity!" Bonnie said, Bonnie then asked Dedenne for help.
"Got it!" Dedenne said as he got out and began to detect for Pikachu's electricity.
"Wow, Dedenne can really do that? That's incredible!" Serena exclaimed, Dedenne was amazing to her!
"Hahah, just wait and see! Dedenne, the first thing you need to do is figure out where Pikachu's energy is." Bonnie explained as Dedenne nodded and began to work for Pikachu.
"We're counting on you, Dedenne!" Ash said, seeing if Dedenne can do it.
"Please. This is our only chance." Alex said, hoping it would work.
"Here we go!" Dedenne said as he tried to use his energy to connect with Pikachu.
Meanwhile, Elsewhere in the forest.
"..." A wild Pangoro was walking around the forest as Meowth cried out and smashed right into the Pangoro, Meowth was on the ground as Pangoro held his head where Meowth hit him and glared at him angrily.
"Sorry about that, bub. I had a lousy flight plan!" Meowth exclaimed, trying to apologize for what happened.
"LOUSY.. MEOWTH!" Pangoro said as he grabbed meowth angrily and tossed him to the sky.
"I SAID I WAS SORRY!" Meowth shouted as he was sent flying off.
Meanwhile. On Froakie's Perspective.
"..." Froakie was out on the river in the woods, he opened his eyes to see where he was before he got onto land he looked around to find Ash and the others but to no use. The bushes rustled as Froakie used his frubbles to cover his face. Out came Pikachu and Dunsparce who were shaking their head.
"Uggh. Froakie?" Pikachu said as he noticed Froakie.
"Huh? Bubububup." Froakie said as he took off the Frubbles off his face.
"Follow me, and Dunsparce!" Pikachu asked, something was up.
"Alright, then." Froakie said, knowing it was important probably.
"..." Pikachu led Froakie and Dunsparce somewhere as they jumped over a small ledge to suddenly come to a stop to find Chespin was buried under the ground.
"Chespin's stuck, can you help?" Pikachu said as Froakie sweatdropped. That was a bother.
"Sure. I guess." Froakie shrugged as they tried to help, Froakie got kicked by Chespin.
"Don't kick froakie, we got you." Pikachu said as Chespin stopped moving.
"..." Pikachu and Froakie worked hard together as they managed to finally get chespin out of the ground at last as he sighed a breath of relief.
"Thanks." Chespin said as he thanked them for helping him out.
"We need to find Fennekin and go back, okay?" Pikachu said, making an idea to find Fennekin first.
"Right!" Dunsparce, Chespin and Froakie said as they heard Meowth's voice, stuck on a branch in the bamboo tree.
"Meowth? What are you doing up there?" Pikachu said, noticing Meowth was trapped on the branches.
"Pikachu, be a pal and help me down!" Meowth asked as all the Pokemon glared and made uncertain faces.
"Erm.. No." Pikachu said, making a unsure face at Meowth.
"Let's leave." Dunsparce said as he began to leave.
"We're both Pokemon. Right?" Meowth said, knowing they were both Pokemon.
"Pikachu, just leave him." Froakie said to Pikachu, it was best to leave Meowth for him.
"Come on, we should help him!" Chespin said, Froakie wasn't on board with Chespin's idea.
"Okay..." Pikachu said as he stuck with Chespin's idea.
"Yeah! Sounds like okay to me!" Meowth said excitingly as Pikachu looked at Chespin.
"Pin Missile, ok?" Pikachu said as Chespin nodded.
"Ok. Pin Missile!" Chespin said as he freed Meowth with a Pin missile.
"And here we go again..." Froakie said as he sighed, he didn't like this one bit already.
"Thanks, all you lugs. Whaddaya say we call a truce, pal?" Meowth said as he wanted a truce for now.
"I believe that-" Pikachu said but Meowth took his hand and shook it crazily.
"I knew I could count on you, buddy boy, 'cause that's just the way you roll!" Meowth said as he trying to be more friendly.
"Bragh!" Pikachu said as he accidently shocked Meowth, causing him to fall on the ground.
"Sorry." Pikachu apologized, meowth became annoyed on what happened.
"Hey, what was that for!? I was paying you a compliment!" Meowth angrily snapped, he feel like he didn't deserve it.
"Force of habit." Pikachu said in a apologetic tone.
"He deserved it." Dunsparce said, being annoyed.
"Well, just as long as you understand." Meowth said as he made a sneaky plan.
"If I see that lug again, I'll use these dopes as a shield! Heheh." Meowth thought to himself, thinking of the Pangoro that attacked him.
"He's plotting something." Froakie said, looking at the others.
"We'll trust him for now." Pikachu said, not knowing what Meowth might do.
"Yeah. Im on froakie's side." Dunsparce said, taking Froakie's side.
"Don't get all worried, froakie." Chespin said, to Froakie.
"Guys, come on." Froakie said as he was desparate for them to listen to him.
"I can sense this is wrong." Dunsparce said, this was wrong.
"Don't worry." Pikachu said to Dunsparce, Dunsparce sighed.
"Pikachu. I'm so glad you and Chespin choose to trust me!" Meowth said happily, Meowth was glad.
"Chespin's a chump supremo. I can use that to my advantage. Talk about a sweet deal!" Meowth thought to himself as he was glad Chespin was stupid enough to join in on his side.
"Hmm." Froakie said, looking at Meowth, Meowth gasped and chuckled.
"But... this froakie is a different story." Meowth thought, how was this froakie not going to listen to him?
Meanwhile with Team Rocket.
"One teensy little explosion and meowth goes flying off the handle." Jessie muttered as they came to a stop from hearing a bush rustle when two pancham came out of them!
"Hey look! It's them!" The two Pancham said as they appeared.
"Look, it's them!" James said in realization, they know what they are.
"The eating machines!" Jessie said, knowing who they are.
"That's right." Wobbuffet said as James and Jessie had an idea.
"Meeting them here and now must be fate! Should we grab them and make them ours?" James said, having a plan of his own.
"Wonderful idea!" Jessie said as they planned to capture the Pancham into theirs!
"Inkay, Psybeam. Let's go!" James said, using Inkay to attack.
"Pssybeam!" Inkay said as it fired off Psybeam.
"Grrah!" The Two Pancham cried out in pain as it seemed to easy for them.
"Haha!" James said happily.
"How easy can it get?" Jessie said as James got a pokeball out, Ready to capture them when the wild pangoro towered above them. Wondering what was happening.
"Huh? Eek!" Jessie and James said as they gasped in fear, seeing Pangoro.
"What's going on here..?" Pangoro muttered, what were Jessie and James doing to him?
"Well, who might you be?" Jessie asked, what was Pangoro doing to them?
"It bears a strange resemblance to those two." James said, referring to the Pancham.
"It sure does." Wobbuffet said as Inkay approached Pangoro, Pangoro looked at Inkay and the worst moment happened for Team Rocket.
"Ghhooohh!" Inkay said as it sprayed ink all over Pangoro's face. Causing James and Jessie to freak out.
"AAAH!" Jessie and James cried out, horror on their faces.
"YOU'RE GOING TO START AN INK STINK!" James said as Pangoro growled, Eyes red with anger.
"GRR. HAMMER ARM!" Pangoro said as he hammer arm'd Jessie and James out of there in revenge.
"That hurts...!" Jessie cried in pain.
"That's not fair!" Wobbuffet muttered out.
"Too strong...!" Inkay said as they blasted off again.
"Thanks, Pangoro. Heh." The Pancham said as they all chuckled happily with Pangoro around.
Meanwhile, With Fennekin at a river.
"Huh? My tail...! Oh.. Oh..!" Fennekin said as she looked at a river and noticed her tail before trying to lick it cleanly. Before suddenly she heard a voice.
"There's Fennekin!" Pikachu said, finding Fennekin.
"Huh?" Fennekin said as she looked over in worry, It was Pikachu and the others!
"Fennekin!" Pikachu said as everyone was glad to see her!
"We found you!" Froakie said as he hopped to see fennekin being alright.
"Fennekin, You're okay!" Dunsparce said as he hopped weakly.
"She's okay!" Chespin said as Fennekin was confused a bit.
"Huh? Uh. Why is Meowth here?" Fennekin said, pointing at Meowth. Confusion on her face.
"A little alliance is all." Pikachu said as Fennekin was to counter-argue with this idea.
"I don't trust-" Fennekin said but Meowth interrupted her.
"Dig! From now on, we're best of friends!" Meowth
"Just trust him, it will work." Chespin said as Fennekin was okay.
"Alright. My tail..." Fennekin said before showing them her dirty tail being all messy.
"Hey..." Pikachu said, seeing the dirty tail.
"Your fluffy little tail got all dirty, so you wanna clean it?" Meowth said, explaining what Fennekin wants to do.
"I do!" Fennekin said, wanting her tail cleaned out.
"How is that possible?" Dunsparce wondered as he had a question mark on his head.
"You really like to look good, now don't you?" Meowth said as Froakie had himself an idea.
"Here. Let's try some frubbles." Froakie said as he got some frubbles ready.
"Huh? What are you doing?" Fennekin said as Froakie was rubbing the tail with his frubbles to make it better.
"Done!" Froakie said as Fennekin looked at her tail, it was sparkly and clean and new.
"Wow! Thanks, Froakie!" Fennekin said happily as she noticed the tail was better and brand new.
"Looks sparkly!" Pikachu said, seeing the sparkles from Fennekin.
"Wow!" Chespin said, in enjoyment.
"Hey! So you can use your frubbles for keeping things all neat-like and tidy!" Meowth said as Froakie's Frubbles were good for keeping things all clean and tidy.
"You're wonderful, Froakie." Fennekin said as she was happy with what Froakie did for her.
"Aw. Thanks." Froakie said as he blushed a bit embarassingly.
Back with Team Rocket
"Oh, my neck!" James bothered as he was holding his neck..
"This is all your fault, buster." Jessie said to James moaningly.
"What..?" James moaned out from Jessie's complaint.
"It was your inkay..." Jessie said as they were continuing until...
"..." Jessie and James continued on until Jessie tripped over a horn that was in the ground as she felt annoyed by the trip.
"Oh, my." James said as Jessie looked around.
"Ouch." Jessie whimpered out as the horns that were on the road began to crack as out came a pumpkin-like Pokemon.
"Morning..." The Pokemon's name said as came out, Jessie got up.
"And who are you?" Jessie asked as the Pokemon
"Wait, Where's the darkness?" The Pokemon said as it used it's lights on the body, James got out a contraption and noticed the Pokemon.
"It's a Pumpkaboo!" James said, knowing what it was.
"How interesting." Wobbuffet said as Jessie looked interested.
"..." Jessie just threw a Pokeball at the Pumpkaboo who was confused as it made a direct hit, it went into the Pokeball as it wobbled, wobbled and wobbled, then it clicked. Jessie caught herself a Pumpkaboo!
"I caught it!" Jessie cheerily said, she caught a pumpkaboo!
"No way!" James cried out. How was it that simple?
Meanwhile, With Dedenne and our Heroes.
"Look at dedenne." Bonnie said as Dedenne was still searching for Pikachu..
"Did you find Pikachu?" Ash asked as Dedenne had a sudden sense for direction again.
"Hm, hm. This way!" Dedenne said as he went in a direction.
Meanwhile, With Pikachu and the other Pokemon.
"Huh?" Pikachu said, feeling Dedenne's cheeks of electricity.
"What? Did you sense Dedenne?" Dunsparce said to Pikachu as they all turned around to hear munching.
"Mm, mmph, Nom." Fennekin said as she was snacking on a twig to her delight.
"It's a twig! That really tastes good?" Meowth asked, was Fennekin in love with twigs?
"Yup!" Fennekin said as she continued with her munch on twigs.
"I don't like twigs." Dunsparce said as Chespin had an idea.
"Hmm? Nom! Mmph! Bleck! Taste's bad! Get out!" Chespin said as he took a twig, bit it, had a bad taste reaction as he spat out the twig he ate, then he threw it out of despite which caused it to bounce of bamboo trees. And right into the Pangoro's head!
"GRRR..." Pangoro said as he was very angry now.
"OH noooo!" Pancham cried out, knowing an angry Pangoro was a bad thing.
"WHO DID THAT?" Pangoro yelled out. He noticed the Pokemon and charged.
"Cranky Pants!" Meowth said. Know how bad that was.
"WHY YOU." Pangoro growled angrily as he charged at the group.
"Run!" Pikachu cried out as everyone but Chespin ran in different directions.
"AH, AH, PIN MISSILE!" Chespin freaked out before accidently firing a Pin Missile at Pangoro.
"Raarghh..." Pangoro said as he was hit from the Pin Missile.
"Pangoro!" The Pancham said as they came to see Pangoro.
"It looks like they're pals!" Meowth said, realizing what was going on.
"So they work together?!" Dunsparce exclaimed, was the Pancham and Pangoro were together?
"GRRRRAAAHH... AAAHhhh... Ohh..." Pangoro growled before suddenly he felt weak as the bamboo sprig in his mouth just poofed away from his mouth.
"Pangoro! Pangoro!" The Pancham said, Pangoro seemed like he was out of energy.
"Huh?" Chespin said, wondering what was happening. Did he stop the anger of Pangoro by accident?
"Eh?" Meowth said, notcing how Pangoro was feeling tired.
"What happened?" Dunsparce asked, The pancham were very upset with the group.
"Pangoro's helpless! Look what you did! Why did you do that?!" The Pancham angrily ranted, what was going on now?
"Pikachu!" Ash called out as everyone heard his voice.
"Ash, There you are!" Pikachu said as he went up to Ash, Ash hugged him.
"It's the twerp." Meowth sneered to himself, this was bad for him.
"Pikachu, You're okay! Froakie, you okay, too?" Ash said as he checked on Pikachu then checked on Froakie.
"Yep." Froakie said, being okay.
"Sorry we took so long." Serena said as she hugged Fennekin happily.
"Glad you're alright, Dunsparce." Alex said as Dunsparce was happy that he was alright.
"Chespin, you okay?" Clemont asked, seeing if Chespin was alright.
"Yeah!" Chespin said happily as Meowth needed a plan.
"Wow! Isn't this grand?" Meowth said, trying to keep everything clean.
"Meowth!" Ash said, everyone noticed Meowth.
"What are you doing here?" Serena demanded for an answer, clemont noticed the Pancham.
"The Pancham, too!" Clemont said as Meowth had to find a way to get himself out of it.
"Now, don't get all bent out of shape! The problem's this galoot!" Meowth said as he pointed to the weak and downed Pangoro.
"What is that big thing?" Alex said, seeing how huge the Pangoro was. He got out his pokedex.
"Pangoro. The Daunting Pokemon. And the evolved form of Pancham. Pangoro has an ornery personality. It holds a bamboo spring in it's mouth, which allows Pangoro to detect surrounding movements." The Pokedex said as Serena noticed something different from the Pangoro in the Pokedex.
"Hey, it looks different again." Serena said, noticing it is different once again.
"I think it's chespin's fault. You see, Chespin broke Pangoro's bamboo sprig." Meowth explained, the situation was not on him this time.
"So that's why it looks so down..." Ash said, noticing how Pangoro was sitting down.
"Chespin got spooked and accidently hit Pangoro with a Pin missile." Meowth explained. Clemont felt bad for pangoro.
"I'm so very sorry. I feel just awful about this!" Clemont said as he felt very bad.
"Sorry." Chespin apologized as Alex sighed.
"Oh no... Chespin." Alex said as he knew now how Chespin was the cause once again.
"These pouty Pancham are fit to be tied! They're saying they need to get their paws on another bamboo spig so that their leader can get back up to speed." Meowth said as the Pancham knew that they needed a bamboo sprig to help out Pangoro and his power.
"So sprigs mean it's got power again? Really?" Alex said, being unsure as a sprig can cause Pangoro to get moving again.
"But aren't there lots of bamboo sprigs all around us?" Ash said, knowing there is a lot of trees around them.
"Not these ones!" Pancham exclaimed. It was special to them.
"It doesn't work!" The other Pancham said, the regulars do not work.
"They're saying it has to be a special bamboo that only grows on this certain rock a bit up ahead!" Meowth said, as they had some special ones.
"It is true that different Pangoro have their own favorite bamboo. And it's also true that they'll keep searching for that kind of bamboo until they find it." Clemont said as he explained about different Pangoro's favorite bamboos.
"That's right!" The pancham said.
"I'll go and find some. Since I'm Chespin's trainer, it's my reponsibility. Come on Chespin. Let's look together!" Clemont said as he offered to help the Pangoro.
"I'll come to!" Ash said, wanting to help Clemont.
"We've gotta help them!" Bonnie said, chiming in also.
"I'll help Pangoro, maybe it'll keep the forest a bit better." Alex said, wanting to help out Pangoro.
"The sooner the better. Let's go!" Serena said, they all agreed to help.
"How will we find the bamboo that Pangoro wants?" Alex asked, what sprig would Pangoro want?
"Oh, Pancham, will you show us the way?" Serena said, wanting to let Pancham lead the way to the right bamboo sprig.
"Sure." The Pancham said as they would help out.
"We should find it!" The other Pancham said, that one would help.
"I'll keep it covered right here. I'm worried about Pangoro!" Meowth said, trying to make himself innocent.
"What. You worried?" Serena said as she had herself a poker face toward Meowth.
"Doesn't seem like it." Fennekin said, also showing her poker face.
"Yeah. Your not even showing a poker face." Alex said to Serena.
"I've got a heart!" Meowth exclaimed, the group shrugged and hurried off.
"Hmhmhm, This way!" Pancham said as he was leading the group to the bamboo sprig.
"I'm sorry. It's my fault you're dealing with this." Clemont said as Ash was helping serena across the river.
"Come on! We're just helping each other out, like we always do!" Ash said as everyone got across the small river and continued on their journey to find a bamboo sprig.
"Yeah!" Pikachu said to Clemont.
"We always should help one another out. It's a golden rule." Alex said, he made his own golden rule.
"Something worries me about Meowth." Serena said, knowing she would not trust him.
"That he acts weird? Yeah." Alex said, knowing how Meowth acts sometimes.
"How much trouble can Meowth get into on his own?" Bonnie wondered, how little did she know.
Meanwhile, With Meowth and Pangoro.
"Hey, Meowth." Jessie said as she rustled from the bushes.
"Eh?" Meowth said looking at the bushes.
"Finally, we found you." Jessie said, being annoyed.
"you certainly get around." James said as Wobbuffet appeared.
"Yeah-" Wobbuffet said as Team Rocket freaked out. And pushed Wobbuffet in the bushes.
"Turn it way down!" Jessie snapped at Wobbuffet.
"Palleys! My buds!" Meowth said, he was happy too see you know who.
"So glad to see your mugs!" Meowth said as he walked to the bush where the two of them were hiding.
"So, what happened to Mr. Big?" Jessie asked, what was up with Pangoro to them?
"That lump turned my good day into a rotten one." James said, angry about what Pangoro did to them.
"Here's the scoop..." Meowth said as he explained what was going on.
Back with Ash and the group.
"Up there." The pancham said as they arrived at a rocky place with a tree way up with some Bamboo sprigs.
"All the way up there?!" Ash said as he was stunned why Pangoro want these ones.
"What?!" Pikachu gasped.
"Why would Pangoro choose to get it's bamboo sprig from way up there?" Serena asked, what would make Pangoro grab these ones?
"Must be quite the finicky type." Clemont said, knowing how well Pangoro is finicky.
"Im not going to get that." Alex volunteered on not grabbing it.
"So, how do we get it?" Bonnie asked, Ash offered.
"I'll go." Ash said as he ran to the rocky cliff.
"Huh?! Ash!" Alex said as Ash looked at Alex.
"Wait! It's too dangerous!" Clemont said, knowing how this was a bad idea.
"Don't worry, I'll be fine!" Ash said as he began to climb, then he slid down.
"That's not gonna work." Bonnie said, this was gonna be tricky.
"Wait, stop Ash!" Pikachu said, this was not gonna work. Serena had an idea!
"I have an idea! And it's a much easier way to get at that bamboo." Serena said, proposing an idea to everyone.
"Huh?" Ash said as he stopped. Then everyone looked at Serena.
"We're listening." Alex said, everyone was listening.
"Use Vine whip!" Serena said, simply.
"Huh? Vine Whip, What?" Alex said as Clemont got it.
"Of course! Let's try it, Chespin!" Clemont said to Chespin.
"Alright!" Chespin said as he agreed.
"All right, Vine whip! Go!" Clemont said, using Vine whip for the bamboo sprig.
"Vine Whip!" Chespin said as he used Vine Whip, his vines searched until he grabbed something. The bamboo sprig!
"Got it!" Chespin said as he grabbed the bamboo sprig!
"Yeah!" The group cheered in unison.
"Alrighty!" Chespin said happily, They got it without a problem.
"Let's get them back to Pangoro!" The Pancham said excitingly in joy.
"Pangoro will be thanking us now!" Alex said, knowing Pangoro will be happy.
"Pangoro, We got it!" Ash said as they all arrived to Pangoro's location.
"Pangoro- Huh?!" Pancham said as they all saw Pangoro was tied up by Team Rocket.
"Team Rocket!" Ash said, it was them again!
"Not you again!" Alex exclaimed, Serena was more upset.
"Meowth- I knew it!" Serena said, Meowth was a bad Pokemon after all.
"Heheheh, You dumb twerps! It's a family reunion with the Team Rocket Clan!" Meowth said, knowing how he played them.
"We thought we'd wait and wish you welcome." Jessie said, waiting for them.
"You'd better let Pangoro and Pancham go now!" Ash said to them.
"You tell them!" Serena said to ash.
"We should use force if you need it." Alex said as he wanted to help pangoro.
"Oh? Got battle fever?" James said as Meowth made himself a new deal.
"'Kay Pikachu. Come with us, if you know what's good for you. It'd be a drag to see them as scratching posts!" Meowth said as he got his scratch claws out.
"AS WHAT?" Ash angrily said, Team Rocket wouldn't!
"You better NOT!" Pikachu said, not letting this happen.
"Just how low can you go, Meowth?!" Alex asked, why would Meowth go this low?
"You cowards! Pangoro can't even move!" Serena asked, knowing how bad Pangoro's condition is.
"Aren't we smart?" James said.
"Dunsparce! So, Let's get back at them." Alex said, looking at Dunsparce as he came out of the Pokeball.
"Oh yeah? Say, take a look at my catch of the day! Now, Team Rocket is stronger than ever!" Jessie said as she tossed her pokeball.
"Hrrrahh!" Pumpkaboo said, meowth was amazed.
"Cool! When'd you get that?" Meowth asked, wondering when she got it.
"So Team Rocket's got a new Pokemon." Ash said, knowing this was new to them.
"No matter, we'll beat it no problem." Alex said but he got his pokedex out to read the new pokemon.
"Pumpkaboo. The Pumpkin Pokemon. Pumpkaboo's eyes can glow which lights the way for travelers. They often sleep in the ground." The Pokedex said as it read the new pokemon, known as Pumpkaboo to the group.
"Dunsparce, Use Ancient Power!" Alex said, using ancient power on the pokemon.
"Ancient Power!" Dunsparce said as he fired off rocks to Pumpkaboo.
"Hrrah!" Pumpkaboo said as it managed to dodge without a problem.
"That's fast!" Alex said, that was indeed very fast.
"All right, Pumpkaboo! Leech Seed!" Jessie said, making her move.
"Leech Seed!" Pumpkaboo said as it fired off seeds and trapped the Pokemon in strange vines.
"Huh? What? Hrraghhh!" The Pokemon all cried out except Meowth and Pumpkaboo as their energy was being drained by Leech seed from Pumpkaboo's attack.
"What was that?" Alex said, what was that power?
"See? Leech seed has the unbelivable power to siphon off your power!" Jessie said, Leech seed was a strong pokemon.
"Now really put the squeeze on them!" James said, knowing the Pokemon would be useless.
"Ash, what are going to do?" Serena asked, now they were in a bad predicament.
"Nngh." Ash scowled, what would they do?
"Maybe if we can get the bamboo sprig we brought into Pangoro's mouth, it'll be able to help!" Clemont said, knowing the bamboo sprig would be the only chance.
"But what if the sprig goes in and he still feels the same?" Alex asked, what if the sprig didn't do anything to them?
"I don't know but it's worth a shot." Clemont said, this was going to be the only shot. Ash would do it.
"Okay!" Ash said, getting ready.
"You can do it..." Pikachu said to Ash weakly.
"Look at this, pangoro. We got the bamboo you like!" Ash said as he showed Pangoro the bamboo sprig.
"Ugh.." Pangoro said as he saw the sprig, Ash came running to Pangoro.
"What is that twerp doing?" Jessie said, James didn't want this to happen.
"Okay, Inkay, Psybeam!" James said, using psybeam.
"We need to.. attack!" Pikachu said weakly from the leech seed.
"What?!" Chespin, Fennekin, Froakie and Bunnelby said, seeing what Pikachu was doing.
"Thunder..bollt!" Pikachu said as he leaked out a thunderbolt.
"Psybeam!" Inkay said as it fired Psybeam as Thunderbolt blocked it.
"Pumpkaboo, use Shadow Ball!" Jessie said, using another attack to stop Ash's tracks.
"Shaddoow Ball!" Pumpkaboo said as it fired off shadow ball.
"Water Pulse!" Froakie said as it fired off water pulse.
"Mud shot!" Bunnelby said, using mud shot.
"Ancient.. Power!" Dunsparce said as it fired rocks to combine the attacks together.
"..." All moves collided with Shadow Ball, blocking it and causing an explosion.
"Ember!" Fennekin said as it fired off ember.
"Pin Missile!" Chespin said as it shot off a pin missile.
"Mirror Coat!" Wobbuffet said as he was ready to counter them but...
"..." The attacks didn't hit wobbuffet as it just landed short of him, causing smoke for team rocket to not see where Ash was gonna be.
"Here goes." Ash said as he jumped up and was ready to give the bamboo right into Pangoro's mouth.
"Got it?" Ash said as Pangoro got his power back as he was mad once again!
"RrrraGGGHHH!" Pangoro said as he broke free from the ropes.
"All right!" Ash said as Pangoro glared at Team Rocket.
"Hammer ARM!" Pangoro said as he smacked Team Rocket with a Hammer arm hard!
"We're blasting off.." Meowth cried out as James finished what Meowth said.
"Again!" James cried out as Team Rocket blasted off again.
"..." Team Rocket was gone, so the Leech seed effect had disappeared now.
"You're all right!" Serena said happily to Ash.
"Way to go, Ash!" Clemont exclaimed, Ash made a heroic move!
"That actually worked! It was his favorite bamboo sprig!" Alex said, It was Pangoro's favorite bamboo sprig.
"You did it!" Pikachu said happily.
"Pangoro's so strong!" Clemont said as he was amazed by pangoro's own power.
"The power of that bamboo is awesome!" Serena said, the bamboo really makes it powerful!
"Wow, Pangoro's do work very hard. Do they?" Alex said, knowing how Pangoro fought hard.
"Thanks a lot for getting us out of a tough jam, Pangoro." Ash said, thanking Pangoro for helping them out.
"We know we caused a lot of trouble for you. We're sorry." Clemont said as he apologized to pangoro for their actions and the mess they made.
"Sorry." Chespin apologized once more.
"It's all fine." Pangoro said as he accepted the apology.
"Yay! Heroes! Heroes!" The Pancham said as they were excited more and more.
A Few Minutes Later, At Sunset
"See you later!" Ash said as he waved goodbye to the Pancham and Pangoro.
"See you!" Pikachu said as everyone else waved goodbye.
"Have fun, Will you?" Alex said, hoping they would not cause trouble.
"Ah! We never finished Lunch! We totally forgot about eating!" Ash gasped as he realized what they missed out on.
"Really? At this time? The sun is setting. And-" Alex said as he was slightly annoyed.
"Now that you mention it. My tummy is feeling a bit rumbly." Serena said as she touched her tummy.
"You too?" Alex said as all their stomachs grumbled and everyone moaned.
"Oooahh.." The group moaned a bit.
And so, with their unexpected detour behind them. Our heroes have now take their leave on the bamboo forest. But it seems they will not forget something important from now on. Will they? Find out as the journey continues!
