A scene opens up with Atomsk speaking with TME.
"Damn… chapter 6. We're on a big roll."
"Yup… fourth chapter in a row… honestly while I'm having fun, makes me wonder if we should let this story stew after this chapters end for a bit or go for a 5th chapter in a row." TME said while he rubs his head since they did go through many chapters in a number of days.
"As much as I want to, after this, let's give it a break and focus on the rest. Like Fionna in Heat or that possible idea for a oneshot we talked about." Atomsk said.

"Hmmm… okay. We can work something out later. Right now lets focus on the dive that Finn is about to experience." Atomsk said.

The scene than shifts from the intro to show the Expidition team as they were putting last minute touches on supplies…
Badlands/ Light Eco tribe temple/ 10th floor area/ Finn, Emerald, Nicole, Korra, Brass, Frost, BMO
"OK Finn… what are the top three things one needs when on an archelogical expedition… and no food supplies are basic stuff that can go on any dive from many adventures… I mean stuff for Archelogical trips to be exact." Brass said while he hits his knuckles together lightly a few times as he stands near Finn near a few merchants selling supplies.
"I would say, watch out for falling rocks, be careful with traps and… wait for an expert's opinion before touching something." Finn said.
"Well that is good but I mean actual items that will be handy for dives like this… the three main items you should remember above all… keep a steady supply of Light Eco in containers… many of the halls and rooms here do not have working lights and many traps can be activated just by a mistake in a step or touch to a wall panel… light in general is good but light Eco in a lamp will make or break a dig in one part since you don't have to worry about the lamp going out if we have to swim in a flooded room for starters." Brass said as he got some lamps full of Light Eco for everyone after paying a few gold for each.
"Also as a bonus with the first item, can mix Eco colors with the light Eco making your own glow in the lamp… my favorite is the red kind since it gives a seriously powerful glow… would say Earth Eco is good but… ehh… too earthy of a glow makes it bland unfortunately." Brass said when he tied a lamp to his belt after having a bit of Red Eco form in it making it glow red as an example.
"Oh okay." Finn said as he was understanding things.
"Good… next is a map and compass… and I don't mean the normal kind… enchanted maps are helpful here since it can keep you from getting lost, you may dive in dungeons back in Ooo Finn but unless its the uber hard ones, they normally have a rhyme or reason for layout, in this temple, given its raw size, don't expect the same room twice unless its for special layouts that require it… an enchanted map automatically updates as you go along the rooms and fills out as you walk so no need to bring pens and stuff unless you want to do it old school or are in an area that disables enchantments… best to grab some pens and paper just in case as well for writing down important marks… and as for the compass… we don't use the normal compasses for north, south, east, and west here… the reason I combo them is pretty simple here." Brass said as he got a map and a compass from a vendor for an example and showed Finn the paper… was blank aside a small mark showing the elevator floor where Finn and the others where.
"Looks simple right?... no way to get lost if it just shows the room in general with no detail right?... but what if this thing fills out to have a dozen rooms marked on the map yet you have no idea where you are?... normal compasses won't help but an Eco compass will… this map is enchanted to draw Eco to a particular point on the map… want to guess where?" Brass said while he grins at Finn.
Finn blinks a bit before realizing what Brass means.
"I think I know already."
"Hehe yeah… if you ever play RPG games… well Eco of your preferred color leaks from the compass… moves to where you are on the map… and makes it so you know which room you are on the map… even shows the direction your facing depending on which door your facing… with this… getting lost is a pipe dream… but remember… you lose the map and compass… unless you get extremely lucky… VERY possible to find your skeleton in the future… that is why this item combo is probably the most important of the item trio I'm explaining… so I'm getting a pair for each of us and one extra in case we need to gather for a group look." Brass said as he got more maps and compasses for everyone plus an extra for meetings at camp.
Finn gulps at the possibility of getting lost… and his corpse being found.
"Yeah… better be more prepared… otherwise I'll see Death… again."
"Yeah see Death… pardon?" Brass said when he stopped talking to look at Finn with a raised eyebrow as the merchant nearby gave a similar look to Finn with a bewildered look.
"Yeah… long story, I was asked to do a favor, didn't end well, then I had to go to the dead world and meet Death to get a soul for a plant and it was not a cake walk with those flesh crazed Skeletons and memory wipe water… granted it can be more worse when i went to the Nightosphere." Finn said.
Brass and the Merchant look at Finn with surprised looks for a moment… right before Brass pulls a comical moment.
"Anyway to the final item needed…" Brass starts to say like he didn't believe Finn on the Death thing… given things… can't blame him if Eco and what not was a thing in the Badlands with not much Glob influence… given the fact the Badlands were a Glob forsaken place… couldn't blame him for wanting to get back on track with the item gathering for key item number 3 for the journey.
Finn just sweatdrops.
'Guess Globs aren't praised here. I'll say this, I can't stop myself for going to the dead world… but I don't want to see the Nightosphere again. I don't think Marcy ever thanked me for saving her ass. And I still get nightmares thanks to that amulet.' He thought.
Meanwhile as this happened…
"OK Frost, are our stocks of Eco proper for a full trip?... any issues with the tanks for recharging in case we need to make sure our energy with Eco attacks won't have issues?" Korra said while she went over a checklist with Frost next to her as Nicole and BMO walked by her.
"Oh yeah. We have enough for the trip." Frost said.
"Good… just in case, procure extra blue Eco for BMO and we should be good… need to make sure our moral booster of the group doesn't go hungry for energy." Korra said while smiling kindly at BMO.
"Yay!" BMO cheered as Frost made sure to put extra blue Eco.
As this happened, Emerald watched nearby while he had a disinterested look on things as he was approached by someone… they oddly enough sat next to him but for some reason Emerald had a feeling that causing trouble would be an issue and looks to see… a Fox man wearing red?
"May I help you?... if this is because I'm taking a break so to speak, I'm just more or less getting ready to dive into the ruins with a team soon." Emerald said as the fox man smiles.
"Oh don't worry, just waiting for my own ally to get here myself… my name is Bordux… I'm curious, I've sensed a lot of Dark Eco coming from you, mind if I ask who you are?" The man said as he introduce himself as Bordux… Emerald on his end had a raised eyebrow from this.
"Names Emerald… again just waiting for my allies to get done with prepwork before we enter the ruins… as for the Dark Eco thing… really should work on hiding that since it seems to draw problematic people." Emerald said while he rubs his head.
"Perhaps. So what brings you and your allies here?" Bordux said.
Emerald was quiet as he looks at the small light showing the exit to the temple thanks to the moonlight.
"Mainly training Finn so he can gain a forte with an Eco… badlands are no place to be for someone who is weak… honestly Finn would do better in Ooo but he was adamant in coming to the badlands… honestly not sure why I even bothered helping the kid out since he seems like a trouble magnet… honestly this is out of character for me helping so many given I normally keep to myself." Emerald said while he looks at the night sky though may as well be a blip how deep they were.
"I see… maybe this lad will help brighten your day." Bordux said.
Emerald was quiet as he got up.
"Maybe… kid is naive though… for now should work on his training and knowledge on temple ruins before we leave… see you in the ruins in full if we head the same direction or something…" Emerald said as he walked away leaving Bordux alone for a moment.
Bordux smirks.
'Believe me Emerald… you and your allies wont see what comes next.' He thought.
After this happened, heavy footsteps were heard as Aggro walked up to Bordux with an amused look.
"So… that's the bounty huh?... looks pretty stupid not doing anything to you if he didn't know who you are." Aggro said as Bordux shook his head.
"No… given how on guard he was… definitely will have his guard up around us… I believe he may know who we are or at least figure we may cause trouble… for now lets try and not cause damage in the ruins since we don't want the place crashing down on us… I'll make a report to Surge and Maite so they could either come here and wait for us at the ruin exit or come down here and stuff… anyway… you break those three women Echidna who were interested in you already?... must say they didn't last as long as Ashley and definitely not as long as Azure who had you climax a few times before we finalized our deals with the bandit lady duo." Bordux said while he looks amused.
Aggro chuckles.
"Yeah. They couldn't handle me. We better make sure to keep an eye out for those two allies of Emerald."
"Oh don't worry… after all… thanks to me and other things…" Bordux said as the scene went to Cedric as he was laying in bed sleeping as four figures were approaching the room where he slept to show Lanolin, Tangle, Whisper, and Azure herself as she was with the bounty huntring trio.
"I'm sure my dear Lambchop and her friends with Azure will be able to keep Cedric busy… may as well cause a bit of drama with the group and what not… hehe… honestly instead of sending low level minions, may as well bring in high level help… and who better than to do that with Cedric in his case than his own wife or Ex-wife and three bounty hunting ladies who will be doing anything I request as long as I hold my end of the deal…" Bordux said with a smirk as Aggro sweatdrops.
"You know… some call me scary but you're straight up sadistic sometimes." Aggro said while Bordux looks amused.
"Well as long as you don't cross me partner, you won't have to be reminded on the day when we first met…" Bordux said as he smirks more.
"...And that day being the first time I beat you in a battle without many tricks." Bordux said in a foreboding way, making Aggro shudder a bit from the memory.
"D-Don't remind me." Aggro said.
Bordux looks amused as he walked off to handle some things leaving Aggro alone as three Echidna woman came up to him.
"Master… there you are." One of the trio said while Aggro felt one of his arms being rubbed.
"We were feeling lonely without your presence." One of them said.
"Yeah… we got all the supplies ready and more on your friend's orders… we can leave at anytime… and when we set up camp… can mate like the animals we are…" The third said with a broken in lovestruck look in her eyes.
This amused Aggro.
"Oh don't worry my dears… I will reward you three well."
The three ladies look giddy as they ran off to get things set up for the campout… this amused Aggro when he rubs his chin thoughtfully on how much fun he was having since he got here… shame no lady could really take him without breaking though… Azure did last the longest out of most… well… there was Maite and Surge who he dominated but even with him satisfying them, still wanted Emerald… a bit surprised there but he knew he couldn't win all battles…. But was damn pleased he could satisfy the ladies easily… shame his
balls ached from not having many orgasms lately.
'Even though I had fun, would've been nice if I claimed Maite and Surge. Azure would be a nice add on as well but oh well. Can still fuck their brains if they need me.' Aggro thought.
The scene than went to a bit later with Emerald, Finn, BMO, Korra, Frost, Brass, and Nicole finishing their work in getting ready… as the group walked Emerald pulls Finn aside for a moment as they walked.
"OK Finn… just a reminder… don't do anything in the temple unless Brass says so… and finally listen to Nicole and I when it comes to Eco use… this is mainly a learning experience for you so if we don't get prizes… we don't get prizes… just make sure to not cause a cave in and we will be good." Emerald said while he gave Finn a serious look.
Finn gulps.
"R-Right. No pressure."
"Good… for now get ready because were falling behind and need to catch up." Emerald said as he and Finn moved to follow Brass and the others…
While this happened….
"Anyway thats what I came to report… don't want to cause issues in the ruins so were waiting till after they leave before we strike… if you want, you and Maite could come here so we can cut down things since we maybe down here for a few days given Emerald is training Finn soon in Eco use." Bordux said to a video call with Surge and Maite on the other end on a touchscreen phone.
Maite was thoughtful before she looks Surge.
"What do you think, Surge?"
"Hmmm… may as well get ready to strike than… can't do things in the ruins obviously but out of it… hehe… no holds barred… just keep tabs on Emerald Bordux and report to me if things change and stuff on certain things… oh and if Nicole is with the group, watch out, her light Eco mastery is no joke." Surge said as Bordux looks amused.
"This because out of all the battles of dominance you had with her, only won twice and she dominated you daily with Dark Eco during those times?" Bordux said while he looks amused.
Surge grumbles.
"Watch it." She said.
"Hehe, sorry, anyway I'll leave you two with this, should be a good way to see how Emerald is doing." Bordux said before he ended the call… a moment later Surge and Maite got a picture of Emerald who was looking at the sky and the picture taken with the glow of moonlight have him an ethereal glow while the thoughtful look on his face made the picture oddly serene.
Maite blushes before getting giddy.
"So cute!" She said.
Surge looks amused.
"Hehe… honestly he should relax and not be a brooding guy… hopefully getting is V-Card taken by us will be helpful hehe." Surge said while she licks her lips as she puts her phone away.
Maite smirks.
"Well don't worry. It will happen. For now we should get ready and be on the lookout for any more tabs from Bordux and Aggro. Right now our man will show Finn how eco works. Not sure where's that Cedric guy is but probably won't matter now."
Surge looks amused.
"Maybe… if he is lucky Azure may not skin him alive… if not… well expect Azure to be wearing a fur coat." Surge said while elsewhere…
"You know Azure… you of all people should have expected me to not have my guard down…" Cedric said while he sat on the bed with one arm on a bent knee as he was shirtless as he looks at Lanolin, Tangle, Whisper, and Azure while his gaze was centered on Azure mainly as Cedric's body sparked in warning… if it was one thing, him being in this position wouldn't matter much in the long run since he could outrun a lot here and would be by the door in no time even if they rushed him all at once.
"So… I take it Maite and Surge send you all here. No need for bullshit. We know about the tracking device and Rachel's involvement." Cedric said.
"Yet aside your speed and electric powers, caught with only the pants on your body Cedric… and we both know that you can't touch me… not without turning to ash of course…" Azure said while black flames flicker over her body occasionally.
"Yeah… but doesn't mean I can't make one good attack and lose that limb before I get a replacement… lets drop the bullshit again and get to why you're here… if its just you four, going to need more to get Emerald since he could counter those Dark Eco flames easily Azure." Cedric said as Lanolin crossed her arms.
"Azure had us come with her for you… as for Emerald… much more dangerous guys are in the ruins following Emerald… ever hear of Bordux the Strategist and Aggro the Iron wall?... Surge hired THEM of all people… and given their success rate… you should know they don't half ass bounty hunting." Lanolin said while she had a serious look on her face.
Cedric was surprised.
"Shit… didn't expect that. So I'm guessing you're here to stop me from interfering. But tell me… what big lies has my… wife said to you about me?" He said with a narrow look.
"Lies?... last I checked in the reason for trying to kill you, you were the one who cheated on me first and I gave many royal promises in knowing what I saw… could care less if you has some floozy brought in if you had my permission since you do go into heat sometimes but you had to let your lower head do the thinking for you and you ran out of that building with your pants down… chased you and found you… nice try playing the lie card with me but that won't work." Azure said when she narrows her own eyes with a fierce look.
Cedric was unphased.
"Still a fool Azure. I told you I didn't cheat. There are spells that can make people look like me. I was setup."
"Oh?... even when I had the sperm there tested just in case of that very excuse and turned out it was a match… for ALL of it?... Azure this time gave Cedric a half lidded look.
"Cedric… unless you filled up a damn gallon of the stuff yourself and it was splashed around the room… you should know that the sperm doesn't last out of the tank unless properly cared for… even with magic it would be impossible for a normal Wizard to even keep the stuff fresh out of the tank or from your balls." Azure said when she brought out her phone and threw it at Cedric after getting a certain image and showed a bedroom with sperm pretty much EVERYWHERE on the bed.
"And given how virile you are… can you tell me anyone else in the village could let out that much sperm and not have issues?... your the only one I know who could even flood a woman and more." Azure said with a hand on her hip.
Cedric sighs.

While Lanolin, Tangle, and Whisper were surprised by that… Azure, seemingly having something snap in her with anger… well… she actually rushed Cedric… what threw him off even as he did move… well… he saw the raw fure and surprising anger in her eyes… and as she lands on the bed, she felt her arm get pinned behind her back by Cedric while he held her down ready to shock her if needed.
"Don't give me a reason to do this." Cedric warned.
Azure though looks back at Cedirc with raw hatred in her eyes.
"Really?... you think you had it bad just by running?... you think I would come to the badlands… try and kill you… someone I used to love… and call THIS a one sided misunderstanding?... do you even know what I had to do to even track you down?... all the things I had to do in order to make sure that I could get this close?... let me ask you Cedric… you think after marrying you… I would fucking LIE or be tricked by an imposter… because if so… than HE looked like a damn twin brother down to every detail from the fur, the smell, and to the fucking spunk… I wouldn't halfass things in my research and I worked my fucking ass off to make sure it wasn't a magical clone and the DNA wasn't… you think you had it rough… do you even realize what YOUR family did when they heard the news?... take a fucking look at my back under my shirt and you'll see what I mean from what YOUR father did… not a double… not a mistake… what your damn dad did and not one of your realitives stopped him." Azure growls while she looks at Cedric with growing hatred.
Cedric raised an eyebrow before he checked Azure's back and his eyes widened at what he saw.
There was four large claw marks right near Azure's spine and while it was a near miss, it was a deep cut with four claws and this distraction caused Cedric to lose his grip and Azure moved to get Cedric under her and had her hands on his arms and yells at him with fury.
"YOU THINK YOU RUNNING DID ANY GOOD!?... YOU WERE DESPISED BUT AFTER WHAT I DID IT WOULD HAVE CLEARED YOUR DAMN NAME!... AFTER YOU LEFT AND AFTER I GAVE ALL THE PROOF I HAD WITH YOU NOT BEING A CULPRIT GIVEN EVERYTHING YOU SAID AND ME TRYING TO FIND SOME WAY TO BELIEVE YOU AFTER I CALMED DOWN!... YOUR FAMILY BLAMED ME AND I WAS NEARLY KILLED BY YOUR FATHER AND NO ONE HELPED ME!... IF THAT IS NOT SOMETHING TO RAISE RED FLAGS I DON'T KNOW WHAT…" Azure yells before she growls in a low town.
"So IF there was a clone… IF this wasn't some random fucking prank by someone just trying to make you look bad… I can think of one good thing worse off… your fucking family didn't even care about me… faked you cheating… and made me out to be the fucking bad guy… I nearly died thanks to your father… barely managed to survive and wound up at the Badlands after remembering all the stories you told… but you want to know my luck after… it went down the shitter more… I ran into Surge and her group… got raped for days by her men… and finally Surge made me her bitch… if its one thing I learned… never let your guard down… and believe me Cedric… you seriously let your guard down because if its not that and your family didn't have any fucking idea… well… doesn't really matter… thanks to some third party… I'm used goods and pretty much broken beyond repair…" Azure said before she sucker punched Cedric knocking him clean out but instead of dragging him off the bed or anything Azure got off the bed and looks at the trio.
"Lets go… before you ask… no… I'm not killing him… would be too good for him to die without registring things… not only that… if he is right… I have favors to call with Surge… and fucking in laws to ask some questions to make sure they have no idea on things or not…" Azure said while she gave the trio a look to not touch Cedric and follow her out of the room.
The trio did have awkward look but chose to not say anything and leave Cedric alone.
Though little did they know, a tear did leak from Cedric's eye.
Meanwhile as Cedric was in his knocked out state…
The scene went to the expedition group as they were listening to Brass while he was near some kind of generator.
"OK Finn… first off these Eco conduits channel energy through the temple like I said… as we work further in, less and less of these will be working… if you find many of them not working in a room… look for a device like this and either call one of us to activate it, or try and use Eco yourself to do so… you could call these Eco boosters… generators that take in far off Eco, boost its power, and blast it further into the ruins… right now this one is active so no need to do so, but you get the idea right?" Brass said while he looks at Finn.
"Yeah. I do." Finn said.
"Good… however remember to not approach a Generator carelessly… sometimes there are monsters who mimic the shape of Echo generators… there is a tell though… its the pattern… the mimics have different patterns to the ones like this… and in case of one that is rare… MAKE sure there are no pipes connecting to a generator… if you see a generator and no pipes… shows a desperate mimic… they normally are weak but given they can change into near perfect generator replicas, can be deadly on unassuming Divers." Brass said as he crossed his arms.
"Right… gotta be cautious." Finn said.
"Good… just make sure not to rush to a generator willy nilly… any questions before we travel more?" Brass said as he looks at Finn mainly.
Finn was thoughtful.
"Well I was wondering, can Eco also be used to help speak to your friends with your mind?"
Many blink at this.
"Hmmm… no… but I put that one in quotation marks… mainly for the normal elemental Eco… light Eco maybe… Dark Eco is a no go… the reason I say that is simple… it maybe possible with magic if you use Eco as an energy source so your mind doesn't fracture but while Eco can do many things, normally not used for doing what you said… though given the nature of Eco and its changing properties, it could be possible to learn but thats an big if on if its possible…" Nicole said while she looks genuinely thoughtful on the question.
"Oh okay. Was just wondering." Finn said.
"Well being curious is good… just… in case you're planning anything crazy or interesting with Eco let us know… could go from a simple idea like trying to send and receive thoughts long distance to… blowing your head up if you do things wrong." Nicole said while paling at the image in her mind
Finn also paled at the thought of his head exploding.
Emerald shakes his head in some amusement.
"Anyway… given how longs it been… we should set up camp… lets go look in a few rooms and see if we can find one that will be suitable for us and what not… felt like we were walking for hours." Emerald said while he looks at a watch and saw that they were indeed walking and stuff for a few hours…. Granted at a slow pace and stopping alot so Brass could talk and stuff, but was at this for awhile nontheless.
"R-Right." Finn said as he calmed a bit but was feeling tired.
"Good… once we are in camp, we can get something to eat, rest up, sleep, and start training with Eco in full for a bit since your head muscle was trained by all this knowledge." Emerald said as he walked to a nearby room which had open doors from this room being open previously by previous diving teams.
"No kidding." Finn said as he rubs his temples.
As the group entered… Finn had a look of awe when he saw he was in a large room full of weapons and suits of armor of various sizes… like he was in an armory of all things that was lit up by Eco conduits.
"Sweet Glob." Finn said as he was excited.
"Hehe, you should see the other rooms… the previous ones were basic and we're starting to go from the normal kind to the impressive stuff." Korra said while she had a hand on her hip as Finn looks around the room, mainly the weapons like a kid at a candy store.
"So many weapons." Finn said.
"Easy Finn… you're drooling…" Emerald said while he passed Finn a rag.
Finn blinks a bit before grabbing the rag.
"Sorry."
"Well to be fair… I doubt Ooo has weapons like these… maybe enchanted stuff but I doubt anything comes close to an Eco infused weapon hehe." Brass said while he rubs his nose.
"Why do you look smug?... you didn't make any of these." Frost said as she was working to set up a tent now.
"Maybe not but probably what we got is better than Ooo's weapons." Brass said.
"I don't know… I saw some freaky stuff… may not have the same elemental Oomph… but saw some freaky shit with some things… like this one time I saw some guy cast a magical bubble and went over the guys head… not sure what the guy saw but he was screaming bloody murder, ripped his shirt off, and screamed and laughed like he went insane… and the guy was a saint of a priest so should say something." Emerald said while he looks at Brass.
"Yikes… I didn't know that happened." Finn said.
"Eh was an average tuesday to me… I mean something more insane happened… saw these huge giant titans at the Candy Kingdom who normally sat and did nothing… when an enemy comes, they lumber over and either burn them with fire or hit them with lasers I think… they would crush something… and the Princess there is the one who controls them… the Gumball Guardians I think… massive titans who tower over the temple here… would make us look like ants." Emerald said while he looks at Brass, Korra, Frost, and Nicole when he explained this.
"Oh those guys. Yeah they are tough. Though need to be careful if you break a Royal Promise. I did that once and… almost got vaporized but was able to solve something complicated… math." Finn said.
