"Lo-Lo are you okay, you're not eating your special Thanksgiving breakfast, everything okay." Loki heard Kaley asking. It was Thanksgiving morning in the castle and the family were excited plus the Pimperton kids were excited about the traditions that came with it like turkey-tag but Deadly noticed that Loki wasn't looking good besides that, Casey and Yoko had went with Kiwi and Peach for Rocketsgiving which made Becca and Gaia excited for Kiwi but miss her.
"I-I'm fine, I just need to… lie… down." Loki said sneezing making Kaley notice something.
"Uh-oh I think he's sick, as the kids had the flu, including Gaia." she mumbled to herself drinking her coffee which contained a thimble of milk which the kitchen staff knew. "Daphne hold down the table-fort, I have to take care of something." she said seeing her wife nodding as Kaley was letting a dosed up Loki lean on her as they went to his and Sylvie's room.
"Kale I'm just mayge not feeling so good, but don't want to ruin Thanksgiving's like Father Odin said, I used to ruin Yuletide back home in our beloved Asgard." he said coughing feeling the light-blue furred frost-goblin female rub his back gently. "No, you're not you're not feeling good. Being sick happens to everybody even us frost-giants." she said tucking him into his side of his andcSylvie's bed.
"Sshhhhh you just rest, everybody will understand." she said seeing Darci enter with the doctor being his assistant diagnosing Loki with the Flu seeing Loki frowning.
"Mommy, is Uncle Loki okay." Kaley heard Jareth ask her.
"He has the flu honey, so he's tapping out of Thanksgiving, meaning some things lije turkey-tag are off." she told him seeing him frowning heading to his room making Freya sighing knowing her cousins loved things like turkey-tag which Loki had created a lomg time ago. "Let's give him alone-time to deal with how he's feeling, we can make Loki holiday sandwiches later." Deadly told her rocking Berry gently while Dudley and Mochi was helping others.
"I guess daddy, and Berry's loving you, like Uncle Dudley and Aunt Mochiwho're her parents." Freya told him.
"Uh-huh, plus she's unique and will learn as she grows up." he replied to her. She noticed Moki near Deadly guessing he missed Loki because he was sick making her understand. "Don't worry Moki, everything will be okay even if we can't play turkey-tag." she reassured the l got-blue alligator.
Later that night, Loki's eyes opened surprised, seeing the entire family there, and had brought holiday sandwiches, pumpkin pje and tea making a small smile cross his light-blue face. "It was Jareth's idea since you were too sick to have Thanksgiving with us, we decided to come to you, like a Thanksgiving picnic." Kaley told him.
"Thanks sister, sorry Thanksgiving got messed up with no turkey-tag." Loki said drinking tea.
"It's alright Lo-Lo as it was different but good." Deadly told him seeing the rest of the family nodding only Loki was concerned in case he spread germs seeing Deadly shake his head. "We've gotten our flu shots plus the kids had the flunsomit's okay." he reassured him. He smiled weakly seeing Kaley show how much they loved him extending her hands as much as they could.
"Let's calm down, as Lo-Lo needs to rest." Sylvie told them.
