Izuku changed the show he had Eri watching to a video of him during his battle with All for one. She asked to see when he became a hero so he decided to show it to her.
During the part when he got flung away she immediately grabbed his hand and held it tightly as if she was worried he'd get hurt again.
Eri continued to watch the video of her hero fight that bad man that destroyed an entire city and wondered why he'd do that.
"Deku.. why would you do that?" Asked Eri innocently not understanding why he'd risk his life.
"Because it was the right thing to do and.. before I knew it my legs were already moving. All Might was struggling to and needed help so I decided to help him because the world still needed him" said Izuku.
Eri looked at Izuku a little longer before she leaned against his chest while feeling that weird warm feeling again. She didn't know what it was but it felt... Good whenever she was near him or he was holding her.
After a minute the door opened and the doctor came in asking for All Might he soon left and didn't come back for a couple minutes. When he did come back he had a grim look on his face.
"Izuku.. Nighteye is dying... He asked to see you before he goes as well" said All Might shocking him.
Izuku nodded his head and stood up and put Eri down "Eri stay here I'll be right back ok?".
"W-what N-no please don't go I'll be good.. just please don't leave me!" Said Eri desperately fearing he'd leave her.
Izuku pulled her into a quick hug before he spoke "I'm not leaving you Eri I'll be right back I promise".
He then leaned down and gently kissed her forehead which made that warm feeling in her chest swell up more. She felt her lips twitching upwards and didn't know why but.. she wanted that feeling to come back.
"I'll be right back Eri don't worry Aizawa sensei will be here if you need anything" said Izuku as he left her hospital room.
After a short walk Izuku and All Might arrived at Nighteyes room and entered it. When they did they saw Nighteye had his hand on Mirio's face and was using his quirk.
"You'll... Be a great hero.. Mirio.. don't stop smiling" said Nighteye with a smile before he looked over at Izuku. "Midoriya... I'm glad I can see you before I go".
"Nighteye you can still make it" said Izuku walking up to him.
"No... The doctors told me it's too late for me I took too much damage to my internal organs. Even if they were able to heal the damage I'd never be able to leave the hospital because of it" said Nighteye before he motioned for Izuku to come closer.
"Midoriya.. I'm truly sorry for how I acted, I was so blind to what All Might saw in you that I took my anger out on you. I know I can never make it up to you and for that I am truly sorry but I hope that you will become the symbol they called you. We need a symbol of Hope and I know that you will be it". Said Nighteye before he reached over and touched Izuku's face and activated his quirk.

In a destroyed city we see hundreds of hero's who were on the ground beaten and defeated or killed but in the middle of it two figures stood.
"This is how it ends Izuku Midoriya!" Screamed Shigaraki as he threw the body of someone from 1A.
Izuku looked around him and saw all this death and destruction and watched as his friends body was thrown to the side. He watched almost everyone get hurt or give their lives to protect him.
All he felt was pure rage and he finally snapped and the world saw something, the symbol of hope took his first step into darkness.
Before Shigaraki could even move a green bolt of lightning flew into him and choke slammed him into the ground almost snapping his neck.
"IM GOING TO KILL YOU SHIGARAKI!" Screamed Izuku as he flung him away.
Shigaraki slammed into a building but before he could even stand up Izuku was above holding a building using Blackwhip and slammed the building on him.
Shigaraki quickly smashed through the building to get out but was met by a punch that ripped his jaw clean off.
He bounced a few blocks away and used his air cannon quirk to blast Izuku away.
Izuku slammed into a building and because of all his emotions he felt. Anger, sadness, betrayal, failure his hair changed and some parts of it turned white. He slowly stood up and he gave off a dark aura that reminded Shigaraki of his master
A couple blocks away a massive figure named Gigantomachia slowly stood up and saw Izuku and recognized him.
"Y-young prince!" Yelled Gigantomachia finally seeing the one his king told him to serve and protect.

Nighteye continued to watch all of this and felt himself loosing hope and realizing who Izuku's father was. But before he could say anything his vision changed.

The whole world was In peace no more wars, no more famine, no more villains the world became a utopia.
The number one hero In the world Deku stood atop of his tower with his yellow cape flowing in the wind along with his white hair.
He defeated the League, the Chinese dragons and the quirk supremacists. He brought the whole world together and finally brought hope to the whole world.
Infront of Japan stood 9 massive statues showing all the previous users of OFA all lined up.
They all represented a symbol and they were the beacons for all the hero's and now because of Izuku they are finally being honored.

Nighteye saw this and smiled knowing that the world is in safe hands.
"You'll be a great hero Midoriya and don't ever loose hope..." Said Nighteye before he gave his last breath.
Izuku looked at him not realizing that some tears started to stream down his face. "I promise Nighteye I'll never give up and become a symbol of hope for everyone in the whole world".
All might walked over to Izuku and placed his hand on his shoulder "Izuku why don't you go back to Eri I'm sure she needs you. And I'm sure you need her as well".
Izuku nodded and went back to Eri's room and as soon as he entered his Eri ran up to him and hugged his legs.
"Y-you came back" said Eri holding him tighter.
"Mhm I promised I would" said Izuku bending down and picking her up and carrying her to the bed. He sat down with Eri placed in his lap as he gently stroked the back of her head making her slowly fall asleep.
"Problem child I'll go and talk with the doctors and see if I can have you moved in here for her sake alright" said Aizawa who left before Izuku could respond.
Izuku sighed and went back to gently stroked the back of her head as he laid down in the bed. Eri simply clung to him holding him tightly which made Izuku smile.
"I promise I'll never let you get hurt again Eri" said Izuku as she fell asleep having a ghost of a smile on her face.

A couple days passed since then and in that time all of 1A came to see Izuku and make sure he was ok.
He was very happy no one blamed him for ending Overhauls life and they all told him in was the right decision.
Izuku was now sitting in the hospital bed waiting for the doctors to come and tell him that Eri is clear to leave the hospital.
In the time she's been here Inko left and got her lots of clothes especially after she was told Izuku will be her guardian. She kept talking about future grandbabies with some looking like a combination of Izuku and Ochako and others like Izuku and Rumi.
Izuku kept blushing over what his mom was implying and because of her intervention with both girls they surprisingly agreed.
So when everyone found out Izuku was basically dating two woman it ended with hours of constant teasing. Mainly from Shinso which got to the point Izuku punched him through a wall which he responded with "worth... It" and passed out.
Izuku was knocked out of his thoughts when the doctor came in with a smile on his face.
"I have some good news and bad news" said the doctor "the good news is Eri is free to go and the bad news is that she'll have to take medicine to help her body grow and heal".
Izuku sighed In relief thanking God that Eri was able to leave and she only has to take medicine which luckily was drinkable.
"Thank you doctor I really appreciate it" said Izuku which made the doctor smile and give a small bow before he left.
"So Eri you ready to go?" Asked Izuku as he watch her look at her new clothes with confusion.

"Mhm" said Eri as she took his hand and followed him out.
As they walked through the hospital Eri ended getting scared because of everyone around her so Izuku picked her up and carried her. She buried her face in his the crook of hi neck with the logic that if she can't see them, they can't see her.
This had the opposite affect and lots of staff and patience ended up passing out from cuteness overload at the sight.
After a short walk Izuku arrived at the front of the hospital with a smile on his face.
"Are you ready Eri?" Asked Izuku looking at her.
She slowly nodded her head and looked out around the world and was amazed by the sight.
"Alright well hang on" said Izuku as he charged up 3% and jumped off before he used Float and flew through the city.
As he was doing that Eri looked around and was memorized by the sight of everything around her.
After 10 minutes of flying Izuku landed at UA Dorms and gently put her down "here we are Eri this is mine and now your home".
Eri looked up and the massive building with wonder in her eyes "home...".
Izuku smiled and both of them walked to the entrance of the dorms getting ready for his new adventure with Eri being here now and under his care.
