At Tia's house, she was walking through the living room towards the stairs that lead up to the second floor.

"Come on, Ray, they should be here any minute!" called Tia.

"Why are you so frantic, mom, it's just Aunt Tamera and Lena," said a teenage girl who came down the stairs.

"Who we have not seen in four years and will be staying with us starting today so we should be here to greet them when they arrive, and you had better be on your best behavior" said Tia.

"That's them," she said as the doorbell rang. When she opened the door, Tia found her sister standing there with another teenage girl.

"Tia, it's been way too long," said Tamera while hugging her sister.

"Sure has been sis," said Tia.

"And Lena, it's great to see you again, you sure have grown since the last time I saw you," she said as she moved to hug her niece who was the one carrying their bags into the house.

"You too, Aunt Tia," said Lena.

"Good to see you, cuz," said Ray with a nonchalant tone of voice and expression as she stood by the stairs looking over at her.

"Shove it, Ray," said Lena whose expression shifted to anger in an instant.

"What did I say just a minute ago, Ray?" asked Tia.

"Hey, I said it was good to see her, she's the one who started with the attitude and all," said Ray.

"And your fight has been going on for far too long, so long that I don't even remember what it is over anymore," said Tia.

"I do!" said Ray and Lena. They then shared a glare before Ray went back to her room and Lena to the kitchen.

"Maybe this was not the best idea," said Tamera with a worried expression.

"Don't think like that, you just moved back to the country and need a place to stay," said Tia.

"Especially if you're to start treatment," she said.

"You're right, and thanks for everything you're doing for us," said Tamera while giving her another hug.

"You're welcome, now come on, I was just making lunch," said Tia before they headed off to the kitchen.
