"Where am I?"
Ben Tennyson who looked like Gray Fullbuster wearing looked around to see that he is in a world made of various powerful energies and is colored light blue with shades of purple and dark blue.
Ben currently found himself here and he is currently looking around until he saw something in the distance.
Ben narrowed his eyes and asked," What is that?"
Ben picked up the pace and he made his way towards the source of his interest in this mysterious realm.
Ben continued walking further until the world begins to change and he sees he is in a blank white space, an area of endless sky and rippling reflective solid, but water-like ground, as a platform underneath the Jupiter-like sphere.
Ben sees a figure is standing in the distance, making Ben see it was a young woman that looked like Shizune from Naruto wearing a white kimono and sandals. Ben sees her eyes are is smiling at Ben.
The girl smiled," Welcome new Gyro." She looked at Ben with a warm smile on her face, then she chuckles as she saw Ben's brow furrowed in confusion.
Ben asked," Gyro? Like the Greek sandwich or the Latin meaning Spiral?" He looked at the girl who giggled at him.
The girl started," Spiral Benjamin." She looked at the outcast of the Tennyson who narrowed his eyes.
Benjamin asked," How do you know my name, and if you are some evil alien trying to seek revenge against my cousin Gwen then don't bother as I don't want her help." He scowled thinking about his arrogant cousin.
Gwen Tennyson or Gwen 10 the wielder of the Omnitrix, savior of the world, defeater of Vilgax, and all-around attention seeker that was Ben's cousin.
Gwen was the favorite in the Tennyson Family while and it went to her head as she would lord it over Ben when they were younger.
It didn't help that Gwen unlock her Anodite power which caught the attention of their Grandma Verdona who begins favor Gwen for unlocking the spark.
Ben asked his grandmother if he can learn about the Anodite race, but he was denied stating he didn't have the spark.
Ben thought he can depend on his Grandpa Max for support, but when the Omnitrix came over summer vacation he too begin to favor Gwen.
Ben witnesses Gwen using the Omnitrix for staging events to make herself look like a hero, petty reason or making his life miserable.
Over the summer Ben begins to resent his family, especially his parents as they always compare him to Gwen.
The girl said," I don't want that arrogant wench. I have been watching you Ben and you have a heart of a true hero, unlike your cousin. I witness your heroic duties when you were still a plumber." She made Ben scowl causing her to look concerned.
Ben uses to be a plumber and he was a darn good one as he went through the training, unlike Gwen who was handed the title of a Plumber.
Ben gain a reputation as a hardworking, dependable, plumber, but one mission changed as he and some squad members with Gwen were sent to stop a Xenobic group called The Forever Knights from executing some innocent alien civilians in Undertown.
Ben and his squad tried to come up with some plans, but Gwen charges in reckless in her Heatblast form.
She nearly burned a quarter of Undertown with her flames until Ben managed to splash her with some water.
The Mission was a success, but Gwen took all of the credit and Grandpa believed her as always.
Ben and Grandpa Max got into an argument about the mission where Grandpa Max called him a failure causing Ben to snap as he punches his once-beloved Grandpa in the face along with turning in his badge signaling his resignation from the plumbers.
Ben hasn't looked back as he learned the plumbers begin to cover up Gwen's actions.
Ben ran away from home as he was sick and was tired of dealing with being treated like he doesn't matter in his so-called family.
The girl said," I don't understand why the so-called Great Thinker deemed you reckless when your cousin is the reckless one."She looked so confused as to why the creator allowed such an arrogant and reckless as Gwen to wield his most powerful invention.
Ben frowned, thinking of Azmuth and he recalled Azmuth deeming him too childish, and reckless to wield the Omnitrix.
Ben snorted," I guess the so-called Great Thinker has gone senile." He crossed his arms and he was eager to see how Azmuth going to react to Gwen's actions.
The girl started," Agreed, but now back on you been chosen to become the new Ultraman Gyro!" She looked at Ben who blinked several times looking at the girl.
Ben asked," Ultraman ...Gyro?" He looked a the unknown girl with a raise of the eyebrow on his face.
The girl said," Ultraman Gyro is from another world foreign to this one." She sees an interesting gleam in Ben's eyes causing her to smirk at the outcast of the Tennyson family.
Ben asked," There are other of these so-called Ultraman?" He looked at the girl who smirked widened.
She brings up an image of different Ultras making Ben stunned seeing of these being and they reminded Ben of Way Big's race.
Ben whispered," So many Ultraman's." He looked at the number of Ultraman's from another world with awe.
Ben asked," Where are we and who are you?" He looked at the girl who smile brightly at him pleasantly.
The girl stated," My name is Yumiko and this is the Trial of Genesis." She gestured to the world around her and Ben.
The girl said," I believe that enough chit-chat, it's time to begin your trial now Benjamin!" She glows white causing Ben to cover his eyes.
"Good luck, Benjamin!"
Ben opened his eyes and he sees that he is some kind of forest, making the young brunette confused at his new location until he hears the sound of a roar and the cries of a little girl causing Ben's eyes to narrow.
Ben said," Someone is in trouble!" He runs towards the source of the screaming and he enters the deepest part of the forest where sees a horrifying sight.
A slim monster, skeletal ridge adorns its blubbery head, which itself is covered in glowing tattoos. A crawling maggot escapes the creature's convex nostrils set within a pudgy nose.
Its blubbery head sits atop a small, robust body. An oddly gorgeous robe covers its torso, suggesting this being's not alone. Two legs gracelessly carry its shadowy body with maniacal energy. A powerful tail swirls behind it, tendril-like veins protrude from it in several immense wings extend themselves fully. Cracked bones and violent flames stretch upward over the creature.
Ben sees a little girl about 4 years old looking like Wendy from Fairy Tail but with black hair and green eyes that are similar to his eyes, wearing a simple dress with two wavy stripes running across the dress and ending in small pointed edges at the bottom.
Ben said," Standing around and doing nothing will not save that little girl." He dashes towards the beast.
Ben goes for a divining kick towards the beast's head, sending the beast backs skidding, then Ben lands on his feet.
His eyes are glowing bright green as he is using the Anodite power which he unlocked during a mission when he was still a plumber.
Ben's hands glow green and he takes a familiar stance (The Kamehaha position) then he unleashes an attack on the monster destroying it
Ben sees the monster is defeated and he turns back to the little one who is staring at him with awe making Ben chuckle at how cute she looks.
Ben asked," Are you, alright kid?" He gets down on one knee to the little girl's level with a concerned expression.
The little girl said," I am fine mister." She smiled up at Ben, who let a small smile crawl on his face.
Ben's smile disappears and he looked at the little girl with a concerned expression on his face as he wonders why is a little girl is alone in a forest and more importantly where are her parents.
Ben asked," What are you doing in this forest alone? Where are your parents little one?" He looked at the little who gain a sad expression.
The little girl said," I don't any have parents and I am all alone." She looked ready to cry making Ben feel bad.
Ben thought sarcastically," Smooth move Benjamin." He needs to stick his foot in his mouth, but he put a hand on the little girl's shoulder
Ben offered," How about I be your family little one." He sees the little girl's eyes brighten causing Ben to smile.
The little girl asked," Really? We can be a family!" She looked up at Ben with hope in her eyes.
Ben said," Yes. Really." He smiled down at the little girl whose eyes twinkled before she jumps at him and hugs him.
The little girl cried," Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!"She hugged Ben's neck while crying, making Ben stunned before hugging her back.
Ben said," Anytime and may I know your name little one?" He looked at his new family member, with a smile.
The girl said," My name is Esmerelda papa." She smiled up at Ben, whose jaw hit the floor when he was called papa.
Ben asked," Papa?" He looked stunned at this little girl calling him her father and he didn't say anything as let the little girl hug him.
A couple of minutes later Ben and his unofficial daughter Esmerelda were walking in the woods with Ben holding a makeshift spear with Esmerelda behind him looking around cautiously for any mean creatures.
Ben sees the sun is going down and he knows that he needs to set up camp along with find food for him and Esmerelda
Ben said," Esmerelda wait here, and if you hear something, then scream for me ok?" He looked at the little girl.
The girl nodded,'' Yes papa."She begins looking around for any signs of any monsters in the woods.
Ben walks off into the woods to look for any food for the two of them with his spear in hand, but Ben hears someone charging at him, causing him to turn around quickly as he sees turned to block the strike.
Ben sees the assailant as a feminine tiger-like creature w, green eyes and on her chest was a green hourglass symbol. This is Gwen 10 in her Rath form.
Rath shouted," LET ME TELL YOU SOMETHING BEN TENNYSON YOU WILL ALWAY BE A DISGRACE IN THE FAMILY!" She brings out her claws from her fist and she inches towards Ben's head.
Ben gritted his teeth looking at the form of his hated cousin and Ben pushes her back with his Anodite power.
Ben sense someone behind, causing him to roll out of the way as a pink ball was launched at his back.
Ben watches the pink energy ball hit a tree blowing it away and Ben turns around to see Verdona in her Anodite form with an outstretched arm.
Verdona sneered," Hello, my failure of a grandson.''She narrowed her eyes at Ben, who sneered at her.
Ben muttered," Ding dong. The bitch is back." He looked at his grandmother with an annoyed expression.
"It's about to get a whole lot worse son."
Ben sees his mother, father, Grandpa Max, Aunt Natalie, and Uncle Frank come out of the forest looking at Ben with disdain.
" We should have never brought you in this world."
" We should have abandoned you."
" Disgrace."
" Failure."
" Disappointment!"
Ben let the insults wash over him and his eyes darkened a bit before he closes them, then he opened them to see Gwen in her normal form smirking arrogantly.
Gwen boasted," No matter what you do doofus you will always be in my shadow." She sent a smug look at Ben.
Ben stated," There was a time I would let your words affect l but now I realized I don't need any of you." Ben sees their stunned faces and his eyes glow green brightly at the shocked family.
